Author's Note Part 1: FYI the previous chapter underwent a slight revision with a name change. Slightly in the previous chapter is now Nibs. All will be explained below. Now on with the story!

The Lost Ones watched the exchange between Pan and their new mother in a nervous silence, while Tootles slowly backed away lest the beast return his attention to his prey. The younger boys, frightened after Felix's demise by their leader's hand, were apprehensive over this new power their mother promised, while the older boys even with their entrenched loyalty to Pan observed the pair with thinly veiled unease.

"So, shall I sew it on for you little Neverland King?" Regina asked sweetly.

Pan crowed in delight, his ecstatic cries sending shivers down the Lost Ones' spines.

"Fetch mother a needle and thread! A needle and thread I say!" Pan whooped, spurring the boys into action if only to avoid being in his line of sight when he remembered that he had wanted to kill them mere moments ago.

As the boys scampered off in various directions to locate the requested items, Pan pulled the Shadow closer to Regina, her eyes dancing with mirth.

"Silly boy," the Queen laughed as she dug into the pocket of her sapphire blue jacket and pulled out a spool of black thread, "Did you think I'd come unprepared?"

Pan gaped at her for a moment before letting out another thunderous cry of delight.

"What did I tell you boys? Did I not say that she would make an excellent mother?" he boasted, beckoning the Lost Ones back from their task with a wave of his hand, eager for his followers to witness his triumph.

Gripping the struggling Shadow tightly, Pan nimbly tumbled to the ground thrusting his feet in Regina's direction. The Queen bent to follow suit when a small hand tugged lightly on her jacket. Looking down, Regina was faced with Tootles shyly holding out a worn looking green cushion.

"M'lady mother," the small boy mumbled quietly.

Regina took the proffered cushion with a warm nod and delicately arranged herself upon it facing Peter.

"There now. Shall we begin?" Regina asked lovingly, a warm grin gracing her features.

"Yes do get on with it, Mother!" Pan demanded, waving his hand in a proceed gesture.

The Queen frowned slightly but said nothing to reprimand Peter's rudeness. Gingerly grasping the Shadow by it's foot she attempted to line up the toes to Pan's. However the combination of the now frantically struggling Shadow and holding the spool of thread made this task rather difficult.

Regina let out a frustrated huff. "Would you be a dear Peter and hold the thread for me while I line up your shadow properly?" the Queen asked.

The boy shrugged and took the bobbin from her grasping it around the middle. Pan's face darkened in anger and surprise while Regina wore a smirk of triumph.

"You bitch!" Pan spat seething with anger but unable to move more than his head.

"Now, now dear! Is that any way to speak to your mother?" Regina demanded viciously, "I see you have yet to experience the rather inconvenient side effects of squid ink. Let me give you some advice from personal experience: you'll be frozen like that long enough for me to get what I want. Did you really think that I would ever choose you over my son?" The Queen laughed.

Pan let out a feral snarl and a stream of mixed curses against Regina and all mothers as he struggled against invisible bonds.

"Now that really is enough of that, dearie!"

"You!" Pan howled at sudden appearance of the Dark One.

"In person," Rumplestiltskin gave a slight bow as the Lost Ones' encampment was suddenly surrounded by the Jolly Roger's make-shift crew and a dozen fairies led by Tinkerbelle, "I see you failed to learn any manners in the years you've been in Neverland. But nevertheless, Miss Swan was right about how easily you'd fall for our little scheme here."

Peter roared in frustration and began shouting at the Lost Ones to attack. But the boys had endured Pan's nightmarish reign for long enough. One by one, the Lost Ones lowered their weapons to the ground and backed away from the boy who was once their leader.

"Cowards! Cowards the lot of you!" Pan cried hoarsely, his voice cracking under the strain of shouting so much.

"I really wish you would shut up!" Emma sighed, exasperated by Pan's tirade. There was a brief flash of light and Pan's mouth moved in a rapid but utterly silent tantrum. "Well that's better. Regina do your thing and let's get moving on this."

"Gladly," the Queen answered and abruptly thrust her hand into Pan's chest, pulling out a glowing heart, "Henry, I believe this belongs to you my little prince." Regina beamed at the Shadow, a genuine smile lighting up her face. The Queen gently pressed the thumping heart back into it's owners chest. Instantly, Pan's wicked deed was undone and a fully formed Henry Mills appeared before the Queen.

"Mom!" he exclaimed, engulfing Regina in a firm hug around the middle. Mother and son held each other for a moment before Henry gently pulled away, breaking into a run towards Emma with outstretched arms.

