-Chapter 7

Start the fires

"It's done" Aisha said as she looked up from the computer "Just have to run the program at the stock exchange, and then it will be complete"

"Excellent" Bane said as he walked over to Aisha and placed a hand on her shoulder "You will be coming, as a hostage we will meet you there"

"Sounds like a plan" Aisha said as she stood up and Bane still stood behind her.

"You will be riding with me" Bane said as he looked down at Aisha who just nodded and then headed out to be at the stock exchange to set up her part.

Aisha arrived at the exchange early and saw that people were filling up and she walked past one of her men that was shining someone's shoes, she nodded to him as she passed and the guy smiled back at her.

"Aisha good to see you here again" Barry said as she walked inside the doors.

"Oh hello Barry" Aisha said with a smile "I thought you had the day off?"

"Oh I did, but Leo called out so I got called in" Barry said.

"That's a shame to hear, don't be brave today I have a feeling" Aisha said with a soft smile as she stood next to the computers.

"Don't worry, nothing is going to happen today" Barry said and then suddenly guns were going off and everyone hit the floor.

Barry got knocked out and Aisha knelt as she saw a total of 3 men firing up in the air and stopped just as Bane entered the exchange holding his bike helmet. Bane then looked around and saw Aisha behind him as he turned and saw a guy sitting in a chair. He walked over and handed his helmet to the guy in red and looked at the one in the chair.

"This is a stock exchange there is no money here" he said.

"Really then why are you people here" Bane then grabbed the guy's tie and wheeled him and their chair over to where Aisha was siting and then smashed his head on the desk and then took his ID card and put it in the computer and then went to look around as one of his men started the program Aisha developed.

Bane kept walking around making sure no one was getting any bright ideas. Aisha kept an eye on them and the people around her making sure she played a hostage well in case it came to that.

"They cut the fiber" he said as he looked at Bane "It's still working"

"For now" Bane said as he had his hands together. "How much longer does the program need?"

"8 minutes" he said after looking at Aisha who slightly nodded.

"Time to go mobile" Bane said and then walked over and got his helmet "Thank you" and then grabbed Aisha.

As they walked guns went off to get everyone up and they headed to their bikes and Bane put his bike helmet on. Bane then tied Aisha's hand together and put her backwards on the bike as he got in and put her legs over his as he started the bike. Aisha grabbed the front of Bane's jacket because she did not want to fall off.

"Be ready" Bane said as they started to let out the hostages. Aisha pretended to be afraid as the hostages were out of the stock exchange and then they took off.

Once they were jumping over the barriers Aisha tired her best to not fall off the bike as they left the cops behind and they were speeding through traffic and heading towards a tunnel. As they were driving Aisha could help but notice how her legs were pressed against Bane's and how closer her body was to his. She felt one of his hands leave the handles and press her lower back gently before going back to the handles. Aisha had her head to his shoulder so Bane could see forward without her blocking his view. Every turn they took Aisha tightened her grip with her legs around Bane so she would fall and could feel his muscles against her legs. There was no feeling of dread, no fear associated with his body touching hers even when he put his hands on her. The fear of that had seemed to lessen once her body knew it had no reason to fear. Bane's hands which would and have killed men didn't threaten her didn't, cause her pain. Aisha was unsure of how she felt about this but when she noticed cops she knew it was the time to think about it as they entered the tunnel.

"Bane" Aisha said as she looked behind him "There are cops" and just as Aisha said that the lights started to go out and Aisha griped harder on to Bane as he drove faster. "He's coming" They continued on out of the tunnel as the lights turned back on and soon they excited the tunnel.

Bane checked the program one more time before he stopped and turned around and Aisha got off and ran towards the side and she saw him drive right past the Batman and the cops. Aisha quickly disappeared and headed back to her house since she was finished.

Aisha walked into her kitchen with her hands still tied and opened the silverware draw and pulled out a steak knife so she could cut off her bindings. Just as soon as she was finished she heard movement behind her and instinctively threw the streak knife as she turned and saw Bane move his head so it missed him by mere centimeters.

"I'm sorry" Aisha said as she took the ropes off her hands "It's a reaction"

"I am aware" Bane said as he walked closer to Aisha so he stood in front of her.

"I do have to admit something" Aisha smiled slyly to Bane "I didn't mind sitting the way we were."

Then then suddenly grabbed Aisha by the waist and sat her on the counter. He could fell her body tense at the sudden touch but immediately relaxed as he walked between her legs. Bane rested his hands on Aisha's legs as he stared at her he still saw the fear that drove her but the fear of his touch has lessen greatly.

"It does not bother you like it did" Bane said as Aisha smiled at him and then she gently touched his mask.

"It's a funny thing" Aisha said as she gently caressed it "I imagine it does a good job keeping the pain at bay" she then kissed his mask and smiled at him "Careful Bane, someone will try and use the mask against you"

"Then I will kill them" Bane replied as he felt Aisha's hands move from his mask to his shoulders. "Just like if they touch what is mine"

"I know" Aisha said quietly and then smirked up at Bane "I think it's time to let Gotham know"

"You will be with me" Bane said "It's time to be out of the shadows"

"I do have to ask" Aisha said as Bane ran his hands up her legs and stepped closer to her.

