The alarm clock buzzed…the senior inspector sat on the bed straight…he swithed the machine off and got out of the bed…he switched the lights on...it was showing 2 a.m. Though he just woke up, he was looking fresh…the excitement within him made him look so…he quickly got ready and left the house after locking it…he went to another home and knocked the door…
As soon as the door was opened, Abhi bombarded him with: Tayar ho Freddy…
Freddy: Haan sir…tayar hu...(Abhi entered the house)…aur baaki sab bhi tayar hai…
Abhi: Good…
They entered inside and Abhi noticed everyone sitting there ready for some task…
Abhi: Freddy, jo maine kaha tha wo bata diya hai na tumne inko…
Freddy: Haan sir...maine inko ACP sir ki kidnapping ke baare me brief ker diya hai…(Abhi looked at him and he assured him with eyes that he had not mentioned its link to Daya's case to them…)
Abhi: Theek hai…(turning to all)…tum sab ko koi doubt hai jitna Freddy ne bataya hai usme…

Sachin: Par sir aapne hume iss baare me pehle kyu nahi bataya…hum bhi apki help ker sakte the…

Everyone was feeling a new change in their senior today…after Daya was arrested, he used to be very gloomy and didn't talk much…but today, it seemed that the old Abhijeet is back…He ordered everyone to move…they did so…Abhi stood there for a while…Freddy came up to him and said softly: Sir…aap chinta mat kariye sab theek ho jayega aaj…
Abhi(looking at him): Haan Freddy…aisa hona hi hoga…maine wada kiya hai khud se ki kuch bhi ho jaye par aaj sab kuch solve karke hi rahunga…
Freddy: Haan sir…aur dekhna sir ab sab kuch pehle jaisa ho jayega…
Abhi(sadly): Pata nahi Freddy…I hope ki aisa ho paye…(saying so he immediately left the house and sat in the car…after a minute Freddy also came and they left for the mission…)
Abhi laid the whole plan before the team…he cleared every single point of their task so as to assure zero percent chances for any blunder…he distributed their jobs…and again clarified the entrance and exit points…the possible bunkers and hiding points and possible positions of the gang members…and most importantly, how they will save ACP sir and catch the mastermind…after half an hour they reached a bunglow…they parked the car at a safe distance and got out of it…everyone surrounded Abhijeet…Abhi looked at the bunglow and then commanded the team still looking at the bunglow…
Abhi: Saara plan clear hai…
All: Yes sir…
Abhi: Sabko apna role pata hai na…kisi ko koi doubt…
All: No sir…
Abhi(to Rajat): Ek team ko to mai lead ker raha hu aur doosri ko tum…to tumhe har kadam pe sabse jyada saawdhaan rehna parega…koi bhi emergency ho ya unexpected situations saamne aye to decision tumhe lena hai…(Rajat nodded…Abhi to others of team 2)…aur tum sab ki taraf se pura cooperation hona chahiye Rajat ko…(Everyone assured him)…
Abhi: Good…abb maine jo sketch send kiya tha use last time dekh lo…(all took out their mobiles and reviewed the map while Abhijeet continued with his instructions)…inke har adde pe hume mobile detectors mile hai…and I'm sure yaha bhi inhone aisa kuch intezaam zaroor kiya hoga…isliye apne apne mobiles switch off ker do…(all did so)… hum ek doosre se koi contact nahi rakh payenge…isiliye humara ek doosre se coordination bahut zaroori hai…tum sab ko apne sath sath ek doosre ke positions bhi pata hai…koi unnecessary actions nahi liye jayenge humari taraf se...jab tak zaroorat na ho tab tak koshish karna ki guns bhi use na kerni pade…gunshots se baaki log alert ho jayenge…Humari ek galti bhi hum par bahut bhari pad sakti hai…so be carefull and good luck...(all nodded)…now move…
Half of the team moved one by one-taking cover of different things…Abhijeet kept an eye on them to ensure safe entrance of theirs…after everybody moved inside the premises of the bunglow from different sides of it, Abhijeet turned to the other half of the team and gestured them to follow him…they went to the back of the bunglow and entered the premises with caution…Abhijeet's information of low man-power proved to be right…there were only a few men outside the bunglow who were knocked down by the team with great ease…
Abhi(to his team): Bahar kam log hai…matlab andar ki security tight hai…aur ye bunglow bhi bahut bada nahi hai…matlab dense security hai…koi baat nahi…baakiyo ko bhi dekh lenge…chalo…
The two teams of CID moved inside the bunglow by two different ways…taking care of the men who dared to come in there way…
Rajat's team entered through windows and back-doors but left the main door as according to Abhijeet's information there was the highest security…all of them hid them at their entrance points only and noted the positions of the men there...they discussed that in sign language and then carefully moved inside the house…
On the other hand, Abhijeet's team reached the backyard and hid themselves behind a wall…Abhi found a window and peeped inside…just then he noticed a man inside crossing the window and he ducked…
Abhi(in low voice to others): Servant's quarter raha hoga shayad yeh per jyada bhi chota nahi hai…Andar kafi log hai…kareeb 10-15 to hai hi…in sabke hiding points kafi ache hai…safe cover mil jayega inhe… hume sawdhaan rehna hoga…tum sab log inko sambhalo tab tak mai aur Sachin apna asli kaam kerte hai…theek hai…(they nodded)…