"Mom!" he cried again engulfing the Saviour in another one of his signature hugs. "I knew you'd save me," he murmured.

"That's right kid, we've gotchya," Emma affirmed, holding her son tightly.

"I hate to break up the reunion, but we've got ourselves a problem," Rumplestiltskin warned, "It appears squid ink does not work on silhouettes."

Sure enough, the once fully formed Pan was slowly vanishing back into his Shadow self, twisting and writhing against the squid ink bonds. With a final jerk the Shadow was freed once more and with a screech dove towards the Queen.

"Look out!" shouted Emma as she lifted into the air charging after the flying shade.

Chaos erupted in the encampment. Regina dove for cover as the Shadow narrowly missed her. The fairies flew off after Emma and the Shadow to led their support in the air. David and Killian drew their swords to defend Henry while Snow White nocked her arrow in preparation for an attack. Many of the Lost Ones fled for safety while a small group led by Tootles remained to help.

"Lost Ones with me! Remember Nibs who taught us about honour and bravery! This is our time! We must fight for our freedom!" Tootles called the boys to arms rallying them against the demon who tormented them for years. The boys joined the protective circle around Henry.

Emma and the fairies let out a blast of Light magic. The Shadow shrieked in agony and frustration but the combined efforts of Emma and the fairies merely stunned the creature, making it angrier.

"If we can get back to the ship, maybe we can out run it!" David shouted over the din.

"My ship can out run a lot of things but I don't think this bloody beast is one of them!" the pirate replied, wincing as Emma's magic brought about another furious wail from the Shadow.

"He's right dearie," the Dark One added, launching a fire ball at the creature, "But the more pressing concern is what Pan will do if we don't destroy him for good. Mark my words, dearies, Pan will follow us to the ends of the earth and beyond for revenge unless we end this now."

The Shadow, giving off another deafening screech, decided at that moment to change tactics. Swerving between two fairies, the creature broke through the arial barrier Emma and the fey folk provided and headed straight for those on the ground below. It flew towards Tootles first, picking the small boy up as though he weighed no more than a dried leaf and tossing him to the side as the remaining Lost Ones and the Roger's crew scattered to avoid being the creature's next victim. Two more Lost Ones met the same fate and the fairies regrouped and attacked again, but the Shadow dodged it easily as it made it's way towards it's much sought after prey.

"Henry!" came the panicked cries of Emma and Regina as the Shadow rapidly dove towards the boy, hand outstretched ready to plunge into a chest and remove the beating heart within it.

Emma was ready to release another futile burst of light to distract the shadow when her blood ran cold. She vaguely recalled a gust of wind and the sensation of plummeting towards the ground but her eyes were locked on a sight that was sure to haunt her for the rest of her days. For standing in place of her son, his face contorted in agony as the Shadow ripped out his heart, was Killian Jones: the man she loved.

"No. No. No. NO!" Emma moaned, running to his side and catching him as he fell to the ground.

Panting, Killian said, "I love—AH!" The Saviour glanced up at the Shadow, tears in her eyes as it crushed the pulsing organ between silhouetted fingers.

"NO! NO!" she cried as she watched her lover's face twist in pain as he took his final breath.

Emma's vision blurred. Her magic burning white hot inside of her. Screaming in torment over the loss of her lover, the Saviour released a blast of pure white magic so powerful the Shadow began to burn. Shrieking, the shade tried to outrun the roar of power, but Emma's pain was stronger and she sent out wave after wave of energy until the creature that had brought about her sorrow turned to nothingness.

Emma didn't hear the Lost Ones' cheers. Nor did she acknowledge her parents' coming towards her to comfort her. Blue-green eyes shining with unshed tears, Emma cradled the pirate's head in her hands smoothing the hair away from the sea blue eyes she wished would open for her.

"Killian please! Please! I love you! Come back to me," the Saviour begged, her voice a mere whisper, "Come back to me." Lips that were once warm and inviting were cold and unmoving as she pressed a final kiss to them and let her tears fall.

Whether it was her grasp of Neverland magic or just a perk of being the Saviour no one could quite say, but the burst of magic that can only be obtained through True Love's Kiss was by far the most powerful that the fairies of Neverland had ever heard of in their many years. The island held its breath in anticipation and hope. And then...thump thump. Thump thump.

Killian's body shuddered for a moment. When the pirate gasped for air and sea blue eyes met Emma's, the Saviour let out a breathe she hadn't realized she had been holding.

