Study

Elena had been missing Stefan. She felt like she had been looking for him for ages, but she had a feeling that he was long gone. He was off with Klaus, doing god knows what... Elena had nearly lost hope, but then she heard that there was a possibility he might be coming back. It may have been a long shot, but she was holding on for now. She was walking into the school for senior prank night. This was going to be a great way to clear her mind (and she was sure Caroline would kill her if she missed it). The halls seemed to be empty, but there was this eerie air to them as well.

Dream

Anastasia was worried about her father. She had only just found him. They had only just reunited. But now, he was gone again. She figured the only person who might understand what she was going through was her aunt Mira. She knew that Mira probably missed Stefan as much as she did, which meant she could probably get her to either bond with her or maybe even go look for him (as dangerous as that sounded).

Kim

(Would this be before or after he's bled her for hybrids? Considering it's around the time they confronted Gloria would Klaus have found out he needs her blood for his hybrids?)

Klaus had been admittedly impressed by their deception. His curse had been broken and he had felt accomplished in the feat that had taken 1000 years to accomplish due to Katerina's defiance that cost him 5 centuries. Perhaps Elena had inherited Katerina's cunning. Esther said the Doppelganger needed to die in order for his hybrid creations to flourish. But since when had the witch ever been on his side? Call it a stroke of luck, coincidence, what have you- but he found the one he was looking for. Klaus did his best to hide his footsteps. He heard her heartbeat and wondered when she'd feel his gaze. When he'd get to hear it accelerate with fear when the one who had hunted and sought her for so long had come face to face once more with the latest Petrova.

Study

The more Elena walked down the hall, the more she felt more unsettled. She wasn't sure if it was just her being paranoid because of all she knew, or if it was because of some dumb kids trying to play a prank on her. Either way she was sure that she felt eyes on her. Elena stopped in her tracks, "Hello?" The girl called, glancing around to see if either of her theories checked out. A brief thought crossed her mind that it was Stefan that was following her. She didn't know if that was even possible. Just when Elena was about to call out again, she turned a little and basically came face to face with the man she wished she would never have to see again, "Klaus..."

Kim

(Absolutely. Just wasn't sure. It feels like I watched this season a hundred years ago so I wasn't too sure. Haha.)

Klaus enjoyed watching her become more and more paranoid. Looking around and calling out for others. Humans were so predictable in their ways. Always calling out to the darkness and throwing their voices around to try and seem less scared. A smirk formed its way to his lips when he heard her heartbeat pick up. That was just the way he wanted her to react. To think Katerina had been this pliable and afraid 500 years ago. If he was being honest, most of his sadism toward Elena was spite for Katerina. "Elena." He said her name rather calmly, daring her to try and run. He glanced past her to the surrounding doors and varying ways she could try such an escape. Even though it would be pointless, and the fact that his expression had said 'don't try it' she'd likely go the optimistic human route and try to flee.

Kim

Mira as up in Damon's room looking through all his maps and papers he had out that he was using to track down Stefan, but yet he never caught up. She cursed Klaus for what he did, he took Stefan away from her, after years and years of being apart, Mira finally had both her brothers in one place. They were rebuilding a life actually, but now all that was gone because of the Hybrid.

Study

Elena felt all of her breath leave her body and she felt for just a moment like she was going to pass out. But instead of doing that or even bursting into tears, Elena put on a brave face. She was almost sure that Klaus could feel how scared she was, but she wasn't going to let him see it. She couldn't help but wonder if that truly meant Stefan was back. However, that wasn't going to be on her mind in this very moment, "What are you..." She took a small step back, like she was going to take off running, "What are you doing here?" That sounded like a dumb question, she was sure she knew.

Dream

Anastasia made her way around the Salvatore home. She eventually found Mira up in Damon's room after a little while. She was a little glad to see her aunt once again. She took a glance over the other woman's shoulder to see what she was looking at. It was connections to Stefan, she assumed, "Any luck?" It was a long shot, but she figured she would ask.

Study

(I set this scene in season 3, shortly after when he undaggers Bekah :).)

Gemma woke up with a gasp, looking around as she tried to figure out where, exactly, she was. This place was different, and she had no idea what she was doing, or where she was even. Looking around, she struggled to find something that she recognized. She was sitting in a coffin, and standing above her was her older brother. Shaking her head, she sat up a bit and then looked at him. "Nik?" she said, looking around. "What...what are you doing?"

Kim

(Since we don't have Stefan in the scene do we need to work around his part?)

