"Will you get off me?!" I cried while trying to shake my Onii-san off me. Dai laughed hard as he still took meaningless pictures of me in my new jersey. He insisted it was a memory not to be lost..that jackass. Plus he plans on selling it to my fans. Even more of a jackass...

"Oh come on Kaoru, we all want at least one picture of your big day!" Mom cried happily, spinning slightly in her kitchen. Shou was too busy with video games to care and Dad was just laughing at us.

"Dad!" I pleaded for help as I wrestled with Dai to get the camera away. Unfortunately, no matter how strong I am, Dai, being the boy, is stronger...I hate to admit it. Dad shook his head.

"Sorry Kaoru, I agree with them. Just take the picture." He teased. I growled as my face turned red and I stopped struggling.

"Yes!" Dai cried happily as he got the camera ready. I growled at him.

"You better just take one picture!" I demanded of him. He wiggled his eyebrows making my mouth twitch in either amusement or anger. I just put a hand on my hip and tilted my head with a winner's smile. That's when I seen 3 flashes. "DAI!"

"Yes sir?" He laughed while running away from me. Everyone else just laughed too, even Shou. That's it, I'm going to kill him today and bury his body.

"Dad, is the shovel out back?" I asked with a poker face. Mom and Shou sweat dropped as Dai disappeared somewhere in the house. Dad chuckled.

"Yes." He answered right away. I smoothed my clothes and straightened myself. My jersey was lime green, ironically, with yellow outlining and black gym shorts that would not stop ridding up my thighs.

"Why honey?" Mom asked while scolding Shou for messing up the table. I rolled my eyes.

"Obviously I'm planning his tortuous death." I said as he came back in the room, I smirked. He was paling a little bit whether he knew it or not. "You should probably record me saying that. Just in case." With that I took off after Dai again while I still had time to kill, my family laughing really hard.

-At School-

I groaned because I hated Mondays. The only thing keeping me going was the soccer game. I also found myself thinking about Butch. Only because it was so funny what happened last night. I felt myself blushing so I looked away.

"Kaoru!" Tsuki came up to me with a happy smile. I returned it, being in a good mood. Hikari was with her naturally.

"Hey girls. Where's Aoki?" I asked confused that he wasn't glued to either his twin or girlfriend. Tsuki blushed instantly. Hikari smirked.

"Futago is with Butch and his triplet brothers." She answered and I tensed at his name. I felt butterflies roaming in my stomach. I wrapped my arms around my waist without them noticing as they argued about what Aoki was talking about with the boys.

"Something wrong Kaoru?" I blinked turning to the side. Momoko and Miyako were looking at me in worry. I guess my face is giving off more than I wanted. I gave a nervous laugh. Not too nervous though.

"Nothing at all. I just don't want to go to class, maybe we should ditch?" I asked and they blushed looking appalled at the idea. I laughed as we got into it like old times. Miyako trying to be the smoother one and Momoko lecturing me. This was way better than telling them I'm anxious to see Butch but anxious NOT to see him. Damn it all...

"It's not that bad of an idea!" Hikari defended for me. "Nyahahaha!" She laughed and Tsuki sweat dropped. I laughed with her because her laugh was hilarious.

"It can't happen, she won't graduate at this rate!" Momoko cried thinking about me not being in our cap and gowns. I sweat dropped with an angry face. "No offense."

"None taken." I said in a slur. I suddenly seen him. Butch was with Mitch, Aoki, and his brothers. Where was Robin...? Shit...I think the butterflies just turned into moths. He looked so hot, I REALLY hate to admit. He was wearing black converse today, just like me. He had black pants on with holes around the knees and a gray tank top with a black dragon.

"Hopefully I don't sound mean.." Miyako started while I noticed they were also staring at the boys. "But I thought they couldn't afford designer clothes?" Me and Momoko looked at each other and shrugged.

"They are all so hot!" Momoko gushed and Hikari laughed. Tsuki was blushing when they finally noticed us and Aoki had a big grin. I rolled my eyes. They are so lovey dovey, just like Miyako and Boomer. They practically ran over there to us.