"Then ask" Bane replied as Aisha continued to looked at him, then down remaining silent.

"What if someone you knew had sent those men to kill me" Aisha said.

"Then their vision had been clouded, and their path is no longer pure" Bane said simply "It matters not, you will no longer leave my side. It's time for the world to know how powerless they are."

"Yes I do believe it is" Aisha said as she turned her gaze back up towards Bane. "Thank you" Aisha quietly smiled at him. She rarely said the word, since it use to show weakness, that she recognized she could no longer do things on her own.

"Sleep we have an appointment to keep in the morning" Bane said as Aisha nodded to him and went to get off the counter but still found him between her legs. Aisha stared at him as he moved his hands and wrapped Aisha's legs around his waist and stepped back as she quickly leaned forward and wrapped her arms around him so she wouldn't fall backwards. "You no longer live here"

"I have her stuff" Basard said as he entered the kitchen with two bags.

"What's going on" Aisha said as she held on to Bane who was holding on to her under her butt.

"We are burning your house down" Bane said and Aisha pulled back from him "You will simply disappear from this life to be in ours"

"Oh…truth is I didn't like this house that much anyways, but before you do burn my house down go in the living room towards the bookcase and pull the Grimm Fairy Tales books, it opens a hidden room filled with weapons" she said as it was the most normal thing in the world.

"Check it, then clear out" Bane said as he walked out of Aisha's house still holding on to her as he descended into the sewers.

"I can walk" Aisha mumbled into Bane's shoulder as he continued to walk towards his hideout.

"I am aware" Bane said as he set Aisha down on his bed and unwrapped her legs from him.

"I think" Aisha started as Bane started to pull away "You care more than you let on"

"Sleep" Bane said and left Aisha sitting on his bed alone.

Aisha then not wanting to sleep in her clothing took them off till she remains in her bra and cotton underwear. She did not understand how women would spent so much on underwear, she careless tossed her clothes in the chair as she turned to her side showing her back to the world.

"I have your things" Basard said from behind her.

"Thank you Basard" Aisha said without turning around and hear some noises and the drops of more than 2 bags "I see you found my arsenal"

"Yes" he said and Aisha could tell by his step he was carrying something else.

"I see you like my rifle you found in there" Aisha said with a smile in her voice "You can keep it, it will serve you better than me"

"Goodnight" Basard said as his footsteps disappeared.

Aisha remained looking at the wall as her eyes closed and as thoughts were going through her head. Bruce Wayne, her boss was Batman again. She was slightly disappointed that the death of Rachel could even stop him from bringing out his demons to face even bigger ones. If only people knew the truth about Harvey Dent.

"Well well well..sugar pop you look perfect" Joker said empathizing the t.

"I do try" Aisha said with a smile as she smoothed out her nurses outfit before turning to him "Now, you ready for yours?"

"Oh doll you don't have any idea" Joker said with a laugh as Aisha just smiled at him "You are going to love Harvey Dent"

"Guess he really is two face now" Aisha said with a smile as she straighten out the nurses hat on his head. "After you"

"Oh no, ladies first" Joker said as Aisha walked out before him into a van and headed to Gotham General.

Aisha kept watch outside looking at the clipboard as the Joker had his alone time with the White Knight of Gotham. The thought of it made Aisha sick to her stomach. She saw people running around trying to get patients out before the Joker would blow them up.

"Alright cupcake" Joker said as he walked out "Time to go"

"Harvey?" Aisha said as they head out of the hospital.

"You will see cupcake, wouldn't want to ruin the whole surprise" Joker laughed as they walked down the street and he pressed a button.

However, nothing happened and Aisha held in a laugh as he fumbled with the remote and then suddenly the hospital blew up and they both ran and jumped into the back of a school bus before it took off.

A hand stirred Aisha as she felt one tracing the long scar down her back that had ragged edges and was slightly raised. She recognized who it was from the it was Bane. She didn't know why but she didn't want to interrupt him as he traced her scars along her back and then back up and then slightly follow the scars that front of their torso. She then felt the bed sink but the hand never moved from her body.

"You no longer fear my touch" Bane said knowing Aisha had awoken a little.

"You have given no inclined that you would hurt me" Aisha said as sleep laced her voice. "Is it time to get up"

"No" Bane said "Sleep" he then heard no resistant in her body as it started to drift back off to sleep..

Bane laid next to Aisha and listen a moment to her breathing, he knew who went and attacked Aisha. He knew. It was a sign of weakness and cowardice to have men paid to kill her. Aisha posed no threat to their mission, so the only option left was Aisha was seen as a threat. Bane kept his hands on Aisha as he curled into her body. She fit almost perfectly against his body on the bed and Bane rested behind her. He knew once she took that walk, once she made it known that she was working with him her illusion will fail. Bane also knew she could easily manipulate everyone to think her a victim if she chose and they would forgive her. He understood what made her so dangerous and so infectious and he would protect Aisha, since he understood why. Her poisonous charm had gotten to him and he couldn't let her go now, she was his and he was not going to let her forget.
