Summary: Mukuro does not really understand the tenth boss of the Vongola, nor the feelings he felt caused by the same person. How will a firework festival and a yukata help him?

~Story Starts~

Weak, cowardly, useless.

These words would normally cause one to avoid the person who held these traits.

And yet, why is it that people flock around him?

Mukuro tried to figure out the reason as he watched the object of his thoughts walked into his territory.

Although, I suppose the word, 'weak', does not apply to him now…

"Chrome." He called out to the only person with him at the moment.

Chrome blinked at suddenly being called. "Yes, Mukuro-sama?"

"…Did you tell Sawada Tsunayoshi that you were coming to Kokuyo Land?"

"Eh?" Chrome went to the window where Mukuro stood. "B-Boss?"

After the representative battle was done, everyone had went back to their usual routines. Even though Mukuro kicked her out from Kokuyo Land, Chrome still visit them often to see how all of them were doing, much to M.M's chagrin.

Mukuro, on the other hand, did not mind, knowing that she was slowly becoming independent with the help of Tsunayoshi and his group of friends.

"Why is boss here…?" Chrome stated confusingly. "I-I will go and talk to boss, Mukuro-sama."

Mukuro watched Chrome quickly left the room, before turning his attention back to the window, staring at the brunette boy, who seems to be hesitating about something while glancing at the building the Kokuyo gang reside. Mukuro also noticed the box Tsunayoshi was holding onto.

Really…Why is he chosen to be the next Vongola boss?

Mukuro hated the mafia with a passion due to his past, and swore to himself that he will use anything to destroy it. Yet, not only did he not do that, he even entrusted one of his important people to one of them.

The Mist guardian wondered if he have truly gone crazy.

Mismatched eyes observed as Tsunayoshi spoke to Chrome, passing the box on his hands to her.

To him, Sawada Tsunayoshi was an enigma. He had never seen such a naïve person before, let alone in the mafia. Despite all the things that he had done, Tsunayoshi still showed concern towards him. Not as a tool that Tsunayoshi could use, but as a person, as him, Rokudo Mukuro. It bewildered him that the brunette boy would be a boss of the most important mafia family. It was unheard of, for someone so pur-

Mukuro jerked, realizing that his train of thoughts was inappropriate. Placing a hand on his forehead, he retreats back to the couch in the room after he had seen Tsunayoshi waving goodbye to Chrome.

"Sawada Tsunayoshi…" He leaned on the couch, closing his eyes.

Footsteps signal Chrome's arrival.

"And? What did the Vongola want?" Mukuro questioned.

"U-Um…" Chrome came forward and placed the box Tsunayoshi had given her on the table in front of Mukuro. "Boss wanted to make sure that all of us were eating well, so…" She unwrapped the box and opened it, revealing riceballs.

"Oya? How unnecessary of him."

"A-Also, boss said that there will be a firework festival in a few days time, and thought that we should go as well." Chrome picked one riceball up and took a bite. A smile appeared on her face at the delicious taste.

"Kufufu. Do tell him that I will not participate in their mafia activities."

The locals organize it though, not the mafia…

Chrome decided to focus on the riceball rather than speaking her thought aloud.

"It seems that he does not understand the situation. Does he think that by doing such things, he would be able get me to join the mafia? How utterly na-"

"N-No!" Chrome quickly defended her boss. "B-Boss would never do such things! He is really just looking after us! He would never-"

Chrome paused when she saw Mukuro staring at her. Upon realizing that she actually shouted at her savior, Chrome quickly bowed deeply. "I-I apologize for shouting at you, Mukuro-sama!"

Mukuro blinked once and let out a chuckle. "Kufufu…I see that he even got to you, Chrome."

That statement confused chrome. "Eh…?"

"Don't worry, Chrome. I am not angry." Mukuro gave a smile. "…Although I would really like to know just how he was able to do that…"

"Do that?" Chrome tilted her head to the side.

A ringtone caught their attention.

"Ah." Chrome reached into her pockets and pulled out a cell phone. She answered the phone. "Hello? ….Un…Un…Eh? Shopping…? Un…I understand, I will see all of you later."

"Your friends?" Mukuro asked the moment Chrome ended the call.

