Sorry for the long wait, but with a combination of writers block, the release of my new Xover story "Powers Reborn", and being a stage hand for a three-hour play has made me be quite busy. But here is the next chapter.

Today's suggestion: Stardust by Neil Gaiman. The book that the movie that feature's Michelle Phifer, Claire Danes, and Robert DiNero is based on. It is an adventurous piece of fiction that has a good plot line.

"The Incredibles" » Disney, "The Avengers" » Marvel, Disney & Marvel Me.

Violet POV

The flight to Stuttgart was not as exciting to when we got there. For when we did, the people who attended the Gala and the bystanders that were outside were all rounded up by Loki and three other projected ones.

We had Natasha drop us and the captain off next to the kneeling crowd, a bit of ways from the monologing God.

"Is not this, simpler?" He asked to the crowd, "Is this not your natural state? It's the unspoken truth of humanity . . . that you crave subjugation. The bright lure of freedom diminishes your life's joy in a mad scramble for power . . . for identity. You were made to be ruled. In the end . . . you will always kneel."

At the end of the whole thing, the crowd was still kneeling. Then, in a brave move, a single elderly man stood up from his knee then turned and said to the god of mischief, "Not to men like you."

"There are no men like me."

"There are always men like you." The old man rebutted.

Take some people through out history for example. I said to myself.

Loki, in response, lifted his staff at the man then said to the crowd, "Look to your elder people. Let him be an example."

"Steve, do something!" Jak said.

Captain Rodgers jumped up from his place and right in front of the elder, and blocked the incoming blast that rebound back and knocked the god onto his stomach. Steven then got up from his position.

"You know, the last time I was in Germany, and saw a man standing above everybody else. We ended up disagreeing." Captain Rodgers stated.

"The soldier." Loki said while getting up to his feet, "The man out of time."

"I'm not the one who's out of time."

Up in the air the jet that brought us here flew in and locked in its mini-gun, "Loki, drop the weapon and stand down." We heard Romanoff announce over the speakers. Loki on the other hand just shot at the jet to which it dodged.

At that point the people got up and ran away from the commotion to which we go up to join the fight with the soldier.

Through out the whole fist fight, Loki was able to keep us all at bay. Next thing we know, we all here the AC/DC tune Shoot to Thrill blast on the jet's external speakers.

"Iron Man's here." Dash shouted out.

The gold-and-red-figure flew in and shot flames out at the Loki. It then landed in style right in front of the downed god. It then got his weapons out and have them all lock on to Loki.

"Make your move reindeer games!" He challenged.

In response, the god of mischief raised his hands and his helmet and armor disappear in surrender.

"Good move." Iron Man stated then drew back his weapons in return.

"Mr. Stark." The soldier greeted.

"Captain." The iron billionaire replied, "Incredibles." He said to me and my siblings.

Dash POV

"Has he said anything?" I heard Fury ask Natasha over the radio.

"Not a word." she replied.

"Just get him here. We're low on time." Lucius ordered.

After we got the god of mischief locked to a seat, we started to head off to the Helicarrier. Me, Jak-Jak, and Vi were sitting in the seats across the convict, Stark and Rodgers were standing at the entrance to the cockpit.

"I don't like it." We heard the captain mutter to himself.

"What? Rock of ages given up so easily?" Tony joked.

"I don't remember it being that easy." Steve pointed out, "This guy packs a wallop."

"Still, you're pretty spry, for an older fella." Stark mock him, then added, "What's your thing? Pilates?"

"What?" Steve said, not know what the heck it was.

"It's like Calisthenics." He explained, "You might have missed a couple of things, you know, doing time as a Capsical."

"Stark!" Vi exclaimed, "Not necessary!"

"Fury didn't tell us he was calling you in." Steve said.

"Yeah there's a lot of things that Fury doesn't tell you."

That doesn't sound like Lucius at all. I said in my head.