"Killian!" Emma wept with joy as she flung her arms around her lover.

The pirate grunted at the impact. "Easy now love, I'm a bit tender," he groaned but his smile betrayed him, and he hugged her back just as fiercely.

The couple was oblivious to the looks of shock and awe on the faces of their companions and the Lost Ones.

"How did she—" Snow White began but was lost for words unable to look away from the pair before them.

"How is that even—" Regina broke off weakly, amazed at what she had just witnessed and more than a little envious that her own attempts at such a feat were futile.

"True Love's Kiss," Henry and David concluded, both sporting wide grins.

"True Love's Kiss can break curses dearies, but dead is dead. And no amount of kissing can undo death." Rumplestiltskin countered.

"Shows what you know, Dark One," Tinkerbelle snorted derisively, "Emma finally got a true understanding of how Neverland magic works. Anything is possible in Neverland, even bringing someone back from the dead. She wished for him to come back and her True Love's Kiss did the rest. And she didn't need to take a life in order to do it!"

"Would you stop being so concerned with that! Like I mentioned before, dearie, the fairy isn't technically dead!" The Dark One gestured to his lapel, still sporting the fairy-turned-rose.

"What we should be doing is carrying out justice for your crimes!" a heavily armored fairy behind Tinkerbelle proposed.

"We should destroy you like the Saviour did Pan!" another cried.

A chorus of agreement followed and the fairies stalked towards the Dark One.

"Now now dearies, we had a deal Miss Belle!"

"I changed my mind!" Tinkerbelle growled, and the fairies began to summon their magic, heedless of David and Snow's weak pleas for them to honour the agreement.

"NO ONE BREAKS A DEAL WITH ME!" Rumplestiltskin roared as he conjured a ball of fire, prepared to ward off the fey folk advance.

"ALRIGHT THAT'S BLOODY WELL ENOUGH OF THE LOT OF YOU!"

The two warring parties abruptly stopped what they were doing and turned to a now standing Killian Jones, Emma tightly pressed to his side ready to support him.

"Regardless of our feelings in the matter, we did make a deal with him. And as much as it pains me to say it, upholding that deal is the honourable thing to do."

There was a tense moment of silence, in which the fairies and the Dark One were locked in steely gazes.

"Even after three hundred years of growing up, you are still the same honourable boy," a voice from the back of the fairy contingent remarked fondly as he removed his helmet, "Aren't you young master Nibs?"

There were shocked gasps from the Lost Ones and the fairies, who sank to their knees.

"You might be the only person in the realms to still call me that King Oberon," Killian replied suddenly embarrassed by Emma's delighted we-will-discuss-this-later smirk, and he gave the fairy king a courtly bow, "Although there really should be a Captain in there somewhere," he added cheekily.

There were several outraged mutterings from the fairies but the king threw back his head and gave a barking laughter.

"Well then, Captain Nibs," the fairy king corrected, his eyes twinkling, before he continued somberly "What would you have me do with the Dark One?"

A look passed between king and pirate, one that indicated centuries of trust and understanding.

"Your majesty is correct in needing justice for your people. They look to you for protection, guidance, and wisdom. How you treat injustices and crimes against your people reflects upon you as a leader. That being said, I stand by what I said. We had a deal, and provided the Dark One adheres to his end of the bargain and revives the fairy, he should be allowed to live." Killian advised sagely.

"But he still must be punished for his crimes," King Oberon countered.

"You are correct, your majesty. You must do what is right for your people and provide them with justice."

"And how do you propose I accomplish that without ending his life?" the King asked.

The pirate was silent, mulling over the problem posed before him.

"The Lost Ones," Emma spoke up suddenly, "Are they your people too?"

"Yes, and no, my dear," the king replied affectionately, "Before Pan arrived, back when Nibs was in charge—so to speak—, the children were under the fringes of fairy rule; they adhered to the majority of our laws but ultimately conducted themselves independently. Why do you ask my dear?"

Emma bit her lip, deep in contemplation, "Well, if they are technically your people, you would also have to do what is right for them," Emma paused looking to Killian who was grinning and then towards her parents who nodded encouragingly, "If you are responsible for the well being for the Lost Ones, would you say that Neverland is the best place for them to be, honestly?"

The King sighed, "No, my dear. Neverland is many things, but it was never meant to be a permanent home for children. An escape for them, yes; a means to provide them with joy and happiness when the world around them is cruel and unkind, but no child can truly live here because all children, as much as they might wish it otherwise, grow up." The King looked towards the Lost Ones, still reeling over the revelation that their old leader was alive and had come back to them, with sadness. These poor children had been left alone for so long, craving the love and affection from a family the fey folk could not provide.

