It's been a while hasn't it sorry. Hope you'll forgive me .Right so I have bought you all up to the situation after a year since the Black Rebellion. Hopefully you all liked the fact that Jeremiah has joined the Black Knights (you have to admit out of all the people I make join Lelouch's side he is one of the most memorable). Please look forward to this instalment of the Masked King, the Anti-Knight and the Q1.

Warring World.

The Chinese federation were scared. That was the simple explanation for it. Being right next to the country that managed to oust Britannian military power was a major threat to the Chinese borders or so the leaders continuously emphasised to their people. Nonetheless the Chinese federation continued to attack them in hopes of overwhelming them or at the very least to occupy them from being able to attack the Chinese federation.

Lelouch knew that there plan was never going to work. Even if they managed to get to land on the Japanese coast their land defences where far too strong. Still he knew it wasn't their intention to invade Japan more it was their intention to deplete Japan's military resources and to lower morale within the new state. Given such intentions Lelouch's course of attack was simple; to assure that the Chinese are defeated with the least of causalities and to remove any knowledge from the people of Japan.

He had confidence in the Black Knights but there were points of concern. Unfortunately he received information that the Chinese had chosen a spot to attack that was the furthest from any major bases, all that there was a small amount of men (10 at best) in a knightmare. This meant that by the time that any defence could come it was likely that they would have landed on the coast at the rate it was going. With air impossible without the confirmation of numbers Lelouch's only option was to send all available men close to the point of attack as soon as he could.

He had sent Kallen, Suzaku, Cornelia and Michael to be the immediate vanguard but even he knew that they couldn't take on a large mass of enemies by themselves. He had confidence that they could at least hold out for a very long time.

Area of the battle

The four commanders were about to engage in fighting from the Chinese forces. They knew that they had to hold out until reinforcements came to their aid. Unfortunately they only had Kallen's radiant wave surger that was recently upgrade to fire a wave a large amount of enemies that could be used to attack from a distance.

It was at this moment that Suzaku had no mercy. He knew that he had to lose something to protect another and this was the time to do so. So he became like a battle demon would knew only to hack and cut to pieces. He cleared his mind of anything else save for the enemy in front of him and his Knightmare frame the Lancelot Abyss Conquista.

He had recently gone back to retraining his mind and body to be clear and to focus only one thing and to block out unnecessary things from his mind. He did not think whether they could win on whole but rather how he could win against the enemies in front of him now.

The Lancelot dashed forwards as quickly as it was possible and unseen by his enemies the Lancelot pulled out its blade and immediately cut in half three Chinese knightmare frames. They exploded blinding several more knightmares in the process. He did not waste time and lunged forwards to stab one knightmare in the supposed cockpit and slice to side in order to get another knightmare frame close to it. The Chinese knightmare frames formed a circle to entrap the Lancelot but they underestimated its vertical leap. It leapt at least four metres into the air. Suzaku positioned the Lancelot that it landed straight on one of the enemy knightmare frames that surrounded him. He pulled out his shorter sword and slashed all the enemies within the circle. He pulled back away from the front line and shot his slash harken at the enemies. It latched on to two knightmare frames and pulled him towards the Lancelot. He stabbed both with two of his swords.

Michael's Knightmare; Oblivion was specially built for close range fighting. His weapon took the form of a massive cross spear and as he charged he cut an arc through the enemy front lines destroying five at least. But he knew he only use the spear in a small amount of time as it would soon become impossible for him to swing his spear. Thinking quickly he threw his spear has hard as he could at the enemies in front of him. This wasn't a desperation attack. As the enemies where distracted by "desperation attack" Michael's Nightmare adopted a boxer's stance and sent a flurry of devastating punches. However it wasn't limited to boxing, in fact he had no proper fighting style just a very flexible joint mechanism and increased hardness and power was all it had. It was simply a matter of crushing the enemies before him. Michael forced his Knightmare grab two heads of the Chinese federation knightmares and crush them. He punched a knightmare with an uppercut into the air, grabbed the remains of it and swung it around like a club. He swung his leg and sent several flying. Basically his fight style was that of an immense street brawl. (Remind yourselves of Heiwajima Shizuo to get the impression). No holds barred and anything went so long as he could crush.

"Hahaha! I'm loving this! Hound at me you Chinese Federation blockheads!" Michael screamed as he threw caution to the wind.

Kallen on the other hand absolutely destroyed enemies with her new radiant wave surger. The Chinese federation did not have the technology to stop the wave from destroying wave on wave of Chinese federation troops. Not to mention that Kallen was at her peak fighting strength and destroyed her enemies with an exceeding amount of grace and gymnastic skill. Kallen's Guren leap into the air in a mass of twirls and spins which sent many enemies to join her in the dance to destruction. This and the occasional wave surger strike set off a spectacular performance sending all who were involved into a spiralling confusion.

They continued to fight however the Chinese Federation sent wave after wave of enemies. Despite their immense strength individually, they could not hold off a massive invasion force by themselves. The four commander's knightmare frames slowly depleted their energy. They were forced to slowly back away whilst trying to hold the frontline from moving further. Desperation increased amongst the commanders as their attacks became weaker and weaker.

"Lelouch damn it! Respond! We can't hold them back any longer! Where are the rest of the Black Knights?!" Suzaku screamed as they continued to pull back to stop their destruction.

Earth's orbit

A rocket was travelling around the Earth. It wasn't a scientific mission. No the occupants mission was far deadlier. There were to be sent as tributes for a certain genius mastermind that had shook the world. Its occupants had expected that their tiny squad would be sent by the European Union to aid the mysterious state leader after his take over and liberation of the former Area 11.

