(Korriban)

Revan followed Yuthura through the academy doors noting the way the guards quickly straightened up and tried to look intimidating, they failed rather badly as they looked bored more than intimidating. But he did not miss the suspicious looks that were soon directed towards him and his companions as they headed to where Wynn was, no surprise they were led to the heart of the complex where Wynn was causally welcoming some new recruits. He felt some true darkness around the man who was the academy master but nowhere near where a true Sith would feel like in the force, still the man was dangerous and not to be underestimated.

"Master" Yuthura called out breaking his train of thought and interrupting whatever speech Wynn was giving causing him to turn to glare at her for a few seconds until he noted the new comers behind her. "We have a late hopeful who wishes to join our ranks" she continued without repeating her call.

Wynn instantly became alert as he looked over the armoured figure behind his second, tall and clearly powerful in the force as he could feel a well of power which seemed to virtually surround the man at the head of a small group all similarly dressed. That meant finally Revan had come to Korriban as Bandon had expected, the fact Revan was trying to use a disguise to get into the Sith tomb where the star map was located was amusing to him. He wondered which one of them was the fabled and much in demand Bastila Shan, if his plan actually worked and he managed to not only kill Revan and Bandon and then went on to lure Malak here and succeed in killing the Dark Lord. Perhaps he might take Shan as his apprentice after breaking her completely he mused.

"And do you believe he has what it takes to join our new group of hopefuls Yuthura?" he mused deciding to play along as he knew Bandon wanted Revan to weaken himself out in the tombs of the valley of Sith Lords before revealing himself.

"He has shown he is powerful my Lord and rather committed to exploring the dark side" Yuthura responded feeling ill calling the man her lord especially in view of Revan. "He proved he has what it takes when he approached me in the cantina" she added.

"I see and who are his friends?" Wynn inquired.

"They are my fellow mercenaries who like me want work and seen as the Sith are beating the Republic we came here not only for me to learn how to use the dark side but to gain employment" Revan lied easily knowing Wynn probably suspected who he was and was just biding his time until ordering him to remove his helmet.

"Hmm well I am sure we can use all the mercenaries we can but first you must show your faces so we know you are not Republic spies trying to infiltrate our ranks" Wynn responded easily.

Revan didn't hesitate to remove his helmet and he was thankful the rest of his group followed his example, he did not miss the slight tightening of Wynn's eyes as he revealed himself and probably confirmed whatever thoughts he'd had that he had finally arrived on Korriban. But he had to give Wynn credit he gave nothing away in his expression as he looked him and his small group over, that indicated to him that Wynn at least processed some control over himself unlike most of Malak's people.

"We are not spies I assure you" Revan stated continuing to play his part even though he knew their cover was blown thanks to Yuthura's warnings. "We came here on the word of one of your scouting parties who told me I could receive training here as well has find work for my crew" he went on.

"If you wish training you must prove your worth just like these other recruits, as for your friends they are welcome to help if you so wish after all it is the way of the Sith to use whoever they wish so as to win" Wynn said with a smirk enjoying playing games with Revan and his group. "First one must learn the Sith code" he added. "Tell me do you know it?" he inquired.

"Peace is a lie. There is only Passion. Through Passion I gain Strength. Through Strength I gain Power. Through Power I gain Victory. Through Victory my chains are Broken. The Force shall free me" Revan instantly quoted the code barely before Wynn finished speaking.

"Impressive, tell me where did you learn it so well?" Wynn inquired with a raised eyebrow playing along with the idea he did not know who stood before him.

"I learnt it from the team who told me to come here to learn how to use the force, I only needed to hear it twice to know it by heart as I have a very good memory" Revan responded knowing what Wynn was doing but knew until they had weakened themselves in their eyes in the valley of the Sith neither Wynn nor Bandon would show their hand and reveal they knew who he was.

"Indeed" Wynn said before turning to the watching Yuthura. "Show the recruits their rooms and explain the rules to them then return them here so I can give them their first instruction in the dark side" he ordered. "The mercenaries friends can stay with him, I am sure they can cohabit his room considering they are used to sharing a ship" he added before he turned from them and sunk to his knees and began to mediate on just when to reveal his plans.

Yuthura nodded and then indicated the recruits to follow her, Revan followed along with his group. One by one the small group of recruits were shown to a room which was not very big with a single bed inside and a small footlocker for their belongings. Back in the central dome Wynn suddenly opened his eyes as he sensed the presence of Bandon coming to him, cursing he stood and watched as the apprentice to Malak appeared looking hungry to kill someone.

"Revan has come hasn't he?" Bandon growled out his eyes almost turning red as he glared at him.

