Freed froze the three boys that were ready to spill some blood. This allowed the guild some time to pull them away from Natsa and into a different corner.

"This entire ruckus just for Natsa," Evergreen shook her head as she monitored the transport of Sting. Why weren't there boys fighting over her? Wasn't she beautiful? Yet, Elfman was the only one in the ring for that. She sighed, why did Natsa get all of the good looking ones.

Bickslow stuck out his tongue as he dropped Sting into the seat. His babies followed him and dropped the boy as well into the seat; Sting grumbled but couldn't talk. "What about you try to help?," Bickslow stated.

Evergreen smirked and looked at her nails, "I just got them done. Isn't my job to look pretty? And that's men work." She smiled and left the man. Her heels clicked on the ground as a group formed around her and Natsa. The pink haired just stood there with sweat steaming down her face. One of her friends came and held onto her arm.

"They are under control for now, thanks to Freed, but once it breaks…they will want an answer."

"That's what I'm afraid of."

The door opened and Glidarts stepped inside. The door came apart just from him pushing in. The guild was a mess. Piles of wood and crumbles of rocks divided the guild. "Good, I haven't missed it," he chuckled. He saw the three young boys in the different corners; each of them not moving an inch. In the middle of the room were Natsa and Erza.

He walked into the guild and pulled out a chair that was still in one piece; unlike the other chairs. He sat in it backwards and watched the group of members, "You can go on now." He grinned from their confused expressions.

"Old Man, you're not helping!" resorted Cana. She grabbed a barrel of sake and started gulping it down.

"Well I'm not making it worst, am I? Plus, I can't miss this. It will never happen again." To see Natsa show feelings to a boy, other than friendship, was an achievement all on it's own.

"This is a day to cherish," grinned Macao. Natsa glared at him. "Hey! If there were three girls fighting for me, I wouldn't be upset over it."

Wakaba chuckled and agreed with him. "Who wouldn't?" His face flushed as he started on another cup of sake.

"Perverts," mumbled Cana. She turned to Natsa and her eyes narrowed. "Get on with it and pick."

"Don't rash your decision, though," Mirajane countered. She placed a gentle hand on Natsa's shoulder.

"Pick the cutie," added Evergreen. "Sting."

"Ever. Cana. Mira. Let her decide," ordered Erza. She glared at each of the girls.

Freed came back to the ground. Some sweat around his forehead, "It won't last for long. It will last for another minute."

They gasped, and all of them started talking at once. Natsa couldn't hear, nor understand any of them. It just went pass her head each and every time they talked. The red haired guy sighed at the group's chaos that surrounded the young girl. He stood up from his seat and entered the crowd that surrounded Natsa.

"Which one can't you live without? After this choosing, there is a chance you will never be friends with the other two. So decide, which one do you want to stay in your life?" He stated before others blocked his view from the Dragon Slayer.

"That's why I don't like romance stuff!" she shouted with fumes coming from her ears. She looked over at the guys. Each of them she shared some sort of history with.

Sting. He was only a boy she met least than a year ago. A friend; or a small brother at most. Even though they have only met recently, the lad idolization her since he was young.

Gajeel. She didn't even think of him as a friend until these so-called dates. She thought they had nothing in common, and his heart was made out of metal, until he took care of her while she was sick.

Gray. He always got on her nerves whenever they were around each other, but that was their thing. He was always going to be her opposite no matter what, a different side of her.

Natsa's shoulders deflated. She thought she came to a decision, yet it left her mind as soon as she walked through that door. Her eyes widen and Happy waved his hand in front of her face. "Natsa?" he questioned the girl.

The spell broke over the boys. Gray and Sting hopped up to their feet, while Gajeel stayed in his. The blonde looked around and rubbed his butt; he felt as if someone dropped him. The raven hair looked around the guild, and spotted Natsa. His shirt disappeared as he took a step forward. While Gajeel's form straighten as he tried to avoid looking at the girl as much as possible.

Natsa was frozen.

"What did ya do, Ice Bastard?" Sting snapped at the Ice wizard.

"I didn't do shit!"

Erza blocked their path as they tried to get closer to her. "H-" the blonde stopped talking as soon as he made eye contact with the scarlet haired. He gulped and took a step back.