"Hey." Butch said to me causally. I felt sick to my stomach and cursed my estrogen hormones. He was so sexy today...why today? Is it because...of the game? "Hows it going?"

"Hey. Uh...you know...annoying Mondays..." I played it cool. I never used to have to 'play it cool' around people, I just was cool. I smoothed my hands over my tight black t-shirt. Mitch had the same thing on. All soccer team members would have it on today..

"Yeah." Butch laughed and stared at my foot. "Nice." I kicked his shoe with a smirk. "Definitely functioning." I laughed with him. I noticed it was kind of awkward for both sides so at least it wasn't just me.

"Bye Kaoru, see you after school! No wait...at the game!" Hikari said, leaving with Tsuki and Aoki. They were Juniors so they had different schedules.

"We should get to class too." Brick sighed while finishing Momoko's braid. Brick is the only one I know that is just as crazy about Momoko as she is of him. She doesn't know how lucky she is. I sweat dropped while Butch had to bite his lip to hide his laugh. I grinned.

"See you." Butch said looking at me through lower lids. I froze in place. Damn the whole world. I felt the blush hit me hard. He blinked and laughed. "Try not to get hurt before the game." He winked and I knew he pretended not to see my reaction.

"Shut up!" I yelled with my face still burning. Him and his brothers left while laughing. Mitch turned to me after drinking from the water fountain.

"Aren't these shirts awesome? I should frame it!" He cried overly confident. I snorted while grabbing the ends of my t-shirt. I was number 22 and Mitch was number 14. Miyako gasped.

"Framing clothes?" Miyako thought out loud. She was poking her cheeked with an honest confused face. Me and Momoko sweat dropped. "You can do that?" Then we all laughed.

"Never mind." Mitch smiled at us.

"Hey Mitch, where is Robin?" I asked turning serious again. I wanted her to be here with me and the other girls. I wanted all my friends to be there at the game after school. Mitch's excited grin vanished.

"She has really bad morning sickness. She didn't want to be throwing up at school all morning." He looked away regretfully.

"Aw, that must really suck!" Momoko groaned. Miyako nodded.

"Is...is she-" I started but couldn't finish. Mitch cocked an eyebrow and finally understood.

"Oh no! She's totally going to be okay by the afternoon for the game!" He smiled again and I felt relieved. I figured I'll text her during math and sleep during English like I usually do.

"Let's hurry to class now!" Miyako smiled. "We only have 2 minutes till the tardy bell rings." Me and Momoko groaned as we slumped behind her. Senior year goes by fast but slow at the same time!

Once I had gotten through the boring lectures of the day I was feeling all anxious but giddy at the same time. I was in such a good mood that people were starting to get scared. I texted Robin in math and she told me she was feeling better which just added to my relief.

"Kaoru, what time should we randeavu back to the soccer field to meet you?" Momoko asked as she stole a french fry from Hikari's bag. Hikari began to hiss at her which made us all sweat drop.

"Anytime you want!" I smiled while she dropped the french fry in surprise. A depressed aura came around Hikari as Aoki tried to cheer her up.

"Someone's cheerful." A familiar voice cooed in my ear. My face flushed as I jumped a foot in the air almost dramatically. Butch Jojo...

"Brick!" Momoko cried throwing her arms around him, pushing Boomer outta the way by accident. "Kaoru's acting strange!" I rolled my eyes while Butch looked at me curiously. I ducked my head away from those green eyes.

"She's just happy for the game Momoko-chan." Tsuki commented with a shy blush on her cheeks. I nodded. Butch wrapped his arms around me from behind.

"Eck!" I shrieked as he kissed my cheek and backed away. Smart dude. Miyako sighed as she put her cell phone in her bag.

"Gomen Kaoru." She began and I looked at her. "I have to take my Grandma to her usual gardening club. But I promise I'll come straight here afterwards!" I looked surprised.

"That's fine Miyako, you don't have to worry." I waved it off with a smile. The game wasn't until a couple of hours. Boomer smiled widely, obviously recovering from his fall. Hikari and Tsuki sweat dropped.

"I'll accompany you Miyako-chan!" He cheered while taking her hand. She blushed a lot as he led her out of the school, a lot of boys glaring Boomer's way.

