Yes, I am really sorry for not putting anything, but my computer is finally fixed and ready to go. Still, I apologize for letting you down for months! Despite that, I promise you a great taste of things to come, as Shang Tsung said in the Mortal Kombat games.

I do not own anything from My Little Pony or Dragon Ball Z, but I surely like to think so, but I do not.

Enjoy and hope you forgive me, heh!

Slowly but surely, Caesar opened his eyes and felt himself as if floating.

"Strange…" He grunted.

Getting up, the pony realized that everything around him was white. There was no floor, and looking up, he saw there was no sky either.

If this is heaven, how boring. He thought with a grimace.

Caesar knew that the manticore had dealt a terrible blow to him, and lost consciousness almost immediately after. A sneer appeared on his face.

Give it to an idiot like Fluttershy to cause this madness. If he ever got out of this hellhole, he would hunt her animals down and then burn her cottage. Her infernal rabbit would be one to receive very special treatment… Caesar almost smirked at the thought.

Suddenly, he heard a breeze moving to his direction. His face felt it, and it was cool, almost warm but not quite. It was very strange, but also really comforting.

Then, out of nowhere, he saw a bipedal being floating in front of him. Caesar let out a gasp.

This being had a big body, muscles and a white beard only recognized on top magicians, politicians or generals. It also had twinkling grey eyes, full of warmth and mischievousness.

So different to a pony like he was used to, yet the aura of this… creature was warm and comforting, it almost put Caesar at ease.

"Greetings, Caesar, son of Thundercolt."

And he had a very strong voice, too.

The first thing that came to Caesar was, "Who are you?"

"I have many names, young one, but most know me as the Supreme Creator, or Great Engineer."

Caesar tilted his head to the side, fear and cautiousness still on his eyes, but now curiosity taking the better of him. "Basically a god?"

"You can say that." The enigmatic being smiled. "I have been watching you for a while, young one, and you have made great strides in this realm."

The pony snorted. "I just got killed by a manticore, you call that a great stride?"

"I call that the greatest act that can ever be given." A warm smile appeared on the Supremes' face. "You have proven yourself to be strong in both wisdom and heart."

Rolling his eyes, the pony said, "And it cost me my whole life."

"Before we venture into other things, for we have much to discuss, I want to show you something. You said you wasted your life, correct?" At the nod of the pony, the man smirked, which unnerved Caesar. "Please, close your eyes."

Caesar looked at him with wariness and cautiousness. "What will you do?"

"I will put my hand on your forehead, and then show you what happened right after you were stabbed by the manticore."

The honest answer caught the pony off guard, but nonetheless, he replied. "Why should I trust you?"

"Simple, you don't know and, what would I gain from harming you even though you say you are already dead?"

A good argument indeed. "…..Fine."

With that, the being smiled and put a hand on Caesar's forehead. "Relax Caesar, let the energy around you flow, and see for yourself what happened."

The voice of this being calmed him, so much he almost fell asleep, but in that moment, he was now watching Applejack, who screamed and howled at his body.

Caesar, in all of his years being disciplined, could not help but be extremely taken. He never wanted to see her like that. When her parents died, he promised to take care of her, to never see her sad again.

He failed.

"You did not." The enigmatic god admonished. "You have shown them that courage and self-sacrifice are the greatest virtues one can find, even in the most unlikely of places, like you."

Nodding, Caesar swallowed and watched as Applejack stood up on her fours, her eyes full of anger and rage. He shivered. He was also kind of… well, he felt strange for liking her like that. Caesar had always treasured Applejack's feisty nature, a reason for his sarcastic remarks and eagerness to anger the mare, even at the most of unexpected of moments.

All of a sudden, Applejack began powering up, screaming in anguish as she did so. The ground shook while the trees around were being pushed by a powerful gust of wind.

Then, she attacked. It was a huge explosion, and Caesar felt pride swell throughout his body and a giddy flutter in his stomach. Wait… why was he feeling even though he was already dead?

Right after, the scene faded to black and Caesar found himself in front of the being again.

"She was willing to give her life for you, Caesar." The god spoke. "She gave it all to avenge you, and you should understand how much she treasures you, you can't be that thickheaded?" He smirked amusingly at the colt, well stallion.

The pony felt a blush creeping on his rather poker face. "Indeed."

"However, I saw you were not paying attention to the other ponies."

The Supreme Being smiled and waved a hand. A black circle appeared, showing the faces of his companions.

Fluttershy looked like somepony had destroyed her cottage and animals. Rainbow Dash was openly crying, which astounded Caesar. If there was a mare he would not expect crying from, especially for him, was that infernal yet powerful light blue colored mare. Twilight was bowing her head, a few tears going out while Rarity was weeping with Applejack, who kept screaming his name.

This came as a shock to him. They treasured and liked him that much? He thought his insensitive comments and sarcastic retorts were enough for them to dislike him.

"No, for the contrary, they treasured you for you who were."

