Title: Hidden talent
Characters: 6-year olds Wally and Artemis
Pairings: Can be seen as fluffy pre-Spitfire kinda thing. It's AU man.
Summary: Honestly, this was the most concentrated she's ever seen of the hyperactive redhead.
Notes: Done for the 30 Day Drabble Challenge; Day 4. Prompt: Snowflake. So I came up and wrote this idea in 15 mins because I came home really late and I didn't want to break my drabble streak. Pre-school!AU because it is adorable and my headcanon is that Wally is a closet craft artist.
Disclaimer: Nope, characters not mine.

6-year old Artemis Crock looked at her classmate, Wally West, from across the small table. Honestly, this was the most concentrated she's ever seen of the hyperactive redhead. His tongue poked out of his little mouth, small eyebrows scrunched up together, and a pair of safety scissors in one hand carefully cutting alone a white oddly-shaped paper.

She watched him carefully, her cut-out top hat for her snowman forgotten. His nimble little fingers twisting, folding, and turning the piece of paper in different ways without tearing it.

Finally, the boy stopped cutting. As he put his scissors down on the table, his grin grew wider and his eyes glistened with pride. Artemis, confused, look at the final appearance of the paper in his tiny 6-year old hands. It was in a cone shape, highly folded and had random triangles and diamond cut into it. What was he so happy about?

Wally looked up to see Artemis eye his masterpiece. His grin widened even more, eyes closing in little crescent shapes and he held it out to her. The little blonde girl watched, amazed, as Wally unfolded the paper.

"Look! I made a snowflake!" he said, excitement bubbling in his words.

As young as 6-year old, Artemis had always have had an unexplainable attraction towards artists.