"It really is surprising that he hasn't gotten attacked." Brick commented while hugged Momoko back. Aoki laughed.

"It's because you're the Rowdies." He replied while smiling at Tsuki, pulling her closer. "Besides..you already have the girls..what can they do?" I blushed after giving a small gasp.

"Good point." Butch grinned at me and I looked away fast. Oh god..Hikari studied me and then looked at her phone, noticing the time I guess, she blinked in surprise..

"Oh! I gotta go meet up with Zoku-kun!" She smiled happily. "I'll see you all at the game!"

"Hold on, we'll come with." Tsuki said while Hikari smirked at her. Aoki smiled with a sweat drop, knowing the outcome of this trip.

"I'll see you there." I told them and they smiled, waving at me before they left. Suddenly, it was just me, Butch, Brick, and Momoko.

I turned around to find Momoko right at my face. I gasped and fumbled backwards, right into the chest muscles of Butch. I blushed angrily to be caught off guard.

"What the hell Momoko!?"

"You're back!" She replied gleefully, snatching my neck to embrace me hard. I growled as Brick and Butch laughed at us.

"Very funny..." I pushed her off me, almost too harshly, but her good mood didn't falter. She looked at me with excitement.

"Kaoru-chan, let's go get ready at my house!" She pleaded while grabbing my hands.

"Why?" I groaned as I carefully pushed her away this time. She giggled while looking at the boys.

"We can get ready at my house! I'll drive you to the game!" She responded excitedly. I tried not to hurt her feelings so I hid my obvious distaste for anything fashionable or girly.

"Sure, why not?" I said, trying not to sound sarcastic. Brick was trying to hold in his laughter cause apparently he figured me out. Meanwhile Butch was just staring at m face, studying me. I had to turn away before I blushed.

"Yay! We hardly get to spend time together!" She cheered while hugging me again. This was going to be a long hour. She turned to Brick.

"Don't worry bout me Babe." Brick grinned and pointed at Butch. "I'll drag him along with me." I looked at Butch's face as he groaned and suddenly felt better that I wasn't the only one subjected to torture. I laughed as Momoko grabbed my arm.

"Okay, you two have fun!" Momoko chimed too excited to notice the undercurrent emotions. We all left in a hurry just as the Counselor came out.

-Momoko's House-

"Ah, Kaoru-chan, long time no see!" Momoko's single Mom told me as she was wiping her hands on her apron. I glanced at Momoko, whose never had too much of a good relationship with her mother after their Dad left them. She was looking around.

"Yeah, a long time." I managed to say with the politest smile I could manage. She smiled and turned to Momoko.

"Kuriko's at Professor Utonium's lab." She mentioned and Momoko stopped looking around. Kuriko seemed to have hit it off with Ken. I smirked. "Do you girls want anything to drink or eat?"

"No thanks Mom." Momoko replied while taking my hand and walking past them. It was always awkward when you knew they didn't get along too well. "Oh and I'm going to Kaoru's game later." I started to get excited just by hearing about it.

"That's right!" Her Mom said noticing it. She looked at me with a warm smile. "Good luck Kaoru-chan." I grinned my famous winners grin.

"Thanks!" I said while Momoko started to lead me to her room. One of the reasons why I didn't want to come here was because Momoko is probably going to ask me about Butch. I don't want to have to tell her anything. She closed her door and locked it.

"Ugh." She said sliding down her door. Her face was hidden underneath her crossed arms. I sweat dropped and leaned down.

"Momoko?" I asked touching her head. "Come on..." She still looked sad. I frowned and looked around. I'm going to regret this...I sighed with a half grin. I guess I really do love the girls. "Come on and show me what you're wearing to my game." She looked up surprised. I smiled. Eventually so did she...

"Okay!" She said with sudden enthusiasm. I laughed as she ran to her closet. Momoko was one of the girls that I really cared for. Her and Miyako were the first girls that didn't judge my tomboy side.

"I guess I'll change too." I sighed basically to myself as I put my bag on her bed. I took off my converse and put on my spiked green nikes.