Now, Except Abhijeet and Sachin, all others moved inside the in a way that all the exit points are blocked…and they attacked on them…they were still avoiding use of arms…but when the goons took their guns out, they also did the same and firind started…the CID team was able to take down 5-6 people due to the sudden attack…they took their positions to get a good cover so that they can protect themselves from the bullets of the other party…they were not trying to kill anyone…they were only engaging them so that the real task could be done…
At the same time, Abhijeet and Sachin entered there from the backside…there were no goons present as they all went to deal the CID who attacked them from the front side…Abhi went ahead and Sachin followed him…he looked at the place from the kitchen door and signalled Sachin that the way is clear...they moved from there towards a staircase and moved upwards…as soon as they reached the last stair they hid themselves behind a pillar because the goons were also present there who were still busy fighting the CID team…Abhi looked down and signalled others of his team that they have reached there…the team very cleverly came a bit ahead to fire them but there bullets were over…the goons relaxed seeing that and the firing stopped for a while as the CID team put there empty guns down and surrendered with tensed faces…the goons also came out of their hiding points and surrounded them…Abhi and Sachin used this time to escape and they again began their search…they looked at any possible door behind which they could find something useful but they didn't…they were getting impatient now…they meet at a point…
Abhi: Aisi to koi jagah nahi lag rahi jaha ACP sir ko chupa ke rakha gaya ho…us taraf sirf ek hi darwaza hai…
Sachin: Haan sir…rooms bhi to jyada nahi hai yaha phir bhi…bas do hi to darwaze hai iss taraf…unme se bhi ek ko dekhkar lagta hai ki saalo se band hai…waha to kuch nahi mil sakta…
Abhi: Kya…aisa koi darwaza hai…
Sachin(confused): Haan sir per waha kya milega..?
Abhi: Kaha hai wo room.?(Sachin showed him the way and he immediately moved towards it and tried to open that door..)…jis cheez pe shak na ho, uspar to zaroor shak kerna chahiye…(and the door opened after applying a few Abhijeet Special Tricks…he turned to Sachin and)…dekha…
They entered inside…it was completely dark…they took their mobiles out and switched on the torches…now something was visible…
Abhi: Itna kachra bhara hua hai room me…per aisa lag nahi raha ki yaha sir ko rakha gaya hoga…
Sachin: Sir…ab kya kare…
Abhi: Aur koi jagah to hai nahi…ho na ho yahi kuch na kuch milega…dekho zara dhyaan se…
They started searching for some hint about ACP sir's presence…suddenly Sachin called out…Abhi came to him…
Abhi: Kya hua Sachin…kuch mila…
Sachin: Haan sir…aapne theek kaha tha…yaha koi to aya tha…yeh dekhiye (he showed him some footprints, which were easily visible on the dust-covered floor…)
Abhi: Ye footprints darwaze se yaha tak aate hai aur yahi pe khatam ho jaate hai…(confused..)par yaha par to kuch bhi nahi hai…ye kya chakkar hai…
He searched here and there near those footprints but found nothing useful…then suddenly his torch light fell on the roof by mistake and something caught his eyes…
Abhi: Sachin…wo dekho…(he pointed upwards…)
Here, on the other side when the goons surrounded the CID team suddenly, a few rounds of fires took place and all the goons were dead, on the spot…The CID tea looked at the place from where the bullets came and found Rajat and others standing there…
Freddy(to Rajat's team): Bilkul sahi waqt pe aye hai aap log…
Rajat smiled and said: Wo to aana hi tha…waha to koi bacha nahi to bore ho rahe the…(they shared a laughter and then Rajat added)…Freddy, yaha sab kuch theek hai na…
Freddy: Haan sir…saare gunday bhi mare gaye aur humari to bullets bhi bach gayi…
Rajat: Hm… Abhijeet sir ka bullets khatam hone ka naatak kaam ker gaya…
Freddy: Kerna hi tha…akhirkaar Abhijeet sir ka plan jo tha…
Rajat: Haan ye to hai…acha chalo apne chief guest ke swagat ki tayari bhi to kerni hai na…aata hi hoga wo bhi…4 baj chuke hai…Abhijeet sir ne kaha tha ki wo har Friday 4:30 baje yaha aata hai…
Freddy: Haan sir chaliye…Abhijeet sir aur Sachin ACP sir ko dhoond rahe hai…
Rajat: Nikhil, Shreya…in sab ko check karo koi zinda hai kya…agar koi zinda hai to first aid do…abhi bahar nahi bhej sakte…
After leaving them to handle the goons, rest of the team left to the bunglow's terrace and kept an eye on the surroundings and the entrance gate where two of their own men were standing…
On Abhijeet's side,
Sachin: Sir…ye to…aapko lagta hai yaha kuch milega…
Abhi: Umeed to hai…dekhte hai...ek kaam karo…tum jaker bahar nazer rakho…waise to goliyo ki awaaz se lag raha hai ki humari team ne apna kaam ker diya hai per phir bhi…tum yahi raho…ager koi garbar lage to mujhe awaaz dena…mai upar jaker dekhta hu…
Sachin: Yes sir…(saying so he went and stood near the door..)
