We are in California as the Asthetics finish the last week of tour. It's been really exciting to travel so much and to stay in so many amazing hotels. "That'll be 20 dollars." The cashier said as I bought a few things, a few pregnancy tests for me and some beef herkey for Bethany. The band is currently doing a live interview and while Bethany and I have been invited to watch, this was more important.

I handed Bethany her jerkey and started walking once I paid for the items. We were on the way back from our small outing. When we got to the hotel room, I went to take the pregnancy tests while Bethany played on her iPad. I'm more so taking the test because of Bethany anyway and the fear that I could be pregnant. I had starting feeling sick while in Japan, the guys had been busy with the tour, interviews, and such to even notice, thank god. But while they didn't notice Bethany did and even though I tried to make it seem ok, she pointed out the fact that I have been getting sick every morning and threatened to tell Eli. Luckily I don't know Japanese and having a translator with me while buying a pregnancy test or even going to the doctor in Japan meant the translator would most likely tell reporters after we'd leave. And yes, thanks to CeCe, Bethany has been keeping an eye on me.

Just as I was about to look at the test, there was a knock on the bathroom door before slowly opening and Bethany coming into view. She signed asking if I was ok and in return I told her I was scared because she might get a baby brother or sister and we didn't talk it over as a family, nor did Eli and I talk about having kids this soon. Yes, we've been using condoms because even though I'm on birth control it's hard to keep taking every day at the same time while trying to adjust for time differences. I looked at the instructions again just to make sure each test needed the same amount of time as a way of stalling even though Bethany seems ok with everything. I put the instructions down, closed my eyes and sighed as I got ready to peek at a test only to see Bethany smiling at me signing that she wouldn't mind a brother or sister and left.

"Hey, where are my girls." I heard Eli yell and immediately started to hide the tests causing Bethany to run in and help, though I'm pretty sure she didn't understand what we were hiding or why. "What's going on?" Eli asked upon finding both of us in the bathroom with the door open.

"Nothing." I answered and watched him sign to Bethany asking her the same thing as she just shrugged, thank god kids have short attention spans. Eli smiled and signed for us both to get dressed because we were going out to an award show, I had known the Anesthetics were up for an award and also playing a song, but had forgot about it with all the commotion and I guess Bethany did too because she immediately ran to put on her dress.

After a few hours, we were all ready for the iHeartRadio awards and met Adam, Imogen, and Drew in the lobby. From there we were escorted to a limo and taken to the Shrine Auditorium. When we got there, we walked the red carpet, had pictures taken, and though I've been to award shows with Eli before, I still wasn't used to it whereas now Bethany has no problem posing for the paparazzi as they took her picture. Once everything was done, we were finally able to sit down at a table and wait for the show to start. I sat between Bethany and Eli as we watched the show start. Soon, waiters and waitresses came by with glasses of champagne and I knew I couldn't have any. Unfortunately I was too focused on the show I didn't notice the glass being placed near me.

"Clare, you haven't touched your champagne..." Eli trailed off. "I didn't notice when they served it." I wishpered to him and felt neasia kick in. Without a work I covered my mouth and ran to the closest bathroom. After I got sick I looked around the bathroom hoping to find some Listerine or something for one reason or another, but didn't. Instead I found a small table with wrapped mints in it and popped a few in my mouth after opening them. When I got outside of the bathroom Eli was there waiting for me. "I asked Bethany if you were ok and she said this was normal now, what are you not telling me?" He asked softly as his arms wrapped around me. "I wanted to wait to tell you, but I'm pregnant." I muttered. "And the winner is the Asthetics." I looked up at Eli as soon as I heard the announcement and without a word Eli grabbed my hand and he guided me to the side of the stage that was hidden for cameras so I could wait for him before catching up with everyone else in time to walk on stage together.

"I can't tell you how much this means to us. My god, tonight has been amazing." Eli paused grinning from ear to ear. "We want to thank our fans expecially." Imogen continued. "We wouldn't be here without you." Drew added. "And our families who supported us." Adam spoke. "And to my daughter Bethany who's always with us as well as my fiancée Clare who is currently pregnant, we love you all.." Eli finished and I could see everyone's face turn from shock to excitement as they all hugged Eli and ran to hug me. After the hug broke, Eli walked me back to the table and I felt my phone vibrate uncontrollably in my purse. It was mainly friends and family asking questions and I shut it off. Eli, Bethany and I soon left after the Anesthetics performed.

Bethany was excited to find out she'd get a new baby brother or sister and Eli was excited to be having another baby. We ended up getting married privately before we had our second daughter. Now three years later, our family continues to grow. I'm pregnant again, but this time with a boy.