"Here it is!" She cheered while throwing the closer of her dresser. My mouth fell down in shock. Instead of something girly, like I was naturally expecting, she was standing there showing me a shirt that said (かおるちゃんに行く) 'GO KAORU-CHAN!'. The shirt itself was pink and black ironed on letters. She wore a blue jean skirt that went to mid-thigh with long white socks and pink tennis shoes. I laughed.

"Are you crazy?" I asked while laughing, bringing my hand to cover my mouth. She giggled along with me.

"It's cause I'm a big supporter of my best friend!" She cried happily throwing her arms around me and rubbing m cheek. I gave her a freebie seeing how I was a bit touched.

"What time is it?" I asked when she finally let me go. I was sitting on the floor with my things and she was on her bed, pulling her orange hair into a ponytail.

"Etto...4:13..!" She said while finishing her ponytail. He face brightened happily and she answered her phone. I sweat dropped. "Moshi Moshi Brick-kunnn!"

"..." I stared at her in amazement that she is still this hyper after 6 years of being together. I looked at my own phone. I went to Facebook and my eyes widened. Everyone was making statuses about the game. I was getting a bunch of cheers (from girls mainly). I smiled.

"Uh huh! Yeah, Miyako is still coming back!" Momoko chatted with Brick. "I already got my outfit...no I didn't spill everything.." She looked at me nervously. I cocked an eyebrow. She looked suspicious. "Okay, ja ne Brick-kun!" She hung up the phone.

"What was that?" I asked in confusion. She blushed.

"Uh..nothing.."

"Momoko..."

"It was nothing Kaoru-chan!" She smiled brightly. She ran to her stereo and turned it on. She grabbed a brush and I knew the thing was over. I sighed and stood up.

"YAY!" She said surprising me as she pretend to sing with the brush. I laughed at her. She blushed again and put the brush down.

"I would rather listen to Evanescence." I commented while laying on her bed. She snorted and shook her head. I smiled. "We have always had different tastes in music."

"All of us do actually." Momoko sweat dropped while we thought of the happy music Miyako listened to with us. I sweat dropped too. "Anyways...let's go, I'll get you there in time!" I laughed and got up.

"Let's go then hyper girl." I said while we grabbed our stuff and left her house without saying bye to her Mom.

-At the soccer field- No One's P.O.V

All the soccer players filed in place on the soccer field to practice. Mitch and Kaoru pumped fists when they scored.

"Where is Miyako and Boomer?" Hikari asked Tsuki, who shrugged. Aoki was gone buying them all snacks. They were about to comment again when Momoko arrived with Brick.

"Hey guys!" Momoko smiled while sitting down with her Dr. Pepper. Brick had the same thing and sat beside his girlfriend. "What's up? Are they practicing?"

"Yeah, the game wont start till another 11 minutes." Tsuki commented while looking at her watch.

"Where's Aoki?" Brick asked curiously as he scanned the crowd that was already forming to take seats in the stand.

"Futago is in the concession stand with Zoku-kun!" Hikari cried happily and blushed. "I'm so happy he could come today since he doesn't go to this school!" Momoko giggled.

"E-Eh! Its Tsuki-san!" The turned to see Miku looking at them with a smile. Tsuki's face brightened at her friend.

"Miku-twin Konnichiwa!" She smiled. She patted to the place beside her but Hikari took it. Brick and Momoko sweat dropped. Miku blinked.

"You call her Miku-twin?" Hikari asked Tsuki. She nodded while glaring at Hikari. Miku sweat dropped. "Okay!" She scooted away. "Hi Miku-chan!"

"H-Hi!" Miku said shyly to all of us. She then took the spot Hikari moved from. "I heard about Kaoru's game and wanted to watch."

"Right, you also go to a different school, huh?" Momoko asked with a smile. Miku blushed and nodded. She then realized something.

"O-Oh yeah! You did really well at the club. I liked your singing voices." Miku said to them. Momoko and Brick blushed.

"N-No it was nothing special!" They stammered. Miku smiled warmly.

"Miku-twin is a really good singer and can spot talent." Tsuki explained giggling. Brick and Momoko blushed more.

"Nyahaha thanks Miku-chan!" Hikari patted her back a little too strongly, making them all sweat drop.

