![]() Author has written 6 stories for Katawa Shoujo, Rise of the Guardians, Harry Potter, Lazytown, and WALL-E. Hi, I'm The Forgetful Bel and I thought after all these years that I'd finally put up a profile. My schedule is random, so I have no set update times for my fics. Mostly I just go with whatever I feel in the mood writing for and take it from there. I always accept ideas for my fics (even if I don't use them right away) and I ask that your criticism be kind. Feel free to PM me about any of my stories and I'll happily talk to you about them. Note that I might accidentally let spoilers slip about upcoming story if I get too excited. :) ALL STORIES ARE CURRENTLY ON HIATUS. :( Hey, I am going through a lot of personal issues right now and until I get things straightened out all my stories are on hiatus. I didn't have enough room in some descriptions to reflect this status and I HATE chapters that are only announcements. I have not abandoned anything, and even if I only update once a year then so be it. I'll probably go back to posting in the early months of 2020, it depends on how things go. As of right now I'm too busy to even think of story plots. I'm sorry for all those who were looking forward to updates. When I do get back to posting, I swear I'll do a posting bonanza. For now I ask for your patience. If for whatever reason you want to talk about the stories or whatever, feel free to pm me. Current Stories: These are my stories that are WIP and still being updated. ROTG-Related: Child of Spring: What happens when a child dies right under Bunny's nose and becomes a Spirit? How will the Guardians react, and how does this involve Pitch? Starts at 1968 and continues through the movie. Watch as the Child of Spring changes things around. One kid couldn't mess with things too much.. right? Rated: T Hurt/Comfort/Family Contains: OC, Jack Frost, Bunnymund, North, Tooth, Pitch. NotSuperEvil!Pitch Believer!Jack. No Pairings. Chapter Currently On: 72. Chapter 73 Status: Planning Stages. Child of Spring: Jamie's UFO & Ghost Hunting Adventures: Set in the world of my other ROTG fic, Child of Spring. If you haven't read that, this one won't make much sense as it has OCs from there. The year is 2022 and Jamie is now around 18 years old. Still extremely interested in the paranormal, Jamie decides to go on some investigations himself. His first stop is the old Parker house, rumored to be haunted. Rated: T Supernatural/Hurt/Comfort Contains: Jamie, OC, Jack Frost, Bunnymund (So far.) References Past Child of Spring events, has slight spoilers. Nothing super major. Avoid italics for past references. So far no pairings. Chapter Currently On: 3. Chapter 4 Status: Planning Stages. Harry Potter and the Child of Spring: This is a crossover with my ROTG fanfic, Child of Spring. Won't make any sense if you haven't read it. Contains OCs! Lillian, the Child of Spring accidentally runs across one Harry Potter. Several years later she meets him again, and this is how this chance meeting changes everything. Centers on Lillian and will include several ROTG characters as they interact with the HP-verse. Rated: T Hurt/Comfort/Family Contains: OC, Harry Potter, Severus Snape, Jack Frost, Seasonals, Guardians. All OC's in the HP world are related to actual HP characters or are characters that are actual characters that have small mentions, but normally don't play a major part in the books. Other OC's are from Child of Spring (Seasonals such as Jasper, etc.) No pairings. Chapter Currently On: 14. Chapter 15 Status: Partially Written/Still thinking about the chapter. Let it Shine: Crossover with ROTG and WALL-E. Based on the idea that all robots are humans. Wally is a human child, the only human left alive on Earth. He is one of the last lights left on the Globe, which is just enough to keep the Guardians alive. Wally is stuck in New York while the Guardians are trapped at the North Pole. Can they help one of their last believers? Features Child Wally, Baby Tooth as Hal and teen Eve. Rated: T Hurt/Comfort/Sci-Fi. Contains: WALL-E, Bunnymund, Pitch, Baby Tooth. No pairings! Chapter Currently On: 3. Recently updated! I'm still alive! Katawa Shoujo: Silence Isn't Golden: Lillian Nara is a teen whose life is turned upside down after a violent incident. Left permanently mute and dealing with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, she finds herself outside the gates of Yamaku, wondering how she'll ever fit in. Contains OC and mentions of violence. Starts a bit before Hisao shows up. Might not have Lillian hook up with anyone, but will deal with her friendships. Rated: T Drama/Humor Contains: OC, Main Characters. Takes a few months before the game, so no Hisao just yet. Chapter