Looking around the room, I examined my classmate's failures. Mary's had absolutely no foundation, and it crumbled around the 10th block or so. Zack's toppled due to it being so high, and Lily's was just dreadful.

I did so much better.

I smiled; I had created a tower almost as tall as our teacher, made purely out of blocks. It was a masterpiece, lasting for not one but two hours and even during nap time, which was a grand feat for a five year old like me that I definitely took pride in.

Now, time for some decorations andwait what? My eyes drifted toward a strong looking, strong for a toddler at least, girl with brown eyes and stringy hair to match. Attractive, very attractive.

She gave me a sneer. "Watcha got there?"

"A tower."

"It'd be a shame if something ha-"

"Touch it, you die." I didn't mean to be that blunt, well actually, I kind of did, but I had to get my point across; building that took a really long time and I won't let Clarisse out of all people destroy it.

Her eyes widened, and I saw her move something behind her back.

I glared, warning her. "Clarisse?" My body moved in front of the structure, protecting it, and in return she gritted her teeth.

I could feel my classmate's stares, waiting for one of us to make the first move.

"WELL TOO BAD PRINCESS!" Clarisse roared and chucked a wooden block straight at my forehead, making me crash down onto my glorious tower. I immediately got up, ignoring my throbbing head and ruined creation, and jumped her, striking her with two blocks of my own.

"That's what you get," I hissed.
