School Work and Memories

Disclaimer: I do not own Johnny Test

Alright everyone, this is the last chapter. I just want to say thank you to all my wonderful reviewers and follows, along with favorites. Also, who ever reviewed as 'anon', you made me laugh so hard at some of your reviews. I loved all those who would tell me to keep going, thank you for all of your support. I know there were a lot of people wanting this story to go longer and who wanted a sequel, and I previously mentioned, I will not, I have so many other ideas for other stories, so no need to worry about not hearing from me. After this story I am taking a strict 'type but no posting' vacation so I can have plenty of new things ready to go.

Anyway, I'll get to the rest of that later, but for now, enjoy the fluff of the last chapter.

2 years later

"Now remember class, this project is worth one hundred and fifty points." The teacher said before dismissing the class.

"A project on how our parents met." Jennifer sighed.

"Ours will be identical." Jacob grumbled.

"Yeah, but I'm sure they know that." Jennifer said smartly as they started walking home. Their mom would be off work any minute now and their dad wouldn't be home until five or so. They got home and saw their mom's car out front.

"Jacob, Jennifer, how was your day?" Sissy asked as the door closed.

"Boring as usual. We have a project due in two weeks about how our parents met." Jacob griped.

"Hmm, that will be an interesting tale to tell." Sissy laughed.

"Yeah, we have a list of questions to ask you and dad when he gets home." Jennifer said.

"You know we'd be happy to answer." Sissy said with a smile. The twins did their other homework as they waited for their father to get home. As the twins did their homework they heard a car door slam.

"Dad's home!" Jacob said, jumping up and running to the door.

"Jacob, let's eat first, it is five thirty after all and your father is probably tired from work." Sissy cautioned.

"Yeah dummy." Jennifer said.

"And no calling your brother names." Sissy called.

"Sorry mama." Jennifer said as Jacob walked back over to the table. Johnny walked into his home, tired but happy to be home.

"Hey honey." Johnny said, closing the door behind him.

"Hey, making dinner how was work?" Sissy said from the kitchen.

"Eh…uneventful. Hey kids, how was school?" Johnny asked.

"Boring as usual, we have project we need yours and moms help on." Jacob grumbled.

"Really, what's it about?" Johnny asked as he sat down on the couch next to his children.

"How our parents met." Jennifer added.

"Well, I take it you need mine and your mother's help." Johnny chuckled.

"Yeah." Both twins replied.

"After dinner." Johnny replied.

"Ok." Both twins said. Soon enough dinner was ready and they all sat down to eat. They talked idly as they ate and then they were back in the living room, both Jacob and Jennifer pulling out their paperwork and a pencil and eraser.

"Ok, so when did you guys meet? How old were you? How did you meet?" Jennifer asked, her brother nodding.

"We met in second grade at Porkbelly Elementary. We were both seven at the time." Johnny said, giving them time to write.

"How we met was interesting. I had been changed to that class because of confusion in paperwork with the school, and when I took my seat in class, Bumper, the resident school bully, threw your father into me, knocked us both on the ground, making us land in the arts and crafts area, spilling glue and sparkles on us. The whole class busted up laughing at us and we were let out early after they managed to separate us. The next day I blamed your dad for the big glue mess in my hair, and he said it wasn't his fault." Sissy chuckled.

"We were both sent to a corner for timeout for yelling at each other." Johnny laughed.

"When did you guys become friends?" Jacob asked.

"Tenth grade. See, your mother moved away when she was twelve because your grandpa was placed in another office, they eventually sent him back here because this office needed him more than the office in Florida." Johnny said as his kids wrote down as much as they could.

"When did you and mom start dating?" Jennifer asked with a small grin.

"In May of that year. We were at a school sponsored summer camp for two weeks." Sissy said.

"This isn't a question, but how did that happen?" Jennifer asked, earning a scowl from her brother, but he took out a few pieces of paper and prepared his pencil. As Johnny and Sissy explained the story to their children, they wrote as fast as they could, noting all the important parts.

"Aw, daddy that was sweet!" Jennifer giggled as Jacob gagged.

"I didn't care how much of a sap I was back then, still don't really, but I don't show it as much." Johnny chuckled as Sissy kissed his cheek.

"We are right here mom!" Jacob said as he slapped his hands over his eyes.

"Next question. Where was your first date and what did you do?" Jennifer said, rolling her eyes at her brother.

"We went to a nice restaurant, I believe it's called Forest Lodge. Even though the name sounds rugged, it was still a casual yet formal diner. After that we went and saw an action movie, the name I forget. It was a typical first date, but it was a very good first date." Sissy chuckled.

"So you guys were high school sweethearts?" Jennifer asked.

"Correct." Johnny replied.

"How old were you when we were born?" Jacob asked.

"Eighteen almost nineteen. You were born just before we graduated high school." Sissy said.