"Look who we found." Zoku said while he came up with Haru, Aoki, Miyako, and Boomer. Everyone looked surprised.

"Miyako!" Momoko smiled while grabbing her hand to come sit at her left side. "The game is almost starting!"

"Zoku-kun!" Hikari cheered, hanging on his arm. Aoki politely gave Tsuki her drink while kissing her cheek. Boomer eagerly sat by Miyako and Momoko.

"Hello." Haru said shyly.

"Hey Haru-san!" Miyako greeted politely. "It will make Kaoru's day that you and Miku-chan came!" Haru and Miku blushed.

"Arigato." They said together. Haru sat by Miku and handed her a drink while smiling.

"Now all that's missing is.." Momoko said scanning the crowd.

"OI! KAORU-CHAN, MITCH-KUN! KICK THEIR ASS!" Robin said jumping up and down. The whole team and the group sweat dropped at this.

"Oi Robin! Stop jumping up and down dammit!" Mitch yelled frantically. Robin seemed to realize something and laughed.

"Robin, the baby...i-its not good for the baby!" Brick freaked out as she came over to them. She laughed.

"Its okay, I forgot!" She said and everyone fell over. She noticed Zoku. "Ah! Aren't you Hikari-chan's boyfriend?" Hikari looked at her.

"YES! ISN'T HE HOT?!" Hikari cheered. Zoku smirked at her. Tsuki sweat dropped.

"Don't say he is or she'll kill you." She warned. Robin and Momoko sweat dropped. Miyako waved her hands nervously.

"You surprised the hell outta me." Butch appeared behind her. Robin looked at him surprised. "Kaoru would have blamed me if something happened even if it wasn't my fault."

"That seems dramatic." Zoku sweat dropped while Hikari rubbed his cheek. Butch laughed.

"Now everyone is here!" Momoko smiled happily like nothing just happened. Brick motioned for Butch to sit beside him, so he did.

"Oi! The teams are lining up!" Boomer and Aoki said excitedly. Miyako and Tsuki giggled. The other team came out and made an uproar from the other side of the field where their supporters were. Brick was booing them while Boomer sweat dropped.

"YOU GUYS LOOK RETARDED!" Robin growled loudly. Everyone looked at her surprised. Some people on the field looked at her angrily while Kaoru and Robin laughed. Butch chuckled.

They lined up respectively against each other on the field after shaking hands. Being Captain, Kaoru was in front with Mitch near her. She threw the ball in the air and head butted it to some of her teammates that already knew the plan. The other team's captain was surprised.

"Gooo Kaoru!" Hikari, Momoko, and Robin yelled excitedly. They began kicking it around while the other team stole it. Tsuki turned to Miyako.

"I see the talent scouts over there..." She said while Miyako's eyes found the group of people sitting on the front row. They both sweat dropped because they were dressed so formal to a soccer game.

"Ohhh!" The crowd said when someone stole the ball from Kaoru. Brick gasped. He turned to see Butch smiling.

"Why are you relaxing?!" Brick asked. "They have the ball!" Butch chuckled.

"Because, I know that little kitty won't give up with everyone cheering for her." He smiled. Brick's eyes widened as they turned to pay attention to the field. Kaoru was running like hell after the ball.

"GO KAORU-SAMA!" Her fan girls screamed. Boomer looked at Butch and smiled.

"She sure is shining brightly out there. I thought I'd see her more aggressive!" He commented and Hikari laughed.

"Nyahahaha! Me too!" She said hugging Zoku. Momoko and Tsuki sweat dropped.

"I think she's doing great!" Aoki smiled while taking Tsuki's hand. Kaoru put a hand on the ground and almost like a dance move, kicked the ball from the guy's feet to Mitch.

"Definitely good!" Miku smiled wide, watching her. Haru nodded.

"Nice pass!" Mitch gave thumbs up and ran towards the goal, scoring for the first time.

"WOO MITCH-KUN!" Robin yelled making people glare. "YOU GOT SOMETHING TO SAY?!" They shrunk back.