"Un. The girls wanted to take me out to do some shopping for the festival that boss had mentioned…" Chrome gathered up her things. "I will be taking my leave then, Mukuro-sama."

Mukuro nodded and leaned against the couch, about to get some sleep.

"…Mukuro-sama?"

Mukuro raised an eyebrow at Chrome, who was by the door. "The riceballs that boss brought is really good. You should try it." Chrome gave him a soft smile before leaving the room.

Mukuro stared at the box of riceballs.

"…Kufufu. I will not accept anything from the mafia."

There was a moment of silence.

A hand slowly reached out for the box and picked up one riceball.

"…"

A few seconds later, the same hand reached for another riceball.

~On the day of the festival~

"Tsu-kun!" Nana called out to her son. "It's almost time to go!"

"Coming…" Tsunayoshi slowly came down the stairs.

"Ara?" Nana noticed her son was wearing his normal clothing. "Tsu-kun, are you not wearing a yukata?"

Tsunayoshi jerked, shaking his head frantically. "I-I'm fine without it. Let's go alrea-OW!"

"It is the first time the whole family is going out together for an event. You should respect that. Everyone is wearing a yukata, even your mother." Reborn told his student, gesturing towards Nana, who was indeed wearing a yukata. "Also, one of the festival rules is that you must wear a yukata."

Reborn, himself, was wearing a blue yukata.

"Urgh…" Tsunayoshi rubbed his head where Reborn had kicked. "But I don't want to wear one!"

"One would think that we are feeding you poison with the face you are giving, Tsuna." Bianchi gently patted her tied up hair, wearing a pink yukata as well.

"I rather take poison instead…" The young boss muttered.

"That could be arranged. Bianchi, would you mind cooking something?"

"Oh, Reborn! I will start immediately!"

Tsunayoshi quickly blocked the kitchen entrance. "I was joking! Don't cook!"

"Gyahaha! Dame-Tsuna is afraid of wearing a yukata! Gyahaha! Shame, shame!" Lambo looked at Tsunayoshi slyly while showing off his green yukata.

"Lambo! Don't be rude!" I-pin scolded, her red yukata fluttering as she started chasing Lambo around.

"You don't like wearing a yukata, Tsuna-nii?" Fuuta tilted his head in question, holding out his brown yukata's sleeves in question.

Tsunayoshi took a glance at Fuuta, before closing his eyes and sighing out. "…It's not that I don't like wearing them…"

"Then how about you wear this? I had it made especially for you." Reborn showed him a suit that was similar to the one he wore during choice.

"Why would I wear a suit to a firework festival?!"

"Because you are a boss."

"I am not going to become a boss! And don't give me those eyes!" Tsunayoshi pointed at Reborn, who was giving him round, big, puppy eyes.

Nana giggled. "Tsu-kun, are you still afraid of what might happen?"

All heads turned to the lady of the house.

"Afraid?" Reborn, Bianchi, and all the kids chorused.

"Mum!" Tsunayoshi blushed.

Nana giggled again. "Don't worry, Tsu-kun. It won't happen again now that you are all grown up!"

"That's what you said each time, and it still happens!" The brunette boy wailed out in distress.

"This might be interesting." Reborn muttered. "Dame-Tsuna, get dressed now or else…" Leon transformed into a gun in the Arcobaleno's hand.

"Hieeeeee!" Tsunayoshi quickly did as he was told, rushing up the stairs clumsily.

"Mama. Why would Tsuna be afraid?" Bianchi questioned.

"You see," Nana gave a silly laugh. "All of you do know of Tsu-kun's reputation of being no good, right? So one day, I tried to change it, having Tsu-kun wore a yukata and dressed him up nicely during a firework festival, and it worked!" She let out a series of laughter. "But it only works if he is wearing a yukata."

"How could a yukata make any difference?" Fuuta wondered.

"You will see." Was the response from the smiling mother.

"Che! I don't see why we have to come to this so called festival, byon!" Ken scratched his yukata. "And why do we have to wear this itchy things!"

Chikusa pushed his glasses up. "You are itchy because you have not taken a bath. The yukata have no place in this."

"He is really a dog. Woof." Flan commented.

"Shut up!"

"Its's a festival, you could at least enjoy a little." M.M said exasperatedly. "Anways, Ken, you will be paying for everything!" She then skipped happily into the festival.