Inside the rocket a certain blue haired man of Japanese origin sat still. He was returning to the land of his ancestors. A place that he hadn't set foot in God knows how long. He didn't had an attachment to his the new Japan, just as much has he didn't have much of an attachment to anything in the see able world. His entire being was formed by war and personally he didn't wish for many attachments in the first place. All he cared for was the attachment of his hand to the controls of the knightmare frame. It suited him fine.

"Lieutenant. Are you excited to return to your home?" Asked his commanding officer major Leila Malkal.

"No. It's all the same to me. Just war." Akito replied.

She wasn't surprised at his answer. For as long as she had known Akito Hyuga, all he thought of was war. It wasn't surprising that he would show little emotion towards his homeland especially after she witnessed his remorseless killing of his own flesh brother; a European Britannian Commander.

"Apart from that. There has been a change in plans. The Japanese are now facing a massive invasion force. The rocket has been adjusted to meet this force straight on. I repeat we are now about to enter a battlefield. Our task is to swiftly end the battle and aid any forces fighting." Leila informed her squad.

"Alright Colonel-san. I wouldn't have it any other way." Ryo Sayama responded

"So the first thing we do in our homeland is to wage another war." Mused the bomb expert Yukiya Naruse.

"Well we were going to have to do it anyway. Better now than later." Ayano Kosaka mentioned.

"Wyvern Squad units prepare for re-entry!"

The rocket broke off into five major units. Out of those units out came humanoid looking Knightmare frames. All five of them opened their glider wings and flew straight at their new land bound targets.

On Earth.

Suzaku and the three other commanders had continued to hold back the waves of Chinese Federation enemies. Their situation had worsen as their energy continued to deplete. It was getting to the point where they had to retreat for find themselves destroyed or captured by the enemy.

"We still don't have back up?!" Michael questioned exhaustion apparent in his voice.

"Can't we try to find the enemy commander?!" He continued to ask.

"We can't! We're struggling to hold these guys off with the four of us!" Suzaku commanded.

"Wait what the hell are those!" Pointed out Kallen.

She indicated to the flying unidentified objects. They continued to glide towards the battlefield with astounding speed. They looked like they were about to crash into the battlefield however in a show of skill they manage to gently land into the ground. They were knightmare frames no doubt but none that they the commanders had seen before.

The four commanders received a signal from an open channel.

"We're from the European Union. We're here to back you guys up," Leila informed them.

"Wait! How can we ….." Kallen began.

The channel cut at that moment.

At that moment the five knightmares began to move in an insect like fashion on its four limbs towards the enemy. Unexpectedly the exploded into the air and went to its bipedal state.

One of the odd knightmares charged in first. It began to hack and slash in a wild erratic behaviour. Inside it the Lieutenant Akito began to go berserk. He is fighting ability increased exponentially and his mind entered a state of nothing but destroy and crush the enemy without regard to anything around them

"Die! Die! Die! Die!" Akito repeatedly screamed as he cut a path formed by enemy knightmares.

Three others all equipped with different weapons all began experiencing the same berserk state. Red rings began to form around their eyes as they too leapt into the fray, hacking, shooting, crushing and overpowering their enemies to kingdom come.

It wasn't long before they had cut four separate paths straight to the middle of the enemy forces. They were highly reckless but in their berserk state, they had no such thoughts. In fact the single most dominating thought was the simple desire to kill, kill, and kill!

The four commander could not stand by as someone helped them without helping them back and proceed to move before they were stopped by the remaining unit. It pulled out several energy packs.

"Here have these energy packs. They should work but perhaps not for that long since you're knightmares are of a higher generation." Leila offered.

They took them willingly and left.

Despite being shocked at their reinforcements fighting ability they entered the paths that were formed by the odd knightmare squad. When they went to a certain point those same thoughts of killing the enemy jacked their own heads, making them all berserk as if their minds had become linked.

Throwing everything from fighting styles to their calm state of mind away the four Wyvern squad members and the Black Knights commanders cut pushed their knightmares to the limit of their ability with the single thought of killing and crushing all who stood in their way.

In the Centre of the enemy forces

It came out of nowhere. Before all of this they had managed to force four enemy units back. They had suffered heavy causalities but all the men had agreed to fight to the death. But now things threatened to make those death ones without purpose. All they had seen was four separate waves of allied force being lifted up into the sky and then the reports of multiple ten man squads being destroyed in an instant.

"Commander we have to sound a retreat we can't…!" An officer tried to warn.

The Chinese Federation commander wouldn't have any of it. They were going continue no matter what. So he continued to press his men to crush the enemy.

He hadn't realised that it was over for him and his troops. Out of the shadows the four Alexanders leapt towards the enemy commander's knightmare and summarily pierced him with an array of knifes, hidden blades and one massive Katana.

The enemy was sent to a state of shock and chaos. Without their commander they no longer had guide post for morale and strength. They surrounded the four in rage but it was useless as they the four commanders of the Black Knights cut them down in mad fury.

The Chinese Federation retreated. Their operation had failed and ended. But it was simply the beginning of their horror as they eight units, like wild beasts continued to hack, shoot, slash, throw, swing and rampage on the retreating units. With the sea behind them their movements where limited and slowly they were backed against wild beasts who wanted nothing more than their destruction.

The seas where slowly littered with bits of Knightmare and slowly stained with a light red colour and began to swirl together around the eight units. As the Black Knight reinforcements came they saw a bloody sight of eight still knightmares drenched in a liquid obviously not water and a beach splattered with the red roses of war.
