This is the final chapter ladies and gentlemen. The End of Closing Early. Stay tuned after the end for an important message.

WARNING NOT SAFE FOR WORK! YOU ARE WARNED

"I still can't believe you bought that thing." Lara told her friend, as they stepped into the elevator. They had just arrived back from the airport."It looks ridiculous."

"It's totally adorable." Sam countered. "I guarantee you Declan will love it."

"I'm sure." Lara rolled her eyes.

"You really should have bought one." Sam said. "Then we could match."

"Not in a million years." Lara clarified.

"Alex would love to see you in one." Sam assured her, "I mean, your boobs are bigger than mine, so imagine how it would look."

"We'll never know for sure." Lara stated.

"I tell you what, I'll show it to Alex and if he likes it. Then you'll see how right I was about how you should have bought one." Sam said. "Just as a disclaimer, I'm not responsible if Alex falls in love with how adorable I look."

"I really don't think Alex is into that." Lara chuckled.

"Sure." Sam grimaced. "A guy who grew up reading comics, with women in skin tight clothing. I'm sure he totally wouldn't be into it."

"I've never seen a superhero wear something that silly." Lara argued.

"Well...okay, maybe not superheroes, but Alex likes Anime too." Sam grinned. "Haven't you seen his old cosplay pictures?"

"Of course I have." Lara chuckled. She had always been secretly impressed with how much effort he put into it. He'd even go as far as to wear coloured contact lenses, which he admitted to being a pain in the neck.

"So you really think he wouldn't like to see you wear something like that?" Sam said suggestively. "I've been to Comic Con, I know the kinds of displays he was getting.

"Ugh. You're impossible." Lara groaned. She'd never admit, that she was always jealous of the idea Alex might look at other girls. But since they had started dating, he only had eyes for her.

"And you're a prude." Sam jabbed playfully. "Seriously Lara, sexy dress up is fun."

"I'll take your word for it." Lara said twisting the key in the door and pushed the door open, and made her way inside the apartment.

"It's good to be home!" Sam exhaled as she pushed her way into the apartment. She uncerimoniously dropped her bags in the hall. She kept the case with her camera close, and gently laid it on the kitchen counter.

"So says the woman who extended our trip, so that we'd be away from home for longer." Lara jabbed, as she stepped over Sam's rucksack, and placed her own on the armchair. She'd unpack later.

"You know what I mean." Sam said as she took flopped down into the couch. "It's just nice to be surrounded by our stuff again.

"Yeah." Lara smirked. "I'm gonna see if Alex is home."

"Sweetie, maybe you should shower first." Sam said looking over the couch at her. "I mean, you did just spend the last fifteen hours on a plane, and six hours before that waiting..and four hours before that hiking...seriously when was the last time you washed?"

"Two days ago." She grimaced. Sam had a point. She made her way down the hall to her room, and grabbed some fresh clothes, before heading to the bathroom, to wash off. She jumped when Sam started banging on the door.

"Make sure you don't use all the water." Sam yelled through the door. "I want to go see Declan."

"Okay!" Lara yelled, wasting no time in stepping into the torrent of water. it felt amazing. Travel was great, but that actual travelling part was always a pain, Especially on planes. Waiting for hours unable to do...pretty much anything. Especially since they had headed to the airport after a hike. She was pretty sure that

Satisfied with how clean she was, she set got out and dried off. Pulling on her fresh clothes, she left the bathrooom, Sam rushed past her into the bathroom. It didn't even phase Lara that Sam wasn't wearing anything.

"I never should have agreed to let her walk around naked." Lara groaned.

She went to her room and blow dry her hair, and put on some make up. She left her room. Sam was still in the shower, she could hear the water, and Sam's radio blaring music. She made her way to Alex's. She rapped on the door. A few moments later, the door opened, revealing Jack, sporting a very obvious sunburn on his nose.

"Hey, Lara." He smiled. "Have a good summer?"

"It was great, what about you?" Lara returned his smile.

"It was all right...I don't think I can go back to Ibiza again..." He said shuffling his feet.

"What happened?" Lara cocked her head to the side.

"Bill...he uh...well...you can see it on YouTube...just look up...Drunk Jackasses, Ibiza." It's pretty embarrassing.

"Oh dear." Lara said stifling a laugh. "I'm sorry to hear that. I jut came by to see if Alex is back?"

"Sorry, Lara." Jack grimaced. "There's no sign of him yet."

"Oh..." Lara frowned. She'd really been hoping he'd be back. "Well thanks anyway."

"Okay. If he comes back I'll tell him to call you." Jack assured her.