"Wha-! Stop right there, you stupid woman!" Ken chased after M.M angrily.

Chikusa merely shook his head and followed at a more leisurely pace.

Flan tilted his head. "So, why are we here, anyways?" Flan glanced to the side. "Master."

Mukuro raised an eyebrow. "You are welcome to leave if you don't wish to join."

"Hehhhhh…" Flan blinked. "It just really creepy that you would join this kind of event."

A twitch.

"Master is more of a person who would sit on a creepy couch, in a creepy room, with a creepy atmosphere, giving the creepy laugh and probably thinking of something creepy."

Two veins appeared.

"But then, I suppose Master being here at such a lively event is even more creepy." Flan poked the side of his apple head. "What is the reason? Could it be that someone blackmailed Master? Is it even possible? But Master is creepy, so anything is possible."

Flan turned to Mukuro.

"…Or could it be that, Master actually wanted to-ow."

Three sharp points went through the apple head.

Flan stared at the smile Mukuro was giving him.

"Oh." The younger illusionist pointed at Mukuro. "It appeared. The creepy smile."

The next moment, Flan found himself being hanged upside down at a tree nearby, with Mukuro walking away from the scene.

"Ah, Masterrrrrr." Flan called out. "Please don't leave me hanging here. Masterrrrr."

Mukuro huffed, simply walking around.

I just came to see what is so great about the festival.

The Mist guardian thinned his lips. Somehow, he did not really like the way it sounds. It was almost as if it was an excuse.

Mukuro sighed. "…Why am I here?"

"I want the cotton candy!"

That shout caught his attention.

Mukuro looked to the left, seeing a child holding his father's hand.

"All right, all right…here you go."

The child grabbed the cotton candy happily and shared a piece with his father.

Heterochromatic eyes watched the pair walked away and turned back to the cotton candy stall.

"Welcome customer! Would you like some cotton candy?" The owner asked Mukuro.

The blue-haired male blinked, looking back and forth between the candy and the owner. Just as he was about to open his mouth, a commotion at the front stopped him.

Everyone, including Mukuro, all looked towards the direction of the commotion.

"…What's happening?"

The source of the commotion seemed to be heading towards his direction.

Mukuro frowned, eyes narrowing into the crowd that was forming. Then, his eyes saw something zooming past the crowd, and-

"Oof!"

"Ah!"

Mukuro winced, rubbing his head where it had contacted with the ground. He also felt something heavy on him. Glancing up, he saw that it was a person who had knocked him down.

"…Excuse me, could you get off me?"

"Eh?" The person stopped rubbing his face, which was hit hard against Mukuro. "A-Ah! I-I'm so sor-" The person blinked when they saw Mukuro's face.

Mukuro's frown deepened when the person rubbed their eyes and blinked again at Mukuro in disbelief.

"Excuse m-"

Mukuro was cut off when the person pointed a finger at him. "M-Mukuro!"

Surprise filled the Mist guardian. "…Do I know you?" The person's voice sounds familiar though.

The person grabbed their head in distress. "Not you too! It's-"

"Wait!"

The person turned behind in panic. Mukuro looked as well, raising an eyebrow at a bunch of males running towards them.

"O-Oh no!" The person panicked, quickly stepping away from Mukuro, and without thinking, grabbed Mukuro's hand and started running, forcing Mukuro to run along as well.

"W-Wait! What are you-?!"

"I will explain later!" The person's big round eyes stared pleadingly at the blue-haired male. "Please do something about them first!"

Mukuro glanced back, noticing that their pursuers are running even faster than before, some of them even glaring angrily at him.

That amused the Mist guardian. Mukuro then faced the front and increased his speed, pulling the person instead of being pulled. In one quick movement, he pulled the person up and used his other hand to grab the person under the knees.

"W-Whoa!" The person wrapped his hands around Mukuro's neck in reflex.

The angry shouts behind only amused Mukuro further. With a chuckle, the illusionist darted to an isolated area, successfully losing the chasers' sight.

~Near a forest~

"Search carefully!" One of the pursuers barked out. "I can't believe that guy!"

"Did you see the way he just carried-"

"Less talking, more searching!"

