So I decided to write a songfic. It's about how Puck devastates Sabrina when he leaves for another girl. He comes back to find that Daphne had to care for Sabrina, because she was that hurt. Daphne writes a song to show the pain that Sabrina and even she, had gone through.
Long Enough
Verse
I watched
As she died away
She died out her thoughts
Almost went insane
Daphne had never seen worse. She watched as her sister quit her job, move into Daphne's home, and loose herself to the darkness completely.
Bridge
I watched her melt away
Forget the days
Never occurred
How much she'd hurt
Puck was selfish. When Daphne was younger she would laugh at his pranks, giggle at names he called, and even sided with him on his arguments. But now, she new why her sister had hated him and wondered why Sabrina had loved him.
Chorus
I lost her to darkness
'Cause you didn't stick around long enough
She drowned in her tears 'till things got rough
'Cause you didn't stick around long enough
Her eyes 'came a void
Skin became stone
Lost all she enjoyed
Skin to the bone
All because you didn't stick around long enough
Puck broke Sabrina. Daphne would never forgive. She lost her faith when things got so bad that Sabrina stopped eating.
Verse
Tears in her gaze
Soon became glaze
'Cause you didn't stick around long enough
Scars on her skin
Where deep cuts had been
Because you didn't stick around long enough
Sabrina stopped trying. Eating little and cutting at her skin was a daily habit. Daphne lost her hope.
Chorus
I lost her to darkness
'Cause you didn't stick around long enough
She drowned in her tears 'till things got rough
'Cause you didn't stick around long enough
Her eyes 'came a void
Skin turned to stone
Lost all she enjoyed
Skin to the bone
Because you didn't stick around long enough
Daphne lost her happiness when Sabrina never came around. All was lost, except...
Final Verse
I will not ever forgive
What you have done
She stopped trying to live
For anyone
She's just a shell
Because bid her fair-well
...Though you don't care
You might get her back from in there...
The possibility was miniscule, but those possibilities were the only things Daphne could have. The only things she lived for, other than Sabrina.
Daphne looked at Puck. He was sorrowful. What he deserved. No, he deserved death, but Daphne was too kind.
Sabrina came to the door. Daphne was amazed at how beautiful she was, even with her skin stuck to her bones and pail skin from lack of sun. Another thing that Sabrina hadn't seen in years. Daphne watched as some recognition came to Sabrina's eyes and, for the first time in years, emotion was shone on her face.
"Puck?"
So that has been an image playing in my head. Aren't I a joyful girl? I know it is sad, but I just really wanted this on Fanfiction. Review please! I really like those. Make me happy!