Abhijeet dragged a table from a corner and placed it attached to one of the wall…there was an attic a few meters from the ground…he stood on the table and tried to climb onto the attic…after a few tries, he was successful in doing so…he crawled inside and searched for any clue about ACP sir's presence…he found a few blood drops there and this made him sure that his search would end there…suddenly his eyes fell on a broken bamboo support…a human figure could be seen near it…but nothing was clear due to darkness…he neared to that human figure…the bamboo was lying on the man…it had some blood stains that showed that the man must have tried to take support from that broken bamboo to stand up but failed due to weekness and the bamboo must have fell above him…Abhijeet carefully removed the bamboo from above the man's body…He had already guessed who it must be…a part of him wanted his guess to go right so that he gets him back but still he didn't want to see him in such a condition…he slowly turned the man to his side…and tears made their way out as soon as he saw that face…that man in that condition…he tried to call him but he choked…he softly patted his cheeks to wake him up but got no response…he again patted his cheeks and managed to call him this time…
Abhi(in a meek voice): Sir…(he again patted him)…sir…(he took his hand in his and rubbed it to give him some warmth while continuously calling him to take him into consciousness)…sir uthiye na…sir…
He saw him coming into consciousness…he kept on calling him…slowly, he opened his eyes…he looked at the person who was still calling him with pure love and respect…unknowingly tear flowed out of both the eyes…ACP moved his hand towards Abhi's face and wiped his tears…a smile came on his lips which showed happiness, sadness, fear, everything…
ACP(in week voice): Abhi…Abhijeet…
Abhi(concerned): Ha…haan sir…
ACP: I…I'm so..sorry...
Abhi(again tears came in his eyes): Sir…ye…aap please…(he was not able to speak properly due to tears)…sir hum…hum abhi bahar chalte hai sir…
Abhi helped him to sit and tied his hankerchief on a deep wound on the elbow…he then guided him to the opening of the attic…and then called Sachin for help…with Sachin's and Abhijeet's help, ACP came down from there…
Abhi: Sachin…tum ACP sir ke sath raho…mai baaki team ko dekhta hu…aaj wo bachke nahi jayega…
ACP: Nahi Abhijeet…mai bhi chalunga tum logo ke sath…
Abhi: Nahi sir…aap yahi rahiye…aapko chot lagi hai…bas thori hi der ki baat to hai na…mai sambhal lunga…
ACP: Mujhe pata hai kit um sambhal loge…par phir bhi..mai sath chalunga…aur chinta mut karo mai blkul theek hu…(Abhi got it clearly from his face that he was feeling pain…)
Abhi: Sir aap kahi nahi ja rahe hai bas…
ACP(trying to protest): Abh…
Abhi(cut him): Please sir…(though he was requesting but his voice was more like threatening…but it worked and ACP became silent…Abhi said to Sachin in tough tone)…Sachin, umeed kerta hu tumhe aaj mujhse daat nahi paregi…(he looked at ACP and clarified what he meant)…
Sachin: Yes sir…(with this Abhijeet moved out and Sachin even after after hundred tries couldn't control a broad smile…ACP noticed that…)
ACP(angrily to him): Has kyu rahe ho haan…itni hasi kis baat pe aa rahi hai…
Sachin(trying to hide his smile): Kuch nahi sir bas…aise hi…(and he turned to other side and again a smile broke on his lips…ACP nodded disappointedly and sat on the table which Abhi placed below the attic…he looked at the door from where Abhi went out and a smile crept his lips too…)…
Here, Abhi went downstairs and noticed Shreya and Nikhil standing there…he went near to him and was about to ask something but Shreya was much quicker this time…
Shreya: Sir…ACP sir mile…(Abhi nodded in yes)
Nikhil: Sir wo theek hai na…
Abhi: Haan…wo theek hai…Sachin hai unke sath…
Shreya: Thank god…
Abhi; Koi zinda hai…(pointing to the goons)…
Nikhil: Nahi sir…hum dono ne check kiya per sab ke sab mar chuke hai…
Abhi: Hm…Baaki team kaha hai…
Nikhil: Sir… Rajat sir ke sath bunglow me hai…
Abhi: Chalo hum bhi chalte hai…
They also moved where the rest of the team was…as soon as they reached there he was again asked about ACP sir…after satisfying everyone, he asked about the current situations…Rajat briefed him as…
Rajat: Sir saare gunday maare ja chuke hai…sirf do zinda hai par ghayal hone ki wajah se behosh hai…beech me kuch der ke liye unme se ek ko hosh aya tha to usne hume bataya ki unka boss yaha 4:30 baje aata hai…
Abhi: Matlab humari information sahi thi…
Rajat: Yes sir…aur abhi 4:30 baj chuke hai…to wo kabhi bhi aata hoga…main gate per bhi humne apne aadmiyo ko hi khara ker diya hai…aur baaki jagaho per bhi police wale hi khare hai…
Abhi: Good…ab bas uske aane ka intezaar hai…
After another 5 minutes, a car approached the gate…everybody hid themselves and a few of them wore gonn's dress and masks and took their positions…the gate was opened by two masked men who were actually cops…the car came to a halt and another man came and opened the car door…a man came out of the car and the driver took the car away… Abhi recognised the man at once…his eyes caught fire seeing him…it was the same man who was doing all this…
The man moved inside the bunglow and sat on the couch...