"He has indeed with a small party, some may remain on the ship we do not know just yet" Wynn responded.

"Is Shan with him?" Bandon demanded to know.

"Not that I saw my Lord but I kept my eyes mostly focused on Revan in case he decided to fight his way through us" Wynn answered with a shrug knowing his answer would annoy the man but not really caring for if his plan succeeded Bandon would soon be dead.

Bandon swung his first straight into Wynn's face almost knocking him over but he just managed to keep himself on his feet, he righted himself and faced the apprentice once more.

"Remember your place Wynn and do not ever annoy me with such a useless answer to my questions again, you are not unreplaceable" Bandon threatened with a smirk. "Lord Malak would not care if I removed your head right now, you would be wise to remember that" he continued grimly. "Now I will ask again is Shan with him?" he repeated his question and gave him a look that dared him to be so flippant with his answer again.

"I did not recognise her features in the group he had with him but it is possible she is on the ship they arrived in" Wynn answered having to stop himself from glaring at the man who he knew had one of the shortest tempers ever and he would indeed kill him for the least provocation.

He had to be careful and not allow his own temper to get the better of him, he also had to continue playing the loyal servant until the time was right to put his own plans into motion. That would not be until Bandon showed himself to Revan, and he knew Bandon did not intend to do that until Revan and his party had been weakened whilst exploring the tombs of Korriban with the other students.

"However the ship they landed in is not the one they have been reported travelling since we learned of their quest" he reported making Bandon frown somewhat. "It is possible my Lord they split their party up, Revan led a small team here for the star map here whilst Shan led the rest to Manann for the star map located there using their original ship" he suggested and he could see the many thought of his suggestion truly angered Bandon much to his amusement although he ensured not to reveal his that he was amused.

Bandon glared at Wynn for his suggestion something he had not even considered when coming up with his plan, the problem was he could not change his plan now as he had already boasted to Malak his plan would succeed without fail. Shan had to be with Revan, so either they had managed to disguise her features so as not to be easily recognised or she was on the ship back in the docking bay. If Wynn's suggestion turned out to be correct he would gut the spineless academy master, intensifying his glare he stepped towards Wynn and locked their gazes together.

"Ensure none of the female members of Revan's party are killed and make damn sure that ship does not leave this planet short of destroying it" he ordered before he spun and stalked back to his room to wait for the right moment to reveal his presence.

Wynn watched him go and then smiled even if he felt slightly unbalanced by the malice he saw reflected in Bandon's eyes as he glared at him, his men had already replaced the assassins Bandon had brought with him and when Bandon finally revealed himself thinking he had the upper hand he would step forward to reveal who truly had the upper hand before executing him along with Revan and his followers.

Yuthura finished showing the new students along with the general their rooms before leading them to a small outlet, now she could give them the standard speech about rules not that there was any real rules here bar the basic ones. Then she could hand them back to Wynn and go and ensure the general's route off this planet was ready, everything hung on her succeeding getting Revan and his party off the planet if all they had been through since the Mandalorian war had begun was to mean or be worth anything.

"The rules are simple" Yuthura stated once they were all assigned a room. "Follow the orders of your superiors, learn what they have to teach you until they no longer have anything to teach and then you can attempt to take their place if you are strong enough" she continued. "Sith do not care if their comrades die in battle, they use their comrades to succeed in their own goals to gain more power no matter the cost and as long as it does not interfere with the greater plans of the Sith as a whole" she stated coldly playing the role of teacher well and giving away nothing of how she truly felt. "You are easily replaceable, the creed of the Sith is to take power for yourself" she finished. "Now follow me" she commanded.

Revan shook his head as he listened to the speech, a speech he was certain that Malak had commanded replace the one given when he was still running this Empire. Just another indicator how far he and all those who had followed him in his coup had fallen, if all one cared about was taking power for oneself then whatever creed or mission they had would fail as they wouldn't even care if they succeeded or not as long as they had power. They Returned to where Wynn now stood waiting for them, his hands behind his back looking relaxed but Revan could see the slight tenseness in his stance indicating he was slightly nervous. Something had happened whilst they had been shown their rooms, if he had to guess he would bet Bandon had paid him a visit to find out if Bastila was with him. Plus Wynn was probably getting a bit anxious now he had finally come to Korriban, wondering all the while whether his plan to kill them all even Bandon would pay off.

