![]() Author has written 22 stories for CSI: New York, Charmed, Harry Potter, Twilight, Valdemar universe, Arrow, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, and Avengers. Welcome to my demented world!! I'm from Texas, so when I write about anything from Texas I pretty much know what I'm talking about. Saying that, I must say that I love springtime here! Not only does one get the wonderful bluebonnets (the state flower and it's illegal to pick them!) but you also get the wonderful thunderstorms and tornado warnings! I'm addicted to Dr. Pepper, but I don't drink it much anymore. I've become a recent addict to Red Bull...What can I say, it helps my muse! I love to do anything creative, but my dream jobs (yes, I have two...One an absolute fantasy and one that might be a little more attainable) are to either write novels or to become a forensic accountant (that is if I can EVER graduate!). Please check out my side project: SPAXAPH, in which I am co-authoring a story with Axellia and Aphina! The story's name is: Gotham's Heroes and is up now! My muse's name is Lexi and she is a dragon. She's a little tempermental, sometimes completely changing the plot of a story in mid story! She does come and go as she pleases, but that's understandable. She prefers writing bad guys and smut...Go figure. I don't even try to figure her out anymore. I have 3 wonderful beta's, PrincessG, Axellia and Aphina. I must say that they really help me out! If you're here, then please go check out their stories!! What the Eyes Can't See by Axellia, Devine Intervention by Aphina and Day by Day by PrincessG...They are worth the read. I am also willing to work as a beta for anyone who needs it! Just PM me and let me know. I love reviews and constructive criticism, but I hate flames! My major (and I mean MAJOR) pet peeve is crappy writing. I understand that writing good stories is a process, but to those authors (who shall remain nameless) who can not accept constructive critisicim when it comes to reviews, get a life. If you're posting crap on this site and can't handle the response then stop! Again, be happy that I took the time to actually try to help your writing improve! (To all those writers who actually accept my critique and ask for advice, you show how willing you are to improve and you make my day.) I know that I have flaws when writing, but to anyone who takes the time to read, review and offer constructive feedback, I thank you in advance for making my writing better and easier to read! Also, to those readers who think that insulting a writer in a review is okay. I'm here to tell you that it's not. If you don't like a story then DON'T READ IT! If you feel that you must review, then make your review constructive. Don't just say, "I think your story sucks." Say, "I think your story sucks, but here's why..." Here, thanks to Axellia, here is a guide to constructive criticism. I suggest anyone that doesn't know what that means, to click on the link. My fav quote, right now. It's from OwlFlight by Mercedes Lackey. "The road to disaster is ordered by the righteous, planned by the well-meaning and paved with their good intentions." So true...So very true. More random quotes that I just love. "There are more things in Heaven and Earth, Horatio, Than are dreamt of in your Philoshophy." Hamlet, in Hamlet, Act I, Scene 5 "NOT MY DAUGHTER, YOU BITCH!" Molly Weasley in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. "Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup." Unknown "When one door closes, another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us." Alexander Graham Bell "The best time to write is when your life is in the toilet. Writing offers an escape from your problems, so if you force yourself to write when you're in the doldrums, it will have the perverse effect of cheering you up. At the very least, it allows you to inflict your pain on your characters, which has the dual effect of giving them more depth while relieving your own tension." Sabrina Jeffries "The man who has no imagination has no wings." Muhammad Ali "A fiction writer is never entirely alone. Her characters are constantly whispering in her ear." Cinda Williams Chima Stories in progress: CSI: New York The War at Home - A nightmarish vision, a new evil. Special Agent Cory Reid has seen it all, from gangs to drug cartels, but can she handle the perfect storm? Part of The FBI Files Series. Okay. I am officially on hiatus with this story. I'm sorry!! My muse just does not want to write on it. I've tried, but alas nothing has come of my efforts. The Good Stuff--Note!! I am moving this story to an adult fan fiction site. You can click here to read it (it's actually part of the real stories). The Beginning is the End is the Beginning - A random Twilight fic that delves into the history of the Volturi. Into Each Generation - A random Mercedes Lackey fic that crosses over with Buffy: The Vampire Slayer Hope ya'll enjoy! Remember...Read and Review...The reviews keep my muse happy and productive! Follow Cory and Danny as the Fates keep throwing them curveballs.) The War at Home (The third novel length story in the series. Life gets more complicated for the lab.) The Lure of Chocolate (This fits in with The War at Home timeline, but the major focus in on Adam.) The Bet - Set in 2015, this is a kid fic!