With a quick smile, Lara turned to head back. She pushed her way into the apartment to see Sam, dressed in her bathrobe drying her hair.

"Nothing quite like your own shower y'know." Sam said cheerily.

"Mhmm." Lara nodded.

"He's not home is he?" Sam frowned.

"No." Lara shook her head.

"Sweetie, I'm sorry. I know you were looking forward to seeing him again." Sam said. "Do you want to come down the Bells, so I can surprise Declan? Take your mind off it?"

Lara thought for a moment. It might be a good distraction.

"Sure, just get dressed and we'll go." Lara said. "I'm just gonna grab-"

"Sweetie don't you even dare get your work shirt." Sam told her.

"But Sam..." Lara argued.

"But nothing. You just got back from vacation, I'm sure-"

"If I go to work, I can cover for Declan, and he can take you out." Lara cut across her. She knew that Sam wouldn't be able to counter that.

"Damn you and your implicit bribery." Sam groaned. "Fine, just let me get dressed." She turned around and headed to her room.

"You're not wearing that thing out it public." Lara said forcefully.

"Killjoy." Sam yelled from down the hall.

Lara smirked in victory.

The pair walked through the doors of the Nine Bells. It was nearly empty. Save for a group of old people and a man and woman in a booth in the corner. No one was at the bar. The two women took a seat on the stools, Sam peered over the counter and spotted Declan filling the fridge with bottles.

"Ahem." Sam cleared her throat.

"Give us a second, I'll be right with you." Declan said not turning to look at them.

"But, I've been waiting all summer." Sam said intentionally sounding like she was needy and longing, knowing full well it would get his attention.

Declan quickly looked around to spot Sam leaning over the counter at him.

"Hey babe." She grinned.

Declan was on his feet and kissing Sam so quickly, Lara would have missed it, had she blinked.

She looked on awkwardly as Sam and Declan sucked eachother's faces off. She pondered the idea of leaving.

They finally broke apart for air, Sam rested her head against Declan's

"I missed you." Declan said breathlessly.

"I know you did, I missed you too." Sam smirked, planting another kiss on Declan's lips. "You wanna go for dinner?"

"I'd love to but..." Declan said.

"Don't worry about work." Sam smirked. "I got you covered." She cocked her head to the side to indicate Lara. Declan turned to look at her, she gave a small wave.

"Lara, Jesus, I didn't see you there." Declan said embarassed.

"Clearly." Lara chucked. "Seriously, if you want to go I can..."

"Lara I can't ask you to work." Declan began. "You're only..."

"You don't have to ask her." Sam smirked. "Lara's here to volunteer. So we can catch up."

"That's nice of you Lara, but..."

"But nothing." Lara said forcefully. "Go have fun. You've been stuck here all summer, it's only fair."

Declan opened his mouth to argue but nodded.

"Allright. Dad and Kerry will be here at nine to take over." Declan told her. "They'll be glad to see you again."

"I'm sure. Now go have some fun." Lara waved them away.

"Cheers." Declan said, grabbing his coat.

"You're the best sweetie." Sam hugged her friend. "I'll see you later."

"Just go." Lara rolled her eyes. She walked behind the bar and shed her coat, ready to jump straight back into the deep end of work.

The Endurance was nearing the dock. Alex looked towards the dry land. The rain had subsided, but the wet deck made the sound of footsteps incredibly obvious. He spotted Roth walking towards him.

"All right, son?" Roth nodded.

"Hey." Alex replied nonchalantly.

Roth reached into his jacket and took out a thick envelope.

"Here." he said, holding it towards Alex.

"What's this?" Alex asked, taking the envelope.

"You're pay." Roth said. "I figure since our benefactor is no longer...around, that he wouldn't care how the rest of the funding was used."

Alex looked at the envelope. It was thick. Very thick. Alex guessed that there could have easily been several thousand dollars. He took it and opened it up. His assumption was correct.

"Roth I can't accept all this." Alex argued. "I mean...after..."

"Yes you can." Roth said firmly. "After, you did an amazing job this summer, you deserve every penny...for everything you did. "

Alex didn't argue. He knew there was no way he could get Roth to take the money back. He put it in his inside pocket.

"Smoke?" Roth took out a pack of cigarettes, and offered one to Alex. Alex shook his head. "Good Lad. it's a digusting habit." Roth said, fumbling for his lighter, before he lit up and took a deep drag. "I'm sorry things turned out how they did." Roth sighed.

"It's not your fault Roth." Alex told him.