Gildarts' shoulders slumped. All of this drama was too much for the girl to handle all on her own. "Give her some space, you monkeys!" Everyone watched as he took the girl away from the guild hall. He slammed the door opened and stood out on the porch. Natsa, finally getting back to her senses, looked around to figure out where she was.

In front of her was the sunset. The Fairy Tail Guild towered over all of the other houses and gave a perfect view of the city. It was refreshing out of that cramped guild. She gave a breath of relief. As soon as she stepped into the guild she felt all of their eyes burning holes through her body. All of that pressure to pick someone.

"Just wait out here for a while. I'll get everything downstairs calmed down."

"Why...why did I froze up?" she leaned over the railing without glancing back at the retreating man.

He gave a slight chuckle, "That's the thing. Love does things to people, makes them act strange. Even the blunt brute like yourself has to feel like this. It's only a part of life."

"Hmm..." the sound escaped from her lips as she looked down at the front of the building. "Thanks Gildarts...thanks a lot."

"Don't mention it." He paused, "Unless if you want to reward me or something. Sake will do then."

The end of her lip curled as Gildarts closed the door behind him.

Her shoulders slumped down as she was ashamed of herself. What happened to her choice? She thought she already settled on one of them, but as soon as she was faced with the other two, she just couldn't chose one of them over the other.

"I love you. Just remember that, Pinky."

As soon as she looked at Gajeel's face, that played through her mind. And she was sure it wasn't from her dream, but instead he say it out loud to her. She didn't know when, but those words were filled with sorrow and regret. It kind of felt like he was accepting his fate; like that was his last chance. "Dammit Iron Breath..."

"You called?" Gajeel stepped out from the door onto the porch. He cracked his knuckles as he looked around at the city. "Were you just cursing me or something?"

"Your timing sucks like always." She waited for a rude comment, but it never came. "How did you get up here?"

"Sting and Gray found out about Cana's bets and now everyone down there fightin'." He shrugged his shoulders. He wanted to add, 'It didn't feel right without you bashing Gray's skull in.'

Her eyelids shifted back as she glanced at him. "Bets?"

"Yup. Turns out everyone bet on Ice Freak, with Lighting rod in second place."

Her eyes closed halfway as she looked onto the ground. Gray was the chose she had in mind as soon as she left Gildarts' shack. Since they shared the most history. But if everyone was betting on Gray...she didn't feel like pleasing any of them now. Not after they all hid this from her, as well as placed bets on her choices. "As if I would ever kiss the Ice Bastard," she stated as if persuading Gajeel she never thought of choosing the Ice mage. She looked into the sky, "Gajeel..."

He glanced over at her. For once she was referring to him by name instead of insult.

"Are we friends?"

His mood damped, but he knew this was coming. "If that's what you wanna call it."

"Ah..." she looked down at her hands. Unlike the other two, Gajeel took her out to somewhere she's been wanting to go and took care of her while she was bedridden. 'So Gajeel does care about me...' The two Dragon Slayers shared the same interests unlike the other two.

Even though she knew Gray longer, he chose to take her somewhere where transportation was everywhere. So much for being childhood friends when the other remembered little about her. If it wasn't for the constant fights, she knew little about the other as well. What would he be without his powers? He wouldn't be the Iceblock anymore.

And with Sting, everything just seemed too much like a show. On that dinner date, she felt like she was watching one of Lucy's romance movies; which made her want to vomit. Everything felt so formal, and she was the complete opposite of formal and uptight.

"Why do you like me?"

His face blushed and he looked away from the girl. Even in the end, Natsa found out about his crush; not that shouting out about the bet and telling her the three guys loved her didn't help keep it a secret anyways. He scratched the back of his neck, "You know those scars you get from battle?"

The scar on Natsa's neck and on her stomach tingled.

He raised his palm out and went on. At first, it sounded awkward as each word left his lips, until he got sucked up into talking about it that it sounded casual in a way. "Well, it's kinda like that. At first it's friggin' annoying as hell, plus it's a pain in the ass. And then you start thinking it's badass and get used to it. It's a part of you, and like...well, you would miss if it disappears." His eyes widen as he understood what he just said and tried to wave it off, "Something like that."

