Previously: Percy and Sophia were captured by a Mogadorian and now he travels back to the Inn in order to find a way to evade the Mogs and Kronos.

George was furious when we arrived at the small hotel and he saw Sophia's cut up face and our ragged clothes. He came out of the door cursing in Spanish, words I didn't want to understand. Sophia only walked from my side and into the house, ignoring him all together, she was done being anywhere near me and I understood that. George's rage was fueled towards me and I stood there and took it, knowing he was completely right.

"What were you thinking? I thought she went with you and I guess I was okay with it, but bring her home like this!" I looked up from the ground into his eyes that had been aged a couple years of worry since we had been gone. I shook my head and apologized profusely, not trying to explain.

"I am so sorry. I put your granddaughter at risk and it is my fault. If you would allow me to retrieve a forgotten belonging, I will leave you and your family at peace." The old man stared into my eyes, knowing that it was not the entire story.

"Leave and never come back. Leave us and let our family stay safe. The only thing you cause is trouble." I nodded and nearly ran from his eyes that seemed to stare through all my lies and directly into my soul. As I went in the building, I could see Sophia hugging her brother and the hate emanating from D's body. His hate for me. Their hate for me. I had done this. I had broken their family, a family that had been so much better than mine and I had destroyed them.

I ran as fast as I could up the stairs and burst into the room I had been using, digging under the pillow for the stone and clutching it tightly to my chest. I then looked out the window to the sun that had since set slightly in the sky, putting the time in the mid-afternoon. If I made good time I could get out of the country before the sun rose tomorrow morning and if I pushed it, I could make it halfway through another before I had to stop.

After storing the stone in a secure pocket, I opened the window and dropped down two stories, closing the window again with my mind and then took off towards the sun. I stopped on top of the hill where I had told Sophia my secrets and looked down to the hotel. I would miss the peace I found there.

"Please watch over them father." I pleaded before I turned to the treeline and began my run when I felt the earth shaking and as I looked over my shoulder, the only thing I could see was the hotel exploding.

The next thing I felt before everything went dark was the feeling of arms grabbing me from behind.

A/N: Haha, not dead.

I have updated and edited all chapters of this fic as of May 26. So if you can, I definitely recommend going back and reading it again since it had bad grammar and now it's a lot better and a few details are fixed. Onto plot stuff- This takes place during the school year b/n The Labyrinth and The Last Olympian in the PJ Universe and in the first book of the LL series. Neither of the OCs that have shown up are real or important characters, and neither of them are real plot points. They are devices to show how Percy feels and how he handles this revelation on who he is and how everything is going on in his life. Maybe I'll make them a figment of his imagination or something, but really they are to show exactly what I said above, so please don't stop reading just because they are there.

Now- I will have Percy meeting the Four in the next chapter b/c its impossible for him to really get up to America for a while and then he'll meet up with the others and then we'll go from there. I really don't want stuff to go down like in FoF or any other books bc I either 1. Havent read them or 2. Dont like them. But I may be following the plot slightly because I think it's a good idea to develop my plot in a way. All of this is subject to change though, and I welcome any opinions.

You don't know how much it means to me that I've gotten this big of a response and I am going to finish this and wrap it up nicely, so the big waits are inevitable. This fic is hopefully off hiatus for a while though, so enjoy!

Also yes I know this is short but I will have more up in a timely fashion so bear with me.
