Lucy's P.O.V.

I was walking around my town with my basket in one hand, and the book I had borrowed in the other. People continue to stare at me. Ugh it's so annoying, just ignore them Lucy. Taking a deep breath I continue my way towards the bookshop.

"Hey look, it's the drunks daughter."

"I hear he squandered all their money for more booze."

Just ignore it.

"Apparently Orga's asked for her hand, and he said that he can have her for some cash."

I stop dead. I just can't wrap my head around their words...Dad's going to marry me off for money?

"Oh shit I think she just heard us!"

"Well no shit genius you were basically yelling."

I couldn't take it anymore and started running. I ran and ran. I finally stopped and looked up at where I was. Well that's a convenient. I walked into the bookshop owned by my friend Yukino. She's been my friend since we were little and doesn't judge me on what my dad does.

"Hey Lu-Oh dear what happened?"

Speak of the devil… I smiled at the thought.

"Did Orga try to flirt with you again or was it...option 2?"

I held up 2 fingers, since I'm still out of breath.

"Well what did he do this time? Get into a bar fight? Make a complete fool of himself...again? Or did he-"

"Basically sell me off to Orga to be his 'wife' then yes...he did." I look at her for the first time, and lets just say I'm glad she's my friend. If looks could kill *sweatdrop* Dad you would be so dead right now.

"THAT DICK I CAN'T BELIEVE HE WOULD DO THAT TO HIS ONLY DAUGHTER!"

I sigh and let continue on her rant. These usually last a while so I might as well get comfortable.

I walk over to one of the bookshelves and put the book that I had borrowed back. I scanned the shelves for something either new or good. Not seeing anything new I stick with one of my favorites. It's one of those fairy tales that started getting popular. (A/N I kept typing fairy tail over and over again -_-) It's called "Sleeping Beauty" (A/N: hint, hint, wink, wink) I love a good love story. I just wish I was able to find someone like that for me.

"-ND NOW YOU HAVE TO PUT UP WITH ORGA MAKING EVEN MORE ADVANCES ON YOU!" She finally finishes and looks over at me. I sitting on one of her comfy armchairs looking at her over my book. She just looks at me for awhile, then shakes her head.

(Time Skip 2 hours) (I'm lazy right now XP)

I'm walking around the market picking up some food with the small amount of money we have after dad's last spree. I see a shadow fall over me and feel my basket get heavier. I look down at the dead rabbit now in my basket, then up at the man who put it there.

Orga Nanagear is the biggest and strongest man in town. I'll admit he's good looking with the huge muscles, long green spiky hair, and a face that makes you think things like I-will-take-you-and-you-will-like-it. Not to mention his clothes leave NOTHING to the imagination. Big black boots, skin tight pants that again leave nothing to the imagination, and a dark blue button up shirt that always has the top buttons undone.

Then you have his "shadows". Rufus Lore is always seen by Orga's side, and constantly strokes his oversize ego. Rufus has a weird fashion style. He has a red mask on his face constantly, a really, really long red vest with frills on the front and tan pants tucked into black boots. (A/N: What he looks like in the manga/anime.)

Then there are the three girls that are always gawking, giggling, and just being airheads all the time. (A/N:...highschool anyone) Minerva Orlando, Angel Raguel (A/N: It's the name of one of her angels in the anime), and Flare Corona. They all dressed to match their hair.

Minerva was in a dark blue dress that showed just enough skin to be tempting while still being conservative.

Angel wore a gauzy white dressed that looked like feathers. unlike Minerva this one was an off shoulder, strapless, that seemed to struggle holding her breasts in.

Flare wore a dark red dress with black elbow length gloves. While her dress wasn't as revealing as Angels hers did have a diamond cut out of the stomach to still tease the boys.

Orga kept looking down at me with this really creepy grin on his face. Oh boy.

Nobodies P.O.V.

"Morning Lucy," said Orga leaning up against the vendor's stand. He ever so discreetly ogled her body, much to her disgust. She turned back to the selection of fruits at the stand with a reluctant "Good morning."

"Do you like your present?" Inquired Orga. "Caught it fresh this morning in one of m-"

"Oh yes I love it," cut in a sarcastic Lucy. "I mean who wouldn't want a dead bloody rabbit bleeding over the bread they just bought."

