Jester; Final chapter and yes it was all for a friend.

Third Person's View

Mark was beside himself as was everyone else. Bryan had willingly allowed the memories of the Forerunner that tried to turn humans into his toys inside his mind. Everyone wanted to put a bullet in Bryan's skull but the most unlikely of people stood up for Bryan. Smiles had his gun trained on everyone but Bryan. Even Nix was surprised at his actions until Smiles spoke. Smiles, "Bryan you said that if we listened that you'll help us understand from what I just heard you became part Forerunner. But I need to know does that make us loss anything about our selves"?

Bryan knew what most people didn't catch in Smiles tone. Smiles wanted to know it his greatest pain could be reversed. Bryan, "Yes Smiles with the help of the Clarity we can reverse your insanity maybe even allow you to control your outbursts". Smiles grinned as he shouldered his weapon. Smiles, "I'll do it if it means my child can see me and not have people call me crazy… I'll do it! The path of truth is the way we all agreed to walk. We want what everyone in the galaxy wants and end to war right Hilo-Bryan"?

Bryan nodded at Smiles to turn his attention back to everyone else. Bryan, "This is what we've all been trying to get… with the help of the Forerunners Clarity we can do just that. We can guide people to finally understand the old ways. Sure we will be labeled but hasn't others that tried to change history been labeled too"? Mark nodded to turn to everyone saying, "He's right we came here to find away to change things in this power vacuum. And if becoming a Forerunner is the key then I'll do so". Slowly everyone began to agree and took the walk back to the Clarity chamber.

After five hours everyone now had the same gray toned skin and purple or green eyes. Smiles was worried about Nix and their baby but Bryan talked to the Keepers for a moment. After his talk Bryan put Smiles worries to rest. With everyone changed Bryan and the new order of Keepers reactivated the Hives internal systems. The Mills began to produce materials and the AI cores once more awoke to talk to the new Order members. For the next week everyone was amazed at how fast their new bodies allowed them to get through work. They barely even felt tired but most of all everyone was please to see Smiles or E not so crazy.

E's smile was once more gentle by all accounts and everyone couldn't believe how fast he spoke. Often confusing the people he talked too. In the end Mark and some of the scientist created new slim battle armor but the armor could change into slightly thicker armor if needed. (They're wearing the armor the Forerunners wore in Halo legends just with different helmet designs). With the ship redesigned into a slick and extremely mobile vessel Bryan announced the plan. Bryan, "We most help our kind to see the truth of war by being the guiding hand from the shadows. We will contact only certain people of the UNSC and outer colonies and various members of the Covenant to show them all what Clarity is. Everyone board the Normandy and set course for these new coordinates".

With in moments the crew of the Order were flying through slip space. Bryan looked around to see the joy that ran across his friend's faces. Nix sat with E as he gently ran his hand across her stomach. Bryan couldn't help but hold hope even more at the idea of peace they would bring to the galaxy. As the jump ended they looked out as they say the legendary creation and most powerful weapon know by the Forerunners. The members of the Order were all looking at a Halo ring. Bryan, "Today we will help rebuild on this Halo is the sleeping AI's and other members of the old Order. With their help we will rebuild but the way the Forerunners intended for a society. And one day we will be ready to show the galaxy peace like they once did".

With excited nodded across the room the members of the Order watch as their ship made its way to the Ring. Soon everyone will know peace and see the end of war… for war can truly change.
