I'm not dead~! Been quite some time since I've posted something. XD Well, here's a very short story on what happens when you mix bombs and Cuccos.

Disclaimer: I own nothing except for the weirdness of this story.

Nothing has been the same since the visit to the farm. Two people, a field of Cuccos, and a bag of small Crawling Bombs can only spell trouble. They waited until midday, when the Cuccos were all in the field.

"Sheik...I...I don't know about this."

"Don't chicken out, Link. You have no idea what I went through to get Barnes to sell me these bombs. It was either help him make bombs all day, or steal them. Unfortunately, I can't be sneaky in his shop."

The small Hylian was uneasy. "B-but..."

"No. You promised me we'd do this. And I know you've attacked them before."

"H-how do you know that?"

"Shhh! You'll startle them. I know because...because I'm a Sheikah. That's how."

It was a lame excuse for the reason he knew. But, it was the best he could come up with. The Sheikah were pretty sneaky people. So, he always used it as a reason for knowing a lot.

They hid in the bushes outside the fence of the farm. They stared into the farm. "Let's do this..."

They each held a Crawler and nodded. They chucked them over the fence, where they exploded right over the Cuccos. The Cuccos burst out in a fit of confusion, looking for something to attack.

The boys started laughing at their confusion. Unfortunately, the Cuccos heard them and charged. There was a spot below the fence dug out just enough for them to squeeze under.

They saw Sheik first and went after him. He stood and started running. The Cuccos were so angry that they could keep up with him. He tripped over something large and was swarmed by the pudgy birds.

They would've pecked him to death if Link wasn't there to round them up and take them back to the farm. The Hylian walked back to Sheik, who was still curled in a ball on the ground. He carried him back to the village on his back.

"Oh my Goddess...that hurt..." The Sheikah groaned.

"I told you we shouldn't have done it."

"Go screw yourself, Link. At least it was fun."

He sighed, "I'll give you that much. But I'm not explaining why you're injured."

"Where would I be without you, my friend?"

Link smirked, "Pecked to death by Cuccos."

Sheik managed to laugh, "True."

Since then, both boys have learned something. Link learned to let Sheik talk him into something without learning the details. Sheik learned that Cuccos are very fast and very violent.

What'd ya think? XD This came out of nowhere. Well, my mom and I were talking about chickens...and I just got this idea. I know that Link and Sheik are seriously OoC. That was the point. Their personalities were switched to make it weird.

Link: Normally careless and doing stupid sh*t. Sheik: Stopping (or attempting to stop) Link from doing stupid sh*t.