Above them on a tree, sat two people. Mukuro was chuckling softly at the futile search they were conducting, knowing they will be unable to find them no matter how hard they try, due to his illusions.

One of his hands covered the mouth of the person who landed him in this position, which made him wonder about this person. This person seems to know him quite well if they were on first-name basis, yet, Mukuro did not recall ever meeting this person. An interrogation would be necessary after this.

After making sure the people chasing were gone, Mukuro removed his hand and swiftly jumped down from the tree. He looked up, seeing the person staring fearfully at him.

Mukuro assumed it must be the fear of dropping down, judging by how the person held the bark of the tree tightly.

A sigh was released and arms were spread apart.

"Jump down, I will catch you."

What's with the stare?

Mukuro thought as the person stared at him incredulously.

Seconds passed by, and the person made no attempt to jump. Slightly annoyed, Mukuro lowered his arms. "If you don't jump, then I will just leave you ther-"

"W-Wait!"

The person glanced at Mukuro nervously, biting his lips. "…Promise not to drop me?"

Mukuro released another sigh, gesturing with his arms raised up again.

The person fidgeted for a while, before shutting their eyes and jumped.

As promised, Mukuro caught the flying figure, holding them up with a hand around the waist and another behind the knees, while the person held onto Mukuro's shoulder for balance.

For a moment, both of them simply stared at each other. Mukuro felt that he had met this person before, but was uncertain.

"So, could you please tell me your na-"

"Hieeeeeeeeee!" The person's scream startled Mukuro badly, causing him to drop the body. "Ow!" The person rubbed their sore back.

On the other hand, Mukuro was shocked.

Heterochromatic eyes scanned the figure before him. The big round eyes, the hair that defies gravity, why this person knew him, the familiar voice, and that scream…

Everything then clicked together.

"Sawada Tsunayoshi?!"

Brown eyes shifted awkwardly.

Uncontrollable affections

Awkward was currently the understatement of the moment.

Tsunayoshi slowly stood up from where he had fallen down, wary of the mismatched eyes that followed his movement.

"Erm…I…er…"

"…Why are you…" Mukuro gazed at Tsunayoshi's yukata.

The young mafia boss only covered his red face. "…Please don't ask…"

Mukuro quickly snapped out of his shock. "…Is this some kind of joke?"

"E-Eh?" Tsunayoshi was confused when Mukuro's voice held a tint of anger.

"Trying to fool me with petty tricks. I suppose the mafia will always be tha-"

"You are wrong!" Tsunayoshi shouted out, startling the older male. "You think that I wanted this to happen?! I thought that it might be different this year so I wore a yukata…even though Reborn was the one who force me to wear it… Still, I just wanted to enjoy the festival! It's not my fault that other people choose to see things differently! And also…and also…"

Mukuro took a step back involuntarily at the tears seen near the corners of the brown orbs. Never had he seen the Vongola-boss-to-be cry, not during the fights against people he feared, not when he went to the terrible future, and certainly not even when he found out that his tutor might die during the representative battle.

Tsunayoshi just squat down after his outburst, hugging his knees and bowing his head forward to hide the tears that he was unable to suppress. The brunet knew that he was being irrational, crying over such a simple thing. However, the moment he heard about the festival, and that yukatas was a must, he was really stressed over it, having experienced the horror the last time he wore a yukata.

He was hoping that it might be different this year…apparently not. First, Reborn and the kids teased him. Second, his friends did not even recognized him like Mukuro had done earlier. Then, he was chased. Worse yet, the people after him this year was bolder, he could still feel the unwanted feeling of being touched inappropriately. Fights, he could still handle despite his dislike for it, but this…And now, he was being accused of wanting to be like that.

Tsunayoshi clutched his yukata tightly, the tears in his eyes getting harder and harder to control, causing his vision to become blurry. With him being so emotional, he did not care that he was showing his vulnerable side to Mukuro, who would probably take advantage of it.

Mukuro tensed up, hearing a soft sniffle.

Perhaps I have went overboard…

Even though the older male could do terrible things, making people hate him, scorn him, despise him…he never did make anyone cry before. To add on, the Kokuyo gang had always been strong despite their hardships.

Another sigh was let out.

Tsunayoshi continued to stare at the ground, trying hard not to let his tears fall. A pair of legs suddenly came in his line of vision.

