The bell rang I closed my locker. Finally school's over!
And I just can't take it anymore or my ears the rumors are spreading fast that there is going to be a new student in the middle of the sem. And the student to be specific it's my innocent Natsu! Innocent! Ugh since when did I start saying 'My' Mira must've rubbed of me ugh.
Those girls thinking lewd things about Natsu like that he is innocent!
"So rumors are already spreading…" I groaned as I sighed and leaned my forehead on the locker.
Geez please people don't think of innocent Natsu a bad boy…
He is innocent, shy and honest pinky…

Thinking about him going to school with me… Urrrghhh!
It just makes me feel a lot of emotions worried and scared for Natsu cause yeah this is school and high school in fact this is no child's play I tell you! NO!
I sighed once again.

"Lucy?" I turned my self around lazily as I heard my name.
"Hmm?" Suddenly my eyes got wide.
"Hi-Hibiki!" I squeaked and closed my locker in impulse and leaned my back against the locker suddenly surprised at his presence. It's really been a while since we talk. Yeah talk. We just usually nod and acknowledge each others presence in school casually with no hint of awkwardness. I think?

"Hey" He started softly making my heart went soft. I do miss him. No point in denying that.
"I was just about to go home and ran into you, are you alright? You seem tired. Academics wearing you off? Need help?" He asked gently as he looked at me with his face Mr. Concern written all over it.
You have no idea! How tired I am this past month!
Oh, Hibiki you never change your such a Mr. Perfect nice, smart, caring, handsome and everything…

"I'm fine, Just tired and it's fine I'll keep in mind that if I am indeed struggling with my some of my subjects I will do call you." I answered with a half smile.
He then smiled and nodded.
"Walk you home?" He asked me.
I was confused.
Huh? Walk me home? Well that's a first since we broke up.
He saw my confused looked.
"It's ok I mean I just saw you and I too was about to go home and~" He started stuttering as his face flushed. OK this is so unlike him. Loosing his cool.
I giggled and placed my hands on his collar fixing it making me paused at my actions halfway through making him flushed. Cause' I always do this to him it became a habit.
"I'm sorry, Old habits never die I guess…" I said smiling and put my hand down and walked forward and gave him the let's go look.
"Oh, Lucy." He chuckled and followed me along.
Nothing bad right he's just going to walk me home no big deal like a good friend besides we already broke up and I am positively sure and sure that I have no more feelings for him after a month has passed already.

There was really no awkwardness or whatso ever happen during the walk instead we talk about school of course how it stress us and of course we also talk about out friends and laugh as we discuss something funny. It's all cool.
I have to admit. I miss talking to him but yeah maybe being with him like this is better.

Our conversation was put to a halt as we are now in front of my doorstep.
"Well this is my stop thanks for walking me home and it was nice talking to you again see you tomorrow Hibiki" I said giving him a smile and grabbed my door knob and twist it opened and suddenly my back was pulled into a warm hug.
"Hi-Hibiki?" I blushed for the first time as we once again had a physical contact.
"Lucy…" He whispered he sounded so sad so needy so desperate.
My mind wants to move out of his hug but my body just wont listen.
He then buried his face on top of my head.
"I miss you…" He whispered.
My heart suddenly skipped a beat.
"I…" I started as I felt my heart thumping so hard through my chest.
"I miss you too…" I said honestly. I would be lying if I said no.
He turned around to face me as he saw my flushed face and leaned closer our foreheads touching.
"Do you still love me? Do you still have feelings for me?" He whispered so desperately as I felt his breathe so close to mine.
I closed my eyes.
Suddenly Natsu flashed onto my mind and I suddenly pushed him away from me. I just don't know what came over me. My actions were all impulse and quick.
"I-I'm sorry I" I started as I panted.
"No, It's my fault Lucy I'm sorry…" He said turning around.
"No, wait I! Hibiki I want to be honest with you…" I said as I saw him stopped his tracks.
"I don't feel the same way about you anymore… I'm sorry… I just I loved you yes and I still do really miss you and all but things are not just the same anymore and I still do love you in a different way but you will always be special to me you know." I said honestly as I started rambling out and I just heard him chuckled.
"Lucy, It's fine alright? Friends?" He said glancing back at me and a smile started curving my lips as I nodded.
"Friends!" I said happily and bear hugged him as we both laughed.
It's better this way. I smiled.

