As an apology for spending all of my time on my new GG fanfiction and various original works instead of updating Don't Judge a Terrorist, I am giving you all the rest of chapter three for Old Habits Die Hard. Hope you enjoy xx

Kat awoke to a dark tower room; her hands and feet were bound to the chair on which she sat. The last thing she remembered was walking up a passage way and then being hit in the head from behind. Hopefully it didn't leave a bump.

Next to her Hale was lounging in his chair, somehow managing to look comfortable and at ease even though he had rope around his hands and feet too. She could really use some of his confidence right now.

Kat could now hear footsteps approaching from outside the door to the secret room. As the footsteps came closer, Kat could just make out the silhouette of a tall figure, leaning against the door frame. The figure spoke in a low frustrated voice. "You do realise Gallagher Girl that my bed is also rigged to go off when you decide to take night time strolls."

Kat found that slightly confusing, go off? What did it do, give him an electric shock? But she didn't want to ask because right now the angry storm cloud of a guy was too busy focusing on Cameron to pay Kat and Hale any attention, and she wanted it to stay that way.

The boy turned to look at herself and Hale, his eyes gave off a dangerous glint yet Kat couldn't help but feel a bit memorized by the startling green colour that his irises were.

The boy took a step towards them and…

Kat was distracted by a voice half-screaming her name in her ear. Kat inwardly winced, more out of guilt than pain, Gabriel was probably wondering where they had disappeared to but Kat wouldn't be able to answer without alerting the five abnormal teenagers that were surrounding her.

"Kitty Kat if you don't start talking I'm going to come up there and get you myself." Gabriel hissed through the earpiece. Kat was just trying to figure out a way to reply when Hale suddenly turned his head to the four girls in front of them and said, "None of you have happened to watch the show Tangled by any chance? Because this whole set up is beginning to get a whole trapped in the highest tower feel and honestly I don't think my hair grows that fast."

They all completely ignored Hale and continued to talk amongst themselves as though they dealt with idiotic billionaires everyday, and who knew, thought Kat, maybe they did.

But Kat on the other hand was once again surprised by Hale's genius, of course none of their captors were going to know the names that thieves had given cons and plans over the years, so they had no reason to be suspicious about Hale suddenly talking about nursery rhymes, but Gabriel was a different story.

"I swear, if either of you stare at my arse while lifting me over this wall…" Gabriel let the unfinished ending hang in the air menacingly as she glared at the Bagshaws and then looked down at the black cat suit she was wearing; she'd be lying if she said she wished it wasn't so tight.

"Don't worry Love, we've already memorised what it looks like." Replied Hamish before hastily stepping out of Gabriel's reach.

Angus was too busy watching the fortress of a school to pay to much attention to his brother's antics, but he turned to Gabriel now once he'd realised that she was no longer in the mood to slap anyone. "Remind me again Love why you're going in there."

"Because, Hale said they were in trouble and that they are apparently locked up in the tallest tower," when the boys both gave her blank looks she sighed, "They've gotten themselves into a Rapunzel."

The brothers nodded in understanding and moved closer to the wall, hands outstretched as they readied themselves to give Gabriel a boost.

Gabriel put one foot into the Bagshaws' hands and was propelled up into the air, she managed to grab onto the top of the wall and easily scaled back down the other side. After dusting herself off she slunk into the shadows and went to work avoiding all of the security systems that Kat and Hale and already evaded.

Kat wouldn't exactly call their imprisonment fun, but she'd decided that so far it was rather interesting. Macey was currently in the middle of telling the three other girls what had happened the night she met Hale, she would have been finished her story by then if she hadn't been interrupted every few minutes by the British girl who seemed to think a couple of P&E mauvers would loosen Kat and Hale's tongues.

The storm cloud boy was frowning at Hale as though he was confused over something yet at the same time as though he would break your nose if you asked him what the problem was. Finally, he asked Hale, "Have I met you before?"

Hale, ever the inside man answered in his usual confident voice, "You didn't go to Knightsbery did you?" Kat, for some unknown reason, had a strong urge to laugh, though she didn't for obvious reasons.

The storm cloud boy raised an eyebrow to show that he knew that there was no such place and that he didn't find Hale very amusing - no matter how strong Kat's urge to laugh was.

Hale was going to reply with what could only be another elusive comment when suddenly the one window with glass in it shattered and Gabriel swung through the window frame on a rope.

She dropped to the ground and grinned wickedly, everyone was momentarily shocked, well everyone except Hale that is.

"Nice of you to drop by Gabs, but you do realise that there were windows without glass in them?"

"By then I wouldn't get to make a dramatic entrance." She replied dismissively as she turned to face the five stunned students, of course, being Gabriel she noticed the one thing that neither Hale nor Kat had really thought of up until that point.

"If this is an all girl's school then what is that delicious looking guy doing here?" Trust Gabriel to notice the only guy in the whole school and not the furious looking woman who had just appeared in the doorway.

Kat swallowed; things had just gotten a whole lot more complicated.

So, what do you think?

Also, myself and another fan-fictioner have decided to hold an unknown works competition in order to get unknown GG fan fictions recognised.

So if you know of any stories/one shots that have fewer than 100 reviews (it can be your own) send the name of it over PM to my partner ButteryHighlights or I, and it will be added to the competition.

It has to have good grammar and over 3 chapters (if it's a full length novel) the prize is recognition (unless you lot have an idea on what it should be (PM or review it on here))

Anyway, love you all,

Matisse xx