Slowly, the Sky bearer lifted his head, only to see Mukuro standing in front of him, head turned to the side.

"…?"

Mukuro cleared his throat. "…I…apologize…"

Teary eyes went wide.

"…I…was out of line…" Mukuro did not look at Tsunayoshi all the while he was speaking, feeling extremely uncomfortable. "…Don't cry…"

Brown eyes were still looking at Mukuro. "…Are you…feeling all right, Mukuro?"

"Oya, oya." Mukuro gave a smile, feeling irritated. "Is that what I get for trying to be kind? Perhaps it would be easier if I make your body mine this instant." A trident formed itself on one hand.

Tsunayoshi blinked, before giving a chuckle, wiping his tears with one hand. "…Thank you, Mukuro." He then showed him a soft smile.

Ba-thump

Mukuro's eyes widened a little.

What was that?

The trident disappeared at an instant as Mukuro quickly folded his arms, and turned around. "I-I have done nothing that warrants your thanks." He berated himself mentally for stuttering, holding a hand to his chest in confusion due to the earlier feeling.

The Mist guardian shook his head slightly to rid himself of any unnecessary thoughts. "You better head back to your group of friends. I, for once, would just simply like to relax in a festival." He then walked towards the direction of the festival.

Mukuro paused when no footsteps echoed after him. Glancing back, he saw that Tsunayoshi was still in the same position, now sporting a frown on his face.

"…Sawada Tsunayoshi?"

"Eh?" The brunet jerked at being called. "A-Ah…I…I think I will just stay here…until the festival is over…Mum and the others will understand…Thank you for helping me, Mukuro." A weak smile was given.

"…" The tremble that Tsunayoshi unconsciously let out did not escape Mukuro's notice.

Mukuro looked intently at the younger male for a few more seconds, before raising his head to the sky in defeat.

Uncontrollable affections

What am I doing?

Mukuro asked himself, glancing to his right arm, where a certain brown hair boy hung tightly onto it. He must be out of his mind, bringing the Vongola heir with him to the festival.

Mukuro pinched the bridge of his nose.

I'm just doing this for me…After all, if something happened to him, I would have no one to take over the mafia with.

A small whimper broke his thoughts.

The older male quickly glanced down, only meeting the sight of Tsunayoshi hanging onto his arms tighter, pressing his body closer and eyes staring fearfully to the side.

Ignoring the tingling feeling he felt, Mukuro followed Tsunayoshi's line of vision. There was a man standing over there, licking his lips while leering at the young boss. Realizing he had the couple's attention, the man smirked as he fanned himself with a hand fan.

"Hey, why don't you join me instead of the boring boy beside you? I will make sure you have a lot of fun!" The man told Tsunayoshi, who pressed himself closer to Mukuro in response.

Something swirled within the Mist guardian as he narrowed his eyes. The kanji six on his red eye suddenly switched.

"Oya." Mukuro pushed the fearful heir behind him and faced the man, smiling with his eyes closed. "I don't think that would be possible."

The smirk on the man's face faded. "And why's that?" He barked out.

"Kufufu." Mukuro slowly revealed his eyes, his red eye now had a kanji number three. "Nobody would go near a person who is holding such a dangerous creature on their hands after all."

The man frowned confusingly and pointed his hand fan at Mukuro. "I have no idea what you ar-" His speech was cut when he saw what he was holding instead of a hand fan.

A snake bared its fangs at him, getting ready to attack the person daring to hold it.

"AAAARRRGGGGHHHHH!"

"Kufufu. Let's go." Mukuro dragged Tsunayoshi off by the hand, leaving the man trying to throw the snake away, causing panic around the man as well.

"Y-You don't have to do that, Mukuro!" Tsunayoshi look worriedly behind him, before looking at the illusionist. "You could have injured someone!"

"Hm?" A single blue eye glanced at him. "So you are telling me that you would rather go with him?"

"N-No!" The Vongola heir shook his head fervently. "…Still, there's no need to use your power on an innocent."

"I doubt he is an innocent." Mukuro waved an arm around them. "…There, this would stop unwanted attention on us."

Tsunayoshi looked around in confusion, before sensing the mist flames around them, realizing that Mukuro had covered them with an illusion. He let out a relieved sigh, and smiled. "Thank you again, Mukuro." He gave the other's hand a squeezed in thanks unconsciously, forgetting they were still holding hands.

