One Curse, Two Saviors
Part 36
"So, how do you want to do this?" Belle asked the young woman who claimed she was her daughter.
"All you have to do is give me your hands. I already did it once today. It's quite fast." Bella explained with a soft smile.
"Okay then, start with me." Gold decided, wanting to be the one who got hurt instead of Belle in case this was a trap.
Bella stood in front of her father and she could tell that if he wanted to believe her and trust her, he was still on his guards. He placed his hands in hers and Bella smiled, closed her eyes and concentrated. It was quick. Quicker than it had been for Smee. The light left her hands and reached her father's almost immediately.
"Wow, this was fast." Tinkerbell exclaimed.
"Why was it faster than with me?" Smee asked.
"Because he's her father and her love for him is True. It makes her magic easier and stronger." Calypso explained as the green dressed fairy nodded her agreement.
"Bella! You're okay! You made it out! I'm so happy!" Rumpelstiltskin exclaimed, reaching to hug his daughter.
"It's true then?" Belle asked.
"Yes, go ahead Belle, it's your turn." Gold nodded and Bella repeated her action on her mother.
Just like it did with her father, her magic acted much faster and soon, Bella was being hugged by both of her parents.
"You saved us!" Belle exclaimed.
"I couldn't let you die, especially if you didn't do anything." Bella replied, still in their arms.
"Yeah, like you'd let them die, ever. I'm sure you'd find a way to save them, even if they had done something bad." Killian chuckled.
"True." Bella nodded and blushed.
"I know that I've lost most of my powers when I stopped being the Dark One but I still have my knowledge and I think you're right Bella; It's best to wait until Emma wakes up to give her her memories back." Gold told his daughter when they stopped hugging.
"Well, I learned from the best." Bella smiled.
"You might not have to wait much longer. She's starting to move." August said from his spot right next to Emma.
They all turned to the blond woman and when her eyes opened, she started demanding them to let her go and returned to glaring at them all. Bella didn't want to waste any time. She needed this curse broken soon. Since Emma's hands were tied to her sides and not in her back, Bella walked up to her sister, knelt in front of her and, ignoring her glaring, she held on to both of Emma's hands and concentrated.
"It might take her more time with Emma. Not only is Emma reluctant and fighting it but she doesn't believe and wants to get away. Bella might have to use more magic with Emma than with everyone else." Tinkerbell warned the others and Gold nodded his agreement with this.
"What are you doing, let me go! You're just a bunch of crazy people, now I understand why Zelena insisted that you needed to be killed." Emma protested, angry that she wasn't able to yell to call for help.
Bella was having a hard time with Emma, not only because her sister was fighting the magic but also because her mind was preoccupied. She couldn't stop thinking about her previous sickness, about Killian's comment about her having a 'little pirate' in her, Calypso saying that she needed to realize something about herself and the tension of breaking the curse.
She knew that Killian had meant that she had a pirate side in her character but she couldn't help thinking about the other sense it could take.
Shaking her head, she tried to concentrate on Emma and felt the light finally leaving her hands to, slowly, make its way into Emma.
"That stupid wicked witch! The bitch is going to pay the hard price this time!" Emma cussed.
"She's back, I guess." Smee declared with a chuckle.
"Where are Henry and Neal?" Emma asked Bella while Anton untied her.
"They're on the Jolly Roger. We can't get it past the town's limit until the curse is broken so they're waiting there, safely." Bella replied, hugging Emma.
"Good. What's the next step?" Emma asked.
"I guess True Love's kiss?" August replied and Killian went to Bella.
They kissed lovingly but nothing happened.
"Bella, you know that it won't work yet. There is still something you need to realize." Calypso shook her head.
"I know you can't tell me what it is but do you know what it is?" Bella asked the goddess who nodded her head.
"I... " Bella started to say but stopped.
"Take your time Love." Killian told her.
"Not too much time though, who knows what Zelena is doing right now." Smee added and stopped talking when Killian glared at him.
Bella's head was filled with recent events. She had felt dizzy a couple of days ago when she got up, she had thrown up, she was tired, a bit moody, and Killian's 'little pirate in you' comment was still in her mind, coming up between every thought she had.
"What's the date today?" Bella asked and after Emma answered her, she nodded and sat down on the ship's steps.
She was late. Actually, the past few weeks had gone by so quickly that she hadn't realized that she was almost 2 months late in her menstruation.
"I can almost see the light bulb lighting on top of your head Bella. What is it?" Emma asked her.
"I'm late..." Bella replied.
"Late for what, Love?" Killian asked her.
"My... My menstruations are almost 2 months late... I... I think that's why I threw up..." Bella replied.
"Wh... What are you trying to say Love?" Killian asked her as he hurriedly came to kneel in front of her while Emma, Belle and Tinkerbell opened wide eyes and smiled.
