Uzumaki Naruto Fusion Master

Gaara looked skeptical about Narutos words "the last time we met I tried to kill you"

Naruto nodded he remembered that fight alongside Aina against the Ichibi Shukaku it was one of the toughest fights of his life

"I remember" Naruto said

Gaara frowned "than why have you come" he asked the sand around Naruto constricting Naruto could escape using the kawarimi jutsu but than Gaara would think that he came to fight

"I swear I only want to talk" Naruto said sincerely "please Gaara"

Gaara said nothing turning away the sand holding Naruto dropped to the ground "follow me to the house Arashi Tatsumaki we can speak there"

Naruto nodded following after Gaara

Naruto placed his sandals by the door as he looked around the house it was very warm and homey there was a lot of love here

"Gaara who was at the gate" a familiar voice asked Naruto looked to see Gaara's blonde teammate from the chunin exams

What was her name again Temari her name was Temari looking at him her eyes narrowed "you what are you doing here" she demanded holding out her hand wind chakra began to gather around it

"If you've come to attack Gaara" she began her eyes narrowing killing intent began to fill the room

"Temari" Gaara said calmly "it's fine"

Temari looked to Gaara before calming down walking away

Though Naruto had a feeling she could quickly stab him in the back if things turned for the worse

Gaara looked apologetic for a moment "I apologize for my sister since defecting from Suna we have been on guard"

Naruto nodded "I was born in Konoha" he

Gaara looked surprised by this information but didn't say anything walking further into the house "let's continue this discussion in the kitchen"

Naruto followed after Gaara so far things were going better than he was expecting even with the attempt on his life

Naruto was cautiously optimistic how the rest of the meeting would go

Naruto sat across from Gaara at a small table a cup of tea in front of him Naruto had waited for Gaara to take a sip before he took a sip from his own cup

Gaara sat down his cup his pupil less teal eyes looking into Narutos blue eyes "your asking a lot out of me Arashi Tatsumaki"

Naruto nodded "I know" he said understanding Gaara's point of view Naruto wasn't sure how he would feel about being asked to attack the people from his own village

Naruto wasn't sure how to feel about this on one hand Naruto could understand where the old man Raikage was coming from Konoha was Kumos ally in the war and it was right in the middle of the continent between Kiri and Iwa

If Suna joined the war on Iwa's side than Konoha would be pinned between two fronts which is why the old man wanted to use a buffer Gaara of the desert

Gaara looked thoughtful "what I would like to know is why" Gaara said "why ask this of me"

Naruto looked Gaara in the eye "on one hand I'm doing this because of the mission because I was asked to" Naruto put down his tea cup looking down at his hands

"And on the other hand" Gaara asked

"I want to bring peace to the world" Naruto said determinedly looking Gaara in the eye "not just for me but for my daughter and for any future children I have"

Aina followed after Jiraiya Sensei the rain pelting down on her head as they walked through Amegakure

"Why are we here Sensei" she asked curiously her eyes drifting noticing an attractive girl pass by

"Focus Aina" Jiraiya ordered sternly getting Aina's attention away from the girl

if Jiraiya the self proclaimed super pervert of Mount Myoboku wasn't taking the time to ogle pretty girls half his age than you knew things were serious

Aina frowned the jinchuriki of Isobu still had no idea what was going on why were they here in this waterlogged country that smelled like the inside of an old shower

And filled with shinobi whose specialty was assassination while Konoha was preparing for war

Jiraiya looked back to Aina a fatherly smile as he messed up her hair "sensei knock it off" she faux protested

Jiraiya turned down a street walking into an alleyway Jiraiya looked over his shoulder once and twice checking to see if they were being followed before he knocked on a specific set of bricks

One of the bricks slid into the wall revealing a pair of orange colored eyes "what does the toad in the rain do when he comes home"

"Turns his card to red" Jiraiya answered easily the eyes blinked before the peephole closed bricks began to slid into the wall revealing a hidden door on the other side of the door was a blue haired woman a piercing under her lower lip she smiled warmly at Jiraiya

"Welcome Jiraiya sensei come in" she said Aina's eye's widened as she followed after her sensei out of the rain the hidden door closing behind her

Now that they were out of the rain Aina got a good look at the mysterious woman she was wearing an Amegakure shinobi uniform with a headband tied around her left arm she had blue hair held in a bun with an origami flower

Sensei Aina didn't think her sensei ever had a female student before her since due to Jiraiya's eccentricity most women were easily annoyed by the toad sannin

Jiraiya sensei turned to Aina "Aina this is Konan she was one of my first students" Jiraiya introduced turning to Konan "Konan this is my apprentice Aina"

Konan placed her left fist against her open palm bowing "welcome Aina"

Aina nodded returning the bow "thank you for the hospitality"

Konan rose up "so polite are you sure sensei is Jiraiya sensei" she asked jokingly Aina laughed

"Ha ha" Jiraiya said dryly though there was a warm smile on his face "we need to keep going is he expecting us" Jiraiya asked

Konan nodded "hai sensei follow me" she answered walking down the hallway