"Yes it is." Roth stated. "I knew the kind of man I was going into business with. I should never have dragged you into it...It was a knee jerk. I wanted to thank you for what you did for Lara."

"Come on, Roth, there was no need for that. I could just let-"

"I'm not just talking about the robbery." Roth said. "And of all the lads she could have gone steady with, I'm glad she picked you."

"I...thanks, Roth." Alex smiled weakly. He turned back towards the dock, as the crew finished lowering the gangway.

"Hey Alex." Jonah's voice boomed. Alex turned towards the giant, now striding towards him. "I've got some good news for you."

"Firefly was picked up for another season?" Alex said jokingly.

"Better." Jonah chuckled. As he held the phone screen up for Alex to read. There was a status update from Sam on screen.

Back from vaccation. Had a great time :) #WhyIsn'tSummerLonger? :(

If Sam was Back, that meant only one thing. Lara was back.

"Looks like you can surprise her." Jonah chuckled. "I bet she'll be glad to see you."

Roth looked at the message and raised an eyebrow at it.

"Why is there a hash sign in it?" Roth asked as he examined it.

"It's called a hashtag?" Jonah chuckled.

"What the hell's the point of that?" He asked. "That's just silly."

"I don't really know, it's just what the kids are doing." Jonah laughed.

"I never understand what kids are doing." Roth said, stubbing his cigarette out on the railing.

"I'm sure your parents said the same thing." Alex smirked.

"There's the joker I hired." Roth laughed.

Alex and Jonah shared in the laugh. It was the first time Alex had smiled in the last few days.

"We're, uh, gonna go to the Nine Bells tomorrow night, we'd like you to join us. Y'know, for a celebratory pint."

"Sure." Alex nodded. "Sounds great, But..."

"I know." Roth nodded. "You wanna see her first. Come on, I'll give you a lift home."

"What about..." Alex began.

"The crew can manage without me." Roth said. "And Grim will be here until tomorrow."

Alex nodded, and followed Roth down to his car. He clambered into the passenger seat beside.

"Do you mind if we make a stop?" Alex asked. "I want to grab some pizza for me and Lara."

"Sure." Roth nodded as he put the car in gear. He pulled out into the light traffic, of the Late London evening.

"That's fve pounds." Lara said, as she placed the drink in front of the elderly woman.

"Here you are dear." The elderly woman, handing over a crisp five pund note, and taking her drink before returning to her table.

Lara sighed. This had been a terrible idea. She'd been at the pub for nearly an hour and a half, and there was nothing to do. The customers had left. Leaving only herself and the old woman.

And Lara was on her own. She grabbed the remote and flicked through the TV stopping on the news. Lara hated the news, it was always too serious, and yet it always blew everything out of proportion. But it was better than anything else that was on.

The female anchor, stiffly read from the teleprompter. Clearly someone who didn't have any care or passion for their job, simply droning on for the sake of her paycheck."

"In other news, an arrest warrent has been issued for Cameron Elliot. The London MP has been facing charges of corruption and embezzlement for the last few months. He was due in court last week, where he failed to attend. He was last seen in Norway, Last week. Police are asking for anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts to come forward."

Lara looked at the man shown on screen. He was a well known face. He'd been rather popular, being seen as the people's champion within politics, until his true nature had been revealed.

A snake, slithering his way into anything that would benefit him. When his various crimes had been uncovered the people quickly turned on him.

Lara had the misfortune of having met him the prior year. The nicest thing she could thing to say about him was that he was an 'Insufferable Bastard.'

He had claimed to be an old friend of her parents. He claimed that there was some political donation due from the family, and tried to force Lara into paying, insisting she had a position to uphold.

Lara had never lost her temper quite so severly, she was surprised Roth didn't end up physically restraining her.

She put it out of her mind. And tried to focus. The old woman finished her drink and left. Leaving Lara completely alone. She went to retrieve the glass.

Roth pulled up outside the apartment building, to let Alex out.

"Do you want a hand with your stuff? Roth asked.

"Nah, I'll be fine."Alex said, stepping out of the car. He strapped his rucksack on, and slung his computer bag over his shoulder, before grabbing the two pizzas.

"All right well, I'll see you soon Lad." Roth said, extending his hand.

Alex hesitated, before taking Roth's hand and shaking it.

"Thanks." Alex said.

"Good luck." Roth Nodded. he slowly pulled away. Alex watched as he rounded the corner and disappeared. He made his way inside and pressed the button for the elevator. The door pinged open and he stepped inside. He pressed the button for the top floor. He hummed along to the familliar music.

