Epilogue

-A YEAR LATER-

Andronicus sat by the shore as he watched Alessa holding hands with Alessa Iris and Grace as they searched for shells. The two little girls grew fond of Alessa and they loved her just as much as Andronicus loved her. He remembered his birthday last year when he was dragged by Aggie to the hospital to see her. She had been there for a few months and Aggie had asked her friend from Seattle to help reconstruct her burnt face. Aggie, on the other hand, helped to reconstruct her bones, skin tissue and other parts that were once destroyed by the cult.

Alessa's face resembled her mother a little. Her brown hair had grown till it reached the middle of her spine. She could walk like a normal people; minus that sometimes she stumbled since she had stayed in that bed for years. Aggie monitored her all the time to make sure she's in good shape.

"Uncle! Look what we found!", shouted Alessa Iris. Andronicus got up and they found a tiny conch shell. "Isn't it pretty?", asked Alessa Iris.

"This looks nice. Maybe you can make a locket out of it", said Andronicus. Andronicus helped them with finding the shell. Once they collected enough, they headed back to the shore. Alessa Iris and Grace were making a necklace for Alessa so she could wear it on her wedding day next week. Then, Aggie came and took over while Andronicus and Alessa went for a walk along the shore.

"Hawaii is nice", said Alessa.

"It's much better, isn't it?", asked Andronicus. Alessa blushed and nodded. "You're safe now, that is all that matters now", said Andronicus.

"Whenever I'm with you, even back then, I know I'm always safe", said Alessa, "Don't apologize anymore, Andy. I'm here now". Andronicus wrapped his arm around her and kissed her temple.

Alessa was introduced to the Five-0, Kamekona, Andromeda's husband, Takashi and Adam Noshimuri. Alessa was a little bit wary of Adam, but she got ok with him seeing how he overturned the yakuza for Kono. Andromeda, although she was a baby back then, remembered Alessa from Aggie's story and pictures that the Willis family kept.

"I'm so happy you're here. Now, we can be a family again", said Andromeda. Alessa felt safe with them. Andronicus even brought her to meet the Da Silvas' when they came over for a holiday. She was glad that Andronicus managed to save her.

On the day of their wedding, they held it by the beach. Alessa's dress was white with pink embroidery at the bottom. She had colourful leis around her and so did Andronicus, who's wearing a HPD uniform. Grace and Alessa Iris were the ring bearers and Kamekona presided over the wedding. The Willis, Five-0 and HPD were there to celebrate. Once they were pronounced husband and wife, Andronicus kissed her. Everyone cheered for the new couple.

From afar, two little figures watched them. They had burnt elementary uniforms. "They look so happy, Cerberus", said Dark Alessa.

"Yes, they do and I'm glad", said Cerberus, who resembled Andronicus when he was young, "But we can't leave them for too long. They might…, overthrown us".

Dark Alessa nodded. "True, let's go", she said and took his hand before jumping into the portal.

Andronicus had a feeling that he was being watched. He saw two figures of children in burnt school uniforms and he knew who they were. He watched until they disappeared from the portal before turning his attention to his newly wedded wife as they had their first dance with an Aerosmith's song named "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing".

The reception was held at the beach and later, the newly wedded couple went off for honeymoon. Aggie and the rest were happy that they finally found their happy ending.