All of a sudden, the jet was shaking, "Where is this coming from?" Natasha questioned. The plane kept on shaking more and more due to the out of no where lighting storm that just so happen to strike where the plane is. The said storm was making a certain norse god look into the overhead window in fear.

"What the matter?" Jak-Jak asked, "Scared of a little lighting?"

"I'm not overly fond of what follows." He replies.

"What? The thunder or the electrocution?" Vi replies jokingly.

Right after my sister said that the jet dipped dramatically from something landing on top of the jet. All of us, sensing the danger, got our disguise's on, me and my siblings got on our masks while Steve and Tony got on their helmets. Tony opened the entrance of the jet.

"What are you doing?!" I shout to the iron billionaire.

After I said that, a man in clothing like Loki's attire dropped in on the door. Stark swung a right hook at the god, but it didn't connect due to the huge hammer the man had slammed into Tony, and flew him into Steve. He then grabbed Loki by the chest, pulled him out of his restraints, spun his hammer and flew out of the jet.

"Ugh! And now there's that guy!" Stark complained.

"Another Asgardian?!" Natasha asked.

"Yep. It's Thor." Vi stated.

"Is that guy a friendly?" Steve questioned.

"Doesn't matter. If he free's Loki, or kills him, the Tesseract's lost." Iron Man replied.

"Stark, We need a plan of attack!" The Captain stated.

"I have a plan. Attack." Stark replied and then flew out of the jet.

"Vi." I said to her, "We need to do the force ball to get down their and find them. Jak, use your fire power to follow us."

"You got it." Vi replied.

"Right behind ya." Jak-Jak answered.

We all jumped out of the jet got to the ground and started to search for two flying norse gods.

Third POV (in the plane)

Steve, seeing the Incredible siblings jump out decided to follow them. He grabbed the parachute next to him and strapped himself in.

"I'd sit this one out Cap." Agent Romanoff stated.

"I don't see how I can."

"These guys come from legend. They're basically gods."

"There's only one god, ma'am." he grabbed his shield, "And I'm pretty sure he doesn't dress like that." He ran towards the entrance and jumped out of the plane and dove to the ground.

Jak-Jak POV

After a few minutes of looking for the two gods of thunder and mischief. We were able to find them land on a cliff. The three of us went to the piece of rock that was a little higher than the two beings.

Thor stood above Loki who was lying on he back due to Thor throwing him there. Loki only grunted to the toss then, suddenly, started to laugh.

"Where is the Tesseract?" The thunder-god ordered in a very manly voice.

"Oh ho! I missed you too!" Loki said while still laughing.

"Do I look to be in a gaming mood?!" Thor shouted angrily.

"Ugh! You should thank me." Loki replied while sitting up, "With the Bifrost gone how much dark energy did the Allfather have to muster to conjure you here? Your precious Earth."

Thor then dropped his hammer Mjolnir right by his feet causing the rock all of us were standing on to quake. The thunder-god then grabbed Loki and held him in a brotherly embrace.

"I thought you dead." Thor stated to him in sadness.

"Talk about a personality change." Dash whispers quietly to me.

"No kidding." I reply in the same way.

"Did you mourn?" Loki asks nonchalantly.

"We all did. Our father-"

"Your father." Loki angrily interrupted. He shook off Thor's grasp and continued with, "He did tell you of my true parentage, did he not?" Then walked around and away from the sad and heartbroken blonde god.

"We were raised together," Thor says trying to convince him, "We played together, we fought together. Do you remember none of that?"

Loki turns back around and replies with, "I remember a shadow. Living in the shade of your greatness." Getting more and more angry with each sentence, "I remember you toss me into and abyss. I was, and should, be king!"

"That doesn't sound like the Thor he is talking to." Vi stated quietly.

"So you take the world I love as a recompense for your imagined slights." Angered at this he states, "No, the Earth is under my protection, Loki."

