Again, apologies for this being short. They will all be short from now on, probably, but whenever we do get the real one (and if we do get it and you know about it, please do not disrespect me and spoil) I have a really great last one planned, that was a suggestion from one of my friends. I saved it for last specially as I really adore it.

This idea came from Fanforum, we were goofing off speculating about a Steve Molaro article and I came up with this idea based off of how they keep proposing to each other, and how Molaro said they weren't done doing that. And I wanted to put a twist on these proposals, since we all know they'll end up married eventually!

"Hey," Leonard said from the couch. "What did you want to do today?"

"I don't know," Penny said. "What do you want to do?"

"Penny, it's our anniversary, not Anything Can Happen Thursday," he joked. "You always have ideas. What do you want to do?"

"Hmmm." She came and knelt next to the couch, resting her chin on the arm and furrowing her brow. "Oh!" She smiled and reached for one of his hands. "Question."

"Hmm?"

"Will you marry me?" She asked, looking up at him.

Leonard blinked in surprise, and then cocked his head. "Is this a thing, where you always forget your weddings?"

Penny grinned. "Of course I remember marrying you," she said, reaching for his hands and pulling herself up. "I just thought, since we've proposed so much…" she shrugged, "that I'd do it again today. You know, since it's our anniversary."

"You mean, kinda like renewing our vows?" Leonard asked.

"Exactly." She nodded. "But less formal. We're not very formal people."

He laughed. "No, no we're not."

"Well hey," she said, touching his cheek with her finger. "What do you say? Would you marry me again?"

He stood and slid his arms around her. "Of course I would. Just like I did a year ago."

"Aww," Penny said, kissing him.

"So does this mean I'm proposing to you next year?" He asked playfully.

She cocked her head, thinking. "When couples renew their vows, does only one person do it at a time?"

Leonard looked at her a moment, then backed up, taking her hands and dropping onto his knee. "Would you marry me again, Penny?"

She dropped down next to him and squeezed his hands. "Leonard Hofstadter, you know I will."