Man(to a man): Aye…uss ACP ka haal hai…zinda hai kya abhi tak…(there was no reply)…arre kuch bolta kyu nahi hai tu…saap sungh gaya kya…(saying so he left the place and moved upstairs)…choro…mai khud hi zara ye haseen nazaare dekh ke aata hu…(he went to a room and opened the door…it looked like a monitor room...two men were sitting on chairs but their faces was turned towards the window…seeing this the boss came in anger)…arre tum logo ko kya yaha bahar ke nazaare dekhne ke liye rakha hai maine…is ke liye paise deta hu kya mai tum logo ko haan…
He went to the men and turned one of the chair in extreme anger but in result the man sitting on it fell on the floor…he checked him and found him dead…he with fast steps went to the second man and found him to be dead too…he was shocked…just then he heard a voice…
Voice: Kya baat hai Alok ji…kuch pareshani hai kya…
He looked at that direction and found Abhijeet standing at the door…he got scared and understood that he was stuck now…but he still tried to save himself…
Alok: Raghu…Rocky…Chintu…
Abhi: Arre arre Alok ji…aap to bekar hi itni mehnat kar rahe hai…mai madad ker deta hu apki…(and he called him in Alok's style)…Rajat…Nikhil…Freddy…
The three appeared there with smiling faces and encircled Alok…his face turned pale…
Freddy: Kahiye sir kya kerna hai…
Abhi: Wo…Alok ji apne aadmiyo ko bula rahe the…par kya kare…wo to ab hai nahi…to maine socha kit um logo ko hi bula lu inki madad kerne ke liye…
Alok(scared but not showing it): Nahi rahe matlab…
Abhi: Matlab watlab choro na…ab jo nahi hai unke baare me baat kerke kya fayeda…baat kerni hi hai to humse kariye na…(in anger)Rajat…lekar chalo ise…
They took Alok to bureau…ACP sir also present there after dressing done…
At bureau…
Abhijeet came out of the interrogation room and stood near the central table…Freddy and Sachin immediately went inside and brought Alok out and made him sit on the chair…everyone surrounded him…
Abhi: Sir…ye hume kuch batana chah raha tha…
Rajat: Bolo…kyu kiya tumne ye sab…kya mila tumhe ACP sir ko kidnap kerke…
Alok: Mujhe jo milna tha wo mil gaya…ACP ko kidnap kern eke peeche sirf itna hi maksad tha ki iss Abhijeet ka shak uspar jaye…
Everyone looked at Abhijeet in confusion, as they didn't know anything about the man's relation to Daya's case…they were only told that this man had kidnapped ACP…
Rajat: Shak…kaisa shak…
Abhi(in between): Wo accident tumne hi kerwaya tha na…taaki tum wo chemicals chura sako…
Alok: Haan…maine hi churaya tha…mera to dono taraf se fayeda tha…wo chemicals maine smuggle ker diye…aur iss sab natak ke chalte sab ka dhyaan mere upar se bhi hat jata…maine socha tha ki jab tak tum log is accident aur chori ke case ko solve kerne me lage rahoge tab tak mai apna doosra kaam ker lunga…
Freddy: Doosra kaam matlab…un chemicals ko smuggle kerne ka kaam…
Abhi: Nahi Freddy…doosra kaam matlab mujhe marwane ka kaam…Daya ke hatho…
Rajat: KYA…?
Everyone was shocked except Freddy as Abhi told everything to him…
ACP: Abhijeet…ye kya keh rahe ho tum…Daya iss case me kaha se aa gaya…
Abhi(not looking at him): Iss case me shuru se Daya hi to tha…(looking at everyone in anger)..bas koi dekhna nahi chahta tha…(everyone hung their heads in guilt)...ye aadmi Alok bankar ek company ka maalik ban gaya…uss company ke asli malik ka khoon kerwa diya aur use car accident ka roop de diya…phir wo sab chori ka natak kiya taki humara dhyaan bhatak jaye aur ise apne asli plan ke liye time mil sake…pehle doosre gangs ke liye kaam kerne wala Jagga ab apni gang banane laga…
Sachin: Jagga..?
