A Word of Guidance and Warning to Readers and Authors:

Something I've come to reflect on is that every story you read and every story you write or even think about writing is a reflection of self. What themes do you gravitate to? If you were to write a story, what would it be about? A quest for adventure? Power? A story of betrayal? Or redemption? Family? Love? Whatever it is that pulls you to a story, it's because you relate to it. Whatever your write, the only way for you to have written it is if you had the emotions driving that story within yourself.

Be mindful about what you read because it will tell you something about yourself and it can reinforce those things that you gravitate to, whether they're good or bad.