"See? She's smiling." Butch commented with his own smile. Kaoru was indeed shining, she was happy. Kaoru was doing what she loved most. Soccer was her pastime! She looked into the crowd at her friends cheering for her. And Butch...well...

Kaoru stole another ball and kicked, turning fully to avoid him from getting the ball. Then she tip toed, confusing the next guy. She kicked it and someone kicked it back, to one of the others. Kaoru smirked, running after it.

"Why..do you think she's smiling so much? I'd be pissed!" Brick commented while watching Kaoru catch up to the guy.

"Simple. She's doing what she loves most." Butch laughed. "She's shining because she's happy and she's good. Plus she has those talent scouts looking at her. So, this is truly a star's chance!" Everyone blinked at Butch. "What?"

"You so love her! And it's so cute!" Momoko sighed happily. Miyako and Tsuki giggled as Butch blushed furiously.

"Ha, he's blushing!" Boomer and Brick teased. Butch hit them.

"She's supposed tot ell you how she feels right? After the game?" Aoki asked. Butch nodded, the blush still there and he looked nervous.

"Don't worry, I bet it will go great!" Miku and Tsuki said in an attempt to cheer him. He chuckled.

"Oi, of course it will be a confession!" Robin said smirking with a blush. "That Kaoru is sneaky, but I just know it!"

"Me too!" Momoko cried and they sweat dropped. Someone in the stands cried out when Mitch fell, someone had tripped him.

"MITCH-KUN!" Robin yelled as someone on the other team high fived another. Mitch frowned and Kaoru stole the ball from them. "ARIGATO KAORU-CHAN!"

"Yea!" Kaoru smiled as she scored and turned to give thumbs up. The score was 2 to 1.

"KYAA! SO KAWAII!"

"AWESOME!"

"SUGOI!

"DAMN!"

Butch and everyone sweat dropped at the girls cheering for Kaoru. Butch was only thankful it wasn't a bunch of guys. Brick noticed this and laughed.

"You okay Mitch?" Kaoru asked while he rubbed his elbows. Mitch glared at the other two players.

"Yeah. Just fine." He cracked his knuckles and Kaoru glared at the two players too. They both went rigid. The ball was kicked and someone on Kaoru's team got it.

"Toji!" Kaoru called out as she ran faster. Toji passed the ball to her and Kaoru ran across the field. Those two guys tried to make her fall but she used her hands and literally pushed them out of the way.

"WOOO!" Butch and Zoku cheered while Hikari giggled. Tsuki sweat dropped with a smile.

"Ah..." Haru said in surprise as Kaoru someone got in Kaoru's way. She used her hands, did a flip and basically threw the ball into the goal with her feet.

"SUGOI!" Miyako, Miku, and Boomer shouted.

"KYAAA!"

"Those fan girls.." Aoki said while rubbing his ear.

"G-Gomen Aoki-kun..." Tsuki smiled while patting his arm. He smiled back at her.

"Oh shit!" Brick cursed when someone took the ball and zig zaged around Kaoru before anyone could stop him. He scored. 3 to 2...

"Wait.." Butch said as his brows furrowed. He was studying the other team, who looked angrily at Kaoru behind her back. "They better not be planning to sabotage her..."

"Nani?!" Brick and Boomer growled as they looked at the guys too. Kaoru was a part of their group, and no one messed with any of the Rowdies's friends! The ball was on the field again with the other team and they tried to outsmart Mitch. He stole the ball and passed it too Toji, Robin cheering him for that too.

36 minutes passed without anyone scoring, which annoyed the group. The other team seemed to be trying to catch up. Meanwhile...Robin got emotional..

"C-Cheering is just so hard..it hurts my t-throat..." Robin cried real tears.

"THEN DON'T DO IT!" Butch yelled with a tick mark. Haru sweat dropped as he handed her some water.

"A-Are you okay Robin?" Tsuki asked politely while sweat dropping. She nodded while still crying. Suddenly the other team got another goal. Everyone gasped. 3 to 3

"It's just pregnancy hormones!" She wailed and everyone in the crowd looked at her weird. "WHAT ARE YOU STARING AT HUH?! TAKE A PICTURE DAMMIT! HELL...!"

