**NAVSO311: Please translate "THIS I JGFUCKFUCKDUXKUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCJ" I do not what that means.

As for Zatanna healing others, right now, the answer is no. I may change that in the far future.

But as of right now? No.

She can only heal herself. And healing herself is something she can't decide when to do or not.

Every time she gets injured- whether it's a cut, gunshot wound, or broken bone, her body automatically heals itself before any blood can spill or before she can truly register the pain.

**Jeptwin: As I mentioned to NAVSO311, Zatanna can't heal others.

For the time being.

But more likely then not, I will not change my mind on this situation.

In fact, there's one more surprise the Book did to Zatanna that she doesn't know about, and won't know about it until much, much, muuuuchlater in the future.

It's not something that's easily discoverable like her instant healing.

But yes, Dick's death broke her more then I am able to put into words, considering I've never gone through something so tragic.

I feel like Grayson fathers are cursed to die young.

Dick lost his dad when he was eight. Johnny lost his dad when he was just a little more then a year old.

Will Johnny change fate or is history doomed to repeat itself?

No idea.

Johnny ain't becoming a Dad ANYtime soon.

In fact, if anything, age wise he's one of the oldest to become a Dad when compared to characters like Mark & Jai.

Did that make sense? Part of me feels like it didn't. Let me know either way.

But I killed Dick off for the sole purpose of character development for he and Zatanna's children (and a little bit for Zatanna, as well- but mostly her kids).

**KSA: Actually, I'm not sure if you saw it in my response to NAVSO311 last chapter, but Damian WILL be in this story.

When I introduce him has yet to be decided (No wait, that's a lie~ I have a general idea of when we'll meet Damian, but as to what chapter range it'll happen in, the answer is still no.)

But for reference, he's in the same age group as Meredith, Noah, Jocelyn, and Bianca.

But does Bruce and the League know about him?

Nope.

Wally stared at Zatanna's arm in disbelief.

She sliced open her forearm. And then the gash disappeared.

What in the actual hell was going on?

"D-Does anyone else know about this?" Wally stuttered.

"No!" Zatanna groaned.

"What would I even say to them about this?" She cried.

"Shit Zatanna, do what you did just now and slice your arm open!" Wally snarled.

"You are being an ass!"

"I'm in shock!"

Zatanna groaned, pinching the bridge of her nose.

"You need to tell the League about this. And sooner, rather then later." Wally told her.

"Do you think I'll die if I blow my brains out?" Zatanna asked, completely curious.

"You're a widowed single mother to three pre teen children with magical powers that still need you. Please don't try to find out the outcome of that." Wally sighed.

"At least not for another decade. Or four."

"Technically, me and Dick never got a chance to actually get married. The only reason why Gia and Mary even have hislast name is because Bruce has a very nice lawyer." Zatanna frowned.

"I'm sorry." Wally said, wincing.

Dick had always been secretive about many things. His relationship with Zatanna was one of them.

And Barbara, for that matter.

Wally preferred to give his late best friend the benefit of the doubt. But still, the speedster always wondered if and when Dick's friendship with Babs had strayed into... other areas.

Zatanna shrugged.

Sympathy towards Dick's death was something she knew she would always get. But it had been more then ten years, and some people were still telling her that they were "sorry for her loss" as if his funeral had happened yesterday.

It annoyedthe Homo Magi and that made her feel guilty.

If anyone in her family should be given sympathy towards it would either be Bruce- for losing anotherson. Or Gia and Mary- Dick didn't even get to know they had been conceivedbefore he received a bullet to the heart.

At least Johnny has picturesof him and his dad together.

Giovanna and Mary have nothing, and unless they go back in time or a younger Dick visits the future, they'll never have anything.

"Speaking of my kids- how would I start this conversation? It's bad enough I've gotta explain the Fate situationevery few years." She scoffed.

"If you're not gonna tell the League or your kids, you should at the very least tell Artemis." Wally huffed.

"What about me?"

Zatanna nearly jumped out of her skin at the sound of Artemis' voice coming from the doorway.

Wally gulped, looking at his watch. 12:30 pm. He had completely forgotten that he was supposed to have lunch with Artemis.

At exactly 12:30.

"I am nottelling her." Wally snarled lowly to Zatanna.

"She's the mother of yourchildren!" She groaned.

"She's yourbest friend and it's yourproblem!"

"I don't care who tells me, I want to know what the hell you guys are talking about. Right now." Artemis said, crossing her arms as she walked towards them.

Wally gulped.

There was nothing in this world, that terrified him more, than an angryArtemis.

And boy oh boy did the love of his life look ticked.

If there was one thing that irritated Artemis, it was not being in the loop. Especially over something that may or may not effect her- or by default her family- in some way.

"Well? I'm waiting."

"The book... did... err, something..." Zatanna grimaced.

"Yeah. It put you two in a coma." The archer scoffed.

"It did... something else..." Zatanna muttered.

"Oh fuck this shit!" Wally snapped, and with that, he slammed the knife that Zatanna used to cut herself and him deep into her forearm.

"Ow!" Zatanna cried, seeing her arm pinned to the table.

"Wallace! What the fuck is wrong with you!?" Artemis screeched, running to aid Zatanna.

"What was that for!?" Zatanna shrieked, arm still pinned down.

"How else were you gonna tell her? I just sped up the process!" Wally yelled.

"A little warning would've been grand!" She scoffed.

"Oh like you gave me one?" He snapped, showing her the cut on his hand she had given him.

"I cutyou! I did not stabyou!"

During their argument, Artemis had managed to free Zatanna's arm. Before she could start screaming at Wally, he said something that caught her off guard.

"Watch Zee's arm."

"Huh? What are you-"

And then she saw the deep stab wound in her best friends arm disappear.

XXXXX

"How?"

"Something to do with the book I guess?" Zatanna shrugged.

"This shit is weird. Does the League know?"

"Nope. Just the three of us." Zatanna sighed.

"Do you have freaky rapid healing?" Artemis asked Wally.

"Nope." He said, showing her his hand.

"You need to tell the League!" Artemis sternly told Zatanna, which caused the magician to freak out.

"No! What if they run a bunch of tests and I find out I'm dying! I can't die! If I die, my kids go to Bruce!" Zatanna cried.

"Something tells you're not gonna be dying anytime soon. In fact, part of me thinks you're going to outlive Conner and M'gann's kids, and the League is saying that their lifespan could be way beyond that of a Martian, Kryptonian, or human." Wally scoffed.

"They still haven't given them an answer on their lifespan? They've been wanting to know for years." Artemis asked.

"The League really doesn't have any way of knowing. Martians have a roughly 300 Earth year lifespan, Human's average out to be 100, and not even Superman can give them an answer on his lifespan. For Conner and M'gann's kids, the League is thinking 400 years- minimum." Wally explained to them.

"Yeah well, you're full of shit if you think I'm still gonna be alive in 300 plus years." Zatanna scoffed.