"You all know the code of the Sith and now you have been given the rules you must operate under" Wynn began moving his hands to cross against his chest. "You to become truly a member of this academy you must earn prestige, you do this by going out into the valley of the Sith Lords and exploring the tombs of the old Masters" he told them not that this came as a surprise to Revan as he had expected it. "The tombs are dangerous, many have secrets that even now have not been discovered and could cost you far more than your life but even your very soul" he warned them with a grim smile.

Revan almost smirked at Wynn's attempts to frighten them and if he had to guess by the expressions of two of the students he had succeeded, clearly Wynn used this for every class he inducted into the academy. He realised his friendship with Malak had blinded him to the fact he was assigning two people who were not cut out to be leaders to the academy, Wynn and his predecessor Uln had probably corrupted the teachings of the recruits before Malak's coup had even started.

"If you truly wish to be one of us you must venture into them without fear, show that unlike the Jedi there is nowhere we fear to tread" Wynn continued on putting his confrontation with Bandon aside and doing his best not to stare too much at Revan and his group who stood listening to his speech. "Find the secrets of the tomb or complete whatever task needs doing in the valley and then return with proof, only then will you gain the prestige you need to become one of us" he finished.

The students shuffled somewhat nervously bar one at the far back who arrogantly just smirked clearly believing he was up to the challenge. Revan himself knew he and his small team were easily up to dealing with the tombs and whatever challenges lay within them, and he needed to get into the tomb of Ajunta Pall to first return the sword and then have a word with the spirit of the Sith Lord if he could. One of the reasons he and Malak had ever been allowed to use Korriban and set up the academy here was due to his deal with the spirits of the ancient Sith Lords he had made when he first landed. Now that Malak had betrayed him and more to the point the deal he had made with the ancient Sith Lords, he was certain he could convince the spirits to turn on all the Sith on the planet and wipe them all out. They could then also deny Malak any attempt to return to the planet and recapture the academy, losing the spiritual home of the Sith would a deadly blow to Malak and especially his rule.

Weakening Malak's grip on the role of Dark Lord would continue to push him into making rash choices in an effort to find and stop Revan and his followers, he would become more paranoid that his underlings would be working to overthrow him and more than likely kill them without little proof. This worked in his favour as it did the Republics, but it all depended on whether the spirits of the ancient Sith Lords would agree with his request. He had only been able to make a bargain with them the first time because the Sith Emperor was a threat to them and was intent on destroying the spirits because he blamed them for the fall of the ancient Sith Empire. Revan had sworn he would stop the Emperor before he could carry out his plans, however Malak's revolt had he was sure made the spirit question whether he could deliver on his promise. That would make any new bargain hard to broker, but he was certain he could pull it off.

"Now go, let us see who among you is worthy of joining the Sith" Wynn commanded breaking Revan's train of thoughts.

Revan turned and began to follow the other recruits towards the exit into the valley, he noted that Carth was not with him and clearly had not re-joined them which meant he along with HK and seen as Yuthura was no longer visible were now tracking down Carth's son. Hopefully subduing and hiding Dustil somewhere they could easily pick him up on the way out would be relatively simple, Carth had brought a few spare stealth generators to ensure no one noticed them carry him out of the academy. Exiting the academy he paused as he sensed he was been watched, but he ignored them knowing nothing would happen just yet before leading his group into the valley.

(Leviathan Class Battleship Revenge)

Bastila awoke once more feeling slightly better than she had the first time, but she still felt a slight headache and her body somewhat stiff. Sitting up slowly she let out a yawn as she looked around the medical bay, the doctor from before quickly noted she was awake and moved over to her bedside. She remained silent as the doctor ran her through several checks, clearly the woman took her job very seriously another indication that these people were no Sith as she doubted any true Sith would care if someone was in pain no matter who it was.

"How do you feel Shan?" Senna finally inquired clearly satisfied with the results of her check-up.

"Tired and somewhat hungry and I still have a slight headache but nowhere near where it was originally" Bastila answered letting out another yawn as she did so.

"Ok can you remember my name?" Senna asked wanting to ensure there was no damage to Shan's memory from overusing her force abilities.

It was not something one saw often but she had seen two cases during the war, both had been powerful Jedi who had overused their force abilities to guard a retreat during one of their few defeats in the war against the Mandalorians. After they had managed to get to the evac shuttles, they had had fallen unconscious for several hours and once they had come round both were confused and unfocused. Within two days both were showing signs of forgetting huge chucks of their lives and their force powers had been badly affected with both forgetting how to cast certain force powers and they had still not recovered. They remained with the fleet under one of her fellow doctor's care, alongside many other of the more critical injured crew. The Revanchists took care of their own, and considering Shan seemed to be important to the general she intended to ensure the same thing did not happen to her.

"Senna Vos" Bastila answered easily. "You're Zeltron" she added.

