Status: Trying to gain weight. I'm 95 pounds. Dx I'm almost done with school as well. Just gotta finish my geometry credit and economics credit and I can leave early. Then when everyone walks across the stage, I come back and do that too. ^_^

(Michaela's/Miku's POV)

"My close ally, Rilliane, has offered me the opportunity to join her at a ball! Oh, please come with me!"

"I don't know..." Kyle, my fiance from the blue kingdom is so indecisive! I can see us in the spotlight, arm in arm, swaying slowly together as our eyes meet. His would shimmer like the bluest of oceans and mine, would glow like the forests in fairy tales! Ooh! I am so excited! He absolutely must go with me!

"But Allen will be there! And I know the two of you are close friends." Well, they used to be. They haven't seen each other for a series of months because Rilliane and I had a little spat about something. Oh. I don't remember, really. I think it was over our love interests? Doesn't matter now. She wants to make up!

"He and I... also fought during our last encounter..."

"Oh. But Rilliane and Allen want to make up. It says so in the letter she sent. They are over our past dispute, they say, and want us to rejoin them as friends. Our bond, Allen says, should be stronger now, since we've had time to deal with our hardships and times are changing!"

"...I guess. We can go, if it'll make you happy. Okay?"

"Ooh! I'm so happy I could just kiss you!"

Kyle's full of life personality returned and he flirtatiously smirked at his fiance. He got close to her, and pulled her into his arms. "Please do!"

(RILLIANE/Rin's POV)

Allen convinced me to become friends with Michaela and Kyle once more. I'm only doing it because I love Allen and trust his judgement. Lately, since I've trusted his ideas, everything has gone well and things have improved. Less people hate me and things have ran smoothly around the castle. I guess I should reward him. But he's never been the needy type. "I'm here!" His rude greeting made me cringe and I chose to be kind, because he is my brother, after all.

"If I chose to reward you, what would you prefer?"

"Mm..." He tapped his chin thoughtfully before smiling with glee.

"I fear that you'd hate me forever and throw me in the dungeon if I told you what I really want. I don't want food, clothes, or a new decor in my room. No. What I want is priceless. I want to spend my life with someone in particular."

"...Who?" She must be amazing because Allen is a diamond in the rough compared to others. It's like a man was working in a mine and struck gold when Allen was created alongside me. He's handsome, intelligent, and his manners are divine. Who is worthy of his attention other than I? No mere average female could attract him...

So I demand to know who she is so I can throw her in my dungeon. Or better yet, have her beheaded! Only I should be seen by him! Kyle was an old love interest, but Michaela seems happy with him. I talked with Allen about it, when I was planning her murder, and he talked me out of it.

"She once had bad intentions. But, with my help, I changed her. She's beautiful, a bit stubborn, and she's very close to my heart. I wouldn't trade her for the entire world. And she's right in front of me. Rilliane, I know it's forbidden. And I know others may strip us of our throne, but I love you. And I've always done it. I may have seen Michaela as an interest at some point, but I lost her to Kyle. And upon spending all my time with you, as both you and I were heartbroken for some time since the announcement of their engagement, I realized you are everything I need. Love me and be with me, okay?"

"..." My face heated up and I felt as though I'd cry. I've waited to hear him tell me he's loved me for so long. But I felt as though it would've been rushed if I told him myself, back when he returned. "Okay... But what do we tell witnesses if they see and freak out?"

"We tell them the truth. That we are in love. There is nothing wrong with us! We are healthy and happy together! Aren't we?"

"Yes. But what if they throw us out?"

"We can start a life together. And go under new names if we must. I'll even cut my hair, if you'd like."

"...Okay. I'll try this with you." He approached me swiftly and intertwined his hands with mine. His eyes are the deepest blue and I am mesmerized by him. He's too attractive! "I-"

He cut me off with a chaste kiss that lasted a couple of seconds. Then he pulled away, a smirk on his face and said, "I love you. But be careful. Because if you tempt me in the future, you may regret it, Rilliane."

I do admit that I'm a little intimidated and that caused a chill to run up my spine.

"It's almost time for the ball," he began, "shall we get ready?"

I nodded. "Yes, we shall..."
