Author has written 7 stories for Halo, Lion King, Zootopia, and Inheritance Cycle. Hi everyone! In a mirror of my stories, I have created a longer profile. Now you will not be counting the words in your head. There is information in my profile now. Stories Stats: Halo: Forerunner Powers. Completed. The beginning is bad, even in my opinion. But the last chapter or two are better. Again, in my opinion. And hope. Was behind schedule. Interview De Los Prophets: A oneshot that might be expanded. By Expanded, I mean that I remember the exact wording I used when I came up with the idea, and might post that version for comparison: Calm but crazy version, or the original, runner's high created version. Understanding The Past: Sequel to Forerunner Powers. Will have a much greater plot and more serious tone to it. On hold (?) until I get some ideas. Too many ideas, not enough fit together to pull off well. Spirit Of Life: Humans in the Pridelands. A common idea, my take on it. This one I like from the beginning due to the fact that it has decent length for details. About my new stories: If you read some of my newer stories (Chapters 11+ of Halo: Forerunner Powers, Understanding the Past, Spirit Of Life) I like to place a lot of detail. This came about from my video gaming habits. Even with older games, I like to play on the easier settings, and enjoy the story, the scenery, visuals, the music. This is why I am starting not to like Halo as much. It's too fast and rough. I like tactical shooters, were you plan out your moves, and usually set up a tent, and camp. This offers opportunity to wait and just look around. I try to recreate that feeling, so you might find the newer stories a bit slow. I want to tell everything. I want you to see it exactly as I see it. Sure, in a story, there are no graphical visuals or music, so I try and compensate for it. I will describe even small details such as where lights are, and where the light is pointed at. Also, sometimes I simply put things in the story if I feel like it, even if they have no relevance to the plot. Not usually, but if a chapter is short, I might add a few 'unnecessary' things. I like to receive good reviews. Not reviews like "this story is great", OK, fine, I like those because they add to the review number, but I really like to know what people think about them. I really get a kick out of reviews that express true opinions. it feels like I wrote a story that is wroth a good review. I don't know what your true thoughts are after a "great story!" review. But if you put the effort to express your feelings, I will put efforts to make the stories exceptional. Sometimes I might even change the story to fit what reviewers want. I will not make major plot changes though. It goes against my beliefs, due to what happened with Harry Potter 7: When it was not yet released, I told my sister: Harry must die or he will viewed as a stereotypical Mary Sue by the public. but he must live because of the public outcry that will ensure if he dies. Therefore he will die and be reincarnated. Lets just say I wans't very amused when that was exactly what happened. |
