Council Member- Phantom WriterGirl, you stand accused of one of the highest treason. Lying to loyal fans and readers, and a Code 13. What do you have to say in your defense?

Phantom (Looking up with a smirk on face)- The Aristocrats

(Phantom gets shot)

(In the back, someone bursts through the doors)

Person- I OBJECT!

(Looking to Phantom) Person- Come on you already shot her. NOT FAIR!

Council Member- Please, she's not dead, just bleeding a lot. Luckily she has weird immortality or something.

Phantom (Mumbling)- It still hurts. (Looking at person) Your late Devil.

Devil- Yeah yeah, whatever, anyway (Looking at council) Let Phantom go, she has a show and chapter to do. If you don't I'll shoot you.

Council- Normal terms then?

Devil (Throwing Phantom over shoulder)- Yeah yeah sure.

Nergal Jr- How often does this happen?

Devil- More times than it should. Phantom I know you bleeding half to death, but Law requires that a disclaimer is made.

Phantom (Half asleep)- Y-yeah, I don't own Grim and stuff...*Snore*

Devil (And Angle who randomly showed up)- Seriously, what are we going to do with her?

Chapter 17, A 'Business Proposal' and Entrance.

Recap # 1

Mandy glared at the boy, "Earlier you said that you had come to reclaim what was rightfully yours, and you took me."

"So?" The boy said clearly confused.

"So what makes you think I belong to you."

Zander laughed, "Well the reasoning is-"

Zander paused for a moment, before looking directly into Mandy's eyes, "You see Mandy. A very long time ago my family was known for bringing chaos, bad luck, danger, and most importunately death."

Mandy cut in to Zander's little 'speech', "So once again, what does this have to do with me?"

Zander gave a very, devious, look, "Well Mandy you see. At one point a man, I guess you could call it, approached my family. He told my father that he would become the lord of death, and well it wasn't as if he could have refused."

Once more Zander paused for a 'dramatic effect'. This gave the blonde haired, newly crowned reaper the chance to butt into the conversation. Now Zander expected her to be the perfect lady and wait for him to (*cough* Get over his ego *cough,cough*) finish his moment of excellence. But as we all know Mandy, she got a very annoyed look on her face and asked her question once more.

"'Zander' are you deaf or something, because last time I check I have now asked you the same thing two times, and still have not gotten an an answer." Mandy got up out of her chair and pulled the very tall boy down to her height. "I will ask one more time. What in the name of the Reaper does this have to do with me?!"

Zander noticed how close their faces were and smirked, "Well Mandy-poo. I didn't know you wanted me this badly."

This just made Mandy even more mad, she threw Zander against a wall. He chuckled as he leaned up against the wall. He looked up to Mandy with a smile, but frowned and sighed when he saw she was glaring at him.

"Fine, fine, I will tell you. The Lord of Death obviously need a servant. Because, well, my good o' papa couldn't go collect the souls of the dead himself, he had the current deadies to deal with. Got that. So the Grim Reaper was created as a means of, well getting the dead to where they needed to be. The Grim Reaper and Dad where the two amigos. Hades and Thanatos, Pluto and Mors, Osiris and Anubis, and so forth. But a little bit after I was born, around the time Altair was starting as an assassin. My dad wasn't really being believed in anymore, but the Grim Reaper was still considered to be real. So the Reaper had enough strength to 'remove' himself from our services. We couldn't bring him back either. But with the opening of a new reaper, we could reestablish our connection with the Death Bringer."

Mandy still held a glare, "So your going to force me to serve you. I'd like to see you try."

Zander smiled at Mandy, and left the room. Leaving the girl confused. Outside Zander kept his smile on his face as he spoke to himself.

"Don't worry Mandy. I have the perfect plan."

Grim didn't answer, he just stated, "No way, this. I didn't think this existed anymore?"

The purple haired boy walked up to Grim, "Grim, what is this?"

Grim faced the small group of Kai, Billy, Valera, and Scarme.

"Well this gate is very important."

"Obviously, I mean in it was hidden in a stone wall on the side of a mountain," Kai muttered under his breath.

Grim ignored his nephew, and countiuned, "This gate leads to a place I haven't seen or heard of in forever. Through this cave lies-"

"The Entrance to the Palace of Hades."

Everyone in the party let out assorted versions of, "WHAT!"

Grim sighed, "At least that's what it used to be called. It has had different names throughout history. And I've only head about it from the previous reaper. Never been inside myself, personally didn't even want to find this forsaken place."

t a"So if Mandy is in that castle right now," Kai started.

"Then she is in more danger then we thought," Valera finished.

Kai glared at Valera. And Val smirked at Kai. As the two were having a eye contact off, Billy asked.

"Grim, what do these people want with Mandy?"

Kai and Valera stopped stopped staring directly into each others souls for a moment to say in unionism, "That's a good question."

But of course the because of the matched talking, it just lead to another glare off between the two. Grim sighed, 'I swear sometimes they act like five year old twins asked to share their favorite toy.' With any case of the dispute going on between the 'mature young adults' Grim snapped his finger to get the attention of the two.

"If you want an answer I suggest you stop arguing." This caused both people to stop yelling.

Grim countiuned, "Now then, my best guess would be that the family is going to attempt to make Mandy rebind the Reaper's Oath. None of us will see her again if this happens.

Grim could see the worry enter Kai's, Valera's and Billy's eyes. The purple haired boy stepped forward towards the gate, putting a hand out he began to push the bars outwards.

"Kai what do you think you're doing, "Grim asked his nephew.

Taking a breath the boy stated, "Well, I'm going to get myself a reaper, anyone else coming for the ride."

(Back in the graveyard, at Phantom and Company)

Mandy- Phantom's out of comision, why do we have to do this.

Devil (In a suit and tie)- Because. Now (Looking at cards) Who do you find cuter Angel or Devil? What the crap Phantom?!

(From the distance) Phantom- I regret nothing!

Devil (Rolling eyes)- Whatever, so what is the correct answer.

Mandy- Isn't this an opinion question?

Devil- No, now answer. And tell why.

(Billy is confused)

Grimm (Sighing)- I can't believe I'm about to say dis. But Angel he seems more noble than you Devil.

(In the background) Phantom- I SHIP GRANGEL!
(In the background) Angel- SHUT UP!

Mandy- I hate both of you.

(Devil has an unamused face, pulls out a cord with a button on the end. Pushed button, Mandy Billy and Grimm are shocked. Devil looks at Nergal Jr)

Negal- Well I don't hate you?

Devil- That'll have to do. Anyway Phantom, get out here you have some stuff to say.

Phantom (Poofing in)- Right anyway, sorry about the late publish. Don't worry I will do my best, but school started up again and swim is keeping me busy. But anyway onto the one question on everyone's mind.

(Devil's eyes go wide along with everyone else. All thinking 'I didn't think she would actually do it')