"Robin.." Brick sweat dropped and Momoko patted her back. Mitch looked at her from on the field and lost the ball, the other guy pushing him as he passed it to a friend.

"Oi! You better stop laying your ugly ass hands on my friend!" Kaoru yelled while running after them. They paled and ran faster but she kicked the ball from their feet.

"WOO KAORU-CHANNN~!" Butch cheered and Kaoru blushed, handling the ball. Three of the guys from the angry group earlier surrounded her. Butch looked surprised and angry at the same time.

"Kaoru-chan...Momoko and Miyako mumbled nervously. Hikari touched them to reassure them. Kaoru pushed one of the guys and twirled around the other two. She kicked the ball to the goal but the goalie kicked it high in the air.

"Oh no!" Miku gasped. Kaoru ran and jumped in the air at an angle and kicked it before landing on the ground. It flew over the goalie's head and into the goal. 4 to 3..

"AWESOME!" The Rowdies and Zoku cheered. Aoki also cheered, yelling woo, making Hikari and Tsuki giggle.

"They only have 15 more minutes into the game..." Haru assured while looking at his watch.

"Honto?" Miyako asked and he nodded. "Hmm..." Momoko and Miyako looked at each other and whispered in the boy's ears.

7 minutes later and no one scored a goal. Momoko and Boomer noticed the talent scouts looking around at the players.

"I wonder-" Boomer started but suddenly someone shouted again with cheers. Kaoru had stolen the ball from the other captain, but he was right on her tail. She managed to get close to the goal but someone stole it from her, making her fall. Then they scored. 4 to 4...

"..." Everyone noticed the murderous aura of Butch and scooted away a little. Zoku smirked at him and patted his shoulder.

Now there was just 3 minutes left in the game. Kaoru and the other teammates started to get nervous that they couldn't get the last goal. Mitch and Kaoru looked at each other and nodded. They would have to try their all. Kaoru looked into the stands, Butch was angry. She blinked.

"Kaoru!" Toji said passing the ball to her. She almost forgot but caught it with her knee and smirked. She raced with all her might across the field. Only one came close to stealing it so she passed it to Mitch.

"Mitch!" She yelled kicking it to him. She ran after him once he began to run to cover him. He was so close to the goal. 1 minute left...two guys stopped him and her heart fluttered. Mitch had the ball and looked at her with a wink.

"GO KAORU! MITCH!" Their friends cheered. Mitch twirled and managed to escape the guys but they were on his trail. Kaoru was suddenly beside them with a glare that almost made the fall. Kaoru and Mitch laughed. Kaoru went past Mitch when suddenly one of the guys was at him. Mitch panicked.

20 seconds left...Kaoru's eyes widened. Her soccer dream can't end like this.

"MITCH!" Kaoru yelled and he looked at her wide eyed. He got the ball on his foot and basically threw it at her with all he had.

10 seconds... Kaoru ran and bumped the ball in the goal with her head. Time seemed to slow..

5 seconds... "GOAL!" A lot of people cheered and yelled it out. Kaoru felt numb. Mitch ran up to her and hugged her as the other team looked discouraged.

"Kaoru, we did it!" Her teammates grabbed her and threw her in the air. Her coach was crying hysterically. Kaoru smiled widely. SHE DID IT!

HER SOCCER CAREER! She thought about the talent scouts and hoped they were impressed.

"WOOOO!" Her friends cheered. She looked and blushed when she noticed Butch jumping up down and waving around like an idiot. She laughed.

That's right...its almost that time...

-After the game-

Kaoru walked away from her teammates that already started to dissolve to other places. Mitch followed behind her as they searched for their friends. Kaoru and Mitch were very surprised to find only Robin waiting for them. Where was everyone else?!

"Robin!" Mitch yelled excitedly as he squeezed. Kaoru walked around them and didn't notice her other friends.

"Where is everyone else?" Kaoru asked and Robin looked at her.

"Oh yeah. They went home." She put it bluntly. Kaoru's eyes widened, feeling hurt. They went home already?! Weren't they gonna congratulate her?! And what about Butch?!

"E-Eh?" Mitch looked surprised but noticed Kaoru's aura. Robin sweat dropped.