I once again grabbed my doorknob and once again sure Natsu is waiting for me…

I then twisted the knob and got inside and looked left and right and I sighed as I saw him asleep on the couch with a bunch of books and papers around him I smiled as he had a book opened on top of his head another lazily hanging on his hand about to fall on his loose grip.
He must be really trying hard to learn.
I went over him and removed the book and fixed all the scattered paper around the living room once it was done I started fixing us some snacks on the kitchen.
"Ru-Rushy~?" He moaned as he slowly scrunched up and opened his eyes as he felt her presence inside the house and sniffed and smiled as he smelt the scent of food.
He then suddenly bolted up and raced towards the kitchen.
"Luuushiii!~" He jumped and hugged me from behind making me squeaked.
"Natsu!" I patted his head as a greeting and pushed him away from me.
I have to stop patting him. I looked like I'm treating him as a pet or whatso but what the heck blame his soft silky locks it really feels good as his rosy pink locks glides in my fingers. It has becoming to be my weird fetish.
Ew~ Lucy.
You weirdo.
Mavis sake Natsu calm down and I can't help but smile as I always come home to have Natsu waiting patiently for me as he get all excited and happy with me around.
"Now sit on the table I'm fixing our snacks…" I said trying to get out of his bear hug.
"Buttt~ Lusshii I miss you~" He said whining.
"Natsu remember the talk we had?" I said warning him.
I wish he was still asleep…
He nodded.
"But still I didn't see you for many hours" He argued back and buried his face on my head snuggling.
I rolled my eyes geez… Natsu you stubborn pinky. Started to regret teaching him how to speak as he argues back to every remark I made of him invading my space bubble.
"Lucy?" His voice muffled.
"Hmm?" I started wait did I just hear Natsu growled? Nah I must be imagining and hearing things.
"Why do you smell different?" He asked curious. Oh here goes the endless questions again.
My brows squinted. Why do I smell bad? Or what? I was sure that I showered this morning thank you very much.
"Why something wrong do I smell bad Natsu?" I asked as I wrenched myself free from his grasp as I went to the living room wanting to have our snacks there I sat the food on the table as I sniffed my arms and hair and turned around to face him.
"No…" He leaned in closer and sniffed the side of my cheek making me blush.
Wah! Natsu stop smelling me like some animal you are.
"Then what?" I said leaning back away from him but he went to my side and buried his face on my neck.
"wi dun wike it~" He said voiced muffled through my neck making me giggle at the contact.
"What?" I said pushing him back.
"Don't like it" He said eyes squinting as he snorted and crossed his arms.
"Rude, I showered this morning." I said flicking his forehead.
"Shower again, you smell ugh~" He said pouting and flicked my forehead back.
"Why you little!~" I said as he showed his bratty attitude and grabbed his face and turned them facing me while squishing it.
"Wash~? (What?" He said as I squished his cheeks a little harder his lips puckering.
"You, Natsu. You are going to be a pain in my ass" I said smiling as I giggled a little as gave him a hard squish and let go of his face and I grabbed my snack and suddenly he grabbed my cheeks making me eep in impulse as he puffed my face making my lips pucker.
"Nashuu!~" I whined glaring at him.
"Russshy~" He smiled as pecked me on the lips and let go of my now blushing face and eat his snacks as I was blushing madly as my pointer finger felt my lips.
'Oh, Natsu' I thought smiling as stared at him eating in joy.
