WOLF: And MAN do I have some ideas I really want to work on.

penny: Which type are you going to do next?

WOLF: Well I do have some Harry Potter one-shots in mind but I wouldn't mind doing another Hitman Reborn drabble fic soon. But I do plan to have them all fully written out first.

penny: Good idea; no more long waits for your readers.

WOLF: Yup so while they may have to wait for the new story for a little bit longer at least it will be updating at a more regular pace.

WOLF: very true, as always thanks for editing the chapter!

penny: Always glad to help.

Harry would have never dreamed that the way he would learn about the clue from the egg would be Tsuna tossing him into the Great Lake fully clothed while he had been messing with his egg. The brunette showed no remorse over his choice, saying he had done it because the screeching was hurting his ears, but at least in the end Harry had got the clue.

After he had got the needed clue they had tried to discuss the possibility of what would go missing, and by 'they' he meant he and the twins. At first he thought it would be an object but the sharp glare from his mentor told him he was very wrong. No, it would be someone, and someone he actually cared about. There were only three people he could think that they would use for this test, seeing as Tsuna was there as a guide they wouldn't dare to take him, but George, Fred and Hermione would be at risk.

And so, because of this situation Tsuna had changed their object of interest towards water repelling charms. This led Harry to the idea that they were going to have a water related task, likely swimming since the majority of the charms were made to allow him to breath underwater.

That said, Harry was finding that he was very thankful for Tsuna, he would have been lost without the older teen. He could see now just how much the wizarding world had been leading him on. More often than not he was just someone that they could flounce about admiring what they thought they knew. And if it wasn't that they were making him into the villain. Harry now knew, after talking it over with George, that he would be leaving the country after he was done with school. It was just too dangerous for him to stay here.

That was something that he and George had agreed on. The redhead had listened to him explain his fear that he would always just be some form of amusement for the public but seeing the look of horror on his, now, partners face made George understand just how concerning this really was. Harry would never be able to live a life like this. And so, it was with a heavy heart that the redhead had to tell the little brunet the truth that he and his brother were also thinking of leaving in the next few years.

It wasn't that George wanted to leave Harry alone in Britain but he and his brother had been looking at their options for some time now. Like all the other Weasley siblings had been doing. None of them felt secure in Britain but still they had thought of staying for their parents.

Originally the plan had been to start a shop in Diagon Alley but they were having problems getting the needed money to start so it was looking like it may be more of a problem to actually even get that far.

Their goal had been to start a shop and leave it to someone else while they make a national partner in another country. They were still hoping that by the end of the year, or at least the end of the next they would be able to save up enough money to start the new store. The problem with that, was the fact that they knew their time was running out. Their mother was starting to pressure them more into looking for a 'real' job. After all, no one wanted another joke shop. But the twins were still hoping against all odds that they would be able to finally have the money they needed.

This of course got Harry thinking, he wasn't sure his idea was the best choice yet, but after thinking about it he decided he would take the topic up with Tsuna. It wasn't that he was worried that his choice would be overly stupid but getting a second opinion seemed like the best idea. And seeing as he couldn't really ask his friends what they thought since it had to do with the twins and Hermione would only let her side of the opinion really be heard, Tsuna was the best choice to ask on advice.

Tsuna on the other hand was having his own problems. He had been woken up early in the morning by Lambo flinging himself onto Tsuna's lap, crying.

It made Tsuna's heart pinch with the memories of how many time this had happened that first year that Mama had died. Back then Lambo was having trouble understanding that she was dead and so often showed up in Tsuna's bed crying because he missed the kind woman asking when she would be coming home. It had become the young brunettes job to comfort the small child as well as Fuuta and I-pin when it became apparent that they were now in need of a new parental figure in their lives.

Sure, people could say Tsuna was lucky that he still had his half beat father, though he refused to speak to the man now, but in reality, his own parental figure had become Reborn over time. It wasn't that the man had just been there to comfort him through the painful event, but he had been there for him before that. Those times that Tsuna had gotten into a fight that he had no choice but to go through with, Reborn was there to talk him through the stress and then beat the crap out of him so that he would be ready for the events to come. Tsuna was the way he was today because of Reborn.

And so, it caused Tsuna to be confused what he should do next with Lambo. At this point, Reborn would have just thrown him off a cliff. But, that wouldn't work with Lambo, there had to be another solution yet he was at a loss as to what that solution could be.