"Then I would ask that you allow the Lost Ones to return to my—our—world, Storybrooke, where it will be Gold's...Rumplestiltskin's...his task," Emma gestured towards the Dark One who watched her curiously, "To ensure all of the boys go to good and loving homes, where they can have a family and be well looked after. He would, of course, have to be supervised by the Sherif's department, that's uh me by the way, and we'd have to make sure everyone was placed in good homes," Emma finished quickly.

King Oberon pondered the Saviour's ideas. After some time he concluded, "Your plan is sound and has merit," Emma could sense Killian grinning beside her, "But I will not forcefully remove the Lost Ones from Neverland. I agree to your proposal, provided that the children leave willingly and of their own accord. Convince them to go with you, and I will accept your terms."

"Shouldn't I have some say in this dearies" the Dark One muttered.

"I would recommend shutting up. The Saviour and Lover Boy over there are currently the only chance you have at getting out of this," Regina hissed.

The wizard glared at his former pupil but did as he was bid, while Emma and Killian went to face the Lost Ones. The two adults struggled to find the words to begin this life changing discussion, starting and stopping several times. It was Tootles who saved the floundering adults from further torment.

"So you decided to grow up then, Nibs" Tootles's tone was accusatory as he addressed his former leader.

"Aye, Tootles," the pirate admitted honestly, "I had to grow up. Neverland gave me a home for a while, as a child and as an adult, but I was never truly at home here."

"I never had a home until I met Henry," Emma added, her blonde hair sparkling in the late afternoon sun, "For a long time, I thought that home was a place, like a big house with a white picket fence and a yard. But it's so much more than that. Its the place where you feel safe and loved, and it doesn't have to even be a place. It can be a person, or in my case a group of people, who care enough about you to follow you to another realm and find those who get lost."

The children were silent, watching the saviour and the pirate with solemn eyes.

"Is she the reason you left us Nibs?" Tootles asked in that curiously perceptive way children are, "Is she your home?"

Killian grinned, gazing at the blonde Saviour, "She is Tootles, she is. It just took me a very long time to find her...a very long time indeed."

Emma blushed under the scrutiny of his scrutiny, but continued, "So if you'd like to come with us, we'd like to help give you all a place that you can call home. And maybe then you won't feel so lost in this world or any other for that matter."

The Lost Ones murmured amongst themselves, as Emma and Killian looked nervously at each other, but none stepped forward, each too frightened he would be the only one to leave.

Just when Emma and Killian were about to launch into another pitch to convince the boys to return to Storybrooke when the smallest of the boys, smaller even than Tootles, with a mop of messy dark hair made his way towards the Dark One. The wizard eyed the child questioningly, as the boy tugged on his coat sleeve to bring him down to eye level.

"Do you know stories?" he whispered shyly.

"I'm not a very good storyteller, young one," seeing the child's crestfallen look the Dark One hastily added, "But I'll let you in on a secret. I happen to know someone back in Storybrooke who knows more stories than you could hear in a lifetime."

"Really?" came the child's delighted cheer.

"Really! Her name is Belle, and she...she is the one good thing I have left in my life," the wizard finished quietly, bowing his head.

"Can I stay with you?"

Rumplestiltskin's head snapped up, his eyes wide, unable to fathom what the small boy had just uttered.

"If I come to Sto-ree-brook, can I stay with you and Belle?" the boy carefully attempted to enunciate as he patiently repeated his question.

"Why would you want to?" the heavily armored fairy, who had antagonized the Dark One earlier, groused before being shushed by Tinkerbelle.

"You seem sad, like you really don't have anything to be happy about. I think you need to be cheered up, and I'm really good at that 'cause I'm too small to do much else, that's why the others call me Too Small.* And even though the fairies say you did something bad, maybe you needed to do it cause you wanted to help get Henry back and you were scared of Pan,"

"I wasn't scared of Pan," the Dark One scoffed, while wondering how this small child he had just met could have possibly understood his motivations.

"It's okay to be scared, 'specially of Pan. He was real scary, 'specially after he got the heart. So just maybe you needed some help in being brave and helping save Henry, so you had to do something not so good. Sometimes you have to do things that are not so good in order to help do something good. Like one time I stole some fairy dust cause Tootles got cut on some dreamshade, even though I know stealin's wrong and Felix told me not to do it but I had to cause Tootles sticks up for me and stuff." Too Small was rambling by the end of his speech, but he had intrigued the Dark One, who had never had someone willingly want to go anywhere with him.

