This is my last chapter and I'm sorry that I sent it on without a warning. Thank you for all of your reviews and I'm hoping to make more stories soon. This is a some what epiloge.

Dick's pov:

It was an important anniversary, the day my parents died. It's been a couple years so it doesn't hurt as much, but it still hurt. It's been three years since Barbara and I's breakfast date. The team has moved on in a way, Wally and Artemis moved in together while going to college and have mentioned about leaving the team, Aqualad has been recovering over Tula's death, Conner and Me'ggan broke up, Me'ggan started to date a new member of the team La'ggan, Roy went in hiding while looking for the real Speedy since he found out he was a clone, and as for me I never saw Barbara after high school and was too busy with everything in my life.

I was typing on the computer when the computer announced Barbara's arrival. I glanced over to her to see her stumble with her hands over her eyes, sobbing. "Babs what's wrong?!" Barbara collapsed on the floor and I knelt down beside her.

"H-he's gone." She cried. "J-Jok-ker ki-il-killed h-him."

"Barbara what happened?" I asked again. Barbara snapped her head up to look at me. Her eyes were red and puffy, but not too much so I could assume she just started. Tears were still pouring out but what she said was clear now.

"Joker killed Jason." Her words chocked out of her throat and I could feel my throat tighten. I clenched my fists and I felt my own tears boiling in my eyes. Not again. "Dick?" Barbara's puffy eyes seemed to looking my brain. "I know it hurts a lot. And I remember." Barbara now pulled me in an embrace and I cried in her shoulder.

"No, not again why today. He was only a kid, his life ended too soon." I screamed.

"I know. Dick, look up." Barbara said. I raised my head to see the original team; they looked at me with sad eyes.

"Dick this may be a bad time, but Artemis and I are quitting." Wally said. Artemis glanced at me and mouthed an apology.

"Also my friend while you are grieving I must say that I'm leaving too. I can't stay here where Tula has been." Kaldur said his eyes staring at the floor. I knew that he would leave since we had a plan, but it still hurt.

"It's fine guys." I told them.

"Dick." I looked to Barbara's face and her eyes were swarming with memories. "Joker was the one that killed my family. He admitted it. I killed him."

Yes that is the end. Dick and Barbara get married later on and in the end Wally did not die for my story. Also what really bugs me that did not happen in my story is that Artemis cut her hair. It was so beautiful. After Endgame Conner and Me'ggan got back together. Thank you for all the reviews and support. I love you all!