He couldn't just dump Fred, not when his actual soul was the reason they felt so strongly for one another. He also refused to become insane, like many of the books Reborn had given him explained would happen if he walked away now. Their cores would no longer allow them to be away from each other after their bond connected, and ignoring the pull before it was even fully complete would be the worse choice of his life.

So, this left Tsuna stumped as to what his next option would be. He knew that it wasn't something that would solve itself as much as he wished it would. No, he would have to seriously talk to the small child to make sure he fully understood why he had reacted the way he did to Tsuna showing interest in someone.

And so, that was the point that Harry had sat down with Tsuna and was questioning himself how to talk to his mentor about his situation. For the last hour, they had been going over spells that would work under water but had made little progress since they were both a little distracted; Harry over trying to figure out how to tell Tsuna his idea, and Tsuna over Lambo's own problem.

It was at this point that Reborn decided he had enough of their moping. It had been a long time since he had to do this but he knew that it was needed. Tsuna had become a great boss for the Vongola but sometimes he was still very stilted when it came to how he should be acting with family related issues. And so, Reborn gently took hold of Leon's tail and felt the chameleon start to change shape in midair.

Without mercy, he aimed his shot straight for Tsuna's head.

The bullet flew with deadly precision but with long honed skills Tsuna dodged the shot as it implanted itself into the table. Sharp golden eyes flickered over to Reborn silently asking the hitman why he had attacked.

The hitman felt some pride knowing that Tsuna truly had been trained damn well. The bullet wouldn't have killed the brunet since he had never tried to shoot Tsuna with a normal bullet before but the fact that Tsuna was so well attuned to any danger was such a relief.

"Take your mopping outside and work it out. We don't have the time for the two of you to both be out of commission."

Tsuna huffed and opened his mouth to snark back but Leon was pointed at him again, which caused him to snag Harry out of his chair and dart out of the room.

Once outside Harry was set down as Tsuna huffed heavily, Harry may be skinny but he was the same height as Tsuna and that amount of weight was hard for the Brunet to carry for too long.

"He shot you!" Harry shouted as the realization finally came to him.

Tsuna quirked a brow still huffing lightly, "Nothing new there."

"What?"

"Reborn's been shooting at me since I was thirteen," Tsuna explained gruffly and he sat down on the grass.

Harry's eye twitch at how calm Tsuna was about the whole idea, "He could have killed you!"

Now it was Tsuna's turn to look at Harry stupidly, "Reborn would never do that, he might want people to think that he would but he wouldn't waste his time with something like that. He spent too much time teaching me for it all to go to waste on him killing me like that. He would rather drag it out somehow."

Harry felt his face contort into a look of horror, "What?"

Tsuna shook his head, civilians were so helpless sometimes. People like this would never understand the reality of the mafia. He didn't blame Harry for not understanding but then again he had been in those same shoes at some point. He chuckled and patted the ground for Harry to sit with him.

Tsuna watched as the young wizard slumped down next to him still shaking with disbelief.

"Harry it's really not as bad as you think. That bullet wouldn't have killed me. Reborn has never shot to kill me before. It would have just forced my flames into action. That was how he had to wake my flames up in the first place."

This seemed to have peaked Harry's interest. "Wake them up?"

Tsuna sighed he should have known that saying anything would become a full explanation but that was fine too he supposed. "There is more than just the wizarding community out there you know. One is the Flame active community. My community, everyone is born with flames in their body but most never have enough or awaken it. In a way, you can say that the wizarding community has them but they use it in their own way. But for those who are flame active most of the time the power must be woken up by something life threatening or in a moment of fear, such as falling out of a tree or being chased by a rabid dog."

Tsuna turned to look at Harry and saw that he was paying full attention.

"Well from that I'm sure you can tell that most of the Flame users are made as children. Most of the time it never gets used or it may just be a small quirk to someone's way of living, for example cloud flame users will be more of a loner but it won't hurt them unless they reject it. In some rare cases the child may be born in a flame active family and so the parents may choose to have the child's flame sealed. My father thought it would be a smarter choice to seal mine."

Harry felt a small chill run up his spine at how disgusted Tsuna sounded at the idea of sealed flames.

"Doing this can actually be harmful as it will lower the child's comprehension skills and in some cases, cause their personality to be stilted. I was burdened by my father's choice and so when Reborn finally came along he had to break the Seal and that took him having to shoot me to make my flames break out again."

"He actually shot you?" Harry asked wide eyed.

"Yes, but with his own flames which broke through those of Vongola's previous Boss'. As you can see I'm still fully alive so there is no need to worry about that," Tsuna smiled.

