Hi guys! Yeah, another new story, I know... =_=lll
But I got humilated by a teacher infront of my school, so I'm pretty depressed...

English isn't my first language and I'm still in elementary school so beware!
We were both young when I first saw you
I close my eyes and the flashback starts
I'm standing there
on a balcony in summer air
It was a normal night for Kuroko Tetsuna, a party, be polite, act like a lady and try to get as many suitors as possible, and then leave after a few dances. Nothing new. Nothing different. Everything was the same, the same, the same.
Kuroko frowned at the loud, chattering crowd of men surrounding her, who were all trying to grab her attention. She never particularly liked a whole group of people that smelt of too much perfume. Excusing herself with the reason of feeling faint, she retreated to the cool, refreshing embrace of a small, forgotten balcony.
Sighing, she propped her arm on the marble railings of her little 'hideout', "No one notices you," she whispered to the place, "They never see your beauty, only your plainness," indeed, it wasn't one of the most stunning places one can be at, but if you take in the spectacular view, the faint scent of roses, and the floor that seemed to sparkle when light was casted onto it, then this would be a fairy's realm.
"They never notice you or appreciate you... we are alike..." The bluennett trailed off, lost deep in thought as she absent mindedly tucked a wondering strand of hair behind her ear. She was the sixth child in her family, also the only female. In other words, she was a disgrace. The only thing she could do was to get married with a hopefully rich man and support her family. To Kuroko, though, it was like selling her body, and she never liked that.
But she couldn't fight against fate, which she knew as well as she knows that she is a girl. "Such is the bitter fate of me..." she sighed.
"Not if you try to change it." A deep, velvety voice murmured behind the petite girl, making her jump in surprise. It wasn't often that someone manages to surprise her. She was quite impressed, in a way.
She spun around sharply, a soft hiss of shock emerging from her throat, her hair whipped against her face, but she paid no heed to that, what matters now, was the man with vibrant red hair and heteromatic eyes standing gracefully in front of her.
"Ah," the man faked shock, "Did I surprise you, my lady? If that was so, then I sincerely apologies for my extremely rude behavior." He bowed; bringing the other's gloved hand to his lips.
"I must apologies as well," Kuroko's cheeks were slightly tinted pink at the gesture "For my unacceptable manners when I ignored you." Never the less, her blank face did not change. It was one of things that even her parents couldn't change about her no matter what they did.
"The fault is mine. Now, for me to repent for my crime, may I ask this wonderful lady in front of me for a dance?" Akashi offered his hand to the other as the sweet sound of a classic waltz music wafted through the air.
"My pleasure," Kuroko accepted the hand after she curtsied, "Kuroko Tetsuna."
This man... he is so different from the others...
Akashi smirked, what an interesting girl.
"Akashi Seijuro, the pleasure is mine."
And so began the twist of fate.
