Hey guys! Sadly, this might be my last chapter...
So I hope you enjoy this story... it has been amazing to write, and thanks you :) Seriously... 13,000 views?! Seriously, I just got lucky.
Anyways, I really hoped you liked this story... I might even write a sequel if it's wanted... (it probably isn't though.)
Okay, story time!
Lulu's P.O.V.
I walk towards Stevie's locker, where a crowd of people were cheering and clapping, and Stevie and Zander were kissing in the middle. Max pushes past the crowd, pushing me aside too. I sigh as I follow him.
He opens the door to the library, where he plops into a chair, and puts his face into his hands. He sits at an empty table is silent. I enter the library too, and sit across from him. "Hey... Are you okay?" I asked, watching him.
"Yeah... I'm fine..." Max said quietly, his voice muffled in his hands.
I sigh. "Max, seriously-What's wrong?"
"Since when do you care?" He asked me, curtly. "You have been mad at me ever since I quit the show."
I scoff. "Well obviously. All you cared about was the show's ratings."
He ignored me, and went back to stewing in his misery. I sighed, rolling my eyes. "Okay, I'm sorry. Just tell me what's wrong."
"Stevie chose Zander..."
I give him a confused look. "Wait... You're upset because he chose Zander? Are you against Zevie?"
"No... I may have, sort-of, possibly have had a crush on her..."
"Oh..." I felt hurt now... I really hoped he just missed me... But that obviously wasn't the case.
Ever since he broke up with me, I have had the worst of luck. I haven't been accepted in anymore TV shows or movies (no matter how many I audition for), I've gotten dropped by my agent, and worst of all, I've been moping around in break-up sadness.
"Well... I'm sorry to hear that..." I say to him. I get up, and walk out of the library. I hear footsteps chasing after me, but I ignore it until I hear someone call my name. "Lulu!"
I turn around to see Max, who was out of breath. "Lulu," he says, panting. "Are you okay?"
"Yes, I'm fine." I say, turning around to leave again. He grabs hold of my arm. "Seriously. What's wrong?"
I sigh. I abruptly ask, "Why did you break up with me?"
He looks down at his feet for a second, his cheeks flushed. "I just... thought you'd break up with me anyways." He confessed. "I don't know... You were just getting so successful, and I just thought that you would rise up to stardom and you'd just... Leave the rest of us b-list actors."
I awkwardly stand in the middle of the hallway with him, just thinking. "So... Why are you here-Why are you liking Stevie?"
"I thought coming here would give me a fresh start... And I liked Stevie because... I guess it's because she reminds me so much of you."
I smile a small smile- I don't want him to think he can get me so easily. "So... what happens now?" I ask.
He comes closer. "Well... I think we can figure things out."
He puts his hands around my waist, and he kisses me. It felt like old times, like when before he quit the show, before all this school drama. We pull away for air.
"Are you better now?" I ask with a smirk.
"Yeah. I'm satisfied." Grinning, he leans in again.
Thank you so much for reading and reviewing. Fanfiction is amazing, I hope you enjoyed this story!