And then, the last pony. Pinkie Pie was just staring, her eyes hollow and blank. She was shivering slightly and her mouth was a thin line. She did not move at all, body as still as a statue.

Caesar openly gasped at her. "I.. I do not understand.."

'I was the one to always call her a moron.' He finished in an afterthought.

"You did, but she always liked you for who you were, even though she strived to put a smile on your face. You were the one to go toe to toe with her."

That made Caesar smirk, but it faded as soon as he saw her face again. He caught a glimpse in her beautiful blue eyes and his jaw almost fell.

"She has it!" The pony almost screamed, but years of relentless self-discipline kept him from doing so. He also did not want to seem like a weakling in front of this being.

Caesar felt this… god was probably the most powerful being in the universe, easily. He radiated power, too, but the pony felt the god was masking it very, very heavily.

He made the Princesses look like mere newborn compared to him.

"Incredible power, if I do say so myself." The Supreme Being smiled. "She has it hidden well within, but you are the only one that can take it out. Right now, her happy and giddy nature is struggling to hold it within. She is of pure heart, Caesar, which is why she is struggling to unleash it."

"Applejack is of pure heart too." The pony countered, somewhat angry that the god implied that his best friend was not a good mare.

"Oh, she is indeed, but you have been there to train her. What about Pinkie Pie?" The silence gave him the answer. "Indeed, didn't think so."

Caesar sighed. "Well, what will happen to me, then?"

The Supreme Being let out a hearty laugh, his robes shaking alongside him. "In about a few seconds, you will not see me for a while, but for a very good reason. However, I will come to you in dreams later on, there is so much potential within you. Celestia has done enough, now I take charge of you."

Before he could leave, however, the Being said, "You have the blood of royal elemental warriors… use it wisely."

Before Caesar could reply, the being vanished into thin air, leaving him alone again.

His thoughts then went to Pinkie Pie. Extreme potential she had. What to do with it? Caesar sighed.

He would never be able to accomplish that, but hoped Applejack would. At least, when she was out of her mourning stage.

Caesar felt a weird sensation, and his eyes widened when he saw his body slowly vanishing.

"What the…" Was all he said before losing consciousness, again.

He watched, fascinated, as a full, mighty regiment of pony soldiers marched, banners raised proudly to identify the multiple centurias and maniples. Eager to see more, he moved silently, a call on his blood telling him to get closer.

The stallion was looking for his son, but what better idea than have the military to back him up in order to search for him? Who knows where he would be, with his antics always getting in the way.

The looks of determination, discipline and outright invincibility almost made him smile, almost. He was so used to this, the blood and part of his mind told him.

If his memory was right, the Royal Equestrian Defense Forces were the most powerful army in the world. Disciplined, highly trained, cunning but peaceful, acting only in the defense of their brethren, or in case of outright disaster…

That thought perked him up. There must be something going on if the army was marching rapidly. Either a storm, a dark magician or maybe something powerful was wreaking havoc.

Mobilization of the full army had only been done a couple of times in the history of the Kingdom of Equestria. They repulsed and counterattacked the Griffons several times, with the last one, a century earlier, taking the fight to their capital and forcing their surrender. However, Princess Celestia refused to sack or kill when unopposed. This impressed the Griffons, as they valued honor above all else, and a deep respect began, but there were still some of that avian species that regarded the ponies as lesser beings or outright threats.

More action was on the horizon, it seemed.

However, he did not know what exactly was going on. Either he would have to come out of his hideout and ask them, or wait until the shadows gave him better cover.

Deciding that the latter took too long, he jumped and landed on the ground, the soldiers not even paying a glance at him, which impressed him even more.

If he had been a threat, they would have reacted already.

He smirked and said, "Noble soldiers of Equestria, to where are you marching?"

Less than a few seconds later, a senior officer approached him, his face blank. "What do you need, civilian?"

The stallion looked at him with a small smirk. "I was just wondering where the full military might of Equestria was heading to."

As the soldiers continued to march, the officer sighed. "It doesn't look that good, I am afraid…"

"Do not tell me the Griffons are invading yet again!" The stallion growled. "Bastards, I will-"

"No, not the Griffons, something even worse." The military pony shivered. "Something out of our hands, we do not have enough power to fight back, but we do have the ability to help evacuate civilians, at the least."

The pony growled. "Who is behind this?"

"N-…Nightmare Moon." The officer barely stuttered, but it was there, fear. "She has promised to invade and conquer us. The Princess… I do not know what she is planning, but it must be something big if she has us at full alert."

His eyes widened. "You mean the second most powerful alicorn in history? She is invading?"

"Afraid so, my unknown but esteemed friend. That is why I advise you to seek refuge and await until further instructions."

"I have a vast amount of military training and my abilities are second to none, Captain." The stallion smirked. "I am much more powerful than you think, and have a keen mind for strategy and military tactics."

The officer raised an eyebrow. "Just who are you exactly?"