Currently On: 5. Chapter 6 Status: Partially written/Need my Katawa Shoujo groove back on. Lazytown: The Opposite Stephanie: Story starts at the end of the Season 3, ep. 5 and is AU from there. In the ep. the opposite Stephanie returns back to a doll, but what would happen if she never did? How would Lazy Town react to TWO Stephanies in town permanently? More importantly, how will Robbie react to his creation sticking around, since he hates kids so much? Story rated K for fluff. Rated: K Hurt/Comfort/Family Contains: OC, Robbie Rotten, Sportacus, Stephanie, the kids. No pairings! Cuteness overload! Also has SecretlyASoftie!Robbie. Chapter Currently On: 3. Chapter 4 Status: Planning Stages/Not in Lazytown mood at the moment. Probably Never Updating: These are my stories that I'm most likely not updating anymore due to losing my muse for them. Katawa Shoujo:
Changed my mind about this one! See above for updating status. Thinking of Writing: These are story ideas that I've had for forever, but never got around to doing anything with. I did start writing out a few, but tragically lost them and haven't gotten around to continuing. May or may not ever get written, since I have too many WIP fics right now. Harry Potter: Harry Potter and the Transfer Student: This was actually a fic I had posted on here and was immediately criticized for having the first chapter too much like the actual plot of the book. It started off in Book 3 and starred an OC named Leah Toule. After not updating it in years (due to embarrassment and not taking the criticism well) I eventually deleted it. Not willing to let the plot bunny lie, I secretly starting rewriting it. I moved the timeline to after all the books and just because, had Severus Snape live. Snape is sent by Headmistress McGonagall to collect a new student named Leah Toule, after it is discovered that the boy's address is a forest. Not just a forest, but a protected one in the middle of nowhere. Snape finds Leah Toule living in a very old looking small house and soon discovers that not only does it look like the boy is living straight out of the middle ages, even down to his clothes, the boy also appears to be 15! It doesn't take long for Professor Snape to discover the boy's secret and the whole host of problems that it will bring to Hogwarts. Timeline is set in the Epilogue-ish, except with DADA Professor Harry! Also in the timeline when Harry's kids are all going to school. Sadly, I lost what I had written which was probably at least two chapters and was so disheartened by it that I never tried rewriting it again. It's probably been dead for a good 4 years now and I still get depressed thinking about it! Rated: T Hurt/Comfort/Family Contains: OC, Harry Potter, Severus Snape, Minerva McGonagall, Albus Dumbledore (Portrait). Professor!Harry, Alive!Snape Status: Still depressed about losing all my work on this one. Ugh. Maybe I'll rewrite it someday. Harry Potter and the Reverse Animagi: This is another story I lost. I actually had the first chapter mostly written out for it too. I was so proud of this, since not only had I not seen the idea around, but it also had lots of Hedwig being involved, of which there are hardly any stories. SIGH. Anyway the idea is just the way it sounds. As you know, animagi are wizards and witches that can turn themselves into animals at will. In my story, Reverse Animagi are the exact opposite and are supposed to be rare. This means that a magical animal with enough power and determination can turns themselves into a human. The story originally started off during Philospher's/Sorcerer's Stone right after Harry had gone to Diagon Alley and come back. He stays up to tell his new friend Hedwig all about what happened to him and about when Voldemort murdered his parents. He shares his fears with Hedwig about apparently being famous and how he isn't sure that he would have any real friends at Hogwarts. Distressed about Harry going all alone to Hogwarts without anyone to look after him, Hedwig is determined to help her Harry out. When Harry wakes up the next day, he discovers a young boy with white hair and amber eyes in his room. He is astonished to discover that this boy is actually Hedwig! Wasn't Hedwig a girl? Hedwig, however, was woefully unaware of what girls were supposed to look like, so she wound up taking the form she had seen in that of young Harry. Trying to master his newfound abilities, Hedwig takes a trip to Diagon Alley as an owl and transforms back into a person once arriving there. Once there he winds up unknowingly meeting another reverse animagi. I can't remember the names I used for Hedwig (I made 'Hedwig' be Hedwig's last name, since most teachers refer to students by their last