"Well come with me, I have something for you both!" She smiled while grabbing their hands and dragging them along. Kaoru just let her do it mainly because she was upset and still shocked.

Robin led them to the gym, which confused them. Mitch and Kaoru exchanged looks.

"Uh, Robin, what can you possibly show us in there?" Kaoru asked surprised. Robin looked at Mitch, who blinked.

"Everything important!" She said in a happy tone. Kaoru looked at her like she was about to have her baby right there on the lawn.

"I don't understand you. I don't have time-" She was about to turn to leave when Robin clutched her wrist painfully. She had a hormonal aura that Mitch sweat dropped in the background.

"You..better...go..in!" She yelled and Kaoru sweat dropped a thousand times. She nodded nervously. Robin brightened instantly while Mitch and Kaoru fell anime style. "Good!"

Robin pushed into the gym, which was dark. Mitch and Kaoru began to think that Robin has flipped her shit..when the lights suddenly turned on and they seen party decorations.

"CONGRATULATIONS!" Everyone yelled happily. Mitch and Kaoru almost flew 10 feet behind them i shock. Robin laughed.

"I-I thought you said everyone left!" Mitch said still surprised. Everyone laughed.

"Like we would!" Momoko said smiling. Kaoru blinked in surprise. Everyone was here...they didn't leave, they just threw a surprise party. Kaoru sighed in relief.

"Kaoru?" Miyako asked in worry as she tilted her head. "Are you not happy?"

"I-I'm..happy.." She said blushing. Everyone smiled and did a cheer.

"Nyaahaha! Me and Zoku-kun made the decorations last night!" Hikari admitted while laughing. Tsuki and Aoki nodded while smiling. Butch ran up to Kaoru and she blushed more.

"Kaoru, you did great! just awesome!" Butch smiled cutely and a heat wave came off Kaoru. Her friends snickered while talking among themselves.

"Thanks.." She mumbled while hiding her eyes from him. He tilted her head upward with his finger, his face suddenly serious.

"I'm really eager! So please Kaoru, can you NOW tell me how you feel about me?!" Butch asked while blushing a little.

"Wooooo...!" Hikari said while nudging Miku and Hikari. Kaoru blushed alot. Butch stared at her until he got her answer. 'Don't be a coward..' Kaoru thought while looking up suddenly fired up. Butch looked surprised.

"Okay Butch I'll tell you now..!" Kaoru said confidently as everyone leaned in. Butch suddenly got very nervous and blushed.

"Yeah...?"

"I...don't like you." Kaoru said and everyone's eyes widened. Butch thought his heart stop as he paled.

"O...oo..ohhh..." Butch whispered and Kaoru jolted in surprise.

"Ah- that is-" Butch was already backing away in horror as everyone was still in shock. Kaoru grabbed him.

"Matte! You didn't let me finish!" Kaoru panicked and Butch froze.

"What's more than that?!" He demanded. Kaoru blushed from head to toe.

"I meant that I don't like you...I...l-l-l...lo...lovv..." Kaoru had a lot of trouble and started choking on her words. Butch cocked an eyebrow. Kaoru blushed. " ..love...you!" She hid her face.

"NANI?!" Everyone gasped in shock and relief.

"YOU SCARED ME!" Momoko cried while clinging to Brick and Miyako. Kaoru looked up.

"Eh?!" Kaoru shouted when Butch hugged her hard.

"I knew you loved me Kaoru-chan!" Butch wailed while hugged her and twirling around while she yelled to 'let go!'.

"Says the one who was horrified a minute ago." Brick commented.

"Shut up!" Butch yelled blushing. he looked at Kaoru and cuddled her in his embrace and she blushed even more red. "I love you too my kitty.

"DON'T CALL ME THAT!" She yelled while chasing him. The others laughing.

"..." Robin looked at Mitch with a smile and sweat drop. Mitch was doing the same. "You know.."

"They really are a cute couple." Mitch finished for her. They both smiled as Mitch hugged her from behind and watched Kaoru chase after Butch.

And so the heart breaker fell for the soccer star...

Me: *giggles* I bet I scared you all for a minute there at the end..
