"Jeremy, I can't take it anymore," Candace ranted as they talked on their cell phones.

"Can't take what anymore?" Jeremy asked.

"Phineas and Ferb always making their inventions and mom never catching them. I mean, it's always there until the moment she comes to look at it. Is it too much to ask for me to show her just what they're doing?" Candace ranted.

"Candace, why are you so concerned with busting your brothers anyway? Are they really that bad?" Jeremy asked.

"Well, no. They can actually be really sweet sometimes. Like one time I was sick and they stayed and waited on me hand and foot. And another time Ferb was sick in bed with the flu and Phineas and I watched movies until three o'clock in the morning. And one time, Phineas had food poisoning so Ferb and I made a tent in the living room."

"So, why do you want to bust them? It sounds like you guys have fun together."

"Well, we did, but that was when we were little. I haven't done anything like that with them in years," Candace said.

"Well, maybe it's time you should. Stop worrying about busting them and worry more on getting to know them like they are now, instead of the few years ago them," Jeremy said.

"And what will that do?" Candace said.

"Well, it will make you guys closer. That's how me and Suzie are so close," Jeremy said.

Candace gave a silent shudder. "Okkay, I'll try it."

"That's it, now, I have to go. Remember what I said," Jeremy said.

"Okkay, bye," Candace said. She let the connection die. She threw her cell phone on her bed when her mom came in the room.

"Hey, Candace. Dad's at work and I need you to watch the boys as I go to get some groceries," Linda said.

"Okkay, mom," Candace said.

"And I want no phone calls while I'm out. Got it?" Linda said.

"Got it," Candace said. Linda walked out and she could hear the car pull out of driveway and make its way down the road.

Candace thought about what Jeremy said about having fun with her brothers. "Where are those two, anyway?" Candace wondered out loud.

She went downstairs and saw her younger brothers eating cereal in the living room. "Okkay, guys, mom had to go get groceries and she left me in charge," she said.

"All right," Phineas said. Ferb and him were both watching something on TV. Candace went over and sat in-between the two of them.

"What are we watching?" Candace asked.

"The Rugrats in Paris," Phineas responded.

"Oh, I remember this. We used to think it was so cool that we were like the Finster family," Candace said.

"Yeah, Ferb and I were talking about it. So we're having a Rugrats movie day," Phineas said.

They watched the rest of the movie before the boys went into the kitchen to put their bowels in the sink. They walked back into the living room and before they could get the Rugrats movie in the DVD player, Candace spoke up.

"Hey, guys, I remember something about the both of you that I bet you don't know that I remember," Candace said.

That got Phineas' attention. "Really, what is it?"

"Come over here and I'll tell you," Candace said.

They both walked over to her. "Ferb, you come sit by me. I'll tell you in a second," Candace said. Ferb said down next to her, leaving Phineas standing in front of her. She motioned him to bring his ear closer. She grabbed his shirt and pulled his ear to her mouth.

"I remember," she said loud enough for Ferb to hear. Then, she grabbed Phineas around the waist, and forced him onto the couch on her other side. She wiggled her fingers around Phineas' rib cage and it didn't take long for him to start laughing uncontrollably. "You both are extremely ticklish." She smiled. She'd forgotten exactly how ticklish both of them were. She just remembered that it was enough for a suitable form of blackmail.

"Candace, Candace please," Phineas said in-between laughs.

"What, can't take a little tickle monster?" Candace asked.

She felt the weight on the couch shift. She looked to her other side and saw Ferb trying to make his escape.

"Now, don't think I've forgotten about you," Candace said as she pulled Ferb back to her. She wiggled her fingers around his neck. Ferb shied away from her, falling onto the couch and onto Phineas. Candace tickled his feet and he kicked back at her. He started laughing, but he was trying to cover it up.

Phineas struggled under Ferb to get away. While Candace had Ferb with one hand, she tickled Phineas around his sides and stomach. Phineas curled into the fetal position under Ferb.