"Excellent, I am pleased to see there are no signs of any permanent damage to yourself from such sustained overuse of your force abilities" Senna responded. "I would suggest next time you do not go too far, there can be dreadful consequences for doing so, now do you think you are up to eating something?" she inquired after giving her warning.

"I think so" Bastila responded.

"Then I will have some food and drink brought up for you but eat it slowly" Senna advised.

"What kind of consequences could I have faced if I had continued to use my abilities for longer than I did?" Bastila could not help but inquire once the doctor return from requesting a meal and a drink is brought up for her.

Senna was somewhat surprised Shan seemed interested in hearing just what could have happened to her had she pushed even harder than she had, considering the ward was quiet right now she decided to sit and answer her. Hopefully it would stop her from every taking the risk unless absolutely nessacary, and even then it was something one should think about hard before going through with.

On the bridge Meetra stood go over some reports from their spies on multiple planets, but whilst she was focused on what she was reading she could not help but get distracted now and then with the thought of how Revan and his group were getting by on Korriban. She truly wished she could have joined them, her connection to the force was coming back more and more and she sensed whatever was happening on that planet was important, but she could not nothing to influence events as she had to remain her in charge of the fleet whilst Rikka was with Revan. She understood why Rikka had to go with Revan to Korriban, she understood not knowing what had happened to Yuthura had been eating away at the young Twi'Lek since the coup. Now a chance had come for her to get answers and if needs be end Yuthura as she would have wanted should the worse have happened and she had fallen, but still she wished she could have go as well.

"General, we just got an message from the ship the Mandalorian was given" Sora tempest reported breaking into her thoughts and making her turn to the Correlian communications officer.

"Trouble?" she inquired as she took the tablet with the message from her.

"Not at present general, Ordo reports several Mandalorian ships have already responded to his call to arms, two have already arrived having been the closest groups and he has only been challenged once which he won easily" Sora answered calmly. "It seems the General's plan to use Ordo to rally the Mandalorians back into a fighting force is currently working" she added.

"Yeah for now" Meetra agreed as she ran her gaze over the report which stated pretty much what Sora had just told her.

Clearly, Revan had chosen a good candidate to rally the Mandalorians who prised strength above all overs and Canderous Ordo was clearly a strong man. A survivor of the war against the Republic and someone who had clearly earned Revan's respect a very hard feat especially for a Mandalorian, but could he hold together whatever kind of force he rallied once it was fully assembled was the question? He would be challenged again she knew and it was quite possible he would lose one of those matches, Revan must realise that was a risk he was taking by giving them back the mask. She understood his reasons and motives for it but it was a big risk, he was counting on Canderous winning all challenges and the Mandalorian obedience to the one who wears the mask. And there was the added risk that by alerting them to the fact a new Mandalore had risen that it would draw Cassius Fett and those like him out of whatever hole they had crawled into. Canderous would then have to prove his oath to deal with them or break his agreement with Revan, thus giving them a third enemy to deal with.

"Do we have any stealth craft in the fleet?" she inquired.

"Several General Surrik" Sora responded instantly noting a change in the general's tone that made her shift slightly on her feet.

"Have one readied for deployment and have it station itself outside of the Mandalorians sensor range and watch them as well as monitor their communications" Meetra ordered deciding been careful of monitoring the situation would do them no harm. "At the first sign something has gone wrong and Ordo has been killed, I want an immediate warning sent out to us" she added.

"Understood General" Sora said snapping off a salute before moving to carry out her task and deciding Captain Zayle and his crew would be the perfect candidate for the job.

Meetra watched her go before looking back at the message Ordo had sent and hoped Revan's risky gambit paid off for them all, she also hoped his impression of the man was spot on and once the Mandalorians had reformed into an army he would keep to his word and help them first end Malak and his followers and then the true Sith when the time came.

(Cruiser Pride of Mandalore)

Canderous stood on the bridge of his ship and that was how he viewed now his ship, which is why he had changed its name. Granted if one of the returning Mandalorian ships happened to be a battleship he would not hesitate to transfer over to it as that would prove a more affective symbol of his power than a mere cruiser, still so far things had gone smoothly since they had sent out their rallying call. The only challenge he'd had to deal with had come from a younger Mandalorian who believed he was better suited to lead, he had proved easy to beat and showed the challenger had very little combat experience and clearly had not been a combative in the war against the Republic.