Abhi: Haan, iska asli naam Jagga hai…isne apni identity change ker li taki hume shak ho to bhi Alok pe ho aur Jagga araam se bach ke nikal jaye…hai na…
Alok: Haan…yahi chahta tha mai…aur mai kamiyaab bhi ho jata…ager uss din ye mar jata (ponting to Abhijeet)…pura plan set tha…sab kuch meri marzi ke hisaab se hi chal raha tha per pata nahi ye kaha se aa gaya aur mera bana banaya khel bigad diya…

Flashback…
After knowing about their hideout, Abhijeet and Daya with the team reached there…
They tried to enter without their knowledge but that seemed to be impossible as the goons were present in large number…so only one option was left…and they did that…they entered inside killing all the goons who came in their way…finally when they reached inside the main adda, they were spotted by the armed goons and firing took place…after a long fight, they were successful in killing all the goons…after that CID team along with Abhijeet and Daya came out…
Abhi: Dekho koi bacha hai kya…bacha ho to hospital shift karo…(others left and Abhi said to Daya)…Daya…hum dekhte hai yaha koi aur suraag milta hai kya…un logo ko yahi pe kidnap kerke rakha hoga…
They started searching the place and found the businessman's family unconscious in a dark room…they called their team and they took them out…now everybody was busy in their job…Abhijeet and Daya came out of that room and went to the place where the shootout took place...Daya was searching for any clue left there…and Abhi was talking over the phone to inform about the latest…while all this, two of the goons stood up…Abhijeet didn't see them as one of them was hiding and he was in front of him and the other was behind him at some distance…the goon who was hiding aimed a gun at him…Daya saw that man aiming at Abhijeet…he understood that he can not shoot the man because he had a good cover of a pillar…he without thinking anything ran towards Abhi…he held him by his shoulders and ducked with him…but the bullet was shot and it hit the other goon who was standing behind Abhijeet…

Alok(crying and angry): Wo aadmi jise goli lagi koi aur nahi mera bhai tha…bhai…mere hi hatho mere bhai ki maut ho gayi…mera sab kuch tha mera bhai…par hua kya…use maut bhi mere hi hatho mili...sirf in dono ki wajah se…sirf aur sirf inki wajah se…(he removed his tears harshly)…baas usi diin maine soch liya tha…ki jis din bahar aunga…in dono se apne bhai ki maut ka badla zaroor lunga…aur iss Abhijeet ki maut bhi waise hi hogi jaise mere bhai ki maut hui…

Alok: Mere aadmi ne nahi…maine…maine chalayi thi wo goli tumpar…
ACP: Doosri goli…ab ye kya chakkar hai Abhijeet…
Abhi: Sir…Daya ne mujh par us din goli chalayi thi…par sirf ek hi goli chalayi thi…paar jab mujhe hospital lekar gaye tab meri body me do goliya mili thi…wo doosri goli…jisse meri jaan ko khtra tha…wo iss ne chalayi thi..(pointing to Alok)…
Alok(said in between): Haan…maine hi chalayi thi…mai uss din wahi tha…Daya ka peecha kar raha tha mai…jab tum behosh ho gaye aur Daya ghar se nikal gaya tab mai aya aur tumhe wo goli mari thi…mai nahi chahta tha ki kisi bhi keemet par tum bacho…
Abhi: Kya fayeda…bach to maai phir bhi gaya…
Alok: Koi baat nahi…mai tumhe maar nahi paya to kya hua…kam se kam mujhe humesha is baat ka sukoon rahega ki meri wajah se tumhare hi dost ne tumpar goli chalyi(and he started laughing…)…ek doosre ke dushman ban gaye…aur tumhari jaan lene ki koshish ki jurm me aaj wo jail ke salankho ke peeche hai..(and he started laughing more)…
With each and every word of his, Abhijeet's anger was increasing but still he was trying to control over himself…ACP saw him like that…he himself was feeling angry on him…
ACP(in anger): Le jao ise yaha se…
Nikhil and Sachin came and dragged him away from there but all the way he was laughing and saying so many things about Daya, which was raising everyones', anger...Abhijeet hardly hit his hand on the table in anger…ACP came and patted his shoulder…he stood up and went to his desk...ACP was surprised as he didn't say anything regarding bringing Daya back…
ACP: Abhijeet…(Abhi looked at him)…tum…Daya ko lene nahi chaloge mere sath…
Abhi felt so happy after listening that but again sadness covered his mind after thinking what happened earlier…
Abhi(sad): Sir…mai uski aur insult…sorry sir…par mai nahi dekh sakta ab…
ACP(softly): Ye kya keh rahe ho tum…acha dekho…pehle use lekar aate hai…phir hum baat kare…please…
Abhi looked at him for a moment and then nodded slightly…ACP smiled a bit and then both moved towards Daya's cell…
