Peter Griffin sat with his family on the family couch inside their house, watching a rerun of the old Family Guy.

"Huh. We're watching ourselves on television." Peter remarked as he rubbed his chin, squinting. "You know, this reminds me of the time when we broke the fourth wall."

One cutaway scene later...

"Great, this destruction of the fourth wall by referencing the fact that this is a fanfic is worse than the time than I attempted to write my own fanfic," Peter commented to Cleveland, Quagmire, and Joe as they were all at the Drunk Clam.

Another cutaway scene later...

"And then later, Lois Griffin farted and caused an avalanche to occur, burying Meg while Chris randomly disappeared because no one cares about his existence," Peter wrote on a notebook as he was in his private closet within his bedroom, looking up as he sighed. "Man, writing a fanfic is way harder than it seems."

"Tell me about it." Brian commented as he poked inside Peter's closet, with both of them suddenly laughing afterwards.