He could hear her heartbeat pounding like a drum. How fast her blood must have been flowing at the moment, he didn't doubt the fact that she herself could hear the erratic beating. The kind of pounding that blasted in one's own ears. "It seemed there was a hitch in my plans. You see, Elena, I have a problem. One the Original Witch says you can solve. You'd like to help me, wouldn't you?" His line of questioning was entirely rhetorical. She'd help him willingly or not.

Katia

(Perfect.)

Klaus watched as yet another of his siblings awoke to a modern day world. It had been easier to control the situation with all of them neutralized but now the time had come at long last for the siblings to be active. At least, the ones who could be useful to him. Gemma acted as if she had been waking from a nap as opposed to a centuries-long rest against her will. "Why, bringing the family back together, of course." Klaus had said a rather careful answer, one that likely would seem sentimental and otherwise amenable. He already had Rebekah enlisted for his schemes. Elijah would come around eventually. His stone expression continued to stare at his younger sibling as he gauged her reaction. If she was to be violent, then, of course, there would be appropriate actions to be taken. In either case, for now, he offered her the neck of a human. He didn't scream, didn't shout, just complacently offered himself as he had been instructed to do.

Study

Gemma had been asleep for years. Since a few years after they all became vampires, after all. She didn't ever want to be a vampire, so she'd asked to be dagger, and had been asleep for a while. Gemma didn't know why Klaus decided now was the time to wake her up. It was supposed to be only if he needed her, but she couldn't tell what the reason was right now. She looked at the guy that he laid in her lap. She desperately wanted to feed - could feel it on her lips - but she refrained. "The family back together? For what reason, exactly?"

Katia

Klaus noticed her hesitance and frowned. He hated when the others didn't simply do as he said and chose to act otherwise. "You need your strength. Eat." His tone of voice made it clear that he wouldn't take her 'no' for an answer. She would be forced to feed eventually and it would only be a matter of time before she did as he wanted. "Elijah made the request." He refrained from saying that Elijah had also been daggered up until a point. The coffins were also compromised. The Doppelganger's group had found out the sensitive information from Elijah. This way was also easier for him. Even if some of his siblings were to stir up trouble, the daggers would always be an option.

Study

Elena knew the smart answer. She should have just agreed to help him and left it at that. But as soon as she was about to agree, words other than what she was expecting slipped out of her mouth, "I would never help you," Elena snapped. She kept that same brave face as she stared at him. It was all of her anger and hate and fear of this man that made her never, ever want to help him, "I could never help you."

Study

Gemma frowned, looking at him. She wasn't used to this version of Niklaus. Sure, the last time she'd seen him, he had been about 900 years younger, but that didn't make her any less confused. The brother that she knew had his edges of course, but she also thought that he would always be sweet. At least to her. But this didn't seem to be the case anymore. So, silently, she fed. Once she'd had enough to move around, she pushed the body away from her and got out of the coffin. "Elijah? Why would he request that you release me?" she asked.

Kim

Mira glanced back at Anastasia before shaking her head, "Damon gets a lead, heads down there and Stefan is already long gone." Mira didn't quite know what to think of her niece. It was all very new to her, and even though she loved Stefan, she didn't like Katherine. She never could for causing her brothers so much pain. But she was willing to be friendly for Stefan.

"Even if Ric and Damon find him, they still have to deal with Klaus. Then they have to get Stefan back of track, he has to stop being a Ripper." Mira shuttered at the word.

Kim

Klaus' demeanor instantly shifted. Hearing her defiant words only fueled his anger and the tone which she delivered them. "Maybe I was too casual. What I meant to say, was, you're going to help me. Willingly or not." He looked directly into her eyes and said one simple word. "Run." There would be a sporting head start for her, but otherwise, Klaus was going to catch the doppelganger. Esther said she was to die. Elena probably thought nothing more of him than a cruel, ruthless person willing to do anything to get his way. But she had yet to see the meaning of cruel.

Katia

"He had his reasons." Klaus had been pleased that she obeyed his will. His features softened a bit. Despite how he had acted, it was fairly obvious he could be softer on select siblings. Namely, Rebekah, Elijah, and Gemma. It wasn't necessarily a secret he didn't really care for Kol and Finn. "I also have mine. Esther's curse is broken." He paused at that statement and once more gauged her reaction. Klaus wanted to see what she'd have to say.

Study

Gemma wasn't sure what she was supposed to say for that. Of course she was happy for her brother. She understood him feeling left out as they grew up. After all, she had always been a bit different as well, what with being a siphoner, and then a heretic, but never quite the vampire most of her other siblings were. "Really?" she said, smiling a bit. "I'm glad. Is it...all that you've ever wanted?" She asked. She knew that he had always put a lot of hope in breaking this curse, but had never quite been able to do so. She only hoped it lived up to what he was hoping for.