They reached there…ACP was moving ahead and Abhi was silently following him…he had come here before but this time it was a very different feeling…ACP went ahead and opened the door which led to the cell…he switched the lights on which were off as it was early morning…with this Daya, who was alreary awaken moved his head towards the lights and then at the man who switched them on…he kept looking at him for a while and then stood up…he then he noticed Abhijeet standing behind him and looking at him with teary eyes…though he had tears, but he was looking happy…ACP also had tears…ACP moved forward…
ACP: Daya…(he called him with the old loving voice which always soothed him a lot…Daya looked at him and his eyes filled with water…)…beta chalo…chalo yaha se…(he unlocked the iron door and stepped inside…)
Daya was unable to understand anything at the moment…he looked at Abhi who gave him a nod but Daya was still standing there looking at him…ACP came and kept a sot hand on his arm…
ACP: Daya…I'm sorry…job hi hua…uske liye…I'm really…
Daya(cut him): Sir…(ACP was so happy to listen a word from him)…Sir please aap aisa mat boliye…
ACP: Theek hai…nahi bolta…par umeed kerta hu ki maine job hi kiya uske liye tum mujhe maaf…
Daya(again cut him): Sir please…aap iske liye please maafi mat mangiye…job hi hua anjane me hua…bhool jayiye sir…
Abhi looked at him and smiled sadly thinking how easily he was saying to forget all that…he turned to other side to hide his tears…but both ACP and Daya noticed that…they looked at each other and moved out of the cell…Daya went to him
Daya: Boss…(Abhi cleared his eyes and looked at him…)..kya ho gaya…hmm…case solve kerte kerte thak gaye kya…
Abhi(sad): Haan yaar…thak gaya hu…
ACP and Daya understood his meaning…
Daya: Koi baat nahi yaar…tumhe apne hath se khana bana ke khilaunga na to saari thakawat door ho jayegi…dekhna tum…(Abhi smiled…Daya smiled back)
ACP: Kyu Daya…sirf apne dost ko hi khilaoge…aur mai…
Daya(embarresed):Arre sir…aap sab ko bulaunga mai…(naughtily…)Abhijeet ko to mai pehle se isiliye bata raha tha taki wo koi aur plan na bana le kisi aur ke sath…
Abhi(threatening): Dayaaa…
ACP and Daya burst out laughing seeing his face and ACP held Daya by his arm and took him out of that room still laughing at Abhijeet…Abhi looked at them going and smiled…he looked at the clock hanging there…5 a.m….it said…
Abhi(slowly): Kaha than a Daya…sirf 5 ghante aur…(and he too followed them…)…
In Bureau…
ACP entered the bureau followed by Abhijeet and Daya…everybody was already looking at the door and as they entered, they almost ran towards them…ACP stood besides Daya and Abhijeet stood at the entrance only watching them all…
Freddy(very happy): Sir…aaj apko wapas bureau me dekhke itna acha lag raha hai na ki mai bata nahi sakta…
Nikhil(teary but happy): Haan sir…uss din aapko uss tarah se dekh ke mai to darr hi gaya tha…
Daya was just smiling in reply…
Sachin: Pata hai sir…Abhijeet sir ne to kisi ko kuch bataya hi nahi…(Abhi looked at him hearing his name)…sara investigation khud hi kerte rahe…(Daya and ACP looked at him and he moved his gaze…)
Daya was well aware of what he must be feeling…but he couldn't say anything before everyone…he left it for then…
Freddy: Sir…mujhe bhi last me hi bataya sir ne sab kuch…
ACP: Kya…tumhe pata tha…?
Freddy: Haan sir…jab sara kaam ho gaya tab sir ne mujhe bataya tha…per sir mujhe ek baat to samajh hi nahi ayi…
ACP: Kya…
Freddy: Humne aapke mobile details nikalwaye tab apke kiye hue wo calls jo apne Abhijeet sir ko aur un gundo ke kehne par kiye the…wo details me show kyu nahi hue…
ACP: Arre Freddy…kuch nahi wo calls maine doosre number se kiye the…isiliye…tum logo ke paas hai nahi wo number…
Freddy: Acha acha matlab uss agent se baat kern eke liye…
ACP(shocked): Tumhe wo bhi mil gaya…(Freddy nodded)…hey bhagwan….Freddy…tumne kisi ko chora bhi hai iss case me…(everyone smiled on that)…

ACP noticed that Abhijeet and Daya were very silent all this time…he wanted them to speak atleast something…
ACP: Arre Abhijeet…
Abhi: Yes sir…
ACP: Waha kyu khare ho…yaha aao…(Abhi went to them and stood there silently…ACP said softly)…ab bhi naraz ho…
Abhi looked at him shocked as he didn't expect ACP to say that…
Abhi: Na…nahi sir…mai kyu…
ACP: Abhijeet mai samajhta hu ki jo bhi hua galat hua…per…
Abhi: Sir mujhe…mujhe kisi se koi shikayat nahi hai sir…aap galat samajh rahe hai…
ACP: Wo to mai janta hu ki mai kitna galat samajh raha hu…(Abhi moved his head down as tears again came in his eyes…Daya was trying to be strong and protested his tears)…