The stallion's smirk widened. "Many call me the Death Dealer, or the Cunning Battle Master, but you may call me… Bardock, Commander Bardock."

Goku smiled as he ducked a blow from Big Macintosh. They were in an intense workout session, and once Big Mac explained why he was being so eager to learn, as he had said, those 'fancy moves,' to defend his home in the case that his powerful sister and even more powerful colt friend were missing.

"You must never attack in anger or rage, let your mind be cleared of everything." Goku lectured as he struck the big red stallion with an uppercut. "I have seen many flaws in your stance, but it is shocking how rapidly you are improving."

Big Mac grunted as he stood on all fours, concentrating on the stallion in front of him. "Yah seem weak, but yah pack one big, dang punch!"

The yellow stallion chuckled, his eyes full of mirth. "That is because I have been training for a long time. You already have the muscle, just need the tactical mind and ki to complete the cake."

Goku, in his mind, ran through a quick scan of Big Mac's battle moves and physical traits. It was clear the stallion was extremely capable of outright mind discipline and concentration, which would pave the way for ki faster.

It was also a fact that Big Mac had a lot of strength. One of his punches sent Goku flying a few yards, alarming the red stallion, but the yellow stallion, as always, laughed it off. They then continued exchanging power punches and kicks throughout the farm.

The big flaw about Big Mac was his reliance on outright brute force, something Goku disliked immensely. It was clear that even the weakest of foes could think of a plan to destroy a being larger than them.

Still, the red stallion was a fast learner, and he was already mimicking Goku's stance.

"After three more sessions, we will begin your training with ki. You will need to be in deep concentration for all of those. Then, we will spar to see your improvement."

"Sounds mighty good to me." Big Mac gave him a cheeky smile. "But first…"

Without warning, Goku was punched on the jaw, sending him crashing to a tree.

He groaned. "You are too strong for your own good, Mac."

The other stallion just laughed while offering a hoof to get his new friend up. They were surely going to put a dent in the apple supply of the farm.

Granny Smith was too happy with Goku's carefree and polite attitude to care. And Big Mac was extremely hungry to care either way.

Of course, he was steeling himself to deal with an angry Applejack once she came back home.

He constantly wondered how she and Caesar were doing on their trip… to save the world, no less! He wished he could go, but he would only be on the way.

But now…

He smirked.

Goku would prepare him to be good enough to fight.

Spike was nervous and alarmed.

He knew that Twilight's attitude and Caesar's arrogance would pit the group into a few fights along the way, but there was no way he could hear from them, unless he ventured into the forest.

Something that his mentor and friend prohibited quite forcefully.

Even if the dragon was quite the prankster, obnoxious and even arrogant like Caesar, he cared for his mentor deeply. She was his teacher and best friend, one who never judged him, unlike the stares and glares he would get in the street at times.

Dragons were known for being ambitious and to steal riches for their own selfish needs.

However, Twilight was protective of him and showed quite the temper when some unleashed this dark side of pony civilization.

One of the only ponies to not judge him was Caesar. The stallion was curious, asked a few questions, then nodded at the dragon in respect before departing. That was their first interaction.

At first confused, Spike later on learned from Rarity that that treatment he received from Caesar was shocking, as the stallion was known to be cold, calculating and distant to most, except Applejack, her family and his own. If that warrior showed him respect… Spike felt pride swell in his little belly. He bragged about this to Twilight for days.

Right now, Spike was tending to the garden outside their new house. They had barely been there a week and, of course, that blasted Moon had to show up and ruin everypony's plans. Including his own. He wanted to start training under Caesar or Applejack, since the powerful stallion had hinted that his energy was good enough to be useful in battle.

Suddenly, he heard a noise from the bushes.

"W-who g-goes there!" Spike said loudly, a quiver in his voice.

He shivered as nopony replied. 'Aw man, I should have trained with Caesar, but no, I had to listen to Twilight rant and nag about forgetting my studies. I really-'

His thoughts were cut short as a strange figure jumped in front of him.

Spike gasped loudly.

A very powerful looking stallion, was looking directly at him, with cold but curious eyes. They were like Caesar's, but slightly less cold in a sense.

The little dragon could tell from his aura that he was… cool, but he had to be careful.

"I am looking for Princess Celestia, governor and mighty alicorn of this land." The stallion spoke, his voice steely. "I demand of you to tell me of her whereabouts."

Taking in the strange stallion's appearance, Spike gulped. Heavily muscled, body honed and made ready to do battle. His fur was green, not sickly green, but dark. It still made Spike chill on his bones.

"Why do.. do.. do you want to know?" Spike demanded. "I won't tell you a thing, stranger."

The green stallion sneered. "The fate of your friends and entire civilization depends on me reaching the Princess before her sister conquers it all."

"Just who are you?"

The earth shaking, and bolts flying around his body, the stallion smirked. "I am the powerful Piccollo, and you will tend to my demands, or else."

"Else what!"

Spike's eyes widened in fear and shock as the stallion vanished and suddenly, there was only black.