"Mama, were we planned or accidents?" Jennifer asked.

"That's not an assigned question is it?" Sissy asked, paling.

"No." Jennifer said.

"Honey, you and your brother weren't planned, but no means does that mean that we didn't want you. When I found out I was pregnant with you I was scared of what my parents would say, what Johnny's parents would say, what all of my friends and what your father would say, but I was not going to give you up. I wanted kids, maybe not that young, but still, I wanted you both." Sissy said, smiling as her twins smiled.

"And when I found out that your mother was pregnant, I was a little freaked out. I didn't know the first thing about being a dad, but that just meant I would need to learn quickly." Johnny said.

"So we weren't planned, but you don't regret us." Jacob asked.

"Never will we regret you two. You've made life so much more grand and much more enriching." Both Johnny and Sissy replied. They smiled and continued with their questions, asking about when they got married, what their first jobs were, how the first year of being a parent was, the struggles they faced because of their young age, all those questions and soon enough they were off to their rooms to type up their reports.

"Saying all that brought back a lot of fun memories." Sissy sighed as they cleaned up the kitchen.

"No doubt. And I know they knew we meant what we said about never regretting them." Johnny chuckled.

"While there were times I wish I hadn't gotten pregnant at such a young age, I wouldn't change a thing about what happened, I love those two so much." Sissy said.

"Same here. Their good kids, I don't think we could've gotten any luckier with those two." Johnny chuckled as he helped her clean up the living room.

"I hope they get an A on that paper." Sissy said quietly.

"They will, they got both our smarts." Johnny chuckled.

"True." Sissy said.

"What's on your mind?" Johnny asked.

"I'm just thinking back to the day they were born and that week before." Sissy said.

"That week was hell, I was so worried and pissed about what happened." Johnny said, both unaware that their son and daughter were listening.

"We conveniently left that part out of the story." Sissy said.

"I don't think they're old enough to know that yet." Johnny said.

"Yeah, might scare them knowing I was kidnapped when I was only four days away from birthing them, and that I was hardly fed just enough to support all three of us." Sissy said with a shudder, both twins remaining quiet.

"Yeah, I was in a panic." Johnny said.

"But, I would endure it all over again for them." Sissy said.

"Everything?" Johnny asked.

"Yes, everything, because it all paid off when I got to see their perfect little faces on the day of their birth. That image is forever engraved into my heart." Sissy said with a smile.

"As it is with me." Johnny said before he leaned down and kissed her sweetly.

"I love our family." Johnny smiled as the twins snuck back up to their rooms.

"Should we type that?" Jennifer asked.

"No, they'll tell us more when we're older." Jacob smiled, now knowing everything his parents had done for him and his sister and appreciating them even more than he already did, if that was possible.

"I guess that's what it means to be a mom and dad." Jacob said with a smile.

"What?" Jennifer asked.

"Doing anything for the better of your kid." Jacob said, looking back down the stairs as his parents cleaned and talked quietly about their past.

"Yeah…our parents are cool." Jennifer said smiling as she went to her room while Jacob went to his room. The day of the assignment, they turned in their papers and as the teacher read them she could not stop the tears in her eyes at the adoration these children held for their parents. Needless to say, both Jacob and Jennifer got A's on their papers, making their parents even prouder than before, if that was even possible.

"You know, we have a couple of great kids." Johnny said as he lay in bed that night with his wife.

"They take after us very well. I'm so proud of them." Sissy said with a smile before rolling over and turning off the light.

"That they do, that they do. So am I." Johnny said, smiling at the bright future he was sure his kids would have and how his life had gone. He hadn't expected to fall in love with his childhood enemy, nor had he expected to have children with her and marry her, and yet here he was in bed with his still beautiful wife and above him were his wonderful children. Smiling at that thought, his mind settled and soon found sleep, smiling for the bright tomorrow that was sure to come.

Fin

So, that's the end. I hope that you can all see how I tried to make it end solidly, which was a little difficult with the wording and such. Again, thanks for all support of my story. I hope that all of those that have added me will keep a lookout for my next story, which I mentioned a few chapters back about that one grouping of 25 short stories...those stories are Yu-Gi-Oh! based stories. The reason why they are all going to be short stories is because I can't think of any cohesive way to make them all flow together into one massive fic. The first story will be posted in a couple of weeks and the title will be 'Meet the New Girls', my four OCs will be introduced, and then the following week the actual story I am working on, a PPG fic, will have its first chapter posted. Fair warning, the chapters, from the first few that I have, are LONG, so most of you should be pleased with that. Also, and this should be my last note, the Yu-Gi-Oh fics are my wild card, meaning that they will not have a scheduled post date, once they are done and edited they will be posted the following day, so things may get a little crazy.

Alright, I think I am done. See you all in a couple of weeks. R&R please and thank you!