ACP(looking at Abhijeet): Pata hai Daya…jab maine ise tumse milne se roka aur Rajat ne bhi ise support nahi kiya to isne kya kaha tha Rajat se…isne kaha tha ki Goli chalana t bahut choti baat hai…Daya agar Abhijeet ki jaan bhi le le to bhi usme Abhijeet ki hi bhalayi hogi…(Daya looked at Abhi with proud…Abhi was not looking at anyone)…aur mujhe bhi ye baat pata thi ki ye baat saabit kerne ke liye ye kuch bhi karega…apni jaan laga dega per jab wapas ayega to mere dono beto ko sath me lekar hi ayega…aur dekho…aaj hua bhi aisa hi…(to Abhi..)Abhijeet…mujhe pata tha ki Daya jo bhi keh raha tha uss din humare samne…wo kabhi sach ho hi nahi sakta…kabhi nahi…itna bharosa to hai mujhe tum dono per…phir bhi maine aise behave kiya kyuki mai team ko isse door rakhna chahta tha…agar hum sab aa jaate to baat official level pea a jaati…aur mai chahta tha kit um iss case ko apne tareeke se…unofficially solve karo…kyuki itna to mujhe bhi samajh aa gaya tha ki jo bhi koi ye sab ker raha hai wo chahta hi hai ki hum sab Daya ke khilaaf ho jaye aur Daya isme phas jaye…Abhijeet dil se koi Daya ke khilaaf nahi tha…
Still Abhijeet was silent…Daya knew that when he was in anger, nobody can handle him…except him of course…ACP looked at Daya to say something…now Daya came forward…though he was also feeling sad, but still for the sake of his friend…
Daya: Haan Abhijeet…Rajat ne bhi jo kaha tha mere baare me wo sab mere kehne pe hi kaha tha…jab wo mujhe bureau se lekar gaya tha tabhi usne mujhse kaha tha ki wo tumhare sath milke iss case ko solve karega…par maine hi use roka...taki wo ACP sir ka sath de…Abhijeet, jitna mushkil ye tumhare liye tha utna hi ACP sir aur baaki sab ke liye bhi tha…
Abhi(low voice): Mai…mai samajhta hu…(to ACP)..sir…
ACP: Haan bolo…
Abhi: Kya mai ghar ja sakta hu…aaj bureau mai dopeher tak aa jaunga sir…
ACP: Haan Abhijeet jao…aur aaj aane ki zaroorat nahi hai…ghar per hi raho…
Abhi: Yes sir…(and he immediately left…)
ACP: Aur Daya…tum bhi aaj rest karo…aur kal bureau se duty join kerne ki tayari karo…aur…(he looked at the door…)
Daya: Mai dekh lunga sir use…aap chinta mat kijiye…gussa thanda hote hi theek ho jayega…(ACP nodded to him and he left)…
At Abhijeet's home…
Daya came there and knocked the door…it was open…he pushed the door and entered…he saw Abhijeet sitting on the sofa resting his head on the backrest with closed eyes and pressing his head…
Daya(softly): Abhijeet…
Abhi opened his eyes and looked at Daya…he immediately stood up…
Abhi: Haan…Daya…andar aao na…waha kyu khare ho…
Daya who had just stepped in stopped in his steps…he looked at Abhijeet…he was standing at the same place as that day…the same words that he said that day…he looked back and the door was there…yes…he himself was standing at the same place he was standing that day…everything covered his mind again…he was not moving now…just lost in the past…Abhi saw him and called him softly…
Abhi: Daya…(but there was no response…Abhi moved ahead and patted his arm…)Daya…(Daya came in the present…he looked here and there…then at Abhijeet who was looking at him worriedly…)Daya…tum theek ho…
Daya nodded…
Abhi: Aao…andar aao…(he was still looking worried)…tum baitho mai pani leke aata hu…
Abhi went inside and Daya sat in a position in which Abhijeet was sitting a few moments ago…when Abhijeet came back he saw him that way…
Abhi: Daya…(Daya looked at him…abhi said showing fake anger)…mujhe copy kar rahe ho…(Daya smiled and sat straight)…
Abhi passed him a mug…
Daya(looking at the mug): Pani lane gaye the na tum…yaha taka ate aate coffee ban gaya…
Abhi laughed lightly: Arre nahi yaar…tum thake hue lag rahe the isiliye le aya…pi lo…fresh feel karoge…
Daya: Kuch der pehele to tum thake hue the na…
Abhi: Haan to meri thakawat door kerne ka intezaam to ho gaya na…
Daya: Kya…
Abhi: Aaj tum yahi rukoge…aur breakfast aut dinner tum banaoge…
Daya: Aur lunch…?
Abhi: Lunch pe hum bahar chalenge…tum mujhe treat de rahe ho…
Daya: Treat? Kis khushi me…?
Abhi: Khushi me nahi…tumhari saza hai…itne din se pareshan kerke rakha hai…abb iski saza to milegi na…
Both shared a glance and then looked at their coffee mugs...Daya knew Abhi was trying to refresh his mood…so that he can forget all that happened…he wanted the same but it was very difficult for him…
To give pain to someone close is more painful than to suffer it…
Still Daya tried to help his friend in what he wanted…so he carried the conversation as…
Daya: Par ACP sir ke samne maine kaha tha ki mai sabko khana bana ke khilaunga…tab to tum maan gaye the…abb akele hi sab hazam kerne ki planning ker rahe ho…haan..