"But you see Reborn is a sun flame user, inverted, but still a sun flame. In fact, he is the strongest of all the sun flame users alive right now, because of this he was able to break through the flames that were blocking mine. In reality I owe Reborn more than you would ever believe. I'm a sky flame. Those of us born with that type of flame -as few of us there actually are- it means that we are the foundation that holds all the other types of flames together."

Harry was shifting to look at Tsuna better wanting to learn more about this crazy world that the other teen was living in.

"Being a sky flame user can be really dangerous on its own because our flames can get out of control very quickly sometimes that just means a bad explosion but other times it means that our flames can convert into something else entirely. There's this man that I know who was consumed by rage so fierce that his flame changed into Wrath flames," Tsuna grinned seeing the look of confusion on Harry's face.

"I guess it doesn't sound like something all that crazy but you see changing flame types is nearly impossible. You can be born with more than one flame but changing your flame type is practically unheard of."

"So this guy is like a walking legend?" Harry questioned causing Tsuna to laugh; if only Xanxus had heard that.

Shaking his head and smiling at the offended look Harry had put on because of his laughter.

"He's a legend for many things but most don't really know about his flame change, for safety reasons." Tsuna shook his head. "Either way we're off topic. You see because I am a sky flame user I have to be around the other elements or it hurts my core. You're very lucky to have met me now. Only two years ago I was useless."

"What?" the look on Harry's face made Tsuna stifle a chuckle. "When Reborn broke my seal I was rather hopeless. My brain had been clouded by someone else's flame. I could hardly walk straight without tripping. The thing is, if Reborn hadn't come to me when he did I would have never been able to grow. One more year and my flames would have extinguished leaving me nothing more than an emotionally stunted husk."

"But why did he break them?" Harry asked as he saw the older brunet tug a few grass blades from the ground.

"He was hired to make me into the next Vongola boss by my grandfather. My father was heavily against the idea because it actually would have been him to take the role but my grandfather's advisors told him it would be a horrible idea; my father is a rash and blunt man. He rarely thinks about others if it doesn't benefit him first," Tsuna huffed.

"That's horrible." commented Harry.

Tsuna shook his head, "He was never someone who really looked out for others. The numerous times he has tried to make me do what he wanted has shown me that. Though it's been awhile since I've last saw him; it was after his attempt to marry me off."

"He tried to marry you off?!" his tone was scandalized but Tsuna could only nod.

"He really didn't care who she was, just as long as it benefitted his situation. Reborn nearly put a bullet through his ass after that. After all, it would have made all his hard work go to waste; if they forced me to marry I would have left, and made myself untraceable."

Perhaps it was that Tsuna had flame magic but Harry couldn't help but feel inspired when he saw the fire in Tsuna's eyes.

"I'm going to leave Britain after next year," Harry suddenly declared, startling Tsuna out of his thoughts.

"Really? I thought you still had three more years left after this year," his head tilted.

Harry huffed, "I'm done being their whipping boy. They don't care if I want what they want. But George and Fred do. George and I were talking and I realized I can't stay here, they're going to kill me!"

Tsuna frowned, "What will you do when you leave?"

Harry bit his lip. "Next year is our OWLS that's as far as I have to get before I can leave the school, sure I won't be allowed to use magic but that's not going to be a problem. The thing is, the twins are thinking of leaving too but don't have the money to start up their business. If I give them the money they need to start it up then they can leave to so-," he paused to think about what he would say next, looking at the slightly lidded golden eyes that gazed at him. "-they can leave and I won't be alone."

Tsuna hummed. "I understand what you're saying, it's always safer to travel in groups and Fred did mention something about making a growing chain of joke shops. I suppose if it's something that would make you all happy it's not a bad idea, but it's risky more so for you than them. If you're not careful the British wizards will just find you and bring you back. Though if you feel really strongly about that you can always look into other schools. While Italy doesn't have a very large school I do believe that Palermo does, it's a small town by the coast."

Harry seemed to deflate at that almost as if all hope left him. It struck something in Tsuna's heart. This wasn't like his situation. Tsuna had joined the Vongola willingly after he had realized just how important that it be kept in the family. Harry on the other hand was forced into these confrontations and the only way that he would be able to find a way out would be to find a place bigger and safer than Brittan. Yet, he could still see how much Harry reminded him of how he once was in the past, before he had been given Reborn's guidance. Sure, Harry wasn't exactly lazy as Tsuna had been, but the boy had little motivation. It was as if the kid had never been given proper praise for the things he tried to do.