The door pinged open at the top florr and he headed straight for Lara's apartment. He stopped at the door and knocked. No answer. He knocked again, no answer. It was obvious that no one was home.

He thought about picking the lock. Not a practical idea. It would mean having to unpack in the middle of the hall and find his torque wrench. But then again.

He reached into his pocket for his keys, and began to inspect them. His apartment key, his mother's house's keys, the key for his safe deposit box, the key for his bike, and finally, the Key for Lara's apartment. He hadn't used it yet. He looked at it. Surely there was no harm in using it. After all, Lara had given it to him.

He pushed it into the lock and twisted it. The door opened. He stepped in. He placed the pizzas on the kitchen island.

"Hello?" He said instinctively. No reply. He put his bags in the corner and slumped down in the couch. He pondered the idea of going back to his apartment, and unpacking. However the increasing weight of his eyelids decided it was a much better idea for him to just take a nap.

Sam lead Declan through the door to the apartment by the lips. Their hands fumbling. Sam closed the door behind them with the heel of her shoe. Declan's hands made their way for Sam's top button. Sam ceased him.

"Actually, I've got something better for you to take off me." Sam said suggestively.

"Oh really."

"Mhmm." She hummed into a kiss. "Wait here." Sam said, leaving Declan to stew.

Declan could barely contain himself. He was just so glad to have Sam back. He couldn't wait to ravish her. He'd been pent up ever since she'd left. Maybe he'd take her away for the weekend before school started, to give them some proper alone time. He waited for her to return, imagining what she was going to be wearing.

The sound of groaning caught his attention. He saw as a silhouette appeared over the couch. An intruder, his first reaction was to tackle him. However the couch made that impossible. So he simply decided to try and grab the intruder in order to restrain him. He grabbed him and attempted to drag him over the couch.

The intruder started to panic, and lashed out. catching Declan's ribs with his elbow. The pair fell to the floor and in a flurry of punches and swearing, tried to defeat the attacker.

"DECLAN!" Sam screamed rushing back into the room. she spotted the shadowy form of the two on the floor. Her eyes widened in horror when she realized who the second man was. "DECLAN! ALEX ! STOP!"

Sam turned on the lights in order to see what was happening. Both men froze, Alex's hand was on Declan's throat, his fist frozen. Alex pushed himself up and offered Declan a hand.

"I'm sorry...I panicked..." Alex panted.

"No, Jesus, I fuckin' tried to strangle ye." Declan panted. "I'm sorry I thought you were an intruder. Sam said No-one was here."

Both men simply caught their breath.

"Some hook you've got." Declan said rubbing his jaw. "You ever considered boxing."

"Not really." Alex replied breathing heavily. "I need a drink."

"Same." Declan said, leading the way to the kitchen, and pouring two pint glasses of water, offering one to Alex.

"Thanks." Alex downed it. "So...how was your summer?"

"It was grand." Declan smirked. "I'm just glad Sam's...back..." He trailed of as he looked towards his girlfriend.

"Oh...right, Sa...Sam what are you wearing?" Alex said his eyebrows raised.

"Uh...Do you like it." Sam grinned sheepishly.

Sam was wearing an incredibly revealing maid outfit, complete with stockings and apron. The And for some reason there were cat ears. There was only one thought on Alex's mind.

"Japan?" Alex asked rhetorically.

"Japan." Sam nodded. "Anyway, what do you think?"

"It's gorgeous." Declan said finally finding his voice again.

"I think it's...pretty cool...not gonna lie." Alex said, he was suddenly trying to remember that Anime he watched several years ago about the android maid. What was it called again?

"I knew You'd like it." Sam grinned. "I tried to get Lara to buy one for you." She added with a wink.

"Speaking of...Where is Lara?"Alex asked, she was the whole reason he was here after all.

"Ah..." Declan began.

"She's at work." Sam said. "She wanted a distraction since you weren't back. So..."

"Didn't take long." Alex laughed.

"But she's only working 'til nine." Declan said. "So, not too long to wait."

"Just a heads up Alex." Sam began. "You smell awful."

"Thanks for the heads up." Alex said, glad that Sam told him. "I better shower before she gets here. I'll let you get back to it."

"Thanks." Sam and Declan said in unison.

"Oh, before I forget." Alex said, taking a small SD card out of his pocket. "I got you a present." He tossed it to Sam.

"What is it?" Sam asked him.

"Some stock footage of whales, and Scandinavian landscapes." Alex told her. "Might come in handy if you're ever doing a documentary on Vikings."