Next time it happened he expected to face a fellow survivor of the war, perhaps even someone he knew and had fought side by side with on the battlefield. Even if that was the case he was prepared to defend his role as Mandalore no matter the cost, Mira, currently busy assigning tasks to several Mandalorians who had requested to serve on the ship which he had agreed to whilst Jagga and Sarine remained on the bridge as his guards. Jango was currently setting up security with the crew who had volunteered from the Revanchists until they had enough of their own people to take over, he hoped soon more of their people would come.

(Korriban)

Carth followed Yuthura as she led him to the room where his son stayed, he was doing his best to stem the nervousness he felt at seeing Dustil again after believing him dead since the attack on Telos. He had no real idea what he was going to say to him, although there might not be much time to actually talk to him before HK who was following them under stealth stunned him. Hopefully before that happened he would be able to say something and see just how badly been on this planet had affected his son, and there was his concern what his son thought of him since the attack that had killed his mother. Thankfully nearly all the other students were in the valley where Revan and the rest of the team were headed, hopefully that would make this easier. Yuthura finally came to a stop outside the door at the end of the corridor and entered, he followed and left it open so HK could also enter. He quickly noted how his son jumped to attention when he saw who had entered the room before his expression turned angry as his eyes settled on him, he realised his son was not exactly pleased to see him.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Dustil growled out incensed to his father had come to Korriban especially as he blamed the man for the death of his mother. "You dare come here as if you didn't get my mother killed" he spat as he marched towards his father.

"I did no such thing Dustil, your Sith pals did that when they bombed Telos" Carth shot back incensed to be accused of such a thing by his own son. "Saul Karath the man who brought you here did that when he followed the order to bombard the damn planet, he sentenced your mother and thousands of others to death" he raged as his anger at Karath rose up within him and actually making his son hesitate in his approach.

"You left us again when you swore to mom you were done with the fleet" Dustil started up again but moving to another reason for his anger. "Mom was so angry and cursed you often after you were gone, when the bombing started you weren't there to protect us and Mom died when she was caught in the collapse of our home" he shouted.

Carth paled as he heard Dustil say that Marie had cursed him leaving to re-join the fleet, he knew she had not been happy he had broken his word that he had left the fleet for good after the Mandalorian war but what else could he do but re-join when the war against Revan and Malak started. He had a duty not only to his family but to the Republic which he truly believed in, he had to go and he had hoped Marie had understood that but clearly he had been wrong. He had to push that realisation aside and deal with it later, he had to focus on why he was here.

"I had to go Dustil, I was needed to help fight the threat of Malak and Revan and their followers and it was Malak and his followers who got your mother killed" he finally growled out doing his best to calm his rage. "I was fighting to protect you and everyone else in the Republic, I was doing my duty and it cost me everything but if I had to make that choice again" he paused as he truly considered what he would do if he had to make that choice again and realised he'd do nothing different as his duty to the Republic went side by side with his love for his family and his belief that without the Republic there was no future for any of them. "I'd make the same one because if the Republic ever fell Dustil there would be no future for any of us and that is what I believed your mother understood as well" he stated.

"Well you thought wrong father and neither do I understand it" Dustil shot back. "The Republic is nothing but a diseased corrupt led sham" he hissed. "No one believes in it like you do anymore" he spat in disdain.

"You're wrong Dustil, there are plenty of people who believe like I do" Carth shot back and suddenly realised that included Revan and his people.

They believed in the true ideals of the Republic so much so that they were willing to attack the corruption at its heart in order to save it, he suddenly realised he understood their motives far more than he had before. Because he had in a sense abandoned his family to go back to the fleet to fight what he believed were traitors in order to protect the Republic he had dedicated his life to believing in, belief and loyalty were what this was all about.

"Dustil, you have let anger blind you" he stated more calmly. "Yes alright maybe I was wrong about your mother understanding why I went back to the fleet but she would not want you to join up with the same monsters that killed her and thousands of others" he went on. "Do you not understand how you are betraying her very memory by been here?" he asked.

Dustil glared at him before he turned away and tried to ignore the question but couldn't, because what he said was spot on and he knew his mother would be horrified to see what he had done by joining the very people who had destroyed their planet. Yuthura watched off to the side as Carth and his son debated and argued surprised that HK-47 had not already stunned the younger Onasi yet, she wondered what the rather blood thirsty assassin droid was waiting for.

Elsewhere Revan and his companions along with the other students exited the academy and ventured down the path leading to the valley of the Sith lords, he stopped as he looked around the area noting how busy it was with many students and guards and others wondering around. He wondered what Bastila would think of the view had she been with them, he led his group away from the other students who also ran away from one another clearly intent of gaining the lead over their fellow students anyway they could. He had one main location in mind to visit first, and that was the tomb of Ajunta Pall.