"If you truly feel that this is your only option I will make it so you can have asylum within Italy's borders," green eyes that shot to him in desperate hope but quickly hid in shame.

"I wouldn't want to be a bother, I'm sure it's going to be too much trouble," Harry mumbled.

Tsuna's eye twitched, this kid was flip flopping his choices so easily, yet here Tsuna was willing to give him his way out only to be told that it would be too much work. He wanted to scoff, Hibari and Mukuro both gave him more work in a day than the work to give someone safety within his home could give.

His hand snapped out without his realizing it, as he grabbed tightly onto Harry's chin to get the green-eyed teen to look him straight in his eyes. "Do you want a way out or not? This may be your only chance to ever escape Britain. I'm not going to force you to accept but I want you to think hard on this. Trying to just run away will never be the solution, but having people around you to support you through tough times can sometime be the difference between life and death."

Harry could see the honesty in those golden eyes shining through to his, daring him to disagree.

"It's no bother to me whether it's a bit more paperwork, my Familia gives me more paperwork in one day than you could in a year. So, think about this and if you want to go talk with the twins and hear their thoughts on it. Hell, if Italy bothers you I can also get you to Japan but it will never work unless you work with me and let me help."

His eyes were getting a bit teary, no one had ever really gone out of their way to ensure that he was a priority, no one had even given him the chance to make his own choices. Licking his lips, he could only nod to the older boy's request.

Smiling Tsuna patted his fluffy head before he stood up, "Good, and on that note I'll leave you to your thoughts; I have a few arrangements to go make." Harry watched the brown-haired teen calmly stride towards the castle and smiled. Perhaps this was the push he needed because surely Tsuna would like to have Fred nearby too, seeing as they were soul mates.

While the two short brunettes sat outside on the grounds something completely different was happening inside the castle.

Normally Gokudera was a bit more tolerant of Lambo's attitude but he had seen how much it had been bothering his beloved boss, this meant that he had to do something or his Juudaime would be hurt!

So, without much thought on the matter Gokudera stormed through the castle until he found the little cow, who was at the time being gushed over by the girls from that French school. He could feel a tick mark form on his head; how dare that brat enjoy such luxury when their boss was stressing over the way he had acted the night before.

He pushed through the crowd of girls and grabbed the brat by his cow printed hoodie and dangled him in the air.

"You little brat, how dare you! You should be groveling at Juudaime's feet begging for forgiveness!"

Lambo's wide green eyes stared up at him is fear as he tried to free himself from the grumpy silver haired teen.

"Waaaah. Let Lambo-sama go!" he cried when Gokudera began to shake him realizing that he hadn't responded to the way the teen had made his entrance.

"Stop squirming brat! You're going to apologize to Juudaime and beg for forgiveness. You had no right to bother him last night!"

Wide eyes stared up at him as the small child began to cry. His wails of fear and sorrow catching ears all around.

Several of the girls around the two guardians began whispering and sending glares at Gokudera.

"Put the kid down!"

"Yeah, you big jerk."

"Butt out, this is family matters!" Gokudera hissed as they began to come closer and some reaching out to take Lambo away from the irate teen.

Feeling his anger grow larger the silver hair boy flung his hand up to get Lambo away from the reaching arms, only for the move to backfire on him. His fingers twitched at the wrong time and his grip on the cow child slipped sending the boy into the air. Free falling without hope of landing safely Lambo squeezed his eyes shut, yet the impact never came as arms came out to catch him and brought him to a wide, firm chest

"Are you okay?" Lambo's eyes shot open to look up at the compassionate brown eyes that met with his own. The few red hairs that slipped down to cover parts of his eyes made Lambo gasp as he realized who was holding him.

Had he still been five years old and not turning eight Lambo would have probably thrown a fit. But over the years the small child had begun to grow out of his more explosive tendencies. So, instead he started to think that maybe the red-haired man may not be as bad as Kyoko. He wasn't pretending to be hurting like she had the day that mama went away.

Puffing up his cheeks the cow child crossed his arms. "Lambo-sama wants to be put down."

Chuckling the red-haired man gently set him on his feet before straightening up. "Alright you guys class is about to start, we've better get moving before any prefects come," he spoke up breaking up the people that continued to stare at the three males.

Fred looked at Gokudera's face, which had paled heavily when he realized that the little cow brat had been tossed. "Hey, don't worry, he's fine right?" Fred set his hand on the tall silver haired teen's shoulder.