"I could hug you Alex." Sam beamed. "But, y'know...you smell."

"Yeah well...You can hug me later. Anyway, I'll see ya." he said grabbing his bags and awkwardly leaving, Sam and Daclan to continue...whatever they were doing.

Lara re-entered her apartment. She usually felt good coming home from work, but right now, she felt awful. Like she hadn't acheived anything, or contributed anything of value. At least Barry had seemed glad to have her back. She was half surprised he hadn't hugged her.

She wandered in, to the darkened room, she turned the kitchen light on, she spotted the pizza boxes on the kitchen island. She peered into the top one. Her favourite toppings. That lifter her spirits considerably.

"Thanks Sam." Lara smiled.

She took a slice, put it on a plate and placed it in the microwave before putting the boxes into the fridge. She poured herself a glass of water, as she waited for the pizza to finish.

"Hey Lara."

Lara choked on her water, caught off guard by the sudden voice. She spun on her heel and came face to face with Alex.

"Alex." She said breathlessly.

"Hey." He smiled slightly. "I heard you giving Sam credit for me buying Pizza. Not cool Lara." He joked.

Lara put her glass down and rushed to where Alex stood, wrapping him an an embrace, and pulling him into a deep kiss. She had longed of his touch, his hand cupped her face, and she sighed and swooned.

When they finally broke apart, Lara looked deep into his eyes.

"I've missed you so much." Lara said.

"I missed you too...everyday." He said, pulling into another hug. "I got...you something." He said,

"I know, the pizza's in the fridge." Lara chuckled.

"No...I meant this." Alex said, producing the book. "It's about vikings and Scandinavian mythology and history. I thought you might like it."

"Alex...it's perfect." Lara said as she examined the the book. Leather bound with faded gold lettering. This would take a spot of pride on her Bookshelf. She tried to leave his grip, to put it away.

"Oh no you don't." Alex said not releasing his grip and pulling her back. "You're not going anywhere."

Lara giggled. She leaned in and gave him another kiss. Alex broke away, and stared at her.

"Is something wrong Alex?" Lara asked. She couldn't shake the feeling that there was something different about him. Not, Bad. Just...different.

"I just want to look at you." Alex said, stroking her cheek.

'Now's your shot Lara.' She thought to herself.

"Alex...there's something I've been meaning to tell you." She began. "It's something...It's not easy to say, but I've come to realize that...well...What I'm trying to-"

"I love you Lara." Alex interrupted her.

Lara's eyes widened and her jaw dropped.

'Did he just say...?' Lara's inner voice celebrated.

"Alex...I" Lara said, unable to form a sentence, Alex had just taken away her ability to breathe.

"You are...so beautiful...so smart...so caring...so amazing...so perfect...and I don't deserve you." He said. "I really don't."

"Alex...it's me that doesn't deserve you...you've been so supporting and attentive and...you put up with me for being completely frigid...and...I...I love you, too..."

"I know." Alex said.

"You couldn't resist quoting Han Solo." Lara chukled planting her forehead against his chest. "Dork."

"Happy accident." He said kissing the top of her head. "You told me."

"WHAT!?" Lara was horrified. When, had she said it before he left after all, what had happened?

"Sam's birthday. You said so before you passed out." Alex said.

"Why...why didn't you say anything?" Lara asked.

"Well...there was a few reasons. I didn't know how I felt...but mostly because I didn't know if you meant it or not. I didn't want to say anything in case you hadn't."

"Alex...of course I meant it." Lara smiled caressing his cheek with her hand.

"Alex rested his forehead on hers."

Lara captured his lips again, and not so subtly pushed him onto the couch, she wasted no time in straddling him.

"Don't you want your pizza?" Alex asked.

"It can wait." Lara told him, and bent down to kiss him, he stopped her.

"That is the most beautiful thing you could ever say. I mean, I'm better than pizza." Alex smirked. "Better than a mansion and tons of money has nothing on being better than pizza."

"Shut up." Lara chuckled, laying on top of him again, her hands running under his shirt.

"Wait. Sam or Declan could come out at any time." Alex said indicating down the hall.

"Oh...good thinking." Lara laughed nervously.

She got off of him offered him her hand, He refused it. Standing quickly, he grabbed Lara by the waist and lifted her up. Lara squeaked in surprise, and laughed, wrapping her legs around him.

Alex wasted no time in carrying Lara to her room. Lara kicked the door closed, behind them. She looked deeply into his eyes. She grabbed the hem of her shirt, and pulled it over her head, exposing her simple bra to him. His eyes, were drawn to the mounds of her chest, and a moment later so was his mouth.