"Candace, I love you!" Phineas said in-between laughs. "You're the best big sister ever!"

Candace smiled. "That's not what I'm looking for, squirt." In their defense, it was worth a shot. The reason she used to always do this to them was for them to butter up to her or to get info out of them.

"I don't know what I'm getting you for Christmas yet!" Phineas said, laughing harder as Candace made her way up his ribs.

Candace shook her head. "Not that, either." Candace made her way to Ferb's ribs. That's when he started really laughing and trying to get her hand off of him.

"Candy, stop!" Phineas screamed in his best imitation of his baby voice that he could muster while laughing uncontrollably.

Candace smiled and shook her head. "Okkay, now you're just getting pathetic."

Phineas tried to make a puppy-dog face. It didn't last long before it twisted and he let out his raspberry laughs. Candace had to laugh. "Nice try," she said.

"I can't breathe!" Phineas screamed when her realized Candace wasn't going to let up as easily as she did in their childhood.

"A little known fact, Phineas: you have to be able to breathe in order to say 'I can't breathe'," Candace said. "Much less scream it."

"I give up! You win!" Phineas said.

"I win? What's my prize?" Candace said, grinning mischievously as she forced Ferb deeper into the couch, pinned Phineas' hands above his head, and tickled her younger brother in his armpits and rib cage. Phineas started screaming at the top of his lungs. Short, half terror-half laughter screams. He tried everything possible to put some space between Candace and him. Nothing seamed to work until Ferb jumped on Candace's back after he caught his breath.

Candace turned her attention to Ferb as Phineas caught his breath. "Really, you're going to try that?" Candace said as she put her arm around her back to grab Ferb by the waist and used her other hand to tickle him below the rib cage right where he would have no way to fight her hand away.

Ferb kicked and screamed trying to make her stop. "Phineas, help!" he said in-between laughs.

Phineas grabbed Candace's hand and tried to pull it towards him. She broke free of his grip. He put his arms down to protect his ribs and his stomach, but leaving his neck wide open. Phineas started giggling before Candace even touched his neck.

"I'm gonna pee my pants!" Phineas said.

"Well, I would stop, but you guys seem to be having such a fun time!" Candace said over both of her brothers' laughter. She knew better, of course. This was torture for them.

"We are not!" both of them said.

"Well, prove it and stop laughing," Candace said as she tickled Phineas in the ribs and Ferb on his feet. Both boys screamed in laughter when Candace heard the front door open.

"What is going on in here?" Linda said as she walked into the living room to see the boys screaming in laughter and desperately trying to get away from their sister.

"Just having some fun with the boys," Candace said.

"She won't stop!" Phineas screamed.

Linda walked over and casually brought the boys' arms up over their heads so Candace could get their underarms. "Mom!" Phineas screamed. Linda smiled and let both of them go.

"Alright, I need some help with the groceries so wrap this up," Linda said as she started walking out the front door for the first load.

"Okkay!" Candace called, going to help her mother and leaving the boys on the couch to catch their breath.

"What has gotten into her?" Phineas asked.

"I don't know," Ferb said "but I hope it doesn't come back."

Candace walked into the kitchen with two handfuls of groceries. When she unloaded it, she went into the living room and over to the boys. She put her hands out to them. They both fell onto their backs, put their hands up to protect themselves, and started giggling.

Candace laughed. "I didn't even touch you." She took Phineas' hand in one hand and Ferb's in the other and helped them off of the couch. "Come on, let's help."

The boys just started at her for a second. She grinned mischievously and started wiggling her fingers for them. Both boys' eyes got wide as they ran out the front door to help. Candace couldn't help laughing. She walked out the front door and saw the boys helping unload the groceries. They were telling their mom what Candace did while she was gone. Even though it was torture, they said they still had fun and were happy she was really nice to them. She would have to remind herself to thank Jeremy later.
