Emma's POV
I'm trying to stay awake in Mrs. Martin's class room. It's the middle of the period, we were just about to start an essay when my phone vibrates, and it's a text from Norman. Shouldn't he be in class?
Meet me in the abandon bathroom.
I shyly raise my hand.
''Yes, Emma''. Mrs. Martin asked, I smile brightly;
''Can I go the bathroom''. Mrs. Martin nods; I stand up and drag my oxygen tank out of the classroom. I try to find my boyfriend, yes, I said boyfriend, we started going together last month, I worried about him a lot and confessed my feelings, I was glad to find out he felt the same way.

I was walking home from school, I was really angry with Norman, he yelled at me for no reason.
''Hey, Emma, wait up''. I turned around to see Norman running toward me with his blue backpack. He stops to take his breath.
''Why are you following me''. I ask impatiently, I didn't have time for this.
''Emma, I wanted to say I'm sorry for yelling at you this morning''. He said. I stood there waiting for him to continue.
''I've had a really screwed up couple of days''.'' The last thing I want to do is hurt someone I care about to be hurt''.
I felt the world stop around me; ''what''? I choked out.
''I like you Em, a lot''. He says. He grabs my waist and pulls me closer, our lips almost touching; I take a deep breath, trying to believe this is real.
''Norman, you don't have to pretend''. I whispered. He shook his head then chuckled, ''I'm not pretending''.
I sighed, but instead Norman leaned in and kissed me, it was sweet; I felt like I was flying in midair. I wrapped my arms around his neck. I kissed back little; I was really new to this kissing thing. I pulled away.
''I see you're not pretending''. I teased, causing Norman to have goofy grin on his face.
I walk down the hallway; I finally get to the bathroom, ever since someone died in a stall a long time ago, the school never wanted us to enter. I walked inside to find Norman sitting against the wall staring blankly at the sinks.
''Hey''. I greet.
''C'mere''. Norman said. I smiled and sat in his lap. He buried his nose into my auburn hair;
''What's the matter''? I asked, he sighed then leaned back against the wall.
''Norman''. I said sternly, I turn around and rub his chest affectionately, trying to sooth his stress.
''Please, tell me what's wrong''? I ask.
''What's wrong with me''? I shake my head, completely disagreeing with his statement.
''There's nothing wrong with you, you're completely normal''. I said honestly.
Norman gives me a small smile and pulls me closer, I snuggled into his neck. He wraps his arms around me, like he was protecting me. I ran my fingers though his dark, fluffy brown locks. He made me so happy.
''People say-''
''Who gives a damn what people say; I like you for you just being you''. I say sharply. I've never sworn in my entire life until that moment, I just had to get it out. Norman's eyes look eyes completely shocked. Norman pressed a kiss against my forehead. I close my eyes, it makes my heart swells.
''Em''? Norman asks, quietly. I giggled at his nickname for me. I open my eyes to gaze his chocolate brown eyes.
''Yes, Norman''. I answered, leaning forward.
''Is it okay if I kiss you''?
I nod nervously. Norman leans in and presses his lips against mine, they're soft and warm, and my hands clench his blue polo shirt. His strong hands cup my face gently; I pull away, clearly out of breath.
''Well, that was-''.
''Nice''. I agreed. Norman nodded. I pressed my forehead against his, we smiled.
''I'm glad I found happiness in you''. Norman whispered, playing with my hair.
''Me too''. I told him.
AN: Sorry, if this is a little OC, but I did the best I could. Hope you liked it.