Wide green eyes looked at him in surprise, the guy he had been trying so hard to force away from his beloved boss had actually tried to comfort him, despite all the harshness that he and Yamamoto had shown him.

Gokudera grunted to try and hide his embarrassment. "Of course he's alright, the damn brat has been thrown out of windows and survived!"

Fred's face must have shown how disturbed he found that to be as the next thing he knew the other teen was laughing. Of course, Lambo was glaring at the two of them before huffing, "It was all Reborn-Baka's fault! If he just would let Lambo-sama's grenade hit him than Lambo-sama would not have been thrown out of any windows!"

"And that Lambo, is why I keep telling you it was not Reborn's fault. If you had just stopped trying to attack Reborn you would have been perfectly fine," Tsuna's voice caused them to all jump as he continued walking into the now abandoned corridor. Lambo grinned at seeing his big brother/mother figure and dashed over to the small brunet lifting his arms up to be picked up, which Tsuna did with a tired huff.

"Juudaime! I apologize for not assisting you last night. I knew I should have kept the brat in my room!"

Tsuna frowned at his silver haired guardian. "Gokudera there is nothing wrong with Lambo seeking comfort from me, even if it is early in the morning."

Gokudera huffed, "If you think so." The doubt was clear on his face but Tsuna found himself thankful that he had at least backed down easily this time.

Fred grinned at his brunet and strode over to wrap an arm around thin shoulders, his smile only widening when he saw the flush that glossed over Tsuna's face.

Gokudera grumbled but seeing the happy gleam in Tsuna's eyes found himself unable to protest the casual way the red-haired twin had been with his boss. It had been so long since he had seen Tsuna look so relaxed.

Huffing he waved a small goodbye to his boss and left in search of Yamamoto. The damn idiot was probably in some bizarre situation that he would need to be rescued from.

Tsuna barely registered Gokudera departing as he found his attention being held by the teen that had slowly been capturing his heart.

"Thank you. For catching Lambo, I mean."

Fred grin widened. "No problem, it was a pleasure," he purred into the brunet's ear.

Lambo huffed seeing that Tsuna was hardly paying attention to him but the strong hold around his waist kept him from complaining. Tsuna hadn't forgotten he was there and for that reason, something in his heart settled down. Even if this man captured Tsuna's heart his big brother would never forget him. Tsuna still cared. So yeah, Lambo could live with this man in his life as long as he never stole Tsuna away from their lives.

The day of the second task brought upon an air of wariness. Tsuna's hand had slipped to hold Fred's as they sat watching the happenings within the lake, though there wasn't much to watch. For the last thirty minutes the see-through projection had been focusing on Victor Krum as he had transformed into a shark and took off before any of the other contestants, meaning he was in the lead.

Harry had chosen to go for a charm that would give him temporary gills under the water but it took a minute for him to be able to get the charm to work before he ran for the water when he found himself choking for air.

George had gone missing during the morning which had sent both Harry and Fred into a heavy panic but Tsuna's level head was there to calm them down enough to get them thinking. The only reason for his disappearance would have been because of the task. This meant that Harry would be going in to save the other red-haired male.

And so Tsuna sat next to his red-haired devil, holding his hand in support as they both waited for the task to end.

Within the first thirty minutes they watched as Krum, Delacour, and Diggory all emerged from the water. Both male champions with their valued person, while Delacour came back up alone and injured. Their worry grew when Harry had still yet to return. But just as it was entering the next thirty minutes Harry's head broke through the water followed but Delacour's little sister's head as well as George's.

The couple breathe a sigh of relief as they stood to greet the two at the pier.

Harry was gagging slightly as they arrived, having coked on the water he had not exhaled before he had reversed the charm, but was also grinning widely with George who was rubbing the water off his face.

Delacour was wrapped around her sister and rambling thank yous at Harry before the two were herded off by their Headmistress.

As Tsuna and Fred arrived the two twins hugged one another having felt lost without their double. Tsuna smiled at his charge and settled a hand on his hair, "Good job, you may have lost points for time but you clearly showed the people around us that you valued their lives more than this stupid tournament."

Harry smiled shyly up at him at the praise he received. It was so rare that people praised him, that every time Tsuna did he felt just a little bit lighter.

The four teens listened in as the final scores were put out placing Krum in first, Diggory and Harry were tied for second and Delacour was in last, not that the last two contestants cared they had their important people safe and in their arms. No amount of points would change the warmth that they gained from that.