Lara writhed at his touch, her fingers tangled in his hair. She was about to loosen her bra, when he did it himself.

"I've taught you well." Lara gasped as Alex's tongue traced over the pillowy, pebbled flesh. She removed the garment fully, giving him unimpeded access.

Alex smirked before he dropped her unceremoniously on the bed, causing her to laugh. She sat up and grabbed his shirt and tugged it over his head, knocking his glasses askew, she placed them on her bedside table.

Alex made quick, work of Lara's belt and button, pulling her jeans and underwear off in one move. Lara attempted to sit up, before Alex pushed, her back down by the shoulder.

"You stay right there." he smirked, he hiked her legs over his shoulder, and used his hands to pin her hips to the bed. His warm breath washed over her nether lips, his tongue dragged between the silken ridges.

"Oh...GOD...Alex..." Lara breathed. There was urgency to his touch, but it was no less tender or loving, There wasn't much she could do while, Alex had her pinned, so she settled on massaging his head, whilst he orally pleasured her. She felt a white hot coil of pleasure building in her lower abdomen. She looked down between the valley over her breasts and the flat expanse of her stomach. He opened his eyes, and met her gaze, Lara gave him a hazy grin.

Lara's breaths began to come fast and shallow, as her cries of passion became higher and higher pitched as the pressure built up within her. stiffening, and screaming out. Her thighs clenched around Alex's head.

Alex varied up his methods, trying to tease Lara as best he could. Never allowing her to become, fully accustomed to what he was doing, or allow it to become repetitive.

Lara bit her lips, groaning and rolling her hips, unable to keep still. She wanted nothing more than to return the pleasure, to Alex. But it was clear, that he wasn't going to let her move until she was satiated.

With one final swipe of his tongue, Lara was hit like a brick wall by her orgasm, frozen in ecstacy. She looked at Alex through hooded eyes. A goofy grin adorning her face. She was sure that she had woken someone with her scream.

She slowly came down from her climactic high. She looked down at Alex, his head still firmly clenched between her legs, as he looked up at her.

"Alex..." she gasped, relaxing her muscles, her legs went limp, and Alex crawled up her and kissed her. Lara wrapped her hands around his neck, and pulled him close. Not wanting him to leave.

His hands ran along her sides in opposite directions, one took a handful of her breasts, the other squeezed her posterior. Causing her to squeak to his touch.

"That was amazing." Lara grinned. "Thank you."

"I'm not done yet." He breathed.

"Oh really?" Lara smirked. "Well in that, case, you better get rid of these." Her hands traveled down the length of his body and loosened his jeans, she began to tug them down, he finished the job.

Lara reached for her bedside drawer, and blindly opened the drawer, and withdrew a condom from the large box she kept. Without looking, she opened the wrap and covered Alex's member, with one hand.

Sensing the covering, Alex wasted no time in positioning himself at her entrance, slowly pushing his way inside, drawing out a shuddering groan from Lara, he then began to thrust, slowly, delicately, dedicating every ounce of energy he had to pleasuring Lara.

Lara bit her bottom lip and groaned, her body rocked under the force of Alex's thrusting, she could feel her breasts jiggle with each one. Lara groaned, she lightly bit on Alex's shoulder to stifle her cries.

Alex grunted, feeling Lara's teeth upon his skin spurred him. He kissed her gently. Lara wrapped her arms and legs around him, her, nails lightly clawing at his flesh, leaving small marks, but not breaking the skin.

Their bodies were wracked with pleasure, intoxicated by the other.

Lara wanted to try and turn the tables and flip Alex over. But she didn't have the energy. Alex had drained her. But there would be time later, for her to take charge and repay him in full. They had all night ahead of them.

"I love you..." Lara gasped, it made her feel so much better, just to be able to say those words, out loud. It was exciting, like she was liberated from something that was taboo. Something that she wanted to say, but couldn't.

Alex grinned at her, as he continued. Spurred on by her words, he continued his motions, continuing at a slow, but firm pace. His muscles burned and ached. He felt her clenching around him. He was worried that he wouldn't last, since it had been so long since they'd had sex. But he hadn't let her down before, and he wasn't about to start now.

He lowered his head, and grabbed on of her nipples in his mouth, sucking, and lick, and tugging it slightly with his teeth. Lara squealed in delight, once again biting his shoulder, with a little more pressure.

A volcano erupted within them both, as their climaxes hit, accompanied by moans and grunts. Frozen together, the stared into each others eyes. Lara kissed Alex tenderly, and he eagerly returned it, rolling onto his side, to take some of the strain off Lara's body. Their limbs, tangled together, Alex still deep within her.