"You are a rather unusual boy," the wizard declared bluntly, "You really want a home with me?"

Too Small nodded so enthusiastically he threatened to topple over, only to be righted at the last moment by a wave of Rumplestiltskin's hand.

"Very well," the Dark One answered, "I would be quite honoured to give you a home with me."

Too Small whooped in delight and stuck out his hand to shake the Dark One's.

"We've gotta shake on it! 'Cause we made a deal!"

The wizard tittered wildly, "Oh you are going to fit right in, young one! Barely knows me and is already making deals like a seasoned professional!"

The mild alarm expressed by the remaining adults at the thought of the Dark One taking on an irresistibly cute apprentice were overshadowed by the sudden clamouring of the Lost Ones all surrounding Rumplestiltskin, Emma and Killian begging to be taken home. Tootles immediately took charge and began pestering his now grown up leader with questions about the new land they would be traveling to in order to better prepare the younger boys. Emma was about to declare her plan a success when she noticed the four oldest Lost Ones standing dejectedly back from the excited youngsters.

Disengaging herself from the rest of the group, Emma strode towards them.

"From the looks on your faces, I'd guess that my plan doesn't sit too well with you. No one is going to force you to come with us if you really don't want to—"

Emma's gentle speech was cut off as the eldest of the group cried "It's not that! We'd like to go with you and have a home and a family, but..."

A look of understanding flashed through Emma's eyes as she saw a younger version of herself standing forlornly outside of a group home in Boston, "But you're scared no one will want an older child."

The four boys nodded sadly.

"Let me tell you something. Do you see those two people over there beside Regina, the pretty lady with the short hair and the blonde man with the broad sword? Those two are my parents. And it took me a very long time to find them. Almost thirty years in fact. And in that time I thought for sure that no one would want me. That I was too old to have parents. Let me tell you, you are never too old to have people who want you and who love you. Yes it's tough at first when you are used to being on your own, but if you let them in...god it is the most...amazing and wonderful feeling you can imagine." Tears of happiness slipped down the Saviour's cheek. "If I can find my parents after waiting so long, you can bet your life that I will make sure that each and every one of you finds homes of your own. Even if I have to knock on every door in Storybrooke. So what do you say?"

The four bear hugs that followed answered the Saviour in spades.

"Well I'd say that qualifies the Crocodile for his freedom, wouldn't you, your Majesty?"

"Indeed it would, Captain. He will have earned my pardon once he releases my guard," the fairy king gave the Dark One a pointed look, daring him to violent the terms of his freedom.

The wizard giggled manically, but did as he had promised and plucked the red bloom from his lapel and the golden heart from the chain around his neck. With an encouraging "Do the magic!" from Too Small and a wave of his hand, fairy and heart were reunited. As the fairy's glow returned, his power restored, the Dark One's marred skin receded, leaving in its place Rumplestiltskin, the man.

"You bastard!" the fairy shouted furiously.

"Watch your language!" Rumplestiltskin boomed, "There are young ears present." He continued, gesturing to Too Small who was frowning at the fairy who had yelled at his new father—for although Too Small hadn't discussed this particular title with the wizard yet, he was quite certain he could convince him of the merits of the role.

Before the fairy could launch into another tirade, Killian chimed in, "Easy there mate! We all know what happened to you and while we're not condoning it, we have come to an agreement and an accord has been struck."

The fairy showed signs of arguing but was cut off by Emma. "We get that you're pissed. But justice has been enacted."

"The fact that you aren't dead is also a good sign," Regina added, "If you have any further questions, please address them to Tinkerbelle. I'm sure she would be happy to fill you in on any of the details you might be missing."

The poor fairy, who had thought he couldn't get any more unlucky having had his heart ripped out, was suddenly trapped with an energetic Tinkerbelle who began to describe in wildly vivid detail exactly what had occurred over the last two days. With that the Queen regally turned on her heels and wrapping Henry in a one armed hug, began to lead the way back to the Jolly Roger, with a dozen Lost Ones traipsing behind her.

Rumplestiltskin and Too Small followed, animatedly discussing one of the Dark One's more child-friendly deals, with Snow and David bringing up the rear happily discussing finding their beautiful grown up daughter, who had proven to be an effective leader and negotiator without their royal training, with the oldest boys.

"Thank you, your Majesty, for your help in saving my son," Emma smiled gratefully.

