"I don't understand…" M'gann groaned, her amber eyes weary as she tipped back in her chair.

Conner glanced at her from the couch; her desk was littered with papers and pens, the writing scrawled in a hurry. She scribbled down something and then crumpled it up and hissed, "Doesn't work, the check is wrong!"

"M'gann? Is something wrong?" he asked, blue eyes carefully studying the annoyed Martian.

"Yes! I hate geometry," she frowned at the paper and then looked at him.

"Need help?" Conner was already striding over; plopping into the chair next to her, he grabbed the textbook and started to read.

"It's pretty hard…" M'gann said unsurely, eyeing the clone.

"Yeah, yeah. But have tried—" he wrote a neat little diagram with measurements, "—doing it like this?" he looked innocently at her.

"You know how to do this!" she cried, smacking his arm.

He merely grinned at her.

"You could have told me this two hours ago…" M'gann growled.

"Sorry, I was busy watching you struggle."
"Conner!"