Lara caressed Alex's cheek and finally broke the kiss.

"I love you..." Alex said again.

"I love you." She smiled. "It feels so good to be able to say it out loud."

Alex simply nodded, kissing her and pulling her into a tight embrace, his hands tangling themselves in her hair. Her tongue traced his lips. He opned his mouth to grant her request for access, his hands freely roamed her body, occasionally nipping and squeezing her most sensitive areas.

Lara's stomach grumbled.

"Sorry." Lara said embarrassed. "I guess that killed the mood."

"Not even a little." I've missed that too." Alex chuckled "All the little things...like how you always get hungry after."

"Well I've missed how you always play with my hair after." Lara smirked.

"I don't..." Alex began, finally noticing what he was doing. "I never noticed I did that...sorry."

"Don't be." Lara said, nuzzling his cheek. "It always makes me feel safe." Lara unwillingly pulled away and loosened herself from his grip, and getting out of bed.

"Where you going?" Alex asked sitting up.

"To get us some pizza." Lara said.

"No, I'll get..." Alex said getting up."

"Oh no you won't." Lara smirked, pushing him down. After giving her two intense orgasms, there was no way she was going to let him do any more. "You stay right there, mister."

"But..."

"But nothing." Lara said leaning down next to him, planting a soft kiss on his forehead. She grabbed his shirt off the floor and pulled it over her head. "I'll be back in a minute." She headed towards the door, on legs made of marshmallows.

"Um...Lara?" Alex said.

"Yes?" Lara said turning around a small smirk on her face.

Alex cocked his head to the side, indicating the wardrobe. Hanging from the door, was a maid outfit, similar to Sam's, Cat ears and all. There was a note attatched. to the hanger. Lara walked towards it and snatched the note.

I told you, you should have bought one. Alex said he thought it was cool. But since you insisted on not listening to me, I had to buy it for you. You can thank me later. ;)

"Maybe I'll try it on later." Lara let out a small laugh. She couldn't even be mad, everything seemed just seemed wonderful. She turned around and headed for the door.

Lara was surprised to find Sam, dressed in a similar matter, wearing only Delcan's shirt. Filling the kettle.

"Hey Sweetie." Sam said. "I see you've been catching up with Alex."

"Oh don't act like it's not exactly what you and Declan have been doing." Lara rolled her eyes. "Put enough water in the kettle for me and Alex, will you?"

"Sure." Sam said. "Tea for everyone."

"Thanks." Lara smiled. After Sam moved away from the sink she washed her hands, and made her way to the fridge. "Do you want me to heat some pizza for you and Declan?" Lara asked, as she pulled one of the boxes out of the fridge.

"Oh you're too kind." Sam said leaning against the counter.

"Thanks for the outfit, by the way." Lara said as she put several slices of pizza into the microwave.

"I told you he'd like it." Sam smirked. "So...How was work?"

"Is that really what you want to talk about?" Lara asked, she knew Sam already had an intended topic of conversation.

"How was the flood after the drought?" Sam asked.

"How long have you been waiting to use that?" Lara sighed, shaking her head at Sam's oddly appropriate analogy.

"Too long." Sam smirked. "So..."

"It was...wonderful." Lara began...suddenly "I didn't realize how much I missed it, until now."

"So did he do anything...exotic." Sam said suggestively, giving Lara an eyebrow wiggle.

She wasn't about to go into details. She had to change the subject, she had to offer a better topic of conversation.

"He told me he loves me." Lara said. As expected Sam let loose and eardrum shattering squeal. and was hugging her friend instantly. "Okay Sam enough." Lara said rolling her eyes, though she returned the hug.

"I'm just so happy for you sweetie." Sam said releasing her grip. "You told him back, right?"

"Apparently I did ages ago." Lara chuckled.

"Really? When?" Sam said, releasing her.

"Doesn't matter." Lara said as the microwave bell went off. "I'll get plates, you make the tea." Lara said turning towards the cupboard. She jumped when she felt Sam pressed against her back, with her chin on her shoulder.

"Smile." Sam said, holding her phone in front of them.

Lara rolled her eyes. She didn't have the energy to argue. Her lips creased into a grin, as she exposed her teeth.

A small click and a flash later, Sam backed away and examined the shot and grinned.

"We look..." Sam began, trying to think of how to describe the picture.

"Hot?" Lara rolled her eyes. "That's always your go to word."

"No." Sam smirked. "More along the lines of...'like we've just had our brains fucked out.'"

