Bonnie was walking through the woods when she spotted him near a tree. She walked towards him and Damon instantly noticed her scent. He turned in the direction of Bonnie. She looked at Damon and appreciated his beauty. Gosh is he handsome, she thought. Those eyes, those black eyes that pierce through your soul. I love them, she said to herself. Damon looked at her and smiled his arrogant smile which she loves by the way.

She swallowed and got nervous. He watched her with such an intensity in his eyes that she shivered. His smile grew wider and he stepped closer to her. In that moment she even didn't know that she was holding her breath. As he was in front of her,he looked into her eyes and said: ''Why, my little bird are you afraid of me?'' She gulped and couldn't say a word at that moment. Like a cat with a mouse is he playing with me, she thought.

She tried to say something but her throat was too dry to speak. Automatically she opened her mouth but closed it again since nothing would come out of it. Damon smirked mischievously and said in a low voice: ''You don't need to be scared.I won't hurt my babybird.'' She gasped at him and couldn't believe his words. Her shocked expression had to be really funny because he laughed. Not a sarcastic laugh, a genuine contagious laugh. She couldn't help but smile a little.

Then he stopped laughing and looked keenly into her eyes. She could got lost in those beautiful black onyx eyes. His hand touched her cheek and she flushed at his vibrant touch. He smiled lovely at her and she give him a sweet smile in return. His thumb caressed tenderly her cheek and she felt heat all over her body. His thumb paused on her lips. She took a sharp breath and she slightly parted her lips. With a smile on his face he said softly: ''Believe me little bird I want to protect you and don't harm you.''

Am I dreaming or is Damon truly talking to me like that, she thought dizzily. He closed the small distance between them and pulled her into his embrace. His arms were wrapped around her waist. Her heart pounded faster than normally. She looked into his face and saw the desire in his eyes. He lifted her chin up and pressed his lips onto hers. First, she was surprised but then she shut her eyes and melted into the kiss.

Soon he started to deepen the kiss and she let him entrance to her mouth. Their tongues fought for dominace and quickly he won.
They kissed passionately like there would be no tomorrow. The kiss grew more intense and Damon kissed her so hungrily and uncontrollably that she thought she would loose her mind and go insane. She was at a loss of words to describe the feeling that she had in that instant. She moaned into his mouth and Damon abruptly cut the kiss.

She inhaled air which she needed especially after that incredible kiss. He looked amused at her and said: ''We don't want to rush things, right my little witch?'' She nodded vacantly and collected herself. When she had a straight mind,she said: ''Right,we wouldn't want that.'' He grinned seductively at her and kissed her again. They were in the forest and nobody was around them. It was only her and Damon. Only Bonnie and Damon at the edge of the world.