"After I knocked Emma out earlier... When you said that you always knew I had a little pirate in me... That comment didn't leave my mind and got me thinking... I... I think that I do have a little pirate in me... Your child... I think I'm pregnant." Bella told her love, looking him right in the eyes.
"We're having a baby?" Killian asked her.
"I think so." She replied, tensed and worried about his reaction.
"That's great news Love. I'm so happy! We're going to be parents!" He exclaimed, hugging her and following it with a passionate kiss.
This time, it was what was needed to break the curse. A strong wave of True Love's magic left Bella's lips and went all over the town.
Next, everyone came one by one to congratulate the happy couple before Smee asked the question they had all forgotten for a while:
"What are we going to do with Zelena?"
"First we need to find her. Let's go." Bella replied and they all rushed out of the ship, Davy Jones and Calypso included.
"Let's check out Regina's house first, that's where she lives." Emma suggested and they all nodded, rushing there as fast as they could.
"Maybe you should stay on this ship, Love. Wouldn't want anything to happen to you..." Killian suggested right before they left the docks.
"Don't worry, I'll protect myself." She smiled.

Instead of running all the way across town, Calypso made them all appear in the right place, in front of Regina's house. There was already a lot going on there. Regina was in the doorway, holding Roland in her arms and protecting him with a small shield while Robin and most of his Merry men had Zelena surrounded.
"Well, I guess it won't be that hard this time." Bella said.
"I guess your to thank for breaking the curse?" Robin asked Bella who nodded.
"Well, thank you milady. I'm glad I only had one day to be under this sick woman's curse. What should we do with her?" Robin asked Emma and Bella.
"Oh, Calypso and I have a special spot reserved for her on our ship. She's going to serve on the Flying Dutchman for 2000 years. Maybe it'll help her get back to reality." Davy Jones suggested.
"No! Please, No! I've heard stories of what happens on this ship with prisoners. Don't do this to me. Please! I'll... I'll be good, just lock me up in a jail again but please don't let this man take me." Zelena begged Bella, dropping on her knees.
Bella immediately took a step back so that Zelena couldn't touch her and Killian stepped in front of her.
"You should have thought about it before Zelena. You only get the punishment you deserve." Bella told Zelena.
"Look at it the right way, sis, if you play games with the other inmates and win, you could get a few years off your sentence." Regina added.
"Oh, and every time prisoners of my ship have sex with another prisoner, they add another 100 years to their sentence." Davy Jones smirked, making Zelena pale.
"Please... no... Don't do this to me..." She begged but Calypso got tired of hearing her and made her mute.
Then Davy Jones and Calypso took Zelena back to their ship right before Bella's mirror called her.
"Hey Neal. Is the barrier down yet?" Bella asked her brother.
"Yes, I'm guessing the curse is broken?" He asked her.
"Yes, it is. Davy is taking Zelena to his ship as we speak." Bella told him.
"Is it safe to take Henry and the Jolly Roger back in town then?"
"Yes, of course. We'll meet you at Granny's." Bella replied before she disconnected the mirror.
"Why Granny's?" Killian asked her.
"Because I'm hungry and I'm guessing there's a party about to start there. Isn't that what always happens here? Something bad happens, we fix it, everyone has a party at Granny's?" Bella replied with a smile and one hand on her stomach.
"You're right." Killian chuckled.
"I'll go and see how Graham and my parents are doing. Congratulations again Bella. Let me know when you'll go get your first sonogram and I'll come with you." Emma told Bella before she kissed her.
As they slowly walked back to Granny's diner, Bella used her mirror to call Davy Jones, telling him that they were all going to celebrate at Granny's and that he was welcome to join. He replied that he would come with his Love and a few members of his crew as soon as Zelena was safely locked away.

The party that night was great and the feeling of victory stayed in the air for over a week.
When Bella and Killian went to get their first sonogram, they learned that Bella was, indeed, 2 months pregnant and that so far, everything was fine. Nothing could have made the couple happier and they started looking for a bigger place to move in. Maybe a small house, with a garden... Then they'd get a dog, plant fruit trees...
"What is going on Emma?" Bella asked her sister as they had dinner together, with Henry, Killian and Graham about a month after Zelena was taken away.
"I don't know... It's the car..." Emma started but stopped.
"It was working great when I picked up Henry from school a couple of hours ago." Graham told her.
"I know it's working well, but... Okay, here's the thing. Ever since we moved in this town, sometimes, I'd get up in the morning to find the car in a different parking space than it was when I left it in the evening. I figured at first that I just didn't have good memory or something, and we had other things to worry about. Then it happened more and more often and for the past week it happened every day... I don't know if someone's using it or not... I dusted it for prints this morning but the only ones I found were mine and Graham's..." Emma explained.
"That's weird..." Killian commented while Graham asked Emma why she hadn't told him.
