I'm sorry for the super late update. You see I lost my hand written rough draft of this story and I couldn't remember what I wrote but then BAM I found it so HAHA!

Eyes wide, she gulped down on the surprise Mephisto gave her, "Me," she asked shakily.

"Eh," Rin looked back and forth from his head master to his human katana. "What does she have to do with any of this? You don't even know her!"

"Ahh but I do! It's why I called you here," said Mephisto waving at both of them to come closer. "Rin before you run your mouth off, let me tell you the reason for our meeting and what I propose for you and your girl self."

Rin and Kurikara looked at each other confused.

Rin walked backed to class. The conversation took longer than he thought class was almost over. Kurikara followed closed behind him as they entered the classroom. Rin's homeroom teacher walked up to them. "Rin you're late again...Oh this must be the new student. Please come to the front and introduce yourself," she said blushing at how pretty Kurikara looked.

Everyone was whispering and looking at her and back at Rin, probably something like, 'How do they know each other?' or 'She's really cute,' and so forth.

Rin sat down in his seat, luckily nobody sat next to him (mainly b/c nobody wanted to sit next to a trouble maker and he was a loner), so Kurikara got to sit next to him.

The bell rang and some students stayed behind surrounding Kurikara's desk asking her questions. Some guys, who have never spoken to Rin before approach him, asking questions as well like, "How did you guys meet," or "Are you guys dating?" The questions and attention were too much for Rin, so he stood up grabbed Kurikara's wrist and they ran off escaping the mob.

Rin's blush fainted as he tried to catch his breath. "Yeah right," he yelled. He slowly began to climb the stairs to the roof.

"Where are you going," Kurikara asked.

"To have lunch. Oh here," He pulled out bentos from his bag."Here I made this for you. I made one for Yukio too but since I can't find him," he said looking left and right as if he was looking for him, "I guess I'll just eat it, can't let it go to waste." He finished saying it with a smirk on his face.

"Ah Thank you Rin," She said following quickly behind not want to be left behind.

Rin recalled the conversation he had with Mephisto.

"Now listen little brother, I know who she is. She's your koma sword. This is extraordinary I have never seen this happen before. Your will is very strong Rin that it gave life to an inanimate object to help you fulfill your goal in defeating father. Am I right, Kurikara?"

Rin was speechless. Kurikara nodded her head slowly. "I really care about Rin. He's more special than the others who tried to yield me. To thank him I want to help him defeat his father and be happy."

"Well until we figure out how this happened, I'm also interested in how things will work out for you two. Kurikara you will be enrolled in school here with Rin. You will be attending classes and cram school with Rin. I would place you in a all girls dorm but you are Rin's koma sword so it be best to stay by his side. Is there any problems with any of this?"

"Well..," Kurikara spoke up. "No there doesn't seem to be any problems. Right, Rin?"

"Alright, that's all. Rin you haven't said a thing is everything alright with you," Mephisto asked him.

"Um...all of this is...just...well it's a lot to take in," Rin said hesitantly.

"I understand. I to was quite baffled by this matter. But try your not to get into trouble, meanwhile we try to figure out the situation more and what we can do to help. Kurikara can you transform back to your original state?" Kurikara nodded and began to glow. Her shape began to grow smaller and thin, till she was the shape of the katana. She hovered over Rin's hands for a second before she fell into them not glowing anymore.

"Fascinating," Mephisto exclaimed with a huge grin on his face. "You may be dismissed now. Back to class. Also, here are some uniforms for you miss."

Kurikara turned back into her human form and left leaving Mephisto on his own.

Mephisto turned his chair to face the window and he had a very devious smile upon is face. "This is very interesting little brother, a turn of events. I am waiting patiently to see what will happen next."
