A/N: After an eternity, I have returned with a new chapter. Also, give me some suggestions for other chapters. It can be anything, really, and I'll consider it.

Megatron examined his servo, trying to find any minute differences -besides the obvious ones, of course- with his frame.

It all started with a groundbridge, ironically enough. It was the second time Megatron actually managed to get halfway through the groundbridge towards the Autobot base.

Now the cause of his current predicament wasn't because of the Autobot's groundbridge, funnily enough.

It was actually Soundwave's fault.

Megatron still had to wrap his mind around anything being Soundwave's fault. Sure there was that one time he snapped at the communications officer because he stated the obvious during a mission, but that was eons ago.

Soundwave of all people, making a mistake just seemed out of character, and Megatron didn't even know how to react. So here he was, in his own quarters staring at the reflective window, trying to understand what had just happened.

"This is...this is..." Megatron uncharacteristically sighed, irritation present on his face.

Or her face.

No longer did Megatron look like the feared Gladiator Mech that sparked the Cybertronian Civil War...Well actually, he was just as tall as before, with imposing size and retained his signature fusion cannon. Only, his face looked much softer, and his torso wasn't broad anymore, at least not in the right places. Even the scars on his face that he was always proud to wear almost looked like tattoos that emphasized his now slanted optics that were almost reminiscent of Optimus' second in command.

Suddenly, he snarled.

No, he wasn't upset with Soundwave. How could he? The moment it happened, Soundwave showed him schematics for a device he planned to build to fix this...unfortunate situation.

He had almost wished this was Starscream's doing. At least then, he'd have an excuse to smack someone around for a few nanoseconds.

He was angry at himself. He, the ruler of Kaon, who brought the Gladiatorial Pits together under his control, sulking in his room because of an insignificant thing like being turned into a femme?

Megatron folded his hands behind his back and squared his shoulders. He stalked towards the door leading to the command hub, which opened on it's own. His optics narrowed determinedly as he continued onto the bridge. As he passed groups of Vehicons, they stopped to stare at him, only hurrying along when he graced them with a murderous glare.

"Report on the Energon Mine," the Dark Lord commanded as he came to a stop in front of the large viewport, his hands still folded behind him.

A look of disgust crossed his facial features momentarily in reaction to the sound of his own voice. If Megatron was anyone else, he would have thought he sounded hot. Megatron was put more at ease seeing that Soundwave looked as busy as always, compiling information on the nemesis' monitor. The silent mech was probably the only one Megatron wouldn't attempt to offline after a blunder like that. Hopefully, the silent officer could hurry along with that device, and everything could go back to normal. Everyone knew it was Soundwave's miscalculation that caused Megatron's predicament, and Megatron felt awkward just being around Soundwave, especially since he couldn't necessarily discipline him and he was the cause of this awkwardness.

Starscream stepped forward, coming to a stop behind Soundwave and Megatron who both had their backs to him for varying reasons.

"We've secured yet another Energon Mine. It shall add another two megacycles to our resources, my lady."

Megatron's back straightened, and all the Vehicons who were milling about a floor below suddenly froze, looking through the ceiling opening at Starscream. They weren't even noticed, as Megatron's back was still turned, but even if he did turn around, all of his focus would probably be on the now nervous Jet.

"Starscream..." Megatron started. His voice wasn't the same at all. It still had that somewhat raspy quality to it, but it was distinctly feminine while still holding authority. "What did you just say?"

Starscream took a step back, far enough that Megatron wouldn't be able to suddenly throttle him upon pivoting around, feigning innocence. "My Lord, I do not understand what you mean. I gave the report on the Energon Mine, of course," he replied, hoping to veer the subject off of his "slip of the tongue" as humans would say.

"I distinctly heard you say 'Lady', Starscream," came the Decepticon Leader's rebuttal, turning his helm slightly to glare at his second in command.

"Scrap," Starscream hissed under his breath. Even if he denied it, Soundwave surely would playback the audio that he had to have recorded if Megatron asked him.

"I believe you heard wrong, my Lord," Starscream retorted politely, taking more steps back when Megatron turned around. It didn't help the jet at all that Megatron looked extremely attractive as a femme. The face was thinner, there was noticeable waist, much like Arcee and Airachnid's frames, except a lot more...built. Megatron was still proportionately larger than them, and he was still at least a head taller than Optimus.

Needless to say, Megatron was still as intimidating as ever, but all the Decepticons would agree that now she looked...sexy while stalking forward.

That was only a fleeting thought in Starscream's mind however, as Megatrons path towards him was possibly going to lead towards a lot of pain.

"Oh, so I heard wrong?" Megatron drawled, dragging out the vowel in his last word. Even though Megatron wasn't speaking any differently, he really sounded like a tease when it was coming from a femme's vocoder.

"That's not what I was implying! I-"

"It shall add another two megacycles to our resources, my lord."

Megatron stopped walking torward Strscream, which prompted the seeker to stop moving. Megatron turned his attention to Soundwave, who had just finished the playback of Starscream's voice on his face monitor.

"You're saying that Starscream didn't say that?" Megatron demanded with an irritated growl. Soundwave curtly nodded, looking Megatron in the face.

Oh, Megatron was clearly aware of what Soundwave was doing. Starscream did say it, but Soundwave was covering for him for whatever pit-given reason. It was painfully obvious with Starscream breathing a sigh of relief, then stiffening up when Megatron returned his glare to him.

Megatron balled his fist, resisting the temptation to punch Starscream through the nearest wall.

And then shoot him with his fusion cannon for good measure.

And maybe throw him through the viewport window while he was at it. There wouldn't be any permanent damage from him being thrown, of course.

But Soundwave was right. He had to keep his temper in check and stay calm under these strange circumstances.

Megatron took a deep breath and turned around, once again folding her- I mean his hands behind his back.

"It seems I...was mistaken. Your report is noted," the former Gladiator stated, returning to the viewport window.

Starscream took another sigh of relief. Did Soundwave just save him from a beating? Walking up to Soundwave's side, he studied his presence a moment before speaking.

"Believe me, Soundwave, I'm in your debt, but...why did you do that?"

Soundwave didn't respond immediately continuing to type. On low volume, so Megatron wouldn't be able to hear, Starscream recognized an audio playback.

"This is your doing," the voice Starscream recognized as Megatron's speaking through Soundwave's helm. The second in command did not recall where that particular sentence originated from, but he got the gist of what Soundwave was communicating.

He shrugged. "Well, I don't disagree with you there. It is your fault."

Soundwave stared in his direction.

"I'm just saying...Uh, don't...beat yourself up about it," Starscream amended, avoiding eye to faceplate contact.

Soundwave returned to typing.

"Nevertheless, I appreciate the gesture," Starscream said with a cough, before awkwardly and hastily leaving towards the center of the room.

Belatedly, he noticed all of the Vehicons in the room and the exposed floor below were still staring in his general direction and at Megatron's back.

"What are all you fools doing!? Back to work!"

Lol, a friend of mine asked me.

What did I just write, hehe.