"Because I'm badass?" Out of the whole speech, she only heard one single thing.

He imminently shook his head and gazed into her deep chocolate eyes; he felt like he was being pulled into her gaze. "A scar is badass. But you are..." He couldn't find the right word. Instead he could only leaned in.

Their lips made contact with each other.

Natsa didn't dare to pull back while Gajeel leaned his lips away from hers. The two blushed and turned their heads away from each other. He shook his head once more. "I shouldn't have done that." He pulled himself from the railing and turned around.

He would have walked out, but Natsa's voice stopped him. "Gajeel, I do remember."

"Remember?" he repeated. His stopped walking and stood there. his head didn't turn around as Natsa stood up from the railings. And then he remembered his fragile attempt of confessing to the Pinky hair. Even though he asked the girl to remember that, he hoped that was the last thing she would.

"I've decided." She crossed her arms, "I chose you."

He knew imminently it was a prank, because it sounded too good to be true. "Stop playing around, Pinky, and go ahead and pick Wallet or Icicle."

"I say I chose you."

"Then get your head checked," he waved it off, "No one else heard yet so you can stil-"

She pounded her fist into the railing and shouted, "I CHOSE GAJEEL!"

His eyes opened wide and he turned around to face the flaming pink haired. She actually meant it. It wasn't some sick prank.

...

"It looks like Natsa finally decided," Gildarts grinned.

Gray slammed Sting's face onto the ground. During his fight with all in the guild, he didn't even notice Gajeel disappearing. "When did that bastard leave?!" He cracked his knuckles, if he knew one thing, it was that bastard needed a smack down.

"Really, that guy?" Ever questioned out loud.

"It's Natsa." Erza lifted her shoulder, "Everything she does will surprise you."

Levy looked down at the ground. Even if it sounded wrong, but she thought she would be the one comforting Gajeel. Not that she thought he would lose, but he had a slimmer chance than if it was only two people completing. At least Gajeel ended up with the person he liked. Two hands appeared on her shoulders. She glanced back to see Droy and Jet staying close by.

Lilly folded his arms and looked at the blue cat. "I request my fish tomorrow morning."

Happy's shoulders slumped and he looked up at the ceiling. "Do I have too?" The other cat nodded.

Before the two love rivals could get to the second floor, Laxus marched in and looked around the guild. His gaze halted when those two came into view.

"Crap..." muttered Sting.

Gray threw his pants at Laxus and tried to run for it. The blonde only took a hold of the pants and utterly destroyed them. The Lighting Dragon Slayer disappeared and reappeared right in front of the retreating Ice mage.

Sting gulped as he stood there on the first step.

...

Gajeel lay his legs over the rock edge and positioned his fishing rod into the murky lake. He has only been here for a five minutes, yet he was already getting bored. He glanced over at his other companion, who just sat there idly with her own fishing rod in the water. She wore a small grin as she waited for the fish to bite at her bait. Which led Gajeel to a question. "How the hell are you so calm?"

"What?" she narrowed her eyes at his question.

"I just never seen you so still for longer than a friggin' minute."

"How the heck am I suppose to catch fish if I'm not?"

This was a question he always asked himself about the pink haired girl. He always imagine her hopping around the lake, or even getting in the water and grabbing the fish with her own two hands. But instead she was sitting there normally with a rod in her hands. The tip of her pole jerked and she jerked her pole backwards. "Feels like a huge one!" she exclaimed as she started reeling in the catch.

As soon as she gotten it to the edge, the hook snapped and her catch was gone. She puffed out her cheeks before grabbing another hook from her bag. "You're not getting away yet!" she shouted.

"So much for being calm.." Gajeel smirked.

Bonus: End

First off, I actually like this ending better than Gray's. Heck, I was already leaning towards Gajeel throughout the story (taking her to her favorite places, taking care of her while she's sick, telling her that he loved her, wanted to be more than rivals). So, this is what would have happened if Natsa had second thoughts coming into the guild. As for Sting's chapter...the only way I can see him winning is if *****.

And yeah, I know I say I wasn't going to do this...but you guys should know better. Giving my word is like coloring with a white color pencil. I may have colored/said it, but it's still uncolored.