"SAM!" Lara yelled.

"Oh sweetie relax." Sam said as she began tapping on her screen. "How to put say it politely...Post coital? Shagged out? That's a saying right?" Sam asked Lara.

"Don't you dare." Lara warned her, she knew there was no way she could stop Sam, short of wrestling her phone away from her.

"Oh come on, would I?" Sam gave her an evil smile.

"Yes." Lara said.

"You're right. I would." Sam said, feigning an epiphany. "And I am. Click." Sam finished as she sent the picture to the eternal database of the internet.

"I hate you." Lara said feigning anger, however, she really didn't care.

"Sure you do." Sam grinned. "That's why you offered me pizza."

Lara chuckled to herself as she put several slices of pizza on the plates. "Do we still have those serving trays?" she asked.

"Bottom cupboard beside the fridge." Sam said.

Lara took the trays out and set the plates on them, Sam placed two mugs on each tray.

"Thanks sweetie, enjoy the rest of your night.." Sam said. lifting her tray.

"I fully intend to." Lara grinned, as she followed her down the hall, and entered the door on the opposite side of the hall. "Good night."

"Good Night." Sam said cheerfully.

Alex looked towards her and sat up. Lara made her way towards the bed. She placed the tray on the bedside table, before peeling Alex's shirt off and getting back under the covers with him, pulling them up to her chest, and placing the tray on her knees.

"Thanks." Alex said, taking a slice of pizza.

Lara took a large gulp from her mug, resting her head against Alex's shoulder.

The pair ate in a content, silent bliss, fully aware that Sam and Declan were sharing the same scenario across the hall. When they finished, Lara placed the tray back on the bedside table.

"Now...where were we...oh that's Right." She smirked pushing the covers down and exposing her breasts, before straddling Alex. "Right around here." She leaned placed her arms on the head rest behind him. Alex felt himself stiffening again. He grabbed her necklace and tugged her close, crashing his lips into hers.

A light knock on the door caught their attention, causing them to break apart. Lara hurried under the covers and pulled the covers up to her chest again.

The door creaked open, just enough to make it easier for sound to come through.

"Um...am I interupting anything?" Sam's voice came from the other side of the door.

"Kind of?" Lara sad flustered.

"Sorry, I'm...I just wanted to know if I could borrow some condoms?"

"Implying that I'd want them back when you're done?" Lara said.

"Okay, I'll buy you more...Look I've ran out...so can I have some or not?"

"If I say, yes will you go away, and not bother us again?" Lara asked, trying to be polite.

"I suppose that depends, on how many I need." Sam said,"Because me and Declan aren't going to sleep any time soon.

Lara opened her bedside drawer and took out the box that was there. Empty. She opened the bottom drawer and withdrew the fresh box she was keeping. She tore it open and tore half of them out, and tossed them at the crack of the door, where they landed on the floor.

"Thanks, sweetie." Sam said. "You're the best. Have fun." Lara and Alex watched as her hand entered the door and snatched them, before the door closed.

"That was nice of you." Alex chuckled.

"You know I only gave her half of them for a reason." Lara smirked.

"I noticed." Alex smirked. "So what's the reason?"

"I'm not going to sleep any time soon either." Lara grinned, she said, resuming the position she was in before Sam interrupted,. "And I have a pretty good idea of how I want to fill the time between now and whenever that is."

"I wonder what you have planned for them?" Alex smirked. "I mean...have you designated a position for each one?"

"Let's find out." Lara said, ripping the package off a fresh condom, with her teeth. She rested her head against his and smiled, covering him once more, without looking, she positioned herself over him.

"I love you." Alex said again.

"I love you." Lara smiled. "Let me show you how much."

"Can't wait." Alex grinned,

Lara smirked as she pushed herself down on him.

No one in the apartment slept until well after dawn.

So that's the end. I hope you liked the story. Please let me know if you did.

Now, some good news and bad news. First the good news. This isn't the end of the Closing Early Universe. There will Be TWO sequels, expanding this into a trilogy. The Bad news, I will not be publishing either of them until after I have played Rise of the Tomb Raider, and considering I am on PS4, that means, late 2016 will be the earliest. So I apologize, but I refuse to buy an XBox or use Windows 10, so there's no way chance of me publishing any earlier. This will also give me a chance to finish some of my older stories that I have been neglecting for the last few years.

So what did you think, did you like the story did you like it? Did you not? In the words of Jeremy Jahns, comment below let me know. And if you want read more of my stuff check out my page to see if I've wrote for some of the stuff you like.
