I am a married woman with three kids, who are all over the age of twenty. I have a full-time job of thirty-four years and I take care of my husband who is on dialysis for almost four years now. I love to read. I especially love to read mystery/adventure novels that incorporate science of any type. My favorite author is James Rollins. When my husband fell sick, it was difficult for me to find comfort in a book and I stopped reading for almost six months, but when I did start to feel the urge to read again, my daughter turned my attention to Fanfiction. Needless to say, I was hooked. I have been reading it ever since and just this past couple of months have thrown my hat in the ring with writing.

The main thing I would like you to know about me is that I have never written my thoughts down in story form before. Sure, I have ideas, who doesn’t, but until recently I never thought of actually writing it down and putting it out there for people to read. However, my daughter has given the confidence to do just that and with her help I have written a couple of stories I’m very proud of. I’m not a professional writer by any means but I’m finding that writing a plot down is actually kind of fun.

As a last note: I would like to point out that although I’m asking for reviews on my stories, I ask that you be polite and respectful when doing so. I might not be perfect at grammar or character development but I’m putting myself out there anyway. I’m writing these stories because I want to and to please myself and I happen to be very proud of the stories I have written so far. I’d like to think that with each chapter I have improved my technique just a little bit more. To have people review negatively is ok, and I welcome it, but only if it’s done respectfully and politely. No need to be mean and hurtful. Thank you.

Also, always looking for a beta for my stories. I’m not perfect and writing stories is not my given profession so any help would be welcome.