To this. The mischief god laughs at the last line and comes at him with, "And you're doing a marvelous job with that. The humans slaughter each other in droves, while you ideally threat. I mean to rule them! And why should I not?"

"You think yourself above them?" Thor asks.

"Well, yes." Loki replies like it is obvious.

"Then you miss the truth of ruling, brother." Thor explains, "The throne would suit you ill."

Angry, Loki shoved Thor to the side and strode to the edge of the cliff, "I've seen worlds you've never known about!" He then turned to his 'brother', "I have grown, Odinson, in my exile! I have seen the true power of the Tesseract, and when I wield it-"

"Who showed you this power?" Thor questioned, "Who controls the would-be-king?!"

"I AM A KING!" Loki shouted.

"NOT HERE!" Thor grabs him by the chest and shakes him with each line, "You give up the Tesseract! You give up this poisonous dream!" He calms back down and holds him again like a brother, "You come home."

Loki gives off a chuckle and replies with, "I don't have it."

The anger comes back to Thor to which he sticks out his hand and Mjolnir flies back into his awaiting palm, and then raises it to strike.

"You need the cube to bring me home. But I've sent it off I know not where." Loki finishes off.

Thor point the hammer at him, "You listen well brother, I-" Before he could say anything else he was tackled by the flying iron billionaire who finally decided to join.

Loki, alone and aware of Thor's absence, simply said, "I listening."

The three of us just laughed at the hilarious one liner that Loki put out.

"We may not like you that much, but that was a good one." Dash points out.

"You guy's want to stay here and I'll join Stark down in the forest for the fight?" I ask my brother and sister.

"Go ahead little brother." Dash says.

"Have fun." Vi adds.

I turned back into flames and joined the two men who just started auguring with Tony having the face plate on his helmet raised.

"Do not touch me!" Thor growled.

"Then don't take my stuff." Stark replied.

"Do you have any idea what you're dealing with?"

"Uhhh . . . " Tony looked to the cliff then back and replied with, "Shakespeare in the Park?" He then motioned with his hands and talked in Shakespearian, which in turn, was openly mocking the god of thunder, "Doth mother know . . . you weareth her drapes?"

"This is beyond you two, demon and metal man. Loki will face Asgardian Justice."

"He gives up the he's all yours." I say.

"Till then." Tony continues then closes his face plate, "Stay out of the way." We were all about to turn our own ways, hot head Stark adds with, "Tourist!"

I turned to Tony to tell him to shut up, only to see him be flung through the air. When I see him land, I found that Thor threw his hammer at him. After that, I turned to metal and got into a fighting stance.

Through out the fight it was going on in a stalemate. At one point, Thor shot lightning at me and Tony. He was able to use it as a power boost for his thrusters, and I used it in away that is like a lightning rod.

We kept on fighting until we heard, "HEY!" A shield hit the three of us all in the faces (Thankfully I was in my metal form) then went back in the hand of the person who threw it, Captain America, "That's enough!" He jumped down to ground level with the rest of us. Tony has an arm raised with its missiles focused on Thor, "Now I don't know what you plan on doing here." Steve stated.

"I've come here to put an end to Loki's schemes!"

"Then prove it!" Steve jabs, "Put the hammer down."

"Um, yeah, no! Bad call! He love's ham-" Before he could finish, Thor backhands him with the Mjolnir.

"You want me to put the hammer down?!" he shouts. He then jumps with the hammer to strike. Steve lifts his shield to take the blow. Me, knowing that this will end badly, I drop to the ground and dig my metallic hand's into the ground. Mjolnir hits vibranium and a imploding force comes and flattens a large number of trees in the area.

After a minute of being on the ground, all four of us get up and shake off the immense shockwave.

"Are we done here?" Steve asks the Asgardian.

The god of thunder looks around the demolished area and then nods.

We all got on to the Quinjet to continue the flight of taking Loki the prisoner to the Helicarrier.