"I thought I was going crazy but then Ruby asked me why I moved the car every night... I mean... if she noticed it too, then something's going on." Emma replied.
"Am I the only one who's thinking of the movies with the bug car called Herbie?" Bella asked while Henry nodded.
"I thought about it but magic melted with Mechanics? That's a bit too weird for me." Emma rolled her eyes.
"Maybe we should go to Marin's garage and ask him if he's seen other cases like this." Graham suggested.
"Maybe... But you guys don't think I'm going crazy, right?" Emma asked then.
"Of course not." They all said while Henry went to look out the window.
"Hey, the car's moving." Henry exclaimed and they all rushed to see.
"We're too high up to see who's driving it." Killian said.
"Let's go down, I'll use magic to track it down." Bella offered and they all nodded, leaving the fried chicken on the table, barely touched.

They all got into the patrol car to follow the magic line Bella had made appear to track the bug down and they ended up in front of the parking lot of the supermarket. As they got out of the car, they couldn't believe what they were seeing. About ten cars were parked in circle, playing the radio, opening doors and windows, moving up and down... They were the only humans around.
"Please tell me that there are ghost and that the cars aren't moving on their own." Emma begged.
"You'd actually like having to deal with ghosts rather than cars that move on their own and wonder off alone?" Graham asked her and she blushed.
"I don't know but I certainly don't like this." Emma whispered.
"They aren't doing anything wrong, they're just having fun..." Bella smiled.
"And the fact they seem to have a mind of their own doesn't bother you at all?" Emma asked her.
"In Storybrook? Seriously Emma, I'm simply concentrating on the fact that cars moving around on their own at night is much better than an evil witch or sorcerer attacking us." Bella smiled.
"There's so much magic going around here... It probably contaminated the cars." Killian added.
"Look, here's my father's car joining them. On her own as well." Bella pointed out.
Bella got her cell phone out and called her father, who hadn't realised his car was missing. He had a hard time believing her but he ended up joining them with Belle and having no choice but to believe.
"I guess magic contaminated the cars and brought them to life... In the enchanted forest it wasn't rare to see inanimate object come to have a mind of their own like a door opening whenever it wanted or a fork running away from food. I guess we shouldn't be surprised to see it happen here as well." He chuckled, amused by the situation as Emma's car seemed to be blushing and another on laughing.
"Let's take pictures of all the cars. We'll track down the owners tomorrow and warn them personally before we put an notice in the Daily Mirror warning people not to get worried." Graham decided.
Bella walked the the circle of cars and said happily:
"I think some of you are getting grounded tomorrow... You better get home before you get noticed."
Jumping on their tires, the cars seemed to be nodding before, one by one, they drove off. Gold and Emma's car had the decency to wait for their owner and open the doors for them.
"You see, their nice. They just wanted to have fun and didn't know how we'd take them being alive. I'm sure as soon as everyone starts talking to them and accepting them, they'll behave." Bella smiled.
"Why isn't your car alive Aunt Bella?" Henry asked.
"Well, she got to town only about a week ago, she's been exposed to less magic than the others. It'll happen later, give her time." Bella replied with a smiled.

That night in bed, as Killian held Bella close to him, he asked her:
"Are you worried about the future?"
"No, why should I?" She asked him, surprised.
"Because car just started moving. Aren't you afraid it's going to turn into that movie Henry made me watch... Transformers?" Killian asked her and she chuckled.
"That wasn't a movie about magic, it was about science fiction. The cars were aliens from another planet."
"So you're not worried at all?" He asked her.
"No. I'm not crazy enough to believe that we're all going to live happily ever after but I'm confident that whatever comes next, we'll be able to deal with it." She smiled.
"And our baby will be safe?"
"Our baby will probably be one of the safest babies in all the realms. He or she'll have you, a pirate captain, me, a savior, my father the ex Dark one, Smee and the rest of your crew, dwarfs, a shrunken giant, fairies, werewolves... Even Davy Jones and Calypso looking after it. Our baby will be fine." She said before kissing him.
"Boy or girl?" He asked.
"We don't know yet, remember, the doctor said so." she smiled.
"I know, but what would you rather have?"
"I'm not sure... I'll be very happy with both." She replied softly.
"Well, we'll have both. Even if it takes 8 boys before we have a girl or if it takes 12 girls before we get a boy." he smiled back at her, amused.
"Forget looking for a house. Given the numbers you're giving me, we should go back to the Enchanted Forest and get a castle." Bella chuckled.
"Well, what can I say? I really enjoy making them." he laughed, making her slap him playfully on the chest before she snuggled closer to him.
"Good night Killian. I love you." Bella whispered softly.
"Good night Love. I love you more."
"Not possible." She whispered, half asleep.
"As you wish." he whispered in her ear as she fell asleep.
So, this is the end, for now. I left things open in case I get inspired again and decide to write a few more chapters.