On the other hand, Mukuro did not forget. Though, he did not say anything, merely pulling the other along.

He would rather face the Vendicare Prison than admit that he liked holding those warm hands.

"There are just too many people." Tsunayoshi and Mukuro are currently resting at a bench, with the former sitting on the bench and the latter standing beside. Mukuro let his illusion disperse. "We won't find anyone in this state!"

The blue-haired male rubbed his temple in annoyance, knowing the truth of the Sky boss's words. He scanned across the festival stalls, hoping to see someone familiar. His eyes then caught sight of the pink puffy candy he saw earlier. Blinking, he saw children buying that candy eagerly and wondered if the candy was really good.

The brunet sneaked a peek at the taller male, afraid of meeting the other's eyes. He was surprised to see the other paying attention somewhere else and looked to see what was so interesting.

Cotton candy?

Tsunayoshi tilted his head and glanced at Mukuro again.

"…You want some cotton candy, Mukuro?"

Mukuro jerked slightly and looked at Tsunayoshi sharply.

Mistaking that Mukuro was angry at the statement, Tsunayoshi quickly explained. "You keep looking at it…n-not that there is anything wrong with it! I-I mean-"

"…I never had those before."

The Sky bearer paused in his explanation and blinked at Mukuro, who had his gaze back at the cotton candies.

"Vendicare does not really provide food, just enough nutrients to keep us alive." Mukuro gave a wry grin. "Kufufu…it's probably not that good anyways."

Tsunayoshi kept looking at Mukuro and stood up suddenly, startling Mukuro slightly. "Mukuro, wait here for a second!"

Blank red and blue eyes watched as Tsunayoshi raced off, snapping out of it to cast an illusion hastily when the other got a little too far. Mukuro blinked and looked at his hand, which was outstretched to cast the illusion.

I conjured an illusion in a panic…why?

He brought the hand to his head, wondering what was wrong with him today. He had been displaying strange reaction ever since he had met the Vongola.

I just wanted to avoid people coming after him like earlier…because it would be troublesome to me…

A blob of pink obstructed his vision.

Mukuro looked beyond it to see Tsunayoshi standing there with a smile, holding two cotton candies.

"Here."

"Oya, oya. What is this?"

"Cotton candy." Tsunayoshi pushed the pink candy to Mukuro's hand. "I, too, have not had one in years…due to…you know…so let's enjoy this together!"

Mukuro watched Tsunayoshi sat back at the bench and took a bite of the cotton candy, giving a happy hum at the taste, before turning his attention to his own candy. He gave an experimental bite and was surprised to find that the candy actually melted in his mouth.

He never noticed the pleased smile directed at him as he continued eating the candy.

"…Say, Mukuro."

"Hm?"

"…If you don't mind, do you want to enjoy the festival with me? I mean, we could enjoy this together…er…if you want to that is."

"Kufufu. You just did not want to get chased again."

"Urgh…"

"…It's not like I have any thing to do, so I suppose it is fine."

"Really?!"

"Perhaps I should use the time to make your body mine, hm?"

"H-Hiieeeee! Please don't!"

And so, the both of them spend the festival together, getting foods, playing games, scoping up fishes, wearing masks.

Tsunayoshi was really glad that he was able to enjoy the festival properly for once, with no explosions, fights or anything, merely enjoying it like a normal person.

And Mukuro…

He shook the water ball he had earned at a game, shaking his head as Tsunayoshi failed at another game.

"Kufufufufu. You are really terrible at games, aren't you?"

"Urgh…!"

…Had a genuine smile on his face throughout the whole time.

"Haaa…Here! This would be a great spot to watch the fireworks!" Tsunayoshi waved Mukuro over.

"And you would know, how?" Mukuro stepped beside the shorter male.

Tsunayoshi rubbed his head sheepishly. "Fuuta make a ranking about this place being the best place to watch the fireworks before."

"Hmmm." Mukuro looked around the place. "Speaking of which, they are not coming? How weird. You must be really disappointed not being able to join them."

The brunet shook his head. "Not really."

"Oya?"

"I'm sure they are having fun as well…and as long as everyone enjoyed the festival, that is good enough!" Tsunayoshi smiled.