Dream

Anastasia let out a sigh as she took a glance at the leads. She was hoping for some better leads, but she guessed that was kind of hoping for too much. She took a glance at Mira as she explained a little bit more about their situation, "But they will find him and... we will just have to figure out a way to get him back on track," She was, once again, hoping for too much, but it was something that was getting her through, "He has so many people who love him. How could he continue to turn his back on us after we find him?"

Katia

"No," Klaus answered honestly. It was just one part of his objective. "I want my hybrids. Werewolves are unfortunately still a rare commodity. Even for a place such as Mystic Falls. Fortunately, there's a family lineage here." The Lockwood family could supply one or two here and there. Klaus could also find others should the need arise. One thing he needed to do; Find out why his hybrids were doing and how to rectify the issue.

Kim

Mira sat on Damons bed, "Stefan's a Ripper, an insane one...a legendary one." She muttered, "right now, what he is doing, it feels good, it feels natural. He's on a high like no other high in the world. Klaus is not helping him, he probably wants him to forget his humanity and his family." She looked at Anastasia, "honestly? I don't know how to bring him back, whenever Stefan went Ripper, Damon grabbed me and left. It was always his friend name Lexi...but she's kinda, dead."

Study

Elena knew that was she had said was stupid. She never should have fought back. She should have already been running at this point. But instead, she was just standing there, trying to stand up to an Original. She probably looked like a fool. Just when she was about to come up with some way to fight back, Klaus told her to run. Elena knew that she wasn't going to make it far, but she wasn't going to say no. After a moment, she thought she had lost him, but knew that was too good to be true. Elena turned around to face him, stopping as she was pretty much cornered at the end of this hallway, "What do you want from me?" The girl asked.

Study

Gemma listened as Klaus sort of explained why he wasn't happy. She supposed she understood it. After all, part of the reason he had wanted to break his curse so badly, was so that he could make more like him - have a family. This sort of concept always used to piss off the rest of the family members, but Gemma liked to think that she understood, even if it was just a little bit. "Alright..." she said casually. "So, did you wake me up just so I could figure out how to make them?" she asked. Because, despite loving her family, she still would much rather spend her days locked in a box.

Dream

Stefan and Caroline had been dating for about two or three months now. This was new to him, and not something that Stefan had ever pictured, if he was being completely honest. This was the kind of relationship that had completely snuck up on him. In the best ways though. Caroline, in many ways, was the perfect person for him. He couldn't explain why, but their conflicting personalities just seemed to work. He kept her down to the ground when she started stressing out, and she made sure that he wasn't always sulking. It worked well. As Stefan came home that day, he had a bag of burgers and French fries in his hand. He was still struggling a bit with the fact that Caroline was pregnant, with Alaric's twins, of all things. But he was working on handling it the best that he reasonably could. "Care?"

Dream

Anastasia leaned against one of the walls instead of sitting beside Mira. She just listened to the way the girl described Stefan. She had gone so long without knowing him, she hadn't expected any of this. Sure, she had wanted to know him for years, but she didn't want to know about his legendary ripper glory and all of that. Ana let out a sigh, "You'd think it'd wouldn't be hard but, I don't want to take any chances," She tilted her head to the side, she briefly knew Lexi right before she died, "If only we could bring Lexi back... but I know, I know, not possible."

Julia

Milah had just woken up from... well, a nap. She woke up with no memory of who she was. All she knew was that her name was Milah Mikaelsson and that she had been asleep for a very, very long time. She was getting used to the town of Mystic Falls. She didn't want to stay here for that long, but she also didn't want to stray too far from here either. At least not yet. Still, the woman figured the only thing that was getting her through her mind mess was drinks. Milah made her way into the bar with a sigh, taking a seat.

Katia

Caroline stopped and looked up from the childs book she was reading and smiled brightly Stefan entered the room, "hey! How was your day?" She beamed before taking in a deep breath, "is that food?"

Kim

"Sorry." Mira shook her head, "you probably don't want to hear about this stuff...since he's your father." Mira mentally kicked herself, good job, scare her, she thought.

"Don't worry." She put on a smile, "Damon will do something, he'll fix it. He always brings his brother back...actually that seems to be all we do." She stood, "hungry?"

Dream

Anastasia couldn't help but let out a small laugh. It was very brief and broken, but it was there, "I guess if I wanted to know him, I should have been prepared to know all parts of him," Based on what she knew about her uncle, she had a feeling he wasn't going to stop until he did bring back Stefan, so that at least made her feel a little better. Ana also didn't realize how hungry she was until Mira brought it up, "Actually, yes, please."