"Think nothing of it, my dear. It is I who should be thanking you. You have done much more than free the island of Pan today. You have provided for the Lost Ones better than I, regretfully, have ever been able to. And you have made young Nibs here happier than I have seen him since he was a small child first exploring the wonders of this place."

The pirate blushed and scratched the back of his ear nervously.

"Well I certainly didn't make it easy for him," Emma giggled in response, "But he's made me very happy too." She finished beaming brightly.

"I will be sure to tell my darling Titania about the lovely lady you've chosen, Nibs. She will be delighted to hear you are finally settling down after those years here as a grown pirate." the king teased.

"Well, your Majesty," Killian coughed, embarrassed the king was discussing his love life with the fairy queen, "We really should be saying goodbye to Tink now—"

"Who said anything about saying goodbye?" the pixie demanded, "Did you think for one minute that I would miss out on my fairy godmother duties by letting you go back into that strange other realm without me? I don't think so! I'm not missing that spring wedding you promised me!" Ignoring the pirate and the saviour's squawks of protest, the energetic fairy continued, "King Oberon, after much deliberation I have decided to leave Neverland permanently and take up my semi-self-appointed duties of fairy godmother to Captain Killian Jones and any future offspring he and the delightful Princess Emma Swan should produce."

Emma was still reeling from the wedding comment and picturing a little dark haired girl with her green eyes, but she could have sworn she hear sighs of relief coming from the fairies at the news that the hyperactive fairy would no longer be with them.

Said fairy boldly kissed the fairy king on the cheek and turned to fly to the Roger. She hovered above their heads, adding "But don't worry about missing me! I've been training my replacement for a while now and I think Puck will do an excellent job at keeping things light around here! Seeya!" With those parting words to the groaning fairies, the pixie flitted into the sky towards the ship that would take them all home.

After a few final words of wisdom and goodbye, the fairy king led his subjects from the encampment leaving a grinning Killian and Emma alone amongst the trees.

"So True Love's Kiss?" Killian purred, his blue eyes boring into Emma's.

"Yeah, True Love's Kiss." the saviour answered.

"Do you think it feels like that every time?"

"I don't know. Why don't you come over here and find out?" Emma teased challengingly.

Stepping closer, their bodies touching, the pirate wrapped his hooked arm around her waist and tangled his fingers in her golden hair. "As you wish," he whispered before his lips met hers. Emma gasped as he pulled her closer and the pirate seized the opportunity to plunder her mouth thoroughly savouring her every sigh, every breathy moan. The saviour's hands travelled up and down her lover's arms before settling at the back of his neck, her index fingers twisting themselves in the shortly cropped hair.

"Seriously!" a feminine voice scolded as the couple broke apart breathlessly to see Regina, hands on hips and wearing an annoyed but unsurprised expression, "Earth to Saviour and Captain Lover Boy! We've got people waiting to get off of this godforsaken island and apparently we need you two on board before we can leave. So enough with the kissy face and let's get back to work! Understood? Good. Now move on out!"

The thoroughly chastised and highly embarrassed couple made their way out of the encampment with a miffed Regina following behind.

"And no wandering hands!" the Queen snapped when the Saviour's hand travelled much lower than the pirate's shoulder.

"What I wouldn't give for another sleeping curse. They are worse than her parents." The Queen sighed, and she followed the couple out of the camp.

Author's Note Part 2: HELLO ALL! I'm back after over two years! After moving four times, getting my graduate degree, starting two different jobs, writers block, and a bunch of deeply personal things (I don't really want to get into them because I'm still very upset and this is my happy place) I am back at this story. There will be two more chapters and rest assured I have them planned out so they should be here A LOT faster than this one. In compensation this chapter is extra long (the longest I've ever written for this actually). Some notes. I changed Slightly to Nibs because after returning to my research for this story, Nibs's characterization of being debonair, brave, and happy fit Killian Jones much better despite the fact that the adult Slightly in Peter Pan in Scarlet goes on to become a lord and marry a noble lady. I have also alluded to the Lost Boys of the film Hook (a long time favourite of mine). Too Small in particular is one of the Lost Boys in the film although he is never called that outright (they just refer to him as that). Finally I had to add some Shakespearean fairies to this because I'm a Shakespeare junkie. Once again I don't own Once Upon A Time, Hook, Peter Pan or A MidSummer Night's Dream. The characters and the dialogue used all belong to their original creators. Remember to review and I'll see you at the next chapter! Thank you for reading!