"…" Mukuro ignored the feeling at seeing that smile.

"Did you have fun, Mukuro?"

"…Perhaps."

"Eh?"

Just as Tsunayoshi was going to ask, fireworks begin shooting up the night sky, decorating it with pretty lights.

"Woahhh…!" Tsunayoshi's eyes lit up, filled with amazement. "It's beautiful!"

It is.

Mukuro's traitorous mind supplied, his eyes never once left the petite boy beside him. His eyes then widened slightly at that, finally realizing why the Vongola heir was able to ignite such feelings within him.

A chuckle left his lips.

So this is how he did it…It seems that I have been had as well.

"Waaaa…! Mukuro, did you see tha-" Tsunayoshi turned to him, only to find Mukuro's face right in front of his.

Brown orbs widened in shock, staring into the heterochromatic ones. Both of them continued gazing into each other's eyes, paying the fireworks no heed.

Slowly, Mukuro unattached his mouth from the soft lips, giving his own lips a lick to savor the taste. He took in the wide-eyed brunet, committing this image into his mind.

A huge blush took a hold of Tsunayoshi's face. He stepped back, only to fall to the ground due to the shock, a hand covering his mouth.

"Hmm." Mukuro titled his head amusingly, looking straight into those wide brown eyes. "Have I ever told you that I love chocolate, Sawada Tsunayoshi?"

Tsunayoshi could only gape at him, words unable to leave his mouth.

Mukuro then kneel down so that they were of the same height. "Sawada Tsunayoshi…" He unknowingly gave a soft smile, causing Tsunayoshi to gasp. "…I will make your body mine someday."

The blush got worse for some reason unknown to the smaller male. Mukuro was saying the same he had been saying to take over his body to control the mafia…yet, this time, the same words seemed to have a different meaning.

"Juudaime!"

"Oya, oya." Mukuro stood up, getting ready to leave. "Looks like our time is up. It had been really entertaining, Sawada Tsunayoshi."

The Mist guardian started walking away to the opposite direction, seeing the others running towards them. He made a pause. "By the way…" Mukuro glanced back at the still blushing hard brunet.

"For some reason, you really do make a beautiful girl wearing a yukata. No wonder those people kept on chasing you." Mukuro then disappeared into a mist.

"Juudaime!" Hayato ran up to his fallen boss. "I saw Mukuro just now, did he do anything to you? I will bomb him up!"

"Tsuna, are you all right?"

"Tsuna-nii?"

"Th-…" Tsunayoshi's eyes were shadowed by his bangs.

"What did you say, Tsuna?"

"…" Tsunayoshi stood up abruptly, alarmingly everybody around him.

"THAT'S WHY I DON'T WANT TO WEAR A YUKATA!"

"Ah! There he is, Mukuro-san!" Ken waved, gaining his attention.

M.M pouted. "Where were you, Mukuro-chan?"

"Kufufu." Mukuro walked past them, heading back to Kokuyo land. "Shall we go?"

"Already?" M.M asked. "Don't you want to have some fun at the festival?"

A grin appeared as a thumb reached up and rubbed against the lips. "…I had my fun earlier."

"Huh?" The others were confused.

Mukuro continued walking off. "We should visit the Vongola often from now on. Kufufufu."

Chikusa, Ken and M.M looked at each other in confusion, quickly following their leader.

Halfway to Kokuyo Land, M.M then asked a question.

"Did we forget something?"

"Who knows." A green fan was lifted up to hide the mouth. "So, how long have you known about Mukuro's feelings for Tsuna?"

"Hmmm…" Flan blinked. "…Who knows. I only assumed that he came to the festival to see Sawada. Master is really an idiot to get agitated by such illusion."

"You mean those people chasing Tsuna?"

"No. Those people were real." Flan said. "I only made the illusion of the man holding the fan."

A smirk was seen. "He was probably too concern about Tsuna to notice that. Well, it was fun working with you. See you."

"..." Flan watched the Sun Arcobaleno walked off. "…Ah."

"You are not going to help me down? Nee. Neeeeeeeeeee."

That's all folks! Please review! And yes, Reborn actually made sure the others would not come across Tsunayoshi and Mukuro the whole time in the festival with Flan's help.