names anyway) or any of the other reverse animagi. It was going to feature Hedwig as a main character mostly who was attending Hogwarts as a student with Harry. Hedwig would be able to wield a wand due to the magic she had as a magical post owl. While not the same as a wizard or witch's magic, it would probably be enough to power a wand. I can't remember if I ever came up with a way for Hedwig to get around Hedwig not being on the list for students or not. It was also going to feature two other reverse animagi: Fawkes and eventually (in future stories?) Nagini. I think I was originally aiming for a HedwigXFawkes but then decided to go along with fluff instead, since I don't do pairings well. Rated: T Hurt/Comfort/Family Contains: Harry Potter, Hedwig, Fawkes. Human!Hedwig, Human!Fawkes possibly Human!Nagini down the road. Out of all my story ideas, this is one I'm most likely to continue secretly. Status: Still think about this one from time to time, but haven't worked on it. Still depressed I lost what work I had done on this. Un-named: This would have been a crossover with Harry Potter and Janet Evanovich, specifically, the Stephanie Plum/Diesel series. Because seriously, Diesel would be perfect in an HP crossover. Basically the idea is that in Diesel's series, Diesel is looking for the SALIGIA stones and gets a tip from the B.U.M. (Board of Unmentionables) that there's one at Hogwarts. Not wanting to confront a bunch of wizards alone, Diesel rounds up his favorite bounty hunter, Stephanie Plum, to help him out. Mostly I chose Stephanie over Lizzy since Stephanie has a more flexible schedule than Lizzy and can travel farther on a whim. Diesel would be the Muggle Studies Professor with Stephanie as his assistant and it would all take place in the first Harry Potter book with lots of craziness involved. I've had the plot bunny for a couple years but haven't ever gotten to writing anything for it. Rated: T Supernatural/Humor Status: Still just an idea in my head. Stephanie Plum: The RangeWoman: This is another story I had started writing and lost. It featured Lillian Parker, a young woman who was living on Stark Street on her own. Having seen an ad in a paper for Rangeman, she winds up applying and getting hired in mostly because of her curly brown hair. She applies because the ad is very vague and mentions secretarial work, which she doesn't realize is Rangeman code for running searches. It featured her as a main character over Stephanie and would follow her in her daily life at Rangeman, and how she interacts with the guys. It was going to feature lots of friendship with the Merry Men, especially Lester! It also had her in a car that looked so awful it would rival Stephanie's cars. I seriously found it in a google image search too. It was.. interesting. Her personality and looks were a lot like my Lillian in Child of Spring (before Lillian became the Child of Spring) and she had a similar background, except in the Stephanie Plum story she got kicked out of the house at 16 and had to make her own way. Obviously I had started writing this way before Child of Spring. I wasn't ever planning on posting this story, so I borrowed Lillian's character for Child of Spring. Rated T Hurt/Comfort/Family Contains OC, Lester, Bobby. Stephanie and Morelli as more minor characters. Centers around Lillian and Rangeman. Status: Probably changing the title to "RangeGirl" or something, since the main character will be at some point in her twenties. Worked on a chapter for a bit. Changed her name to Amelia Amata (known as "Milly"), but her character/personality is still my Lillian. Un-named: I never started writing this one, it was just an idea I had. It's a crossover between Stephanie Plum and The Ghost Hunter Mysteries by Victoria Laurie. It would take place after Benito Ramirez had died in the Stephanie Plum series and maybe even after that guy blew himself up in Stephanie's apartment (Notorious Nineteen? I can't remember). For Ghost Hunter Mysteries it would take place after Demons are a Ghoul's Best Friend but before Ghouls Just Haunt to Have Fun, so it would have Steven and not Heath in it. Stephanie winds up being plagued by unexplained things happening in her apartment and winds up finding M.J. Holiday's website after googling 'Ghost Busters.' Now on top of all the craziness that Stephanie usually deals with, she also has M.J., Steven and Gilley to worry about! It would feature Stephanie being haunted by the ghost of Benito Ramirez and also maybe that guy that got blown up in her apartment. Rated T Supernatural/Hurt/Comfort Contains Stephanie Plum, M.J. Holiday, Stephen Sable, Gilley. Status: Idea still crosses my mind occasionally, but I haven't started working on it. |
