14 years had passed since the Battle of Hogwarts, and the lives of Bella, Draco, Harry, Ginny, Hermione, Ron, and all their friends couldn't have been better. They all had overcome challenges to arrive to where they were today and they couldn't be more happy.

There was also the fact that their children were going to Hogwarts and making their own stories and honouring legacies.

"Mom, we're going to be late," Diana complained, as she walked ahead of her dawdling family.

"Calm down sweetheart, we have plenty of time before the train leaves," Draco reassured his daughter, as he motioned for his family to walk faster.

Draco and Bella had the priveledge of escorting all their children to Hogwarts this year.

Their adopted son, Teddy Lupin was in his 5th year of school, and had followed his father into Gryffindor.

Their oldest daughter Hermione Lily was in her 3rd year and also a Gryffindor.

Their second child, 12-year-old Isabella Dora was a second year Ravenclaw.

Now, they were escorting their youngest children, twins; Diana Rose and Sirius Remus to go to Hogwarts for the first time. They were so proud of their kids.

"Just chill sis, Hogwarts isn't going anywhere," Remus said to calm his adoptive sister down.

"Kids, just keep the arguing until we get on the platform please," Bella told her children, as they approached the entrance to Platform 9 3/4.

"Yes mom," they all said in unison.

Once they emerged onto the platform, they immediately started looking for the rest of their family.

"Look, there's Uncle Harry!" Hermione yelled, as she spotted her favorite uncle and ran towards him.

Harry emerged from the smoke with Ginny and their three children.

Their eldest son, James Sirius was in his 2nd year in Gryffindor.

Their second son, Albus Severus was 11 years old and going into his first year, and he was both excited and nervous.

Their youngest child was their daughter, Lily Luna and she was 9 years old and still had 2 years o wait before she went to Hogwarts.

"Hermione! How's my favourite niece?" Harry asked.

"Pretty good, can't wait to get back to school," Hermione said.

Harry rolled his eyes, she got her love of school from both her mother and her namesake, Hermione Granger-Weasley.

"You sound just like Aunt Hermione, Herms," James said in annoyance.

"And what's wrong with that James Sirius Potter?"

Hermione Weasley's voice came and James cowered behind his mother.

Hermione approached with Ron, and their two children.

"Nothing, Aunt Hermione," James said sweetly.

Rose smirked, as her mom mock-glared at her cousin, while her younger brother Hugo laughed out-loud.

"That's what I thought mister," Hermione said, as she smiled at her nephew.

Only one family was missing and they were wondering where they were.

"Where's Uncle Jasper?" Isabella asked, as she looked for her uncle and best friends.

"I'm sure he's on his way, darling," Draco said, as he too looked around.

Suddenly, Jasper and Nicole Meadowes came running over to them with their twin daughters.

"Sorry we're late, Dorcas couldn't find her book bag," Nicole said, as she hugged everyone present.

"No problem, guys," Ginny said, as she looked at the two 2nd years.

Dorcas Amelia had found her way into Ravenclaw, just like her mom and dad. But her twin, Lavender Mary, just like her namesake had ended up in Gryffindor.

"Hey, the train is about to take off, we need to say our goodbyes," Teddy said.

"Right," Bella gave Teddy a long hug and told him to behave.

Bella and Draco then said goodbye and the 'I love you's' to their oldest daughters.

Harry, Ginny, Jasper and Nicole did the same routine with their eldest children.

Bella then knelt in front of Sirius and Diana and said, "No matter what house you end up in, I will always be proud of you. Just do good and make yourselves proud."

Draco backed up the same things his wife said and they let their youngest get on the train with their siblings and friends.

Hermione and ron told their daughter, "Do your homework and make whatever house you end up in proud. They are all the same, they just target different qualities that we all possess."

Rose nodded, hugged her parents, extended family and ran after the rest of her family.

Jasper, Nicole, Hermione, Ron, and Draco backed up and let Harry talk to his son, who had the most nerves.

"I will always be proud of you, no matter what house you are in. Whether it be Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw."

"But what if I am in Slytherin? I am so scared of being put in there," Albus expressed to his father in a low whisper.

Harry sighed and looked up to Bella for some help. Bella nodded and knelt down to help her brother and nephew.

"Albus, you should never be ashamed or afraid to be put in any house. Some brave people have been put in Slytherin. They have saved your dad and my life," Bella began.

"Really?" Albus asked.

"Yes, the very man who your middle name comes from was a Slytherin. He was not perfect and had many regrets, but he protected us because he vowed to do it because of a promise he gave to our mother. He was always there, we never knew why, and in the end, he died for what he believed in. Never be afraid of a house, they all have something that makes them special, and makes them different from everyone else," Bella said, as she hugged her nephew and stood up to go stand beside Draco.

Albus then smiled and hugged his dad and vowed to keep an open mind. He then left after his family.

Harry walked over to Bella and whispered, "Thank you."

"You're welcome," Bella mouthed back.

This unspoken thank you was unknown to the rest of the gathered friends, but seeing the smile on Albus' face they knew what Bella said had made a difference in his outlook at being sorted.

This was their life, they had nothing to fear for the past 14 years and they had every intention of keeping it that way. All was well.