"HEY! You can't talk to Orga that way!" yelled an angry Rufus. Lucy just sighed.

"It's ok Rufus," Orga calmed down his lackey, then turned to Lucy and smirked. "After all it's ok for my fiancee to talk to me like that."

Lucy dropped the apple she had just picked up, and turned slowly towards the man. "What?"

"You heard me," Orga crossed his arms. "As of last night we've been engaged."

"I didn't agree to th-"
"No but you Pops did."

Lucy just couldn't believe that those rumors were actually true. She dropped her basket and began backing away. Orga saw the look on her face and his smirk melted away as he realised his mistake. He reached a hand out to Lucy, but she was already running.

Yukino who had been tailing Lucy to make sure she was in fact "Ok," immediately came out of her hiding spot, and punched Orga in the face. Rufus and the girls screamed at her for harming their precious Orga. Orga on the other hand was rubbing his jaw, surprised at the strength of the punch. He looked up at the fuming Yukino.

"ORGA NANAGEAR YOU ARE THE BIGGEST IDIOT THIS SIDE OF THE PLANET! I MEAN SERIOUSLY WHAT KIND OF PERSON DOES THAT TO A GIRL!? SHE ALREADY HAS HER DAD MESSING UP HER LIFE, NOW YOU DECIDED TO SCREW WITH HER TOO!"

Orga just stared at her for a minute. "Who are you again?"

Rufus spoke up for the angry woman. "Her name is Yukino Aguria, she's Miss Lucy's best friend, and has been know to beat men twice her size for upsetting her 'sister' Lucy."

"That's right now listen up Orga if I hear anything about you getting close to Lucy, or so much as look at her you will experience a whole new world of pain." With that she walked away, leaving a very stunned Orga and company.

Lucy's P.O.V

I ran all the way home, barely able to see through the tears in my eyes. (How...how could he so easily sell his only daughter?!) I soon reached the place I call home, and I flung open the door only to freeze when I saw the man before me. It was my father.

"There you are," he yanked me inside. "No time to ask question we're leaving."

(Time Skip that night) Still Lucy

I still have no idea where I'm going, and the way dad keeps on mumbling I'm starting to get worried.

Nobodies P.O.V.

As Lucy was dragged by her father she took in her surroundings. The forest had an eerie feeling to it. The bare branches, having shed their fall leaves, seemed to be hands telling her to stop. The moon was being cloaked by the clouds, letting only a wisp of it's light illuminate the forest. The shadows seemed to dance, and create monsters reaching out to get her. She knew that the only monster in the woods was her father. After all being his only family left didn't seem to matter to the man.

"Dad where are you taking me?" asked an increasingly worried Lucy.

"That's none of your concern."

"Um...yes I think it is."

"Are you questioning me?" as he spoke he tightened his grip on her wrist.

"No sir," mumbled Lucy

"That's what I thought...besides we're here." releasing his hold on her.

Lucy looked up to see what was the most imposing structure she ever laid eyes on. The sky seemed to be caught in a permanent gloom even with the sun shining. The castle itself seemed to scream at anyone who entered would most likely not come out the same. It radiated a feel of fear, and strangely a desperate sadness.

Lucy's father dragged her past the gate and up to the front doors. He shoved them open and shouted out.

"Hey I kept my part of the bargain, this makes us even."

With that he threw Lucy to the ground and ran back out. Leaving his terrified daughter alone. At least she thought so. Until she heard a deep voice behind her.

"Well I didn't think he would actually give me his daughter."

Turning around she came to stare into a pair of steel blue eyes.

Me: Ending it there for now.

Laxus: One line...that's it?

Me: Don't worry Laxus, you'll have plenty of lines next chapter (hehehehehe :3)

Lucy: At least you weren't hit on my Orga *shudder*

Orga: HEY

Me: Lucy who do you think is your man in another story I'm going to write (hint hint)

Lucy:*sigh* Please review so G2B knows what their doing wrong.

Me: Also the guest who suggested an embarrassing thing for Laxus I'm sorry, but Altairis vogue beat you. Altairis you embarrassing thing will happen next chapter...whenever that is.
