Disclaimer: I don't own Sarah Manning, Alison Hendrix, Cosima Niehaus, Helena, Regina Mills, Emma Swan, Snow White, Charming, Henry Mills, Rumpelstiltskin or anything from Orphan Black or Once Upon a Time; they are property of their respective writers and networks.

A/N: I'm sorry this chapter is so short but the second chapter was really long so it took a lot of the length from this chapter.

This takes place after the season finale of Orphan Black and a possible future Storybrooke. I'd say at just about the fourth-ish season. This means that there are parts of the current OUaT storyline but most of it is AU. This idea popped in my head because I love Orphan Black and Once Upon A Time so I thought why not combine the two? All mistakes are mine. Enjoy!

Helena surveyed the group and stopped her gaze on Sarah their eyes locked and a smile slowly formed on her face, "Hello."

Helena's voice was like a nail on chalkboard and Sarah wanted to wipe that smug smile off of her face. She took off toward the other clone but was held back by Emma. She fought and screamed at the sheriff, "Let me go! I have to save my daughter!"

Helena tilted her head back and let out a throaty laugh. The sound bounced off the walls as Emma, Regina and Sarah stared at her. She finally stopped laughing and looked at the group, "You should have killed me when you had the chance."

If she got another chance she was going to make sure Helena was dead. Sarah broke from Emma's hold and charged at Helena with a cry. She soon stopped when she noticed that Helena moved the blade closer to Kira's neck.

"I wouldn't do that…" Helena mocked. Regina glanced at Emma, who had now drawn her weapon, and gave her a questioning look. Emma understood Regina's questioning gaze and nodded immediately although she didn't want outsiders finding out about magic she was not about to endanger the life of a child. Regina began to build up magic then focused on Helena.

Helena turned her attention toward Regina and locked eyes with her. She tilted her head and said with a voice full of wonder, "You are not like the others. You are like me."

Regina's magic wavered as she looked into Helena's eyes there she saw the same lonely, sad and broken little girl she used to be. Helena's grip on the knife loosened and she slowly lowered it away from Kira's neck. Regina saw the opportunity and quickly snapped back into focus. She flicked her wrist and with the motion Helena was sent hurling back from Kira and the knife was sent flying from her hand.

Sarah stood there momentarily stunned but quickly snapped out of her shock as Kira ran up to her and threw her arms around her, "Mum!"

"Hey little monkey," Sarah smiled down at her daughter and kissed her forehead.

Helena slowly got up and looked at Regina with wide eyes, "Demon!"

She grabbed the knife and lunged for Regina. Without a second thought Emma jumped in front of Regina and fired at Helena. Her body fell to the floor with a thump.

"Are you okay?" Emma turned around to ask Regina. Regina simply nodded and said, "Thank you, Emma."

Emma smiled at her but they were interrupted by Sarah screaming, "She's getting away!"

Emma quickly turned from Regina in time to see Helena slipping out the back door. She followed as fast as she could but when she got outside Helena was gone. She walked around to the front of the house to where everyone had gathered, "She got away."

Red quickly jogged past Emma. Emma stopped her, "Where are you going?"

"I'll see if I can find her…if not I can at least get the direction she's heading in. It'll be something." Red said as she followed the familiar scent. Emma nodded then was nearly tackled when Henry bounded into her, "Ma! I'm glad you and Mom are alright!"

She smiled down at Henry and ruffled his hair, "Me too."

Regina walked up and smiled when Henry held both of their hands.

"So magic, yeah?" Sarah said as she stood with Kira. Cosima perked up, "Magic is a fascinating concept. Did you know that in-"

Sarah smiled and cut her off, "I'm sure they don't want any nerd talk Cosima."

"Why aren't you guys surprised?" Emma asked suspiciously.

"Well, we weren't exactly forward with you either…we're clones," Alison said with a shrug. Emma stared from Sarah to Cosima to Alison and then back again, "Clones, as in clones"

"Genetic copies of each other, yes," Cosima answered. Delphine smiled from next to Cosima and looked in between Regina and Emma, "So were we right about you two as well?"

Emma and Regina looked at each other and blushed.

"Uh…"

"Well…"

"Yes," Regina answered with a smile. Emma turned to her and smiled warmly letting out a breath she didn't know she had been holding. Henry grinned up at his two mothers grateful to see them so happy.

"Woohoo!" Red called as she jogged back around the house, "Finally. I was wondering when you two would get together."

Emma and Regina blushed. Emma asked as Red jogged over, "Did you find her?"

"No," Red frowned and furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, "It was odd…it was like her scent just vanished."

Emma turned toward Regina and she looked at her with concern, "Where could she have gone?"

"We'll find her," Sarah spoke up as she looked at the group. She did a double take and asked, "Where's Felix?"

Red grinned wolfishly, "Oh, he met someone…"

Back at Granny's

Felix's phone began to blare Sarah's signature ringtone. A hand slowly shot out from under the covers and grabbed the offending device and flipped it open, "Yes?"

A short while later he hung up the phone with a smile. Kira had been found.

"Who was that, love?" came a voice from under the sheets.

"It was my friend," Felix said as he uncovered his bedmate. Hook raised an eyebrow up at Felix, "Oh? Will they be joining us?"

Felix smiled as he moved closer to Hook, "I'm not quite finished with you yet."

Undisclosed Location

Helena held her newly bandaged side as she was escorted into a room. Tomas waited patiently inside and watched as Helena walked in.

She didn't make eye contact with him, "I'm sorry I failed you."

"It's alright my child. Do better next time."

"I'd say she did quite well for someone who didn't know about magic." said a figure from the shadows. Tomas turned toward the figure and began, "Hello-"

The figure held up their hand and turned toward Helena, "Would you like to help us rid the world of magic?"

Helena looked at the figure wearily as they continued, "If you did we would help you with your clones, of course."

Helena's mouth stretched from ear to ear, "Yes."

The figure smiled and spread their arms, gesturing to the walls surrounding them, "Welcome to The Home Office."

Tomas studied their surroundings, "But I thought you were-"

"The Rising Tide? We are called The Home Office, Rising Tide…we go by many names. We have been around for a long time."

Tomas smiled as the woman stepped into the light, "It's quite an operation you have going here…Wendy."

Fin.
