OK soo.. Seth is liek a Back up Body that Bison had made that he gave a personality too as well as an Organization called SIN. Seth was trying to complete a Super weapon and the one missing component was the Satsui no Hado... Which he was trying to use Ryu for... considerign Akuma would fuck him up big time. Seth is what brought out the Power of nothingness in Ryu.

Seth's whole Gimmick is he is an amalgamation of other Street Fighters and Capcom Fighting game Characters for his moveset.
