Hey guys! I'm not sure if you know this, but I don't own any of this. Shit! I don't own anything that makes $100mil, although I wish I did!

"You keep what you kill..."

The words slipped from his bloody lips as if they were confirming his right to ascend the throne. He cast his gaze across the gathered crowd of Necromongers and they bowed to him, knee and head; one and all.

He had absolutely no idea what the fuck they wanted him to do. All he knew was Kyra's cooling body was heaped where he left it, on the floor in front of him. The fringe of his consciousness noted that there was someone weeping hysterically up in the balcony.

It stabbed into his brain that he now had command of the entire Necromonger mobile city. An entire city of death worshipers and half dead freaks, but the only dead person he was concerned with was Kyra.

He stood to address the crowd but his attention was caught by the slow motion of Kyra's blood pooling under her still body.

"Dump that... thing out of the nearest hatch." he growled in disgust, indicating the old Lord Martial. "Prepare K - Prepare my wife's body for her funeral."

Small statured beings came forward to clear the bodies. The grotesque things crawling in a half crouch across the floor to do his bidding; dragging the body of their former leader off somewhere to be, presumably, dumped into space.

The angry wailing stopped and the woman who had brought him into the interrogation chamber, Dame Vaako, came forward with a few of the creepy minions to collect Kyra's body. The woman knelt beside the body to straighten it by pulling the corpse's arms over her abdomen.

Riddick looked away as the beautiful woman's long, thin fingers patted Kyra's limp hands into a clasped position. He heard Dame Vaako gasp, but didn't look back.

"Lord Marshal!" The stupid woman cried. "Y-your wife-" He didn't let her finish.

"If she's ready, just take her."

"Sire!" She insisted, trying to regain his attention.

"Just do it, woman!" He growled the command.

"She's NOT DEAD." The cool tempered woman said with surprising force.

Riddick gave her his full attention now. "What?" His voice was deceptively calm.

"Medic!" Dame Vaako screamed and took command of Kyra.

Soon there were more of those creatures, medics and attendants swarming all around Kyra's failing body.

"Take care." Riddick grabbed the woman by the arm as she followed the procession of medical staff off the throne dais. "If she dies, you die."

Dame Vaako's eyes widened. She gave a sharp nod then yanked her arm back and hurried away to follow Kyra's stretcher.

A few days later Riddick ghosted into Kyra's dim room and stood at her bedside. He watched her eyes flutter then flick wide open. Her skin was pale and drawn but her eyes showed her true strength. She smiled faintly at him.

"I was wondering when you'd come for me." She heaved a heavy breath. "Are you leaving?"

"Yeah," Riddick snorted a chuckle through his nose. "Are you with me, Kyra?"

"I was always with you." Her eyes sparkled as she winked at him. "I still am."