Abhi: Maine to abb bhi uske liye mana nahi kiya hai…jis din sabko khilaoge na uss din bhi mai sabse pehle pahuch jaunga…uski chinta tum mat karo…arre bhai khane ke maamle me to hum bado bado ko peeche chhor chuke hai…
Both laughed out on that…
Daya: Haan…wo to pata hai mujhe…jab bhi sabko khane pe bulata hu to mere sabse pehle mehmaan tum hi hote ho…(and again they laughed out)…
After sometime, Abhi stopped laughing and said in a serious tone: Acha acha abb hasna band karo…dekho 7 baj rahe hai…mujhe bhookh lagi hai…
Daya: Acchaa…bhookh lagi hai haan…chalo…ab tum bhi kerwa lo mujhse kaam…poora badla lene ki mood me ho tum to…(he stood up and moved towards kitchen…Abhijeet followed him)…
Abhi: Bilkul…(in relaxed tone)…aur abhi to shuruwaat hai…mai ek ek badla lekar rahunga tumse…
Daya: Ek CID officer ko dhamki de rahe ho…
Abhi(remembering something): Dhamki…yes…ye mai kaise bhool sakta hu…
Daya: Kya hua…lagta hai maine khud ko aur phasa liya hai…(he opened the fridge and searched for something he can cook…)
Abhi(smiling): Phasa to tumne khud ko bahut buri tarah liya hai…(complaining)…pata hai..jab tum nahi the to sab log mujhe dhamkiya dete rehte the…
Daya(with big eyes): My God…Senior Inmspector Abhijeet ko dhamki…itni himmat kiski hui…
Abhi: Manu ki…
Listening to this, Daya burst out laughing forgetting everything…Abhijeet closed the fridge door…
Abhi(in anger); Kya hai hein…isme hasne wali kya baat hai…
Daya(controlling his laugh somehow): Manu…wo…tumhara khabri…
Abhi(irritated): Haan wohi…(and this was it…Daya again burst out laughing…Abhi in anger left the kitchen and Daya followed him)…
Daya(from back): Arre…Abhijeet…ruko…suno to…(Abhijeet sat on a chair at the dining place…Daya took another and sat there facing Abhi)…accha sorry yaar…nahi hasta mai (he was still smiling broadly)…par ye to batao ki usne tumhe kis baat pe dhamki di…
Abhi looked at Daya and Daya tried to hide his smile…
Abhi(in one breathe): Maine use khane se mana ker diya to usne mujhe kaha ki wo tumhe bata dega…
Daya(continued): Aur tum dar gaye…
Abhi: Haan to…tumhara khauf bhi kam hai kya…ACP sir tak to tumhari baat ko aaj tak taal nahi paye hai…
Daya: Acha…ek to Manu ho gaya…aur….aur kisne himmat dikhayi mere dost ko dhamki dene ki…
Abhi: Freddy…
Daya almost laughed when Abhi looked at him sternly and he somehow controlled…
Daya(trying to suppress his laughter): Abhi…Freddy…usne…tumhe dhamki di…

Daya: Don't tell me mere naam ki dhamki di usne bhi…

Abhi: Wahi…khane ke liye aur kya…
Daya(in anger): Ohh…mai abhi dekhta hu ise…(he picked up his mobile and called Freddy…he picked up)…hello Freddy…ye mai kya sun raha hu Freddy…(in unbelievable tone)..tumne Abhijeet ko dhamki di, mere dost ko…good job…humesha aise hi dhamkiya dete rehna apne Abhijeet sir ko…(looking at Abhi)aur agar kabhi phir bhi na mane na to mujhe batana theek…acha theek hai…rakhta hu….bye….(and he cut the call)..
Abhi was looking at him in anger…
Daya(in smile): Ho gaya…
Abhi: Daat diya…ab tum nahi bachoge…
Daya: Dekha jayega…par Abhijeet…dhyaan kyu nahi rakhte tum apna haan…
Abhi: Yahi sawal mai tumse puchu to…
Daya: Dieting kerta hu…
Abhi: Oh…to mai bhi tumhara sath deta hu…
Daya: Sath dene ke liye bhi aisi herkat kerne ki zaroorat nahi hai samjhe…ki raste se kisi aur ko utha ke lekar jana pade…
Abhi(shocked): Tumhe kaise pata…
Daya(in anger): Manu ne call kiya tha tumhe…tumhara haal chaal puchne ke liye (showing him his mobile…)…ACP sir ke paas chhor aye the tum…
Abhi(embarrased): Wo…mai…maine mobile sir ko diya tha…wo video dikhane ke liye…dhyaan hi nahi raha…
Daya: Aur…
Abhi(trying to avoid): Aur kya Daya…kuch bhi nahi…
Daya: Boss please…mat kiya karo aisa…meri wajah se tum agar…
Abhi(strong): Tumhari wajah se nahi Daya…aisa kyu sochte ho tum…
Daya(sternly): To tum aisa kyu kerte ho Abhijeet…
Both looked at each other and there was complete silence for sometime…
Daya(standing up): Kafi der ho gayi hai Abhijeet…mai ghar ja raha hu…(and he started to move towards main door)…
Abhi(from behind): I'm sorry…(Daya stopped in mid way and turned…)…I'm sorry yaar wo…mai…bahut pareshan ho gaya tha…isiliye…kuch mann hi nahi kerta tha…mai…
Daya(strict voice): Aage se nahi hona chahiye…samjhe…(Abhi nodded)…
Abhi: Aur tum bhi…
Daya: Mai bhi dhyaan rakhunga…(Abhi smiled)…baitho tum…mai breakfast ready kerta hu…
Daya went to the kitchen and prepared breakfast for both…he had to take Abhijeet out for lunch and prepare dinner also as his punishment…that complete day both friends spent time together and tried to free themselves from the feeling of lonliness they were suffering since the last few days…
On Saturday, Daya invited the whole team at his home for dinner…they came…but Daya's first mehmaan was, as usual, Abhijeet…but that day…both arranged the dinner together…and when the whole team was together, then it can never be just a simple dinner…it became a party…they enjoyed the whole night together and enjoyed after a long time…ACP was feeling so happy seeing the happy and smiling faces of all his officers and especially his two sons…Abhijeet and Daya…
A/N: Ho gaya…oops! Daya sir ka dialogue than a is chapter me…hehehe…koi baat nahi…sare intelligent log ek jaise hi baat to kerte hai na ;p
But, finally…after so long, the story is complete…I'm so happy…kam se kam ab ye to keh sakte hai ki maine puri do stories likh dali…waise kamala hi ho gaya…nahi…umeed nahi thi mai complete kar lungi yeh :)